Jimmy Klempay came out to take care of yellow Jackets nest in the soffit on corner of house. He also took care of paper wasps that were nesting where fascia had been blown off. Very friendly and professional did a fantastic job!!!Thank You Jimmy

I recently posted a poor review of Elyria’s TruGreen lawn service. In the post I explained that the tech that shows up to treat your lawn is never the same, disallowing the all-important customer relationship to be established. In my review, I recommended Central Exterminating as a company/service they should emulate. Our CE tech Jimmy is very professional and responsive to the customer-even offering me his cell number in the event I have problems that may arise before my next scheduled service. Kudos to Central Exterminating and Jimmy- you do a great job! I will be continuing my service next season as well. TruGreen? One season and I am done with them.

Came out to spray for bees, wasps, and hornets. Service was guaranteed for the entire summer. Bugs became an issue again. Emailed Chris on Friday and on Monday Doug was here to respray. I was very skeptical at first, but ended up being extremely happy. Highly recommend!

Our complex uses this contractor.They are terrible.They came in and it looked like someone ambushed our apartment.Our clean clothing were put in bags with our dirty clothing and bedding.They ripped off the fabric from our one box spring and the plastic cover and just threw it on top of my daughters dresser.They left the blinds in dissaray pieces of the blinds sticking up and all over the place.There were dirty fingerprints all over the outside of our boxsprings and beds.They hurried so they could sleep in thier cars for 5 hours and collect a paycheck.

Jim is amazing and probably the most helpful I have came across in dealing over the phone with with other businesss. He came out the same day to help investigate the problem when it turned out to be something I could fix by going to home depot he let me know that. Truly thankful!!!

Joe, does a great job every time he is hear which is now over 5 years plus. He listens to your concerns about what you are dealing with as far as bugs and makes them go away!👍

Ken came by, looked at our carpenter ants, recommended that we replace the rotted board that contained the nest and didnt charge us a penny.
