I am one of those people that having a dentist appointment usually ruins my whole day. Lol But not today, I actually left Centerburg Dental with a smile on my face. It was like hanging out with family & friends! Very positive experience! Thank you!
Dr. Katelyn is the best dentist Ive had! Shes very thorough, professional, and truly compassionate. She explained everything to me so well and has given me confidence in my smile again. Her staff is great and made me feel very comfortable. I cannot recommend Dr. Katelyn enough!
My oldest son has been going to Centerburg Dental Care for several years now. Weve always had good experiences there. I was especially impressed recently though when in the midst of a dental emergency and in a pandemic, they were able to help us out without any delay. Highly recommend.

Normally we all hate going to the dentist office, but the family has loved the place. The staff is friendly and greet you all personally. They are kind and considerate and make children feel at ease, let alone the parents. I would recommend them to everyone.

Our family moved to the area five and a half years ago. We wanted a dentists office closer to our new home and with at least the same level of quality care and friendly professional staff as we had previously. We found Centerburg Dental Care to be that and more, and have trusted their fine staff to take care of our family of four ever since.
They have a great policy regarding COVID precautions. They are prompt and on time. Everyone that works there is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. A Great Dental office. I have been going there since they opened and will definitely continue.Earl
Switched to Centerburg Dental Care last year after 20 years of care under another dentist in Columbus. CDC offers the best in technology while still showing the personal touch and concern for whats best for their patients. They recommended me to a periodontist to assist with a problem that could have been prevented if my previous dentist would have addressed the issue. Kudos to CDC and their awesome staff!!
What a great team! From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable and are greeted with a Hello and a smile. When they are working on your teeth they take their time to explain what they are doing and give advice on caring for your teeth. I highly recommend this office and tell people about the awesome team they have!
Super friendly staff! My last dentist kept ignoring my tooth pain and they got me right in with a root canal appointment just a few weeks later. My tooth feels so great now, not throbbing all the time. Thank you guys!

I went here for the first time a month ago. They are a very friendly office and very thorough, top of the line equipment. My husband and I got a teeth cleaning and had a little overlap with appointments and they were helpful with entertaining our one year old during the appointment. I also just got 2 wisdom teeth out here and I was in and out in 40 minutes! Highly recommend this place.
I had a very great experience with Centerburg Dental Care. Yesterday was my first time going there. All of the staff was friendly and very willing to help and hear me out. Other places I had been to hurt really bad, it didn’t hurt nearly as much as normal. Prices aren’t too expensive either. I will definitely continue going to them!
I had a great dentist who left his practice in Mount Vernon so I decided to try Centerburg Dental Care and found a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly staff. But, most importantly, I have received very good care for my dental needs! I feel that I am treated with respect and not pressured to have unnecessary work done. I have been very satisfied with Centerburg Dental Care!

I ended up not having any services done but I can tell you this much with what experience I did have... the staff all were very friendly and my son in law did have some work done and again they were amazing. The dentist may do the work but if the staff aren’t compassionate about their job and show lack of empathy then you don’t feel at ease. I would highly recommend!!
Fantastic dental care with fantastic people. Ive never had a visit to this office where I wasnt taken care of promptly and correctly. They calmly listen, they dont just dive in and do something without talking to their patient, and always give alternatives for every procedure for both comfort and monetary reasons. If you need anything done dentally, 100% recommend.
No one likes the dentist but, these folks are amazing at what they do and also warm and inviting. Great experience!
We started going to Centerburg Dental as soon as they opened in our area. We have had nothing, but good experiences here. The hygienist we see is the sweetest and all of the staff is easy to talk to. I appreciate their knowledge and the education they provided when I was pregnant. They discussed common things that could happen and made sure their practices were safe. Highly recommend!
Centerburg Dental was my family dentist with 5 stars and praise for each and every person with whom i came in contact with until last year.My first bad experience came when I drove to a scheduled appointment following a night of frozen sleet and rain. As soon as I made the right and my tires hit their parking lot, I immediately slammed into the lead wire on the left of the driveway. I drove 22 miles FROM Apple Valley to Centerberg without incident. The driveway and parking lot was frozen solid still waiting on the salt truck. The responding officers foot slid on ice when he stepped out of his cruiser to take the report. I was not called and warned that their parking lot had yet to be treated and was hazardous. The only apology I got was, Sorry, the company is late that treats our drive. The staff even appeared offended when I called to make a report for insurance repairs. (yes, there was one who rolled her eyes).Following this fiasco, I took my son to get his front tooth fixed after he was injured in a motorcycle accident. The repair lasted 3 days. I took him back to have it repaired again the repairs only lasted about a month. When I called trying to get a refund or authorization for him to see another dentist to actually get his tooth repaired, I was told, I am the one who fixed his tooth and I know it wasnt my fault the tooth didnt hold the repair. Yet, My oldest son has the same broken tooth, (his was worse), still has the same repaired tooth that is 15 years old.I dont know what happened but since March of last year, quality and customer service have tremendously downgraded.
Very updated, modern facility. No extended waiting time before your appointment. Very professional and courteous staff. Treatment prices reasonable. Excellent at working with your insurance company and letting the patient know what their out of pocket expenses will be. So theres not any surprises when you are billed.
We switched all of our dental needs to Centerburg Dental Care even our young children. I was very skeptical having only used a pediatric dentist. We all LOVE coming here. We always get appointments that fit our busy schedules and all of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I personally love the phone charging station.

I am a new patient to Centerburg Dental Care, but so far I really like all of the staff. I recently had a root canal and a crown done by Dr Anderson. She appears to be very skilled and is a really pleasant and kind person.
The service here is always wonderful. From the front desk staff, the hygienist and the dentists. All are so pleasant, competent and make sure you know exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. I highly recommend them.

I came in without an appointment, and had never been there before. They treated me like their oldest and most loyal patient. I was experiencing pain in a tooth. They took x-rays and diagnosed the problem, sending me home with a prescription to cure it. I was extremely impressed with all aspects of this office and the entire staff! Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The diagnosis was correct and my tooth pain was completely gone within two days. I will no longer drive all the way to Columbus to see a dentist.
I was asked to reschedule a cleaning appointment a few times on the day it was scheduled. I was eventually told this appointment would be cancelled (same day) due to the office closing early after rearranging my schedule to try and accommodate the time changes. A reason was never provided as to why the office was closing early.On a separate occasion I called at 5:38pm on a Thursday to request a referral be sent to an oral surgeon a month in advance of my actual appointment. I received the “office is closed” message which advised the office closed at 6? I left a voicemail with my request that I was never called back about. I followed up the following Tuesday and was told they would send my referral. Two days before my referred appointment the receiving office advised they were never sent my referral information.The office staff at Centerburg is friendly and the oral care provided is satisfactory, however, there is a lack of follow through in booking and admin. operations.
Great experience! We arrived early and they got started right away. The staff is so friendly that my daughter felt at ease. During my cleaning they let my daughter watch and explained what they were doing. Thank you!

I became a new patient this week due to an emergency tooth ache which ended in a root canal. I couldnt be happier with my treatment and the wonderful Drs and dental assistants that took care of me. Im so glad I decided to call Centerburg Dental Care!
I felt very comfortable there. Everyone was attentive and nice and professional. Everything was explained before proceeding with care. Extra care was given to me for a problem that I was having. I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
Ill preface this with stating I hate going to the dentist. Its mental thing with me with the sound of the drilling causing high anxiety. I had to have a root canal and it was a very different experience. The process was much more relaxing and when they finished I was still waiting for the anxious moments I usually experience. I sure have found a new dental home. I highly recommend other dental cowards like me to try Centerburg Dental Care.

My 6 year old son now has to have a tooth pulled and removed because one of there dentist hit a nerve in two spots on the tooth. On a different tooth they drilled to much causing a crown to be needed instead of just a filling. While they seem friendly up front once you disagree with them they are no longer. RUDE and uncaring about what has happened to my son. Overall very displeased with their skill and care of a 6 year old !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE !!!!

This may sound strange, but as a dental hygienist subbing in their office, I would come here myself. Clean, professional, great dentistry, and they treat the patient how I would want to be treated. Look no further, this is it!
I am NOT very happy with my experience at Centerburg Dental. I basically paid for x-rays and two cleanings. Then had a new technician tell me that I needed to see a specialist. Why didnt they tell me that from the beginning?

2022-04-04Took my two year old in after a face plant into some steps. They got me in same day I called, little wait time, and were awesome with my daughter. Had Paw Patrol on the tv before she even got in the room which put her at ease. Thank you for a great experience.

2022-01-17I used to love this place. I even drive 40 minutes away to keep coming back. Today, they weren’t very personable and barely spoke to me. They spoke amongst themselves about soup. The girl who took me back and the woman who filled my cavities were nice.

2021-11-11Went in to get a filling fixed and it was the hardest trip I’ve ever done. I was super nervous and in a lot of pain. I was jumping out of the chair and near tears at the tiniest touch. However, the team that worked on me was nothing but understanding and kind. They treated me with respect and dignity. They waited with me until I was finally comfortable enough to be worked on and by then it was a quick fix and I was out the door. You really can’t go wrong with this dentist team. I know not every trip there will be easy or painless for me but I do know they will take care of me and my teeth while I’m there! Thank you so much for helping me!

2021-06-14Ive had an extreme fear of the dentist since I was a child due to a traumatic event. Centerburg Dental Care was recommended by multiple people when I needed a few teeth extracted. I always make it known of my fears and the staff was amazing with me. They offered several types of sedation which put my mind at ease. I had to go back in several times post extraction and each time they got me in within a few hours and resolved my issues. I’ve never been this comfortable at the dentist. My husband also had a tooth extracted and his experience was perfect as well. I would recommend them to anyone! Extremely professional, responsive to my needs, gentle and understanding and the work was done very well. I’m very happy with my experiences at this office! Everyone has been nothing short of fantastic with me!! Big thanks to the office staff, assistants and Doctors!! ❤️❤️❤️

2021-11-18I have crippling anxiety with the dentist. I havn’t been back in over a few years. I choose Centerburg Dental due to their IV sedation service and I have a friend who is the sweetest Hygienist that happens to work there. I felt so comfortable that Im feeling pretty good about starting my dental care again!
