SCAM SCAM SCAM : BE CAUTIOUS this company will steal your money!!!!! I have been fighting for days after finding a 500 charge that was not mine on an account after leaving the state 4 months prior. Never sent a statement through mail ( said it was changed to paperless) Which I never did, Never had a phone call ( said that the number was removed from the account) Shocking, I also never did that. The balance is now 750 and their comments to me have been Oh well you should have caught this sooner Like are you kidding me!?!!!!! I didnt catch it because I left the state and destroyed the card. and I never was notified. I had 100% on time payments from previous transactions but this one went unpaid for 7 months and that wasnt a red flag? or a reason to contact me? Ive asked them to dispute it, Was told nope cant do that either. As I have calmly expressed my level of frustrations with the situation the representative hangs up because this is a little to hard for them, and or they just dont want to do their job. Im now seeking an attorney and legal advice to hopefully get this resolved. Again the company will find anyway to charge more, find ways to not notify you increasing large amounts of interest, not provide any customer service whats soever. All in all this is just a terrible company and as I have already started a claim with the BBB and contacting legal advice I will update this if anything changes! Hope this review helps others make a better decision than I did.
If I can give this company 0 stars I would! I paid off my CFNA card in full of $650. They then decided to keep withdrawing $650 for two additional days giving me a -$1,300 balance on my card and overdrawing my checking account that $1300.I called them and they said that because it was a lot of money, I needed to wait a full month before they would then issue me a check by mail. So my time a check would be mailed, deposited and cleared, Im guessing 45 days total. Not acceptable.I had my bank handle it and they instantly credited my account the $650 and investigated the matters, reversing the charges from CFNA.THEN I check my account and CFNA has the nerve to charge me $27 as a penalty fee for returned payments!I called and told the rep that this was all CFNAs fault and I want that charge removed immediately. She said my account shows I had returned payments and this time they will make an exception for me since they dont normally do this. REALLY?! I told her that this was their fault and there is no exception being made but instead they are fixing another issue they created. So we will see if that charge gets refunded (they claim it will) but I would put my money on it, since there is a balance this month, Ill be hit with bogus interest charges next month and be back on the phone with them.Honestly, if I have work done at Firestone again, Ill be paying with my Discover card and not this CFNA nonsense.Save yourself the headache, listen to the negative reviews and just find another way to pay without signing up for this terrible company!
I paid my bill of over $200 and there was an oversight of $12. They never informed me of this oversight nor made any attempt to inform me and therefore proceeded to reduce my credit limit which resulted in my credit score to fall 11points. When I asked how to fix this, they said they wouldnt fix it. They fought me on this. That was unfair and very unkind. Thats a tell tell sign that doing business with them will be nothing but troubles if you choose to have any type of financial relationship. I would steer away from them at all costs. Theres more fish in the sea.If youre a shop, this credit company will truly hurt your business. They will reflect badly on you. Dont recommend them. The nays have it. They can pay for positive reviews but its apparent the majority does not approve. And we all have a similar problem to mine in that they dont inform you of money due then hit your credit score unfairly.
Decided to apply for the Firestone card and it was a great decision. Not 1 issue with this card. I purchased tires and got some work done a few times on my car during zero interest promotions. They gave me a nice credit limit and even increased it 2 days ago. All bills paid on time, no website issues, no rejections or phantom charges. Very satisfied...
I had the worst experience so far with this company. My car was at my dealership for some repairs, I called the customer service to check if I could use my card over there for payment and I was told yes. I then gave my approval to the dealership to proceed with repairs, knowing that the fee will be covered by my CFNA Card. When I went to pick up my car and pay the bill, the card was declined. I again called the customer service for someone else to tell me I cant use the card for payment because my dealership is not one of their partners. So I was there with $1100 bill in hand, and not able to pay because I didnt have any plan B. I was so embarrassed that I had to leave without the car. I was told CFNA managers were going to review the call where their agent told me I can use their card at my dealership for payment, and they were going to call me back. Its been a week now, no call received from them, no feedback. I guess they reviewed the call and found out that their agent did a poor job, and they just decided to abandon me to do whatever I can... Very disappointing !!!
Been trying to get in contact with this company for my customer all morning because for some reason they cant give customer there own account number even if they provide there social.. when i call it keeps taking me to voice mail!! thats really un acceptable for a credit card company to do this.. at this point I dont know how else to talk to a representative
Be aware! I didnt know I missed a payment till I checked my credit report. My credit report stated that my limit went from 2400 to 1800 which brought down my credit score by 100 points. The missed payment wasnt reported but my limit was which is confusing me as a customer. After calling customer service and asking about my credit limit was more confused on what happened. The rep put in a request to have my credit limit back at 2400 but it will be based on my credit score. But My score was lowered 100 points b/c this company reported my limit after 1 missed payment (which was paid that day). After being a customer for years and making on time payments, I missed 1 payment and that 1 payment caused my 100 points on my credit score and I was denied for my limit to return at 2400. If this company is willing to do this on an customer with excellent payment history for years imagine what else they will do! Now I see why they have very low reviews.
BEWARE!! Their credit card is a scam! They purposely do not send you your bill so they can charge you late fees. I got my card through VA Tire & Auto. I have only had the card for a little over a year. I have already been charged two late fees. I was trying to take advantage of the supposed benefit of no interested fees for six months by breaking down my bill in to monthly installments but ended up getting screwed by them not sending me a bill. I could of paid the whole thing off, no problem! I just closed my account! Stay Away!!
Avoid getting a Firestone Credit Card at all costs. Cannot process payments no matter how you set them up, website doesnt work. I am continuously getting payments rejected, getting late fees, and CFNA reports delinquency to credit scores for their incompetence. Credit score has dropped 50 points because of them. I hate to be cynical, but I find this level of incompetency hard to believe, I think they might be out right crooks. I recommend if you make payments with them you do it with a debit card and eat the $4.95 convenience fee, and make them stay on the phone until it comes out of your account to avoid repercussions to your credit score.
This company Deserves a negative zero from me I had nothing but problems with this company from day one it took them almost 5 months to send me a credit card never got my first bill so they reported me to my credit as late so I called them up they said they were gonna fix it never did I paid my bill on the phone they put The wrong bank information and so they reported me again for being late had to do this three times finally got that paid then my card got charged $103 I disputed it and I’ve been arguing with them till this day well I just paid it and now I will no longer use them again now I see why they partnered up with T. P. These mechanics are worse than backyard mechanics very poor customer service never shop there again either on top of all that my credit went down 58 points because of this company stay far away from them I read the other reviews and a lot of people same issue Law needs to get involved
Criminals. Never again, and warning to anyone think about using Credit First National Associations. I would give zero stars if I could. They rip you off and have absolutely no customer service support. After learning that I had a $400 balance due and paying $300 within 4 weeks I am told I owe over $200 still, how is that possible without late fees attached? Its not possible, theyre just criminals.
I wanted to see the reviews on here to see if people had the same experience as me regarding the late fees. Lo and behold, they have!I made a payment several days before the due date. The following week, I realized it never came out so I checked it. It was returned and attached with a late fee. I paid it again and it went through. When I called they said my account information was wrong the first time. I didnt even change it between the first and second payment! Additionally they refused to take off the late fee, even though the money wasnt taken out yet.But wait, there is more! I emailed them and they just said we saw you discussed this matter on the phone did not even answer my concerns.Im now scared that this is some sort of scam. Ugh.
Had a CFNA Firestone account fraudulently opened under my name while I was in the military. On my credit it shows the account was opened in 2015 and has a balance of $908. The collection agency got a hold of me and after explaining the situation to them, they pretty much said that they’ll submit the account back to CFNA and mark it as fraud. The past few days I’ve been trying to reach CFNA’s recovery department as instructed by a customer service representative named Shelly from CFNA. After several attempts, I had no success getting through to anyone. I now asked to speak to a supervisor from the customer service department and was connected with a supervisor named Mark (employee ID MS6). He said he will “try” to get someone from the recovery department to give me a call. I am a retired Army Sergeant and just lost my wife in August 2020. I am left raising my three kids (ages 6,8, and 10) by myself. We are currently in the home buying process and this blemish on my credit has become a hindrance. It is shameful that CFNA isn’t doing anything about this or taking the matter more seriously. There were other fraudulent accounts opened around that time, such as a Macy’s card and Capital One card. Macy’s removed the account immediately after realizing it was fraud and Capital One is in the process of doing the same. I even offered to pay some of what is owed to CFNA, which I shouldn’t have to resort to, but that just shows how desperate I am to get this error rectified. I hold myself accountable to some extent because I didn’t monitor my credit and didn’t think it could ever happen to me.
I used to work there!! They covered their insults with sugar basically saying no offense first. I almost got terminated because I keep going to the bathroom. You have to ask for permission to use the bathroom. Then they were saying go to the doctor because something’s wrong a person shouldn’t use the bathroom that much in one day. Which was weird because if I’m talking all day I need to keep hydrated so my mouth isn’t dry. The more fluids you intake the more output you’ll have. We’re all human. I’ve never heard of anything like that in my life! Also they didn’t send me my last check either for that entire week I worked in the hole at the beginning of my employment with them! I want my money! You sent the last check I worked for the week I quit. But not the check that is owed to me.
I wonder if anyone at CFNA cares about reviews or their customer service ratings.......they REFUSE to remove an inaccurate reporting from the three credit bureaus for my account. My payments are due on the 18th of every month. I made a payment on June 26th but on June 24th they reported 30 days late on my credit report 😡😡😡None of their representatives have been able to help me whatsoever I hate it hereUpdate: 5/29/2020 Now the late payment is for another month and they are doing me a favor for not reporting 60 days late. According to the representative I spoke with today. But I thought they had to report accurately and fairly..
They failed to remove a scheduled payment from my account. It was set up via their website. So I was reported to creditors, my 6 months same as cash was denied, and was given a late fee. I called to explain this... 3 hours on the phone so far. Their call center was so noisy I could barely hear my English as a second language speaker. The woman did get things sorta straightened out... but I had to reassert myself, correct her, and restate what the issue was many, many times. Well see if this is repeated next month... They couldnt undo their credit reporting. But undid the denial and late fee.
I would not recommend getting a Firestone Credit card through most especially that they go through Credit First. I lost the bill I had for Firestone, but once I got the bill for the following month, I immediately made a full payment of my account and they still proceeded to report my delinquent payment to the credit bureau without a warning letter. Ive had other credit cards where they have always warned me first before reporting. This company reports without adequate warning. Some might argue, if you follow the rules then you dont suffer the consequences. I will argue that, sometimes life happens and people make mistakes and these companies should be smart enough to accommodate for those instances.
This company has the worst and most inconsistent customer service I have experienced for a while.Long story short, there was an miscommunication (not my doing) with a change of address on my account that I didnt initiate. My bill had a small balance and was delivered to wrong address for several months. After I discovered this, I had some conversation with their team in December, 2018. I immediately paid my principal balance to zero and was told everything was rectified. However today, April 1, 2019, I was interrupted and told this wasnt the case and now have accumulated an additional three months of late fees plus interest. The agent AND supervisor were very rigid in their stance and confrontational too. Was this an Aprils fool joke?I also recieved a letter telling me my credit will suffer irreparable damage if not rectified (which was in December).I prefer not to fight them anymore, now they (and Firestone) lost a customer over $131.83.Check has been mailed out this afternoon to CFNB!!! Please spend it on some customer service training to teach phone agents not to talk back to customers with fair circumstances that had been supposedly resolved. Please also hire some intelligent people who can think outside the box when long tenured customers. For any potential customers, beware. Please dont have any issues with this company as there will be no wiggle room for their mistakes and inability to problem solve.Large companies across America are closing and it doesnt happen overnight. It occurs by not taking care of the customers that have been spending money for years. Im positive other banks will be happy to take my business. Good luck to you!!!
After I asked for a replacement card automatically after I entered my information it calls customer service. 🤣which would be great except Every time you call its surprise surprise surprise on weather or not the person is obviously 🙄 mentally ill but trying to cope with it even without medication or support!! 😁👍
I paid consistently and more than the minimum amount for months. Suddenly I stopped receiving my bill and didnt notice till I got an alert my credit score decreased. They reported me over 60 days past due - no bills, no emails, no phone calls - and they wont revert the information on my report. Paying my last $200 off and closing my account. Beware of CFNA!
I had signed up with this company to receive a promotional six months free interest on $800 for a transmission that I had to replace. I sent in the payments via check about 12 days before it was due. When I received my statement I found out that I received a late fee for being one day late. I thought it was due to the snail mail so I sent out my 2nd payment 15 days before it was due date. When I received my statement again I found it it was again received one day after the due date. I then sent out my payment about 18 days before the due date and again received the statement showing that my payment was received one day late. I finally called the company and was told that they would not refund my late fees and told me that I should send my payments out earlier. It must be a policy of this company to hold onto checks received by mail until after the due date then deposit them just to collect late fees. If you are reading this post please do not consider using this company. Their are a bad bad company that does not want to build long term customers.
So my husband and I have had the Firestone CFNA card for about 4 years now. We have NEVER had an issue until today. Last week we paid our card off, yesterday I had an appointment with Firestone to have new tires and shocks put on my vehicle, with thier 6 months interest free we figured wed use the cash, pay off the card and then use the card to help pay for repairs like we have done previously. Today we go to Firestone to pick up my vehicle and end up finding out that without warning and for no obvious reasons CFNA has blocked our card. They wouldnt give any info to the lady working at Firestone, only gave us a phone number to call which lead us to a recording for their fraud department, which just so happens to NOT BE OPEN until tomorrow. We are BEYOND angry at the moment and considering just cancelling the card. This is the WORST experience we have ever had dealing with a credit card company. Just be warned if you plan to pay off your card and then use it you may want to give them a call before you take your car in to have work done and end up screwed when you go to pick it up and find out they blocked your card... you know because paying off your card is alarming behavior! 🤬
The rating is for cfna not allowing automatic payments. This is a ripoff in todays world. I would not recommend them for credit. They are just hoping that the bill gets lost or there is some problem then they can charge large penalties for it. I believe that is there business model. I am very nervous using them because they can and will wreck your credit rating if you miss a payment for what ever reason. It is too risky to not have automatic payments set up even if it is for the minimum payment amount. Look for credit card at another tire store is my advice.
This company is a scam. Firestone uses this company for their credit card. Firestone uses this company for their 6 months interest free promotion. I charged $177.24 for brake work thinking Id make the payments over the 6 months to get the interest free savings. The very first statement however says the minimum payment is $27.00. I set up all the monthly for $27.00 .BUT $27 times 6 is $162.00. They are setting up their customers for failure. Following the minimum payment will make you default and all the accumulated interest at 28.6 % will be charged. What a raw deal, what a scam.
I called the company today to find out why we received this credit card. My husband did NOT request it nor did he fill out any paperwork with his social security number so how did they get it? We have had our accounts frozen with all credit reporting services so this makes me wonder how they received this information. I requested the card cancelled immediately. This company looks very suspicious to me. I asked where they were located. He said 1-1/2 hours from Cleveland and 1-1/2 hours from Columbus. There address is in Cleveland. I will NEVER deal with Firestone or this company again.
Horrible Credit Service Company. The first couple of times I used this card I noticed the short payment period (7-10 days from arrival of bill to payment received requirement), but always paid in full same day that statement was received. The third time I used this card I received the payment coupon in the mail and again wrote check to pay in full, which I placed in the mail the next day. The following month I received a 0 balance statement with a late fee when the company claimed the payment was received a day late. In researching, I see that the 7-10 day payment period appears to be inadequate if those days include two weekends and potentially a holiday, during which the postal service itself is unable to move mail or deliver for several days. Upon contacting the company via phone, I was met with the worst customer service experience Ive ever had with any company in at least 30 years. The representative was extremely rude and repeatedly cut me off and talked over me during the call. She displayed no interest whatsoever in what I was calling for. She also refused to escalate my call to a supervisor. Ive come away with the opinion that this is how the company trains their employees to act, and the short payment periods are designed with the intention of creating late payment fees and interest payments for those who pay their bill in full.
I will NEVER use Firestone Complete Auto Cares Credit First National Bank Credit Card. My husband AND I have gone through Firestone for tires and brakes for awhile now and all I can say is that they have lost OUR business for good!!! I had their 6 month promotional deal on their credit card, paid within the time frame (so I thought). Well anyway I moved and for some reason I never received any of their statements and about 2 days before Christmas, I was shopping and received a call from a lady at Credit First National pretty much posing as if they were a credit agency trying to collect debt. I was so confused and she kept trying to press me for payment, it was for $61.40, I thought REALLY I got sent to a credit bureau and I NEVER received any written communication nor did I receive any phone calls about the issue! I know they didnt have my address BUT they had my phone number!!! Then she said, Oh, well Im not a real credit agency, Im still with Credit First National. So unprofessional! I came to find out about two weeks before the final due date, I got charged for the accrued 6 month interest, I had no idea that I had a balance because I thought I had paid it off! I thought, no big deal, they will understand because this kind of stuff happens all the time and MOST credit card companies have grace periods for these specific reasons and will just credit back the interest charge. So I asked if they would just credit the $61.40 since the time frames of my last payment and the promotional offer ending period were very close to each other, well I received a big NO from supervisor Lowanda McMillian out of their Cleveland, Ohio office. Before I was sent to her, I had already told the lady before her that I will pay the $61.40 but I told her I thought that it was a poor business move on their part to really go after sixty bucks that was all interest, she transferred me to Lowanda, hoping for one last move but Lowanda shut me down! First of all she tried to explain that the ending period is the ending period, blah blah blah! Obviously she doesnt have the companys future in sight because for that $61.40, they have now lost me as a customer for GOOD!!! No more $700 purchases annually at Firestone Complete Auto Care, NO MORE!!!
Great company; personable customer service and never had an issue. 0% interest was a great deal when I got new tires right after winter. They even increased the credit line automatically. The Firestone card can be used any of their network which is good to have as tire companies are somewhat scarce around here in New Hampshire. On a side note its interesting to see all the 1-star review...and their only review.
A check was sent to them by accident wrong account. They would not return the money unless I got a letter from my bank stating that the payment will not be returned. So did and still there was a problem that the letter was not sign by bank. The bank said the letter is done electronicly so there is no way to sign it. Now they said they will not send my money back till they get it, even after 30 on there account I will not get it back . This credit card company is nuts. If could I would give them kick it the butt for being so anle. SO STAY A WAY FOR THIS CC COMPANY .
My son was stranded in Atlanta and attempted to use my Firestone Credit Card. They denied this as a form of payment and we had to jump through hoops so that he could pay the bill. Said we had to be there to be able to use card though we had authorized him to use the card a previous time in Florida without us present. Talking to CFNA Customer Service was like talking to an automated voice recording. Not willing to help at all. Worst customer service experience in a long time though we have spent thousands of dollars and never delinquent/late on a bill. Goodbye Firestone!!
I had paid off my entire credit first account over 2 years ago and then they proceed to send me a bill for 92.14 and I sent it in the mail this week and would like verification that I no longer owe anymore money to them. That truly upset me as I have had so many issues with them in the past and their autopay and website is not user friendly. Im closing my account!
SHAME ON CREDIT FIRSTSTEALS money out of customers bank (mine) that was not due or owed to them.Bank robbery in reverse....and then Terrible customer service.Had auto pay set up on my account per their customer service recommendation.Credit First actually deducted the auto pay amount which was more that what was owed.Surprised I called to find out why they deducted more money out of my bank account than was owed. She said they would deduct the same amount the next month as well creating even more money they now have of mine that is NOT OWED.I told them to stop the auto pays then and return my money they illogically took from my bank acct. Will send me my stolen money from me in 60 days in the form of a check thru the mail.Ignorant and Firestone just lost a customer as a result of this dishonest, no customer service bank.SHAME ON YOU CREDIT FIRST.Reporting this to government bank regulators.
They keep spam calling me even though Im not a customer with them.Edit: Actually I just recall there are laws in placed making it illegal for a company to continuously call someone using automatic systems or usimg recordings when the person never signed up for any services or never giving permission to be contacted.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Some of the worst customer service and business practices Ive ever experienced. I logged on and paid more than double what my minimum payment was and the next payment due went from June, to august. Now Im finding out I was still liable to make a payment in july, even when the web portal did not indicate it.Not only that. I found out I was charged a late fee in may (for a payment which was not late) and instead of removing the entire late aspect. They simply waived the fee! Now Im stuck with this terrible company, and awful customer service. As soon as I pay off my credit Im never coming back again. This company does not value their customers business, only seeking to make a quick buck from that, rather than a lifetime member.
Simply put! If you dont want a late fee even if youre processing the payment prior to the due date Id suggest NOT using this company. It apparently takes them 4-5 days to process the online payment from the date you scheduled it. Thanks to the slow processing times I will now take a hit on my credit!!!! I may as well pay the interest fees from my other credit cards vs using Credit First.
This company, who Tires Plus uses as a creditor, doesnt care about consumers at all; only late fees! I asked to be set up on recurring payments the LAST TIME I CALLED IN! They told me I was all good, then sent me a letter a MONTH later and said I was late!!!! They are a total joke of a company! I called and tried to set it up again and they said they dont do that and they wont waive the late fee! Oh, by the way, they only let you schedule 6 months ahead; obviously to get more late fees!!! STEER CLEAR!
Thought that we would try Hibdon Tires Plus 6 months no interest plan for a set of tires. Turns out that Credit First N.A was the finance company that they use. I sent a $400.00 payment in full to pay off 3 months earlier than we needed to. I used their online payment option and paid the day the bill was due. The next month I get a bill from them with a $19.00 balance for a late fee. Their late fee states $35, but they charged me a $19.00 fee. Of course they did, they didnt make any money off me. Terrible company and even worse customer service. Was on hold for an hour and still cant get in touch with anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutele trash bank. No customer service what so ever. Their call centers are Always Busy 20+ minute in wait time. (No other bank in the U.S does this). I bank with over 8 different banks. Just got this CFNA card a few weeks ago. Payments being returned to my bank chscming account for no reason and I still cannot get a hold of them. True bank I say again. Luckily I give my paymennts early or else who knows what they wouldve done. Probably counted a no payment and a fee on my account from what I read on the damn letter they sent me. Really quick to charge you burt dont help you.
I APPLIED FOR THE CARD AT FIRESTONE AND APROVED. I was never sent a card and was charged two late fees $50 & $27. I was never sent a bill before the first late fee $50 and I made a payment before the second late fee $27.Im paying off my account and will never do business with credit first (cfnc) ever again.......
Absolutely LOVE this bank!!!!!Credible*Trustyworthy*They gave me a chance with low/poor credit.. NOW MY CREDIT AND LIMIT HAS SKY ROCKED!!!!!A personal story not long ago.. I was so excited for the performance & satisfaction of this Card correlated to Firestone of Selden N.Y. And there excellent works I posted a review on YELP and took a pucture of the card & by accident posted my card number CFNA and Firestone caught a process two times of someone trying to use my card and offered available lock down system with a PIN number so no one had access to my card usage..... IF THAT’S NOT PROTECTION I DON’T KNOW WHAT IS...CUSTOMERS SERVICE-BANKING-WORKING TOGETHER WITH FIRESTONE ABOVE & BEYOND TEN STARS...
Ive been with credit first for many years now they manage my Firestone account and they have been there for me but I wish they would write me at times just to ask me if I need a credit line increase because I soon will have an income increase as soon as I get to full retirement age from two Pensions and one is from Toledo Edson and the other Will be from a large government contractor that I had worked as a supervisor for many years . But I do have to say Firestone has always done me vary well and they do back there work with a good warranty . Even on there electrical work . I just wish they would get some computer equipment in there shops for diagnosing a problem with all vehicles . It would help them so much more . But even without them they still do a real good job but sometimes I feel they may replace something that may not need a replacement .
BE AWARE. DO NOT USE. CROOKS. Very poor business ethics, make payments take maximum amount of processing time deliberately if they see it can include late fee, been charged $35 late fee previous 5 months in a row when not a single payment was late when questioned they said processing time on all transaction, cant wait to pay my balance off and cancel, if possible as i cant keep up with the fees, never do business again, should be reported to better business bureau, news stations, police, and any other authorities as they are running a scam and stealing... very disappointed
This is a terrible company to get credit through. Why? Because CFNA DOES NOT REPORT YOUR CREDIT LIMIT. They do however, report your balance, which can unfairly affect your credit score by showing you have used much more of your available credit than you actually have. Also, I could never reach a real human being online, so that sucks too.
Even paying my bill a week in advance, they always seem to be late on the payments causing my credit score to bomb. Probably wont be able to get a mortgage for 7 more years thanks to these slimy scumbags. Every time I call in I get stuck with some ghetto eubonics-speaking ignoramus that puts zero effort into helping me. Should be called 3rd world credit union because it seems to be run out of a meth lab garage.
Hello, To all Consumers:I Recently Opened my AUTO PASS /CFNA account. I Opened it after a sales associate at Salinas Tire and wheels, La Habra CA- offered this great program of acquiring this revolving credit in there store. I have a BK on my credit record =/ within the last 12 months. This Company got me approved gave me 6 months to pay for my purchase. It helped me rebuild my credit score slowly but surely. THEY DO REPORT TO CREDIT BUREAU. Thank you to CFNA , there staff is very helpful. I give there Staff and A+.
Horrible service, charged my girlfriends account on accident which caused fees, then removed the payment because it was from someone elses account and wont pay the $45 fees they caused. They have threatened me with collections and I have have never missed a payment and the interest Im paying is insane. Had to fix my old car in a tight spot, wish I had used someone else. If half a star was an option.....
The worst kind of people to deal with, very unprofessional , they didnt even have the decency to stay on the phone to discuss the problem with you account with them, seriously before signing any papers with these soul sucking money hungry thieves. first you need to ask about all the hidden fees and interest they keep charging you on the low. 2022-07-14These people are the worst to work with. We are nearing the next great recession and people are hurting. I offered to make a payment of $30 next time I get paid (which is actually a lot for me as I struggle to even pay rent and keep a roof over my head) and these jerks say its not good enough. 😠 I was willing to try to work with them to try to recover my account but the lack of flexibility even in light of a GLOBAL pandemic is ridiculous! We have things in place to help you, the representative said, But they all require some payment, apparently some payment is only what they think you can afford not what you can ACTUALLY afford.

2022-05-11Predatory late fees but once you owe your initial $30 fee they call a bunch to collect it so youll know you have to eat the **** and pay it to get them off your back. I usually deny any in store credit card thing but no annual fee and $20 off at Firestone did the trick. Had an unfortunate family tragedy and didnt make the initial payment (pay it off right away to actually gain the $20 rebate). Now I not only didnt get any savings, but paid more. If youre reading this after having received your first call and wondering who the heck is this? A scam? Just take your medicine and remember not to get in-store credit cards. A slight ding against your credit to save $20 shouldnt seem like the deal of a lifetime, you know better.

2022-07-29Literal trash signed up,was approved, bought tires was told 6months no interest, a month goes by i dont get a bill so i selfpay 25% of what i know i spent. another month no bill BUT did get a call today letting me know i got a late fee and interest fee. they sent zero statements or bills just charged the late fee then gave me a courtesy call that they already charged me the fee but i can pay my payment on the phone with the late fee added. will be paying it off and closing the account.

2022-07-27Extremely disappointed, but where to begin. My grandma received your firestone branded card in order to pay for her car maintenance. Because I wanted to setup her on autopay I tried online first. No dice, so I had to call customer service. I dialed in to a three way call between her and Customer service. The address the physical card was sent to was somehow NOT the address they had on file, so it was a 15 minute struggle to verify the account. Next, because my grandma is 90 years old, I wanted to be made an authorized user so that I could speak with the representative about setting up autopay. Apparently my grandma would needed to email or fax them in order to set me up as an authorized user. Its absolutely ridiculous the amount of effort required by wanting to just setup autopay. After still not being formally being able to speak to the rep, instead relaying information for my grandma to ask her, I said eff it and gave her my routing number to pay it off in full and close the account. Youre lucky I actually paid this because this level of effort I could have just thrown the bill in the trash and sent it to collection. Good luck trying to get money out of a 90 year old lady on social security. But the bigger question here is WHY WOULD YOU SEND A CREDIT CARD TO AN ADDRESS THAT ISNT ON FILE!

2022-08-12Worst to deal with. All I needed was my account number and they say you have to go to a store or look at the statement. Trying to explain I dont have any of my statements and the nearest store is over 1 hour away but they cant help. Even my bank will give me my account number after verifying who I am. Then if you try to pay they want to tack on a fee.

2022-06-10Scam SCAM Scam!!!! Don’t do it! My information was sold by credit first and firestone. I receive advertising in every single monthly statement I get emails now about deals on things like cremation Jimmy John’s or events at the casino. I have stopped going through firestone for my personal and business vehicles. This is not worth it you will pay more in interests , late fees…..fees for not using it ……fees for using it🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ Customer service called to tell me I was charged a late fee because my posted check didn’t go through??? IT’S 2022 who uses checks, this month was the first month I paid through the portal on the website and now I have late fees and CHECKS not going through lmfao and that was all the information they could give me, no actually details. So now I have to start a fraud case because apparently someone is trying to pay me bills with bad checks😂😂😂😆 maybe it has something to do with them selling my information I guess we will find out.!!!

2022-07-20This is a bully company and a border line scam!!! I lost my card and tried to set something up for a purchase. Took 3 transfers to speak to someone in America. Very rude assistants. Was on the phone with them for 1 hour and 9 minutes all for them to lose a customer. Glad I never used their services

2022-07-13Been using this credit limit with Firestone for about 12 years without missing a payment. I recently missed one payment and was charged a 40.00 late fee. They just lost a customer.

2022-08-15Ive paid on my card for over a year and its only $98 less than when I started paying on it. This card is nothing but a scam for a company doing anything they can to stay afloat.
