We had a zero turn delivered by Home Depot and this is the company they utilized. I had to initiate all communications and the product was a couple days late. Also the pallet was broken . Thanks to our neighbor and his tractor we were able to get it unloaded otherwise Im not sure if they would have been able to unload it. The dispatcher were polite when I spoke to them but like I said I had to call them to get updates.

Had to initiate all conversations and details for delivery myself. Took a day off work and then they changed delivery days and the only reason I found this out was to call. This happened two days in a row. Ive lost two days of income due to this company. Theyre very rude on the phone and clearly dont care about their terrible reputation or their customers.

Horrible rude company dropped off a 1500 pound shipment on the curb in the street without even calling or setting up an appointment. If they were a national company I’d say that’s typical but this is a local company and should do better.

As I was very nervous to have an item shipped to central transport after reading all of the bad reviews I must let everyone know that they did an excellent job today. I walked into the dock area and spoke with a forklift driver who expedited the pickup.. I was in-and-out in less than 20 minutes!

Say what you will about these guys. Ive had a couple terminal pickups and theyve been great. Have to understand freight is a tough business. They seem reasonably organized and together. They are not designed for customer experience, if you want that go to the ups store. This place is for moving tons of goods in the most efficient way possible.

This past month I ordered a reading chair from Home Depot. This past Thursday it was delivered; however, in addition to my expected office chair, there were also 8 large boxes of auto shop towels (totaling to about 5,000 towels) that were also delivered to my house that were not mine. I called customer service Friday morning and promised to get a freight truck out to pick up on Monday while I was home. A truck never showed up or called my cell.After a total of 17 back and forth emails and 3 calls to customer service a freight truck finally came Tuesday afternoon.While this was eventually resolved, it was a completely unnecessary and a total headache for me as an individual consumer! None of the boxes had my name on it and should not have been delivered to me to begin with.

Laughably horrible experience with getting a truck in. Setup a pickup for Friday, which they missed so we called and re-scheduled for Monday. A day late happens, no big deal right?Monday came and we called at noon to insure the pickup happens and were told its on track. Then nothing. Called at four and are told that they couldnt make it today, so we told them Wednesday since were closed on Tuesdays. Got a voice mail from them on Tuesday evening saying they were going to miss the Tuesday pickup, ya know, the one that we didnt schedule, and would pickup on Wednesday. Today was Wednesday and no pickup again today. Scheduled again for tomorrow so fingers crossed they manage to make it, but Ive got zero actual faith. On the two latest phone calls to customer service the reps didnt care one bit, just an awful experience with an awful company.

If cost is the only thing you care about, they are cheap. What happens when they destroy your product? In our case, the customer saw the product was destroyed and denied the freight. Central returned to us, and we signed for it damaged. They did not pay for the claim because we did not write destroyed and rusty. On top of that, they threated to sue if we did not pay for the freight both ways. You should never ever consider using this company.

This company hardly deserves one star. Worst LTL company that you can choose to use. They will twist numbers on dimensions, weight or find any loop hole to tack on additional charges to the shipper. Their customer service is the WORST in the business and they will not speak to you on the phone, everything gets directed to email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Even if its the cheapest rate, your better to spend the extra $20-30 to use another LTL company since it will be cheaper in the end.
