My terminal I worked at was cool but the company itself is trash. They give you pto days and if you dont last they keep your money. Another thing they make you wait 3 weeks in a whole to get Paid and try to give you a 500 dollar loan to payback when you get paid. Communication is horrible. This the worst company I have worked for. I wouldnt recommend this company unless you like getting robbed for your money🤷🏾‍♂️

Was given a delivery timeframe of 10-2 with a 30 min call ahead. I called at 1:45 and they told me I was the next stop. Called at 3 and was told they would be here at 5. Called at 5 and was told 5:40. Well I just called them at 6:40 and they said I’m the next stop and that should be 40 ish minutes. I took the day off work. I have a bday dinner and now looks like I’m showing up an hour late, if they keep their 3rd commitment. I can’t risk leaving $5k in merchandise on my driveway and now I’m missing a planned bday dinner if they aren’t here by 730/8.Also, my last call in I had to ask the csr if I could speak to his supervisor 8 times. He would not let me move past him without a tracking number (which I didn’t need the other 3 times I spoke woth someone today). That csr seriously has some control issues. 8 TIMES I had to ask!!!The Supervisor (Andrew) was helpful but it’s highly disappointing to be sitting around all day for nothing. He told me it should be here by 730.WHY OPERATE WITH TIMEFRAMES IF YOU CANNOT MEET THEM?! Highly inconsiderate for those who take off work to accommodate a delivery just to be yanked around all day.Will be relaying this back to Home Depot as well so they can choose better quality logistics.

It doesnt get much worse than this company. They lie continuously. They will tell you they are picking up shipments that day and dont show. Before you know it, 2 weeks have passed and they still arent coming-- every single day they are apparently coming. I realized all I did was waste a lot of time communicating every day. I decided to give them a second chance for a recent shipment since every company has a fluke occasionally. But nope, this is happening again. Go somewhere else for trucking.

Avoid this place don’t come close to them the manager there is top notch in misleading people. I took a friend of mine for hiring and they delayed him for a week between interview and MVR records. Their sign still says Hiring” the manager has very low training he can’t focus while he talks, labor law is wide and when you lie to someone about work you can ultimately be sued. Crooks

To give you some idea of how big of crooks these guys are. I ordered an engine from a junk yard. I had no input in this transaction. I made no phone calls and talked to nobody in this company. They send an ENGINE on a semi truck with no way for me to unload it. Not like you can just pick it up and move it. So I tell them this is not going to work and they needed a lift gate to get it down off the truck. The driver said nothing but OK and went on his way. Delivered a few days later with lift gate, which should have been done to begin with. Now I get a bill for 150.00 for the lift gate when I had nothing to do with the transaction. They never told me of any charges. I never signed anything approving the charges. But yet they are telling me I approved the charges when I said this isnt going to work. I have called customer service, and even talked to the customer service reps boss, Both told me to take it up with the pope basically. No customer service, no business ethics. I would steer clear of this company if you can. I guess Im off to their website to dispute charges now. Just know these people are thieves.

Quotes are cheap. They get your freight and reclass at a higher class raising you rate because they always pick a very high class and say they cant change the invoice once delivered????? So be careful .

Recently have been using Central for my LTL National shipments. Ultra low rates keeps more money in my pocket. Rates almost 1/2 as much as other carriers. Going on 6 months without any issues.

Not a good place for delivery. Reciving start @10 am for outside carriers. Make sure bring enough food before to come this place. Zero rating for this place.
