I cant put in words how excellent and professional these doctors are. So I will try to do my best. I have never in my life been to a doctors office where not only the doctor but all of the staff are caring, attentive and are truly concerned about the patient. I would recommend them to everyone who wants to feel important and know that you are being taken care of. I give them ten stars!!
This office is awful at time management and scheduling. Every time Ive called to make an appointment, they cancel on me. Once they said theyd call me back to schedule because they didnt know when my doctor would be back from vacation; they never did. Today they called to cancel tomorrows appointment. I havent been able to get in to see a doctor for the past year and a half.My husband needs to be seen regularly and has a regular recurring appointment in the same office with another doctor that he schedules in months in advance. Half of the time he waits more than an hour past his appointment time (even though he arrives 15+ minutes early), other times, they reschedule his appointment time without notice. We are finding a new primary care office.Update: The doctor followed up with an explaination letter asking me not to come back. I couldnt get an appointment even it I wanted to. I didnt previously have a problem with the doctor -just the office and scheduling. It seems pretty to go through the trouble of sending me a letter, but the staff cant seem to find the time call me back. I would avoid the drama.
I have been a patient of Doctor Joan King for many years now. Each and every visit is as though I am the only patient to see her. I am NEVER rushed thru my visit and my appointments have always been on time. Dr. King and her former nurse Beth (whom I miss) are highly skilled in their medical knowledge. Both go above and beyond in their communication making sure I’ve had all questions or concerns addressed to MY satusfaction. They are caring, empathetic, extraordinary medical professionals. Not surprisingly I feel entire staff is professional, highly trained and compassionate.
I made the switch to this practice after a friend told me how wonderful the doctors were. It was a great move. I’m so pleased with the care my children have received and they have been incredibly respectful of my parenting choices (delayed vaccinations, familiar with intact care with no pressure to circ., etc.). They’re just fantastic.
Ugh,To say I expected a little more is an understatement. My daughter was exposed to Covid19 and needs a negative test to get back to normal life.Last week we scheduled a tests through her family doctor. The scheduler told me we had 2 options:1.) Monday, but the testing location would be in Dublin2.) Tuesday, if we wanted to stay in MarysvilleI chose option 2, because I did NOT want to expose myself if my daughter WAS +The scheduler I was speaking to, understood this and said she would schedule me for 8:40am Tuesday December 15 in Marysville, at the Colemans Crossing location**I recall this specifically, because I said Oh that is our usual office. and the scheduler stated something along the lines of Oh, Ok Im not familiar with Marysville but yes we have our drive thrus at COPC sitesSo today, Tuesday December 15, I drove to Marysville Primary Care, to be told:~YOU ARE NOT ON OUR SCHEDULE~WE CANNOT TEST YOU, WE HAVE LIMITED TESTS ALREADY ACCOUNTED FOR THE OTHER SCHEDULED TESTS....so I drove to Dublin.Fingers crossed my daughters test is negative so I do not have to redo this sad affair with myself.🤞🤞
I have been going to the State Street location for years. Before I was seeing Dr. Andy and hated to hear he was leaving two years ago. But Dr. Adam Buechel, Dr. Andy, has been a great replacement. Hes a great listener. During my first visits he asked a lot of questions while taking notes and asking follow up questions. Follow up visits are not quite as extensive but do not need to be unless it is about a new issue. He always gives me a verbal plan of action to follow to improve my health. I believe he truly cares about my health. Every visit ends with me feeling better about my choice of primary care doctor and staff.
I was dismissed as a patient from family medicine North for no reason other that the office manager Lori has a personal vendetta against my wife, a former employee, and just wanted to be a rude narcissist to try and prove a point. never as a patient have I done anything wrong to be dismissed. the office kept asking me to make an appointment, and if I her reason for dismissal is non compliance, I explained to my doctors MA that I didnt feel comfortable coming into an office for a non essential physical as I am an immunocompromised patient. all the while, her MA decided to use my personal information to seek me out on Facebook to add me as a friend. this MA doesnt know me personally and after I brought it to the office managers attention, Iesha retracted the request and blocked me but not before I screenshot the fact that a person affiliated with FMN and no personal affiliation with me tried to seek me out with my personal info. also, check into your office manager who pops pills in her office, allows her daughter to run errands on the clock, allows employees to bring kids to work as a daycare, and her inability to actually abide by laws of the state regarding nepotism. she dismissed me for personal reasons, leaving me without medical care during a crucial time being an immunocompromised individual all because she has a personal problem with my wife. her office didnt even fill a prescription correctly for life saving medicine that I need and refuses to return phone calls about it after calling the office twice. this woman will gain your company a lawsuit, and Ill make sure to report her to who I have to for her pill abuse in your office.
I love this office! The building is beautiful and has great parking. Everyone who I have been in contact with through the whole appointment process were all very helpful and friendly. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, all set, not rushed through and not waiting for too long. My husband and I both highly recommend Dr. Oaks.
Great doctors , but really really bad experience with the time it takes to see a doctor. Had to wait for more than 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to see your doctor. It really sucks when you’re kids are sick. Never felt helpless to see your kid in pain but can’t do anything to help.
We love Dr. Tansky! As first time parents of a premature baby, we have a lot of questions and concerns. Dr Tansky takes the time to talk through all of your questions in a manner that you can understand and relate to. She never, ever rushes you through your appointment and I never feel like I am asking a dumb question with her. The office is very clean and staff is very friendly. I love that we can call in and speak to a nurse about any questions we have and love the after hours and weekend options. I’d highly recommend this practice to any parent!
I love my family doctor, Dr. Randy Shultz, and his sweet staff of nurses. The nurses are always so kind, welcoming, and thorough. Dr. Shultz is a fantastic, and very knowledgeable General/Family Physician that loves what he does, as it shows through his concern for my health, and well-being. After seeing the same doctor in Texas for over ten years, I was nervous as I struggle with asthma/allergies and Bipolar II, all of which he treats! This practice is also great about working with patients in regards to medication when needed, as it can be a bit pricey at times. They also have an in-house lab, so no need to run around. I highly recommend Stone Gate Medical for ALL of your ails, and rest assured, should you need something more than what is offered, Dr. Shultz, and/or his staff will help you find a specialist, and one within the Centeral Ohio Primary System. I also like that I’m not a number or price tag, Dr. Shultz, and the nurses always hear me out! This allows for doctors to work together in/during treatment. There is also an online private/secured patient portal where you can view your info, request refill scripts, email the doctor, and get test results too! Bottom line, this practice really puts the family in Family Medicine. I can’t imagine having a different doctor, five years and counting with the Stone Gate Practice!
I have been a patient of Dr. Coyles for about five years. Dr. Coyle is thorough and listens carefully to my questions and concerns. The office is efficient; I have always been seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. The one time I had to go to the office for a sick visit I was able get a same day appointment. I am thoroughly pleased with this practice.
If I could give not only this practice but the entire copc network less than 1 star i would. We were established at Cap City medical group as a patient and they were scheduling appointments and ordering tests that were not needed. We got hit with lab bills and missed appointment charges and they put a note on the account saying we could not schedule any where else in the network. There are over 50 offices in this Network in Columbus so we are basically blacklisted. I asked the office manager what she would do and her recommendation was to go elsewhere. The billing dept told us to pay off the balance and he would be cleared to make any appointment he needed. NOT TRUE AT ALL. This physician group is like a cult and would rather deny medical care for their patients over a $4 bill. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and the worst people to work with. If you do schedule with them be prepared for unnecessary charges and physicians that deny care for their patients. But hey- if thats what you want then this practice is for you. Good luck.
My first visit to COPC was the best experience I can say that Ive had in a doctors office. Knowledgeable employees, professional staff, and highly efficient. Dr Wizenread was a joy to work with, as he took his time explaining technical facets while exhibiting patience with the patient! Pretty good sense of humor by the way. I actually look forward to my next visit.
This office us actually off Olentangy River Road. Cynthia Reese has been my primary care doctor for many years. She is extremely capable and willing to take time to listen. I trust her completely. The front office staff provides a friendly, helpful service. They relay messages and although busy, never fail to smile. If you are seeking a new physician, she comes highly recommended. A footnote, when we heard about the dangers of some BP meds we sent an email her office, next day response and change to meds. Great to have access to a doctor and staff who care about their patients and treat them with compassion understanding.
Was on time. After waiting for fifteen minutes in the lobby. I then ask when I can be seen. Was told I was late to the appointment and cannot be seen. The woman in the lobby waiting longer than me said thats ridiculous. I shouldve seen and was waiting. I end up in the hospital for the reason I was being seen that day. I get a letter stating to make a follow-up with my primary doctor Zayn Copeland as Im an established patient; after said hospital visit to make sure everything is okay. I call to make the appointment and I am then told I cannot be seen as Im not an established patient. Its Medicare Fraud to the Nth degree. If you want to fix this reach out to me directly as you clearly have my address and phone number. Any response on this review directly will not be seen and is not a proper response to my problems.
Im a relatively new patient to Dr Jim Dorado practice. I find him to be very thorough and informative which is what I was looking for.The staff is very friendly and efficient. This last visit Dr. Dorado was accompanied by a student nurse practitioner Jacqueline, she was very efficient thorough and friendly, she should do very well.Dennis Steele
Been a patient of Dr. Winzenread for 15+ years. The staff at Northwest Family Physicians are wonderful; very attentive, professional, and they listen to concerns. My entire family has been patients since my children were in middle school and they are continuing the tradition with their own family today. I cant imagine another family practice as efficent or considerate of your time as their staff. I attribute my good health to the care of Dr. Winzenread and his staff.
Due to a scheduling issue because of lack of communication between staff and scheduling, I attended an appointment but was told there wasnt enough time allotted to conduct the appointment as planned. When trying to contest the co-pay and have money returned, the office manager was no help and due to the lack of Doctors Notes pertaining to the scheduling issue, her indifferent hands were tied and the co-pay would not be returned. The manger read the notes and there was information that wasnt even discussed with me at the appointment.I was in the office for an appointment, although it was pointless, and therefore the insurance company paid them $128 and I paid $35, all to hear there wasnt enough time. Not a patient/customer focused business.
I wish everyone could have as good of a doctor as I have with Dr Toohney, not only is she very efficient, understanding and upon all my medical issues. The staff is also wonderful, theyll get right back with you. I cant say enough good things. BUT I love you Dr Toohney. 😊
No Care for the Client!! I had to miss two appointments due to work conflicts and they ditched me. They have it on record that COPC should no longer take me as a patient. Most ridiculous considering they afford the client 5 minutes of time and no comprehensive understanding of medical complaints. The answer is always, well, I can prescribe you xxx drug for that symptom. I will find a place where the doctor cares about the patient and not running folks through the mill for a bigger paycheck.
Had an appointment sched with an NP but she wasn’t there, I understand she was sick and I was ok with that but they squeezed me in with another dr who I felt rushed thru my appt (I spent more time with an intern). I would have rather rescheduled my appointment, that option wasn’t offered! I called to make my complaint, left a voicemail for the office manager and never received a call back!!
I was referred to Dr. Krupko by my sister, and I am very happy to say that I took her advice. I have been seeing him now, for about 3 years. Dr. Krupko treats his patients with kindness and understanding, he actually listens to you, and you do not feel rushed,I would recommend Dr. Krupko without hesitation, to everyone.Cindy Lane
Sadly I experienced a Major loss of confidence with my Primary Care Physician, Henderson Rd., Upper Arlington, Ohio; this shouldnt reflect on the outstanding Support Staff, or their Rns ...I left the care of a Doctor who I entrusted my healthcare to, for nearly 20 years; Now I have an Amazing team of Physicians, New Providers at Ohio Health / since 1891, with 11 Hospitals & 500+ doctors, I only wish Id found Ohio Health Sooner!
I dont even think this group (Central Ohio Primary Care) deserves one start rating because I called 2 locations that have a total of 10 plus doctors between them and Im told NONE of the doctors are accepting new patients... How do you expect to grow your practice and to not even try to be accommodating. Moving on with my search for a PCP and I will NOT be scheduling with this group in the future.
Best physician care possible! Dr. James Dorado is an amazing communicator and strongly engages patients in being part of a process of improving their own health and in strong prevention. He puts medical analysis in lay terms that builds confidence. He follows in the hard-to-fill shoes of Dr. Jonathan Thorne. On top of medical advances, highly educational, motivating! Strong, efficient medical support staff as well!
I would not recommend this place because they do not have regard for people time. They overbook their Drs. Your appointment my be canceled or postponed without prior knowledge. Their system doesnt seem to keep accurate patient record because they repeatedly asked me if I have been there before and who my dr is.Staff are very rude and impatient. I gave them several chances and they continue to disappoint. Today is my last day at this place.
I love COPC. It is just so convenient and cost effective. I started out in the pediatric section at RPA, and then moved on to Dr. Amy Kelleyss office. I can call and get an appointment so fast and if I ever need labs or blood work done, COPC offers same day services that will send your results right to your doctor.
Dr Adam buechel is probably one of the dumbest doctors Ive come across and extremely arrogant. He asked me zero! questions about my health past or present...Not 1 question at all he just made assumptions right off the bat. Their record keeping sucks I was there before and they said Id never been there. Dr Adam looks like hes been out of school for like a year or two maybe. His plan as aprofessional care giver and I use that term very loosely sucked period. Doesnt take into consideration your time or feelings or thoughts its his show and if you dont like his opinion he doesnt really seem to care. Wouldnt recommend wasting your time with this joke.
I will never go back to COPC again. The receptionist at the Henderson location was INCREDIBLY rude to me, even yelling at me over the phone. She claimed I missed an appointment which was never scheduled, and said I was not allowed back there again. I cant make this up. I was blown away. I will never go back to or recommend COPC again. Awful, awful customer care.
HORRID! They attempt to blame you for their errors. I attempted to speak with a member of management about unprofessional employee and he was as unprofessional as she was. They lost 2 patients today. I cannot recommend COPC! In my personal opinion they are not patient first.
What a rude receptionist. After putting me on hold for 35 minutes, she hung up on me. When I called back, she wouldnt even let me speak before putting me on hold again. Ive been a patient with Dr. Ecker for 24 YEARS but since I cant get through, I will find a new one.
This is my first google review. My terrible experience in this place makes me have to write something. I went to this place about one and half month ago. Bad circumstances, unfriendly staff and long waiting time are what they have; unexpected charges are what you will have. There is no use to argue with them.If you can go somewhere else, just do it.

2022-05-06The website currently says that they accept self pay, but the receptionist I talked to said that they do not accept it and that they havent for some time now. Its frustrating that this misleading information is left on there.

2020-09-18WOW! Dr. Kim at the Worthington location has been a true blessing into my life. Although im a big strong guy, I suffer with medical related anxieties and get very nervous when going into doctors office, hospitals, etc. I let them know this information prior to my arrival and they could not have been nicer to me. They explained everything, and gave me a medication that has CHANGED MY LIFE. I am forever grateful for Dr. Kim. Even in CVOID times, the online appointments are top notch and feels like im in the doctor office. Thank you Dr. Kim and her team!

2021-06-04I had an endoscopy done at St Annes by a doctor with OhioGastro and afterward, randomly received a bill from Central Ohio Primary Cares Shannon Richendollar, CNP for a pre-operative evaluation. After having no recollection of meeting this person, I called COPC and they told me she reviewed my chart before my procedure. I called OhioGastro and St Annes since I was never informed of this potential charge and they let me know she should not have done this, that I should have only received a bill from St. Annes, OhioGastro, and the anesthesiologist. I called COPC back and they told me that I still needed to pay the bill. To say this is slimy is an understatement. I would have denied her reviewing my chart if I had known beforehand and requested that my doctor do so instead of her. This is clearly a money grab and a reason to bill insurance and the patient without their consent. Central Ohio Primary Care and Shannon Richendollar, you need to do better.

2018-07-10My husband and I both absolutely love Dr Joan King!!! She first treated me 18+ years ago and I’ve been her patient since. My husband saw her soon after I began seeing her and he has been her patient since as well. We have been blessed to have her as our doctor. Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Like I mentioned earlier. We love her

2018-06-12We have been going to Step by Step Pediatrics for over 6 years now and we’ve always had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Tansky is very personable and always takes the time she needs to evaluate my children. She’s never in a rush and always has time for questions and concerns. She speaks directly to my children and truly cares about their well being. The nursing staff is always very nice and always returns calls promptly when I have a question. The office staff is helpful as well. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a wonderful pediatrician for their child.

2020-06-22After two unreturned voicemails (a week apart) for the patient relations rep, I am leaving this review. I have had several appointments with Dr. Davis (Sports, Spine & Joint) for a recurring issue. At my most recent visit, he sent me for an MRI and referred me to a surgeon. I am unable to get an appointment with the surgeon for two months. I was advised by Dr. Davis staff that he will not review the MRI results or give me any guidance on what to do in the meantime unless I make another appointment. At this point, I have no faith that this practice is more concerned for my well-being than their revenue.

2021-06-02I saw doctor Campbell t a same day center. The worst physician i have ever come in contact with. I came in to be preemptive before my poison ivy spread to my face. She told me it didn’t look so bad and if it got worse i could come back tomorrow. I have had this before and wanted to stop the spread. The worst experience of my life.

2020-07-23Tiffany in the Billing Department was amazing, great customer service! She went above and beyond to help me figure out my current balance since my primary care switched over to their company. I called before and the girl I spoke with prior to speaking with Tiffany was rude and unhelpful, she didnt care and wasnt interested in helping me pay off the bill, she did nothing but say..oh well and continue to read Hippa laws as if she was a robot, She wasnt trying and she clearly hates her job.People like this should not work in the medical industry even if its just billing. So I called back hoping to get someone else with a better attitude. Thanks to Tiffany I finally got my medical bill paid! Thanks Tiffany!!

2020-06-15I am a fairly healthy person and would see my Doctor (on Beecher Crossing) for a physical and as needed. I have recommended others to the practice as I love having a female doctor that listens and tells me when I am wrong :-). I missed an appointment last year and now cannot be seen by ANY physicians in the COPC group :-( because I was considered a no call/no show. This was certainly an oversight on my part, but to ban a person from the entire practice area is extreme and disheartening. All my medical records are with this practice and I dont doctor hop for this reason - if something is going on with me, I want to know my doctors office has my medical history.
