Needed some work done to my Cadillac and was Recommended to come to Central Cadillac by Cordell he spoke very highly of this particular location and said that the Technicians there specialize in Gm Vehicles and the service writers would take very good care of me and they did do so.Thank you very much Cordell.....

I’ve taken my 2021 car in for service on my brakes 4 times When the brakes are applied they pulsate and the car does not stop but instead jerks. Last week I almost had an accident. They make all kinds of excuses, often admitting that the brakes are new and different but never satisfactory repairs or replacement. I’ve been buying cars from Maria there for 20 years. This is a really bad experience. Ok so after this initial review I was called upon to try to settle They kept my car for 9 days and said they tested and tested and nothing was wrong with it. I have now started to gather letters from individuals who were riding with me when my brakes pulsated and didn’t stop
I should really start doing more pat on the back reviews, because Im so quick to write a bad review, so today Ill start with Central Cadillac who I feel went over and beyond on their Customer Experience charts! It started right there at the reception desk with one Ms. Drew who had a smile to rival the sun!! She welcomed me and family in with open arms. She and all of the staff were down to earth yet very professional! I love my new car and they have a customer for life!!
At Central Cadillac it didn’t just feel like a dealership, but like a family overall. I received nothing short of a great experience. Jimila was able to add on to that experience by making me and the environment around us feel welcoming. Her positive energy made me feel relaxed as if I was around a lifetime friend. She has wonderful customer service, and a very friendly person. I definitely will be recommending everyone to Central Cadillac so they too can have the great experience I’ve had.
My experience with Central Cadillac was extremely helpful. I used to go to Crestmount Cadillac, but the service is not accommodating. I will be going to Central from now on. They were helpful, very polite, and courteous. Everyone was a joy to work with. I will be going back. I give them a thumbs up 👍

We contacted Steve Regarding getting us a CT5. We had a specific model and criteria that was ideal. He was able to locate the car immediately even with the supply chain issues. The process was seamless … showed up signed were off in no time. 2nd car with him … would highly recommend.
The dealership is phenomenal. They took exceptional care of my first time car purchase with them. Evan Cutler was great, courteous, and even practiced Muay Thai with me as I am preparing for a contest in a month. I couldn’t believe the moves he had. I called in b/c I had a few general questions about payments. I was transferred a few times which was frustrating but then I got to Jailene and she was phenomenal. She knew the answer to all of my questions. She even entertained me with some small talk while I flipped through some paperwork. She was very knowledgeable and attentive. I can appreciate her level of care and want to help. If I ever need to call, Ill just ask for her directly b/c she made it that easy.
My husband owns a 2015 CTS Cadillac. I joined him this peculiar day for an oil change and while we waited Ms Robinson the receptionist offered refreshments with a pleasant attitude and an a warm inviting smile! She put the sunshine in otherwise a cloudy day. Thank you for hiring people like her!
Phenomenal service at their collision center! I got rear ended in the snow and my bumper needed replacement. Both Jennifer and Mike have been absolutely professional in handling my case. I was able to keep my car while the parts were being ordered. By the time I dropped off my car, all the parts were ready and they got the work done in a day! My car came back fixed and in immaculate condition because they had washed it in time for pick up and even had my tires polished. And of course, the day I drove my newly fixed car out for shopping, someone backs right into my brand new bumper in the parking lot. I took it right back to Mike the same day and he helped me wipe off the marks right away. Truly truly blown away by their customer service and I cannot recommend this place enough!
All my life, I have always wanted a Cadillac. The Fleetwood Cadillac from back in the day was the ride to have. Well I decided to visit Central Cadillac with my Mother and Uncle. I drove home in a 2019 Cadillac XT5 with extremely low mileage. I met a Salesperson Sandie Williams and she patiently worked with me to get my Cadillac on my birthday.We had so much fun, laughing and joking 🤣. I was surprised with a birthday serenade. Tom Harter sang too. My finance guy. So, if you want a great experience, go see Sandie at Central Cadillac.
My experience with Central Cadillac was disappointing to say the least. I decided to service my vehicle at this location instead of the regular location I attend in Akron, big regret! The customer service at this location is by far the worst I received in any Cadillac dealership in Northeast Ohio. This location was less than empathetic, due to an unfortunate service error. Save your vehicle and service elsewhere!
Do not buy a used car from them if they do any service work on it because the General Manager will not stand behind their work!!! Purchased my Lincoln mkx from them, upon their inspection they said oil pan was leaking but they would fix it. 2 months later oil pan leaking, They warranty the work and fix it again. 6 months later leaking again, say they will warranty it. 2 days later tell me they want to send to a Ford dealer and that i had to pay for it. After negotiating how much i had to pay (which should have been nothing) Ford dealer fixes it and says it was never fixed correctly that the previous work was short cutted.

Thank you for not only getting me In to a beautiful auto but thank you so much for treating me like a decent human being and not looking down your nose at me because of my past credit decisions !.. Came to Central Cadillac 8 months ago, looked at a CTS was greeted by a very nice salesperson by thename of Sandie Williams. I was given an over viewof car. She took time with me, showing me manyattractions on the car, she was polite, patient andvery professional. It was a pleasure working withMs Williams.
I had the worst experience buying a used vehicle spent 40k on an Escalade had it for three months it’s been in there shop more then I got to drive it thank god I purchased a warranty on it even then I came out of pocket a few grand from transmission problem motor piston cam injectors and more I expected way more being that you guys are a Cadillac dealership nobody should have to experience this in the first few days of owning a new vehicle
I am from out of town, and had a family member at the Cleveland clinic and I needed assistance with my Cadillac Escalade and Lisa helped me through getting in my vehicle with a dead battery. It’s nice to have helpful staff when in an emergency. I really appreciated her help..
Had my 2019 Cadillac XTS serviced at Central Cadillac. I apologized for arriving almost an hour early for my appointment and Sam in the service department thanked me! He said we LOVE early! My vehicle was in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked about fluid flushing and my question was immediately answered. I noted a slow leak in one of my tires which I had been filling up almost on a weekly basis of late. They checked it out and discovered and repaired a valve stem leak. I was on my way in no time flat. Thank you Central Cadillac Service!
Just picked up my vehicle from the Body Shop and they did an amazing job. Mike, Jennifer and Katie took care of everything from getting us a rental car to handling all the insurance billing. They kept me informed along the way and then delivered our Jeep back to us absolutely spotless from their detail department!
Recently had new tires put on by the service department and could not have been happier! They were quick and professional, I was greeted right away without any waiting and in and out in no time on my lunch break. When picking up my car was done, washed/dried and ready to go. The service manager even came out to make sure I was happy! Great job, will be back!
I am a Ganley customer for life. This was the easiest, friendliest auto purchase I have ever made. Everything was cut and dry and I never felt like they were trying to confuse me or get one over on me like I have at other dealerships. They are good people to do business with.

Found my car online and contacted John Arandesh at Central Cadillac and was extremely happy with the whole experience. I live in Tonawanda NY and it was painless handling the deal virtually. Once he knew I wanted to buy the vehicle he went outside right away and took a video of the entire car. Pointed out the imperfections and also all the features. I felt this was so extra and professional. It solidified the fact that I was working with the right dealership. Drove out to get it and it was waiting for me all clean and sparkly! I was in and out pretty quickly and everyone I dealt with was so friendly. I highly recommend!

Trying to stay optimist on the hunk of junk Ive purchased 2 years ago. I understand Cadillac is a brand that comes with an expense but this car has been a headache since purchasing it. If its not cutting off, Not turning over or locking me outside the car its some new silly issue costing me an arm or a leg that Ive never encountered with any other cars I ever purchased. I been at the service department there and else were more times for issues than oil changes. I wish I would have never purchased this vehicle its depressing to know I still have maybe 3 years or more on it and theres nothing I can do about it but : (

Purchased a CPO XT4 from Sandie Williams on 3/10/21. She was fair and courteous the whole time, and helpful throughout the whole process. They were backed up in financing, so there was a bit of a wait, but wasnt forced to wait or sit in a small sales office or finance office for a long time which I appreciated.Once I got into the finance department, it was quick and efficient.It was a pleasant experience, and Im very happy with how everything went. I cant say enough nice things about working with Sandie and the people I worked with at Central Cadillac.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I just recently bought a car back in May. The manager insured me that the car that I was purchasing was well taking care of. He said that the owners brother owned the car. I purchased the car and the check engine light came on within 2 weeks. The car will not pass E-Check and the check engine light was cleared before I purchased the vehicle. They have gave me nothing but a run around. They are very unprofessional and untrustworthy.
Watch that you get the full rebate you should be entitled to. Found more rebate was available but they didn’t apply it to benefit me. The way the extra rebate money was applied would have went into their pocket if I didn’t catch that when we went over the financing. Told them I have never seen this in my 25+ years of buying vehicles. Was given all kinds of excuses and after 5 minutes of back and forth they reduced the final price of my vehicle to match the extra rebate available. The XT-5 seems to be a nice vehicle but terrible buying experience. Maybe the worst ever.Follow up to this REVIEW. These people never contacted me to make things right. You would figure they would have the decency to call me.After owning this vehicle for almost a month the brakes had a grinding/pulsating condition. The sun roof rattled. Two(2) weeks it sat in shop and until I called a second time the manager updated me and then argued with me for 2 days about how they were not replacing the pads and rotors on my vehicle. I should NOT have bought a Cadillac because they really showed their true colors. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS They want you to buy something from them and gladly take your money. Cadillac is truly NOT a luxury brand. Stay away from GM they are toxic. Zero stars give. Down from two given in May

The vehicle we purchased was priced as one of the lowest in the area. We drove an hour to see it and eventually purchased it.2) Quality cars. Our vehicle was in pristine shape. It was inspected, serviced and cleaned. They went over the mechanical history of the vehicle. The put on new brakes. I really feel like I got a used vehicle that will last a long time.3) Friendly service. When you go into the building, you will be welcomed by many people. I was offered like 10 bottles of water and 10 cups of coffee. I was impressed by the friendly environment and I feel like they went the extra mile for me.4) Overall my experience was very positive. I feel like I got a good deal and my experience was very positive. Should you buy a used car from Central Cadillac? Yes! I would consider it (if they have the car you are looking for).
Central Cadillac makes leasing a vehicle effortless! I was able to schedule my oil change and bring my vehicle in the next day. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaner than when I brought it in. I never got the help and awesome service at crestmont that I get with central. My name is Kennis McDaniel and I am writing to share my very unpleasant experience at Central Cadillac dealership in Cleveland, OH. This isRegarding customer service.My dad who is 89 years young and I arrived an hour early for a 3:30pm Service appointment. He has done business at the Central Cadillac location since 1961. I am currently visiting Cleveland from Los Angeles, California. I am also a Cadillac owner who has grown accustomed to their legendary customer service in sales, service and parts. On April 5, 2021 my father asked me to assist him in getting his leased XT5 serviced. I called at Central Cadillac at 8:00am to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Lindsey who scheduled us for a 3:30pm appointment.When we arrived, there were no advisors present in the service area. I walked into the dealership while my dad waited in the vehicle. I was greeted immediately by the cashier. She asked who our Service Advisor was. I explained I was not given an advisor when I called. I only knew Lindsey set everything up. The Cashier voice paged Lindsey to call the deck and after a few minutes she asked her to come to the Cashier desk. When Lindsey arrived, she spoke directly with the Cashier. I introduced myself and inquired what I needed to do next and if we were too early. She refused to acknowledge me in anyway. In fact, she shook her head, turned her back then walked away. I said excuse me Miss, but she continued walking away. I was confused by her actions.I asked Sandie Williams the sales associate if I could speak with her regarding a sensitive matter. She apologized for Lindseys behavior then ushered me to voice my complaint to Christopher Stuart, General Sales Manager. He said he would speak with her personally.During my conversation with Mr. Stuart, he did apologize for the behavior. However, he shared that Lindsey was a relative of a long-term employee and that she was “kind of just there.” In my mind that did not excuse her behavior, nor did it comfort me that Mr. Stuart seemingly gave her a pass. I am not privy as to whether he had the conversation, but I will share this. In my mind, Cadillac is a premier product, as such so should the service that accompanies it.Lindsey was not a good representation of customer service; in fact, she is exactly what it is not.I will share that I appreciated that the cashier Jailene and the service advisor Samuel Calabrese were very apologetic about the experience they observed. Mr. Calabrese even assisted me in helping my father back into the car.Mr. Porter. I am sure you have built the reputation of Central Cadillac on excellent customer service. I want to let you know I did not receive it and it was a ripple effect that only stopped as I departed. I am extremely disappointed! After having a terrible experience with Centrals service department and giving them a non-celebratory review, Id like to post an update. I have been dealing with the service manager at Central, and today he restored my faith in Cadillac and their commitment to quality customer service. Mistakes happen. Its how you respond to them that matters the most sometimes. This mistake could have been much more detrimental than it was, but nevertheless Centrals response was noble. They definitely went above and beyond to .ake things right. This is how GOOD BUSINESS practice lokks. Thanks.
I traveled over 2 hours to Central Cadillac to purchase a used BMW X3. Sandie Williams was my Sales Advisor. Sandie did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with a car I had not seen and with the trade if my vehicle. The Car I was purchasing was in great demand and she fought for the best price and the most convenient way for me to take delivery. Sandie followed up and made me feel comfortable that she represented my best interest at the dealership that was over 2 hours away. When I arrived to take delivery of the car, Sandie was waiting with a smile. She made sure I felt special by having the car ready with a big red bow on it. It is tough to find high quality sales people these days. Sandie is one of the elite ones. If you are looking for a car, go to Central Cadillac and ask for Sandie Williams. I am a local clevelander who was born and raised here. I usually shop and have service at another Cadillac dealer. Due to time restraints and other circumstances I chose Central for service. I was going on vacation and would be driving over 800 miles. I had an oil change and front end alignment performed. After I drove thru mountains and winding hills of several southern states, I made it to my destination only to find out that all my front end alignment parts had vibrated loose. CENTRAL really messed up on this one. I spent my entire 4 day vacation attempting to correct their cluster f₩[k. The good thing, the service manager appears to be eager to make this right......OUTCOME still pending. TBD
Went in for an oil change and a minor trim concern.I met one of the new service advisors, Jason who met me at my vehicle and inquired the reason for my visit on that day. He took care of getting my car checked in and completing the paperwork quickly. Directed me to the rental counter where I was able to get a rental car quickly and was not as late to work as I expected to be. Overall the customer service was excellent. My car was washed before taking it. The technician hand dried the car as well which I definitely appreciated. I will definitely continue having my car serviced at Central Cadillac.
Today I picked up my new XT6. Steve Newman, my salesman, was FANTASTIC! His knowledge of the vehicle, time he took explaining the features and his over all care of me was extraordinary. I’ve had many new vehicles in my lifetime and this was, by far, the absolute BEST experience I’ve had to date.I also want to mention the ease of online application and document signing. This truly saved lots of time and gave me the ability to read everything thoroughly without feeling pressure to get to the next page.Thank you Eric, Steve, & all the Central Cadillac team for your AMAZING service!
We had an awesome experience purchasing our new Cadillac XT5! Our Salesperson was Sadie Williams! Very unprofessional. I had my truck taken there just to get my money wasted. They had me wait over a week and said it would be done in three days well three days turned into over a week still with no progress on my vehicle. Which in turn I wasted my tow money on top of my money for a rental when they could’ve said that the same day and I could’ve taken my truck Somewhere else with better communication and service. On top of that they charge $150 an hour for labor. Poor service and Cadillacs are poor vehicles as well
I just traveled 10 hours to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac XT4 from Central Cadillac sight unseen. We initially contacted Scott who made the purchase process extremely easy and was very responsive with meeting our timeline and making sure everything was ready for our arrival. Angelo showed us the vehicle, educated us on the technology and made sure our Onstar was set up properly. Tom in finance made the closing process simple and painless . I have to say each and every employee was professional, polite and seemed eager to make sure we were happy with our purchase from start to finish. I would be willing to make the 10 hour roundtrip to deal with dealership in the future.
First, let me state Im a return customer. About 6 years ago, I brought my vehicle to Central Cadillac to be repaired. Again, they did an excellent job, so I didnt hesitate to come back after my previous accident.I dropped the car off on the same day I had my accident. I was updated throughout the whole process. What they guessed as 11 days to repair only took 7. Very impressed Central Cadillac.Hopefully I wont need their collision service for many years to come, but its great to know the level of service Id receive from Central Cadillac.Thanks for your professionalism...Brian

My last 3 cars were Chrysler 300s 2007,10, and 2015.. I was ready to return to cadillac and thought the place to go was crestmont but I didnt like the customer service there so I tried central and from the moment I got out of my car Sandie Williams approached and introduced herself and very pleasantly asked how could she help I said Im looking to buy a cadillac and she said to me you tell me which one you want and I will do my best to make you happy. I was taken back because she didnt say I have the car I know youll love but instead said what is it YOU want! I was so impressed that shell be my personal sales person for life ... thank you Sandie you are a gem!!!
Worst place ever! Bought a vehicle through them, was not told about items that needed fixed even though they were aware. Car broke down after a week ,leaking oil. After trying to get a hold of someone for weeks they finally towed the car to Cleveland to fix. They have the vehicle a month and the same evening the car broke down again. It’s been in and out of the shop since 9/29/20. Found out after going over the vehicle when it began shutting down that the service department never fixed the car when they towed it to their dealership to fix. All they did was put jb weld on the item in question. Well the jb weld didn’t hold for long causing more strain on the engine and now the car needs a whole new engine and they won’t even respond other then “I need to make my payment or they are going to repo it”. Or “If I don’t bring the car back they will report it stolen and press charges” I believe is what Eric told me today. Nobody wants to keep your vehicle it doesn’t even run thanks to the service department but I can assure you that someone is going to rectify this situation and my Attorney’s going to make sure if that. Just be careful everyone!
Update: I just received my title from the dealership and it was cut from the state on 9/17/2020. Which means they charged me to have a title cut, and now I have to pay again to have it title in my home state. Unbelievable.//////////////////////////////////Would you drive 1K miles to buy a car? If not, youre missing out working with an incredible dealership and staff!Saw the CT5 online, contacted the dealership, worked the deal, drove up and was in and out in less than hour and half. No issues, no changing the numbers or anything youve probably had happened at other dealerships or heard about happening.Bottom line! If youre looking for a vehicle at Central Cadillac then go see Scott (sales manager), Angelo (sales consultant) and Evan (finance manager). They will treat you right and make you feel like family. I have had better experiences at any other dealer that I have had bought a car at. My wait was over an hour just to start the paperwork and during that wait the dealer could have utilized the time productivity by going over all the features of the vehicle. The license plate holder was not installed as I told them I wanted it to be and before I left I was given a plastic bag with mats and a cardboard box. The dealer told me it was the extra mats and entertainment systen headphones and controler. When I got home I opened the box to find the license plate holder. Ive been waiting for a call back fron them with an answer to how they are going to fix this but still have not heard from them. I drove 1 1/2 hours just to get there and be treated like this! Unbelievable!
AUTO OWNERS BEWARE!!! Absolute worst service Ive ever had at an auto place. Lisa is the most uncommunicative and unhelpful person in particular. Scheduled work to get done on the car weeks in advance, drop it off right at open, dont hear anything all day except for a text saying my car is next. No follow-up, so the car is locked in their lot overnight. Go back the next morning and apparently they dont even know if they have the part in, and that sometimes ”They attach the wrong people to the wrong service… After going through that headache and being assured that it would be done that second day, we get absolutely no follow up on when it was done. We had to call right before they closed to find out it was and that Lisa was gone for the day. If we hadnt called, we almost certainly would have had to leave it there overnight again. Look, I understand delays happen. I get it, but the lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. This isnt even mentioning the lack of properly worn masks... Go ANYWHERE else if able!

I always go back because the process of returning a leased vehicle and obtaining the new one is done with ease and with my needs and budget in mind. Excellent experience all around! I found an Escalade online at a price that I knew wouldn’t last. I called and spoke with Steve who gave me the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. He took videos of the truck and after hearing his review on the condition of it I felt comfortable enough to buy it sight unseen. I was nervous about buying a used vehicle without driving it but was very relieved when I saw and drove it (practically like new!). From the phone call to schedule service to the actual appointment. The entire experience thus far has been horrible. I have been taking my car there for service for 3 years and every time it gets worse. There is always a completely different staff. When I asked the service desk for a courtesy vehicle the denied me today and said that needed to be scheduled. Not the Cadillac experience one would expect. The service area is filthy, with duct tape holding the service writer walls. Very disgusting. I have been to Jiffy Lubes that were in better shape.
My 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GT was towed here, and wound up being totaled. Call it fate, call it whatever, but as I stood in the used car lot, feeling like the world was collapsing, I spied a beautiful Chevy Malibu, and knew I had to have it. I worked with Kiera on the purchase, and between her and her manager, the deal was great. The vehicle was priced at a good rate for its condition, and when I came to pick it up, it had been washed and had a full tank of gas, as I requested. My purchase experience here was great. Id come back, for another purchase.
DO NOT go to any other Cadillac dealer! This is the ONLY dealer I trust!! When I say trust, I mean implicitly. I’m taken care of from start to finish when it comes to routine maintenance or a repair. The staff is the most accommodating I have ever dealt with. You are never left waiting and they follow-up with you every step of the way. There is a reason Central has been around so long and the pride they take in their everyday business shows. Don’t take my word for it, go yourself and be papered the way Cadillac intended.
!BUYER BEWARE!I approached this dealership because of a Cadillac CTS I saw on Cargurus. The car seemed to be in great shape and was exactly what I had been wanting for over a year. After calling the dealership and talking to Anna Maria Masterson, I was assured the car was in great shape and was worth my drive from Bay City, MI all the way to Cleveland, Ohio. Upon arrival the car was not ready, it was covered in leaves and dirt and still wet from the rain. Anna Maria took 20 minutes just to “pull the car up.” After test driving and seeing nothing wrong cosmetically from what I could tell through the dirty paint, we agreed on a purchase price and began the signing process. It took well over an hour before I could even sign papers on the car because there was only one person in the entire dealership that was able to get me the papers I needed to sign to finalize the deal. After getting the car home and washing it I quickly discovered some cosmetic blemishes in the paint. Some going down past the clearcoat. These were not easily noticeable at the dealership due to the poor lighting and the car being wet. I was also promised that this car was a non-smoker vehicle, to which I later found a pink lighter, burn marks, and marks near the driver window where it appeared someone ashed their cigarette. I had very specific expectations I listed for the dealer all to which I was promised would be no issues with this vehicle. I am very disappointed by the lies and the service received from this dealership but especially with Anna Maria Masterson. Not to mention, Anna Maria doesn’t answer the phone or emails and trying to get ahold of anyone in charge at this dealership is impossible. The customer service and communication at this dealership is piss poor. This has been an outright horrible buying experience, the worst I’ve ever experienced and I will make sure to steer everyone I know clear of this establishment. Dont waste your time or money at this dealership.
Mike went over and beyond to be accommodating. Not only accommodating, but excellent customer service, respect, and care from the first second I was informed my car would be serviced through USAA at Central Cadillac. I cant say enough good about Mike and the CC team. When Im ready for a new car or in need of service, CC will be top of mind. Even if you dont drive a Cadillac/GM, they are great and serviced and repaired my BMW without an hiccup.
This is the best dealership we ever worked with. We buy our company cars at Central. Your sales and service, aside of your detail shop, is simply outstanding. I strongly recommend John M. in sales to all my peers and people thinking about buying Cadillac. We have never experienced such level of customer service anywhere. I had an issue with my car on Saturday night while the dealership was closed. John proceeded to help me with tow of my car to Central for Monday morning as he handed me keys to his own vehicle to drive for the weekend. He is extra sensitive to his customer needs and your service department is quick and efficient. Warren in service is excellent. In essence, you guys are awesome to deal with and John makes it very easy for us. I am looking forward to working with Central for many more years.
Recently purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback at Central Cadillac and had an excellent experiment. Primarily worked with Bill Marsh who sent me pictures of the car via phone and scheduled a time for me to come and see it. Able to take the car on an extended test drive to really see if I liked it. Very fair price for both the car and my trade. They even beat my credit union financing by a pretty wide margin, which was great. They only had one key for the car on day of purchase, but Bill was able to search and find the second key for me and got it to me a few days later, which was amazing. Overall excellent experience, nice people, good service, good prices.
I wish there were 6 stars as this dealership/service would get 6! I was travelling to Cleveland for an event on May 8, 2012 from Columbus when my 04 SRX overheated. I entered a google search for a Cadillac dealer in Cleveland, and lucky for me Central was the first on the list (probably because I was only a 1/2 mile away).I called the number and Mr. Ken Mathews answered the phone. I told him my situation and he asked if I could still drive it. I said yes, and I suspect if I said no he would probably have come and got it, the service was so good. So I drove it around the block to Central. Within 15 minutes, Ken had diagnosed the problem and provided a quote to fix it. To make the experience even better, he offered me a car to drive to my appointment. He informed me the repair would take about 2.5 hours.I went to the event, came back and the car was completed prior to the 2.5 hours that was promised. From Ken, to the mechanic, to the cashier, to the young man that arranged for the loaner, to the lady working at the coffee shop, (I wish I could remember their names) the customer experience I received from the folks at Central was just as good as I get at Germain Cadillac which is the dealership I go to in Columbus...minus the coffee shop...that is just really cool!With folks like Ken and the team, providing gracious hosting and customer service, I have no doubt that 60+ years of service will be a cake walk for them. Hopefully I will never break down in Cleveland again, but if I do, Central Cadillac will get the call.So, cheers to the Central Cadillac team, from a very distraught and frantic customer. If they treat a total stranger like this, I can only imagine how pleased the repeat customer is with them all.
Fantastic dealership to work with! I work/stay out in Pittsburgh and found their car in a search. Anytime I’m considering a vehicle, I always have my mechanic in Alliance, OH take a look at it. I went out on a limb and asked if Central Cadillac would be willing to bring it down/meet me in Alliance and THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE ME!!! Additionally, my mechanic found it clean, as advertised, and fairly priced. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them! Steve, I cannot adequately express how much it meant to me that you guys were more than willing to go the extra (LITERALLY) 120 miles to make me feel confident in a vehicle purchase! I’ll most definitely be looking to you in the future!!!!
We recently leased a new car from Central and the experience could not have been better! I had been dreading the thought of car shopping, not to mention car shopping whilst undergoing a pandemic but Tom Harter made the entire experience swift and easy!! Tom spent the time going over several vehicle options, prices, etc. We chose a vehicle that was not yet on their lot. Two days later, as promised, Tom had the vehicle delivered to me for inspection AND he had me do all the paperwork virtually so as not to disrupt my schedule! I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Tom Harter at Central Cadillac!***EDIT***Have since dealt with Trevor at Central and he has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of! Way to go guys!!
Sales Rep reported no damage and any damage from accident to front of vehicle had been repaired. There is no damage to the vehicle and its in very good great condition. Info sent to manager for review Rude manager blamed me for damage. Call ends.After hanging up, I sent him additional photos with the side by side comparison of all the photos so he could see the damage/accidents that were not disclosed. This damage is major damage and would have been seen during the inspection process. Once again, the inspection didn’t happen and it was filled out that it did or the items were ignored and deliberately covered up. The manager called me back with in a few minutes of receiving the photos. His tone was completely different. It was very clear he could see the condition issues and stated that he was going to look into what had happened. He advised he would call me that night. He never did. He left from work early the next day and then went on vacation. I was told by my sales representative that no one really knew he was going on vacation. I don’t believe he had any intention to take care of these issue in a timely manner. I want to reiterate this has been going on now for almost three weeks. It’s not as if I’m being impatient.The sales representative has acknowledged the damage prior to being shipped out. He claims that he didn’t see any of the problems. He states that is now irrelevant because it is very clear in the photos. The manager has also seen the damage and acknowledge the issues with the vehicle. The manager wanted to investigate what happened. This investigation is an internal problem with staff not with the consumer. Delaying a resolution with the consumer that was deliberately wronged has nothing to do with the internal failures of Central Cadillac. The manager just doesn’t seem interested in taking care of the issues.With all the damage NOT reported and all the faulty repairs to this vehicle this seems to be a deliberate attempt to deceive a consumer. After a final inspection of the interior and exterior of the vehicle by the Cadillac Body shop the total for repairs is $14,752.00. This is what would be required in order to get the vehicle to the condition that it was represented to me during the sale of the vehicle. There is blatant damage everywhere on this vehicle inside and outside.I was told by my sales representative. “Without being disrespectful, you bought a used car, what did you expect”? I expected a vehicle to arrive in the condition that was promised. I expected a vehicle to arrive that was in accordance to the CADILLAC CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED (CPO) OPERATIONS GUIDE.There were no condition issues or damage reported about this vehicle. The vehicle was sold to me and represented to me to be in ‘very good” and “great” condition with no damage. This vehicle has one accident reported in the Carfax history report. Any type of inspection to this vehicle can see that it has been in at least two additional accidents. One of those accidents being a major accident. I was told that they go by the Carfax and wouldn’t know about any other accidents. The problem with this thought process by Central Cadillac is that 172-point inspection. If this inspection was conducted in anyway the damage would have easily revealed itself to the inspector. The damage is on the exterior of the vehicle and can be seen in person by just walking around the vehicle. Either the known damage wasn’t disclosed and deliberately concealed or the 172-point inspection was a fraud and was never conducted.Once again, the total in damage and falsified condition issues is $14,752.00. Central Cadillac management has laughed it off as if they hold no responsibility to the consumer to sell them a product that was represented to them, “very good” and “great” condition. I have FULL documentation of the inspection report, Carfax report, and all photos needed to show anyone the damage that was not disclosed by the inspectors or managers at Central Cadillac.
I recently came to this dealership to have some work done on my 2015 BMW. I came to this dealership expecting quality work done on my car. When I picked up my car, I was totally upset and disappointed in what I saw when they pulled my car up. There were multiple scratches on the car that were never there prior. Also there was still residue left from the wax work that was done. After I had expressed my dissatisfaction I had to bring my car back to get the corrections done and still feel that it was or done correctly. I had to take my car to a different auto body shop to have my car done right. I would not recommend this place!
I called Central Cadillac late on December 30th after seeing a new post on a 2013 ATS 2.0T AWD for a great price. They were more than 500 miles away but I had to call them to see if we could negotiate a price to make my drive worthwhile. They assured me that they would not waste my time, so on good faith I drove up the next day. They were incredibly accommodating, I met with Mike Hamilton, the salesman with whom I spoke the day before, then I was introduced to most of the family and they were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am 24 and active duty Army and I can happily say that not once was I made to feel out of place by my age. As it turns out, Central Cadillac has a proud history of military service and treated me very fairly because of my occupation. When it came to negotiations, they were quick and incredibly fair, making sure I got a great price on both the vehicle and my trade-in. I really felt like they went to bat for me with the regional managers making sure I was taken care of. Everyone stayed late on New Years Eve when I was up there to purchase and Mike stayed especially late making sure I understood all the features of my vehicle. This was undoubtedly the best car buying experience Ive had as my third vehicle and first Cadillac. I would recommend anyone to do business with this dealership based on their level of professionalism, fairness, kindness, and overall welcome feeling.
I don’t make any business to any company that doesn’t try to even acknowledge woman looking to buy or to look at a vehicle.Let alone calling to verify to see if you are still planning on visiting the dealership to view the car you were interested in. Then finding out the car you wanted to look at was sold 2-3 days ago. I wish I would have known it was sold so I didn’t have to waste my time driving to Cleveland to look at a car that was sold.Then having the salesman trying to sell you a car that you never even wanted and wasn’t even trying to listen to what you had to say.The manager was very disrespectful to me as a female and only seemed to talk to my husband at the time while I was the one in the market to buy a vehicle.

2022-06-07I don’t even own a Cadillac (but if I buy one, it will be from Central!) but this is my go-to spot. Brought my Chevy truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Gabe and Lisa were fantastic! Fast service, great price and wonderful staff. Better than the dealership where I got my truck. Will definitely be coming back to Gabe and Lisa for all my future service needs. Thanks again guys! Ben.

2022-06-02Anna Maria and Tom were great! My daughter was down to the wire to turn in her leased vehicle and get into another vehicle. They both came to her rescue. Not only did she find the car my daughter loves but Tom even hooked her up with a prepaid maintenance package that sweetened the deal. My daughter and I truly appreciate excellent old school customer service! We’ll be sure to refer anyone shopping around to Central Cadillac - excellent service and good deals!!

2022-07-21Angelo Ezzo helped me secure my new vehicle and work out all the details before I made an 8 hour round trip to Central Cadillac. He made the transaction easy and seamless. The drive was long, but the process was not! Everything was ready to go for me when I arrived and I was in and out with my new vehicle faster than I’ve ever experienced. I traded in a vehicle as well. The entire team was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. I’d make the drive again to work with this dealership.

2022-04-07Brought my vehicle in for service, and the service team, especially Sam, and the technician, PJ, were very quick and efficient. When I explained that there was also a scuff on two of my rims, they got me with Gabriel who set another appointment within a few days to have my tires fixed. The second visit was a little longer, but my rims turned out fantastic and look brand new! Thank you to the entire service department team at Central Cadillac!!

2022-04-20Have had such a great experience over the past 2 years dealing with the employees at Central Cadillac! After purchasing my first vehicle from them they staff was always prompt and helped me with anything needed. Steve Newman and Mason Fink worked hard to get me the perfect vehicle !!! On top of that the service manager Gabe always was so polite and made anything through service from repairs to oil changes an enjoyable experience! Will continue to do business with this Ganley dealer for a long time!

2022-08-11I went to Central Cadillac for an oil change a few weeks ago because my regular place was booked. I had an awesome experience. A tech named Cordell did my oil change and tire rotation. He was super friendly and professional. Im thinking about making Central Cadillac my regular service place.

Working with Anna Maria and the team made the process extremely smooth and enjoyable. She listened to what was important to my wife and I and worked with us to identify the vehicle that best fit our needs and our budget.
