*****************************BUYER BEWARE*********************** Unless you are a seasoned mechanic DO NOT BUY from Center Road Auto Sales. Cars sold here are 100% lemons. Like me you can guarantee once you roll the car off the lot your will need to put HIGH $ repairs in to any vehicle you purchase. When I told the dealer about the problems, he smiled because he got away with another scam. In a soft voice he said all sales are AS-IS and any court will back him up. RUN RUN RUN the other direction unless you want to waist your money. The dealer are cheats and scammers.
It seems like they buy cheap cars and sell them at as high a price as possible without doing any kind of maintenance or even cleaning them. I got a car from there about a month or two ago and it drove great on the test drive and there were no noticeable issues. Once I drove the hour and a half home my power steering went out. When I took it into the shop I found out the spark plugs, air filter, coils, and catalytic converter all needed to be replaced. This was a 2012 and some of those parts were original. He clearly doesn’t run any tests on them and if he does shame on him for not disclosing this information. Don’t waste your time or your money here. Extremely disappointed and upset.
My wife and I have been looking for a used truck to replace my 2004 Canyon, whose frame has started rusting through. We found a really clean-looking Chevy Colorado online at Center Rd Auto Sales; on calling the dealership, I spoke to Gary, a salesman, and asked about the truck, specifically about the condition of the frame. His reply was that hed not looked at it but the truck was very nice.We drove to the dealership from Mansfield on Saturday, March 27th, an hour and twenty minutes one way. On arrival we found the truck; the first thing I did was get on the ground and look at the trucks frame...which had rusted through in more than one place.Needless to say, we did not pursue it any further.Fast forward to today, Monday, March 29th. Gary from the dealership calls and leaves a message, in which he says Hey, we still have that sweet little Colorado you were looking at online, its a really nice truck. This after I showed him the frame damage on Saturday. Apparently he didnt recall talking to me.We will NOT be buying anything from this dealership, which severely lacks in integrity.
Waste of money. Had the car for only 4 months now. First two months were fine. Till my temp tags expired. I haven’t drove it since. Because they never mailed me my title! Been sitting in my driveway about a month. I put 1000 miles on it. And the transmission blew. I drove this car a total of a month. Before my 5 grand was basically throw out the window
Bought a car from here and the check engine light came on not even 12 hrs after I bought it got it looked at it’s an egr valve repair that’s now going to cost around 500$ to repair asked if they would refund me and no asked if they would pay for repairs and no. Don’t suggest buying from here unless your a mechanic and can do repairs your self or can afford to pay for repairs after your purchase.
Bought our daughter a car here so far so good the no haggle price is a little hard core they could be a little flexible . I would suggest to anyone buying a car here two things go on line and look up prices to help decide if you are getting a fair deal also if you have no mechanical knowledge take someone with you who does because after reading some of these reviews some of the people probably didnt look at anything on the car or even take it for a test drive remember as is is what it means once off that lot its your problem . I would also thank Garry our salesman he was up front on a few cars that we looked that had some issues that they would fix and we never felt any pressure from him. .....Update after nearly 2 years the car that we purchased here has been absolutely trouble free guess we got lucky but after reading some of these newer comments I guess people dont read the reviews you reallly need to think with your head and not your heart if youre going to purchase any used vehicle do your homework and get it inspected by a mechanic or at least take some one with some mechanical ability with you especially when its an as is sale buyer beware.
Large selection of used vehicles, which all seemed fairly priced. My only complaint would be TOO MANY cars. The one I went to see was so buried, that getting it out to test drive would have been a time consuming fiasco. They could use a bigger lot, for the amount of stock.
I left an earlier review but it is no longer here.I spent over $1200 in truck and trailer rental costs, tolls, fuel and a motel room driving from northwest Illinois to the dealership. Got to Center Road Auto Sales and checked out the 1989 Jaguar xjs v12 convertible that I spent several conversations with Todd and his staff on the phone about the condition of the car.The car looks fantastic. The engine however has a leaking head gasket. I know this because I am an ASE and I-CAR trained and certified technician. When I lived in Phoenix I worked on imports including jaguars. V12 engines are all aluminum and WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY OVERHEAT CONDITION. After idling this jaguar for about 20 seconds I cracked open the radiator cap and coolant gushed out under high pressure.Unless you are a trained jaguar technician with proper tools and equipment and have access to a machine shop, my strong advice is to NOT BUY THIS CAR.*NOTE: I Seen they sold the car and now a new review where these people did not tell the buyer about the blown head gasket that I told them about months ago and the review is by a woman who now is looking at thousands of dollars in repairs for the blown head gasket. I cannot come up with the words to accurately describe how terrible this is.
I was in conversation with a dealer for about a week and I had expressed that I only have a certain amount of money and I wasnt willing to go any higher than that. I arrived on Saturday afternoon with intent of driving the car off the lot and was greeted with little facts and information about the vehicle. Those are disappointed in the lack of care that the car was in. They did did not allow me to drive it on the highway and would not let me get it checked out by a mechanic that was a few miles up the road. I was saddened by their manipulative motives and disrespect towards the end when I decided to not buy the car. If you do decide to go to like I suggest you answer all questions. Make sure that you listen to their answers and body language and do not let them take advantage of you or the opportunity to sell a car. Best of luck!
The vehicles are junk. I called about a 2005 Equinox, went all the way there to do business with Gary and he was so rude and not helpful. He didnt even want to walk to the vehicle with us because my husband asked about the oil he spotted on the ground. Then he said there were many lights as well. He was unprofessional and it seemed like us coming in just bothered him. I looked at the reviews but decided to go anyways...lesson learned for the day!
Not much to say about this place. Used car lot like any other just Sells Cars doesnt care about customers much. Bought a truck off of them recently bald tires dead battery need a tune-up. But I didnt know what I was buying so I cant say too much because the price was low.I fixed the problems myself for a lot cheaper than what it would have cost me. Just couldnt believe they didnt want to work with me about the tires.Recently found out the frame on the truck was so badly eaten with rust all the way through. Regret getting this truck from them now.I see now why the price was so low on it.All I can say is be very very weary buying a vehicle from this place. They wont be honest with you about what is wrong with it. Also they dont want to work with you on price if you find a problem.
I mean, theyre okay. Bring a mechanically inclined friend with you for sure! Look for obvious signs. We got a pretty good car at a decent price. But it had its issues. A starting problem where it would barely BARELY go to idle as soon as you started it. But a few minutes online, and a $3 can of carb/intake cleaner later and the problem was 100% gone. Also had a blown headlight. Antenna needed glued back on. Recently figured out theres no heat because of a broken blend door. This is a big problem because you literally have to take out the entire dash out, including the air bags and steering column just to get to the door. So test the heat and AC when you test drive. Besides that, this place is just okay. There is all of the surprise fees, so dont be surprised. They dont barter at all, the price posted is it, theres no dropping it whatsoever. Just know what youre looking at when you buy something here. Sometimes you get lucky
Did not buy a vehicle yet but the customer service was very good. It was no pressure and when we came across vehicles we were interested in we simply asked for keys and could inspect on our own. Asked if we could take a vehicle to our mechanic and was told that would be fine as long as we schedule ahead. Will be looking back here and update if I make a purchase
I dont know why I like this place. I never was there. I was on their website. I guess I like their website.A lot of places that Google wants me to rate I have never been there. I visited a website or drove my car past the place.Google never looks at these comments that people make or they would see that a person has never been there. My 1955 Chevy Hotrod I had in the 1960s
I went to Center Road Auto Sales in search of an affordable first car for my daughter. We test drove a couple cars (one had the check engine light on and I was told they would fix it) but we decided to pass on those. We finally test drove a 03 jeep liberty that my daughter loved. It handled really well and I even checked the engine and oil when we got back from the test drive.First of all, I asked them if they could come down on the price by a couple hundred dollars and they told me the price was firm. After I signed the papers and went online, I found out they had it listed for $500 less online (lie #1). I arranged financing and had to drive out to Elyria to sign the papers and pick the car up the next day.I drove off the lot with my daughters car and in less than a mile, the check engine light came on. I turned around and went back to the lot. I was told oh well, there is nothing we can do for you.Now we have a check engine light on (which means it will not pass e-check), and it is leaking transmission fluid and power steering fluid. This place is a joke. They are a bunch of crooks and could care less about their customers.I hope someone puts this place out of business so they cant scam any more hard working people just trying to get by! The cars are junk and the sales people are liars!
I drove from northwestern Illinois to Center Road Auto Sales to purchase a black 1989 Jaguar XJ-S convertible. Talked several times to Todd and staff about the car and I was told the car is in great shape except for a small oil leak from one of the valve covers and a missing ac compressor belt. Was told it ran great no issues. Its a 31yr old car so I expected some minor issues. When I got there and seen the car it certainly looked fantastic. I looked under the hood and seen a new upper radiator hose - red flag. Jaguar V12 engines DO NOT TOLERATE ANY OVERHEATING!!! They are an all aluminum engine and ANY overheating results in aluminum parts warping. Mainly cylinder heads resulting in leaking head gaskets.I started the car. Noticed a radiator indicator light on in the warning light area.It went into a very high idle and after about 10 seconds I shut it off as that was not normal. Todd and another gentleman said that was normal to just let it run and it will warm up and the idle will come down (the car was in the warm showroom). I restarted the car and let it high idle for another 20 seconds and it still would not idle down so I shut it off again. I then opened the radiator cap and coolant gushed out of the cooling system.I am an ASE and I-CAR trained and certified technician. I have worked on many imports including Jaguars when I lived in Phoenix. I can say with certainty that this engine has a leaking head gasket. And it will cost as much as the car is selling for to have it repaired by a qualified technician.I spent 2 days driving and over $1200 in uhaul truck and trailer rental, motel room, fuel and toll road fees (4 axles) only to get to Center Road Auto Sales and find out the 1989 XJS has major engine issues. And since I was there and told them what I know about the engine they now dropped the price $1000.Unless you are a Jaguar mechanic with all of the proper tools and equipment and have access to a machine shop DO NOT BUY THIS CAR.
Was very interested in the vet they had in showroom, was purchasing after the test drive with cash in hand as long as it didnt have issues, they said no. Its a buy & drive only, we do up the paperwork get the funds and you can drive off the lot. Do you really think Im that stupid to give you my hard earn money not knowing what I would be getting into. That right there made me rethink their professionalism & business ethic! Beware when a dealer will not let you test drive before you buy! Very sad, really liked the car, but that was a deal breaker!!!!
Against my better judgement I went to look at a car. I emailed 2 times and talked to Todd once on the phone. Was assured the vehicle was there and that I shouldn’t pay attention to the other bad reviews. I was looking for a second car under $5,000. Well I drove out there and the car was not there. Salesman said he didn’t know where it was... maybe out for service. Well they don’t service cars so that was an outright lie. Salesman on the lot would not give me his name after he asked who I spoke to earlier. I believe he was Todd! Dealership was dirty, cars not even washed, and the salesman himself was very dirty. No one in their right mind should ever buy anything from this place.
Dont treat customers proper and not a single car i seen there was worth the price... All dirty inside... With the people ignoring us there is no reason to give them our money. Disrespectful and bad business... You want a Lemon?? Go here... Car will look nice on the outside but nothin good
Pictures online are so misleading. Cars all have issues, but thats what I expected getting a car with 100,000. Buying first car for daughter something to get her from A to B. Car had $2695 on window but after tax ($207) and dock fees ($250) they wanted another 3% ($92) cause I didnt have cash. They waived the 3% after I started to leave. Knew it needed brakes and alignment. What I found when I got to Firestone was valve covers were bad, ball joint bad, front shock also needed replaced. So another $2000 and it will be road safe for my 16 year old daughter. AVOID!
Got a decent deal on a car there for my son. The only bad thing is i couldnt get the owner to come off his price of $3000 for a 19 year old car with over 100k miles on it. And they charged me their %3 that their cc processing company charges them because i used my visa. Isnt that a cost that the business should incure? The salesmen was very nice but the owner was pretty much a tool. Dude the 3% is your cost of doing business, not mine to incure. Just add 3% on to the asking price, then if someone pays by credit card its already included in the price. If they want to pay with cash you have a little wiggle room. Not sure if there are additional charges if you pay by check. This is specifically for the owner: most people want to feel like they got a great deal raise your prices a little so you dont piss people off with the stupid 3% extra fee. The asking price of the car should be the price with no hidden additional fees. Make people feel like theyre getting a great deal and you will sell more cars. The way you currently do business putting extra fees on top of the price listed for the car is only going to turn people away. And it wouldnt hurt you to smile when you tell people to go f#!k themselves.
Bought a truck from here in cash was told that one price for cash price, then they tracked on fees. Truck had stuff in it from the previous owner, was never cleaned out.Truck had check engine light pop on one I got it home even though I had it running fir a half hour and drove it about 6 miles on the test drive. 2 weeks later the radiator sprung a small leak, and now truck still needs work. An extra $400 dollars in parts and labor later I still cant pass echeck. Was treated very nice while there but once I got it home regret the purchase.Overpriced for what you get, also up charge you on everything. Dont buy from here.
I wish I could rate them a 0. Two of the three vehicles I looked at had a check engine light on. The salesman was supposed to take it to a mechanic (why they dont have their own OBD2 reader is beyond me), which never happened. He never called me with results and never followed up. I had to call 4 days later and his excuse was I figured you bought a car somewhere else. Also, him asking if Im buying today is inappropriate and telling me the owner wont come down an inch on the price is flat out bad. Stay away. Broadway Auto is much better, friendlier and trustworthy.
This dealership is more shady than Eminem. DO NOT even set foot in the door. My friend went in to buy a car and they demanded a credit check BEFORE he could take a test drive. Why? They have some 200 cars and it costs a lot to out gas in it. A reputable dealer would never have such a policy.
When i walked in i was approached by Dennis. I told him i was interested in a ford fusion they had and that i wanted to test drive it. The first question he asked was “how you gonna pay for it?” and i said i wanted to finance it. Immediately he started calling me stupid and all kinds of names saying im not going to get approved anywhere because im 18. He literally went on for about 10 minutes about how stupid i am and im not gonna get approved. He then put my loan application in but still said i wasnt going to get approved and that i was not allowed to test drive the car. 10 minutes after i left i get a call from him telling me to come back and test drive the car. Turns out my loan application was approved, maybe because im not stupid and i know i could afford that car. When i showed up the second time it was like he was a completely different person, telling me how its a great car, running to get the keys so i could test drive it. All the cars on the lot are extremely rough, they don’t even change the oil! I traded in my car which had various mechanical issues that i made dennis aware of, however my old car was posted online in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Clearly this business is poorly run and they don’t care about their customers. I was told the left front turn signal of the car i was getting was burnt out, but they were including the bulb and didn’t have time to put it in. I get home and go to change it and the old bulb was fine, its just an $800 electrical problem! Now im screwed because i didn’t take the car apart on the lot and its as-is. I hope these criminals get shut down.Update: 1 month after I had the car it leaked all the oil out and spun a bearing. I checked all fluids when I test drove it but I’m sure they just topped everything off. No wonder this business has an F rating and I hope people can see through these fake reviews.
Just shut the place down already. They go to the auction, they buy them cheap as hell, clear the engine codes with a code reader, then sell them for triple what they paid. $2500 for an 01 Camry with rust galore, broken door handles and over 200k. Who knows what problems lie underneath. Just from looking at the cars, you can tell they dont touch them, even the newer cars; all they do is wash them and shine the tires. People, save your time and money, and just go on OfferUp if you need a beater, also being rude to your potential clients isnt good for business PR.
Went to this place because of their reasonable prices, first red flag that I ignored was every vehicle I got on sounded like absolute garbage or had check engine lights. Dudes were nice though and let me check out as many as I liked. Came upon a Pontiac vibe that wasnt completely covered in rust and was kinda clean inside. Todd ( the nice sales guy helping us) told me that it was a great car, ran awesome, yadyada.. he did mention that it needs a little work on the breaks but there was nothing major that was wrong with it. I was hesitant because I have been burned by a used car dealership before and didnt want to be ripped off again. Todd told me that in the off chance something was wrong with it to give him a call and that they would work with me. Wellllll, not even 5 minutes from leaving the dealership the ABS and brake lights pop up... Ok, he did say the breaks need maintenance. Upon arriving home and having my dad look at the car I find out that the entire rear differential needs to be replaced ($800-2700) I got the car Saturday, place is closed Sunday, and call Todd Monday morning to tell him. Well first of all he tells me he cant do anything with out the approval of the owner, who just so happens to be out of the office, he says hell get in touch with him and call me right back. Well after not hearing from him all day I call one last time a little after 6 to have Todd tell me that theres nothing he can do because the car was sold as is. When I asked if I could bring the car back and be placed in another of equal value and again its I have to talk to the owner and I promise Ill call you back tomorrow . Long story short, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I promise you that you will regret it. The people that work here lie to your face and steal your money. I unfortunately am most likely going to be stuck with the LEMON they sold me.
Bought my car there. The people were great. Probably will come here again in the future. Very reasonable prices. I would encourage people to check it out who are looking to buy a car. Just got home from dealership to Akron and car drove great NO ISSUES at all very satisfied.
Todd sold me a ford escape , I took my time test drove it, he was honest and told me as soon as I hit the pavement the warranty was over, brought it to pa with their tough inspection had to put front brakes on, no big deal. I liked the owner good guy so what if theyre grubby looking they work on cars! Thanks guys! Dan
This place is the shadiest place I’ve ever been to, wish I could leave zero stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We settled on a deal with the loan placed. Just needed to sign the papers but when we got there the dealer was acting shady after trying to charge us more than agreed. Then walked off after being confronted and came back saying the car was sold to someone else. Very shady, please save your time and money. Not worth the hassle.
Went here to look at car for 3995. After i drove car and liked car the salesman told me the price and added 250 fee. I drove 45minutes to look at a car for 3995 not 4245. If you post a car and are a dealer please post in correct section. If you are a dealer who does not charge a doc fee i feel you can post anywhere you like because the price does not change. Craigslist is supposed to be a useful tool for people to buy things they want. i just wish owners of business would take into consideration that people do not like being put in a position where prices change when they arrive to buy something. I called this carlot after the fact and tried to explain my frustration and all they could say is its a tuff market. We have to post where we can to get sales. Well if you post in for sale by owner you should not charge me a doc fee because you are not a dealer you are a owner and owners dont charge doc fees.I have called the BBB and Cleveland auto dealers association and I really hope one of these will put a end to this dealer placing adds falsifying who they are. And because of this I will never buy a car from these guys.
They had 7 Jeep Libertys posted on THEIR websight, had two in specific I was interested in. I called in the morning and was assured BOTH were still on sight and available. Drove 45 minutes to find that they only had ONE Liberty on sight. When I asked about the others I was told well we sell alot over the weekend. This is Wednesday not even close to the weekend. The salesman said he would look at his inventory sheet and when he came out rather then answering any questions he just stood beside my fiancée while I was looking at other cars. I told him I called that morning and asked about the 2 specific vehicles and was assured they were there. He asked who I spoke too and I told him it sounded like an older gent. He said he didnt know who it was yet there were only three salesman there. I then told him maybe he should occasionally update his sight. He asked me what car sight I saw it on and I told him HIS!!! Bottom line is the dealership was run like a cluster f**k and I wouldnt trust them at all. Complete idiots!
I bought my first car from this place and it has brought me nothing but trouble. I have spent close to $4,000 fixing this car when it was originally around $3,000. I am reporting this business because ive had this car for less than 4 years and i already need a new one and I have to worry every day about my car breaking down because of some issue Garry failed to mention. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE
Make sure you honestly do a good inspection on your vehicle.. I read these reviews and thought people were unprepared. I brought my code tester cause I knew I may run into a check engine light. Well I found a 03 Sante Fe with a check engine light on and it was an 02 Sensor in which I fixed 2 days later and passed e-check. The Sante Fe ran good for about a week and blew a brake line. I had the mechanic replace 3 of 4 because lines because they were also rotted. I also replaced the starter, camshaft sensor and struts. I purchased this vehicle under a year ago. Now the motor developed a knock. Now the Piston rings are bad.. So please bring a good mechanic and inspect your car throughlly. Check everything because you pay for what you get!
The truck I looked at online looked amazing in the pictures but when I got there is was rotted junk! Then when I asked about the price the guy got a huge attitude and said there was absolutely no budging on the price! Maybe thats why your inventory isnt moving, you want big money got rotted junk cars.
Drove an hour and a half one way to look at a vehicle that had obvious electrical issues. Was not told this over the phone. At least the salesman was honest when I got there and told me. The vehicle in question did shut off completely within a quarter of a mile of pulling out for a test drive.
The owner is a scumbag. They are not a friendly family ran company, nobody is related. The good reviews you see on here are written by there personal friends. They are used car con artist they have no class or morals. Becareful shopping for a used vehicle at this dealership.
Cars are never there. I guess they just drive them around like there personal vehicles. Tried twice to make an appointment to see a car, first time the boss was driving it for the weekend and then that Monday the wife was leaving with it at one in the afternoon with it. I even told him I was a cash buyer. What a joke.
Took a while to negotiate a good price on an A to B sort of vehicle with 140,000+ miles on it. was promised the title to the car within a week.. its been over a month now, with little in the way of response even with repeated phone calls. evidently the title girl only works on mondays.. so with less than one week on the issued temp tags, ive got to track these guys down and have them issue me another temp tag.
Do NOT buy a car here. Less than 2 weeks after I bought my car I had to put just as much as what I paid to fix the rusted frame. And Carl the owner would not help with repairs even though the car should have never been listed for sale! I’m filing litigation paperwork right now.
Absolutely horrible service! These guys sold me a LEMON and now we can’t even get the owner on the phone!!! Very SHADY place I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from this place! They definitely took advantage of me! Just had a brand new baby and now I’m out of money and still no car smh. It’s quite sad
Yikes ! Just went here to look at a car and was told I couldnt see it or test drive it unless I purchase it today ! What ?! Who would purchase a car without even having a chance to see how it rides ? Also the sales man was very rude . I would recommend not even wasting your time with this dealership .
This place is an absolute joke. Had the money for a car we were looking at, WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK TO PURCHASE THE CAR AND THEY SAID THEY SOLD IT WITHIN THE 10 MINUTES WE WERE SITTING WITH THE SALESMAN GOING THROUGH THE PROCESS?! I wish I would have listened to reviews and not wasted my time. This place is an abomination. Please steer clear.
Terrible customer service They do not work with you at all Cars are in terrible condition I would not recommend them to anyone I would give them no stars but have to pick something Also do not put a desposit down on any thing there because you wont get it back if you change your mind

2022-03-16I say this with the most grace and poise possible. If you value your money and time, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I purchased a Jeep Compass from this location less than a year ago and it has been nothing but awful. To begin, they were nice people but hid many things. First being that the car had several mechanical issues. I was told the car was from Florida but later in this post you will come to see was an absolute lie. After a day of driving, a miserable sound appeared and I had it checked to see the frame was completely rotted and my car got red tagged meaning I was unable to drive it for three months. I told my mechanic this car was from Florida and he laughed stating it was impossible for that to be the case with the salt damage that had occurred. After putting a significant amount of money into the Jeep, I was finally able to be on the road again. I worked from home and drove very little and in no time more things began to break . Currently, my transmission is being checked and will most likely need to either be replaced or I will be searching for yet another car in less than one year. While I understand fully that things are to be expected when buying a used car, this was was in miserable shape and they knew it. I have placed less then six thousands miles on this vehicle and it has been shoped three or four times. Save your money and look for something more reputable

2022-03-10While I did not purchase from this lot, Garry helped us look at a good half dozen vehicles. He was super friendly the entire time and was very accommodating. It is a budget lot, and a $5,000 car is gonna run like a $5,000 car, but everything looked in really nice condition. If we hadnt gone with the car we chose, this lot would have been our next choice.I would recommend at least giving them a chance and taking a look if you need a cheaper car. I wouldnt expect a perfect car with no issues, but he definitely has a great selection with something for everyone!

2022-06-27I have not visited here, but have made 4 contact attempts via phone and web (in a 10-day span) regarding specific vehicle inventory and requesting additional info/photos. I found a vehicle I was very interested in, but live out of state. Online/text contact is highly promoted here. I don’t believe I asked for anything unreasonable, but I’ve received zero follow-up from my attempts. Guess I’ll be looking elsewhere.

2022-06-15I visited and found the salesman Gary kind and patient. With a no-frills dealer, a person must test drive with ears open and be prepared to take a vehicle they want to buy to a serious, reputable mechanic to be thoroughly checked, plus be prepared to spend the additional amount it takes to fix what is wrong with it, also knowing that other aged parts may go afterward. Hopefully the prices are lower to accomodate that necessity, and your mechanic can help you avoid buying what cannot be fixed.

2022-03-31Had to have the car I bought towed 3 times i the 1st week and has now been in the shop for a month and they cant figure out what is wrong! Center Road says oh well, you bought as is! Have not even been able to drive the dependable car they sold me!

2021-12-07This place is terrible! They are dishonest. Im handicapped, and cant get under cars anymore. I bought a car that I was told was in good shape other than rust on wheel well. Low mileage, mercury sable. I asked specifically if there was any damage that they were aware of? They said no....they checked it over. It ran ok on the test drive. Within the first two weeks I had to invest $600 in the car. Then I found out it was dangerous to even be driven. Never made it a year. The bottom of the car was rotted away, and no way to repair it. I had to scrap the car! Beware of them. You could see carpet on the passenger side. But it was bought as is!! Yellow area is carpet. And the frame was gonna drop off.

2021-10-25Purchased what appeared to be a nice enough looking, well maintained Buick SUV. Our salesman was Garry, seemed honest. In one week, the car broke down, needed a new battery, ok, then the car died yet again, this time a much more expensive repair and then another repair all in less than 2 weeks. The owner of the Center Road Auto was NOT willing to work with us on ANYTHING at all. The codes ran, were ran when they looked it over prior to our purchase for a young, nursing student and they did nothing. I personally hate to write bad reviews but, I had to be honest and share our bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Dishonest and pretty shady! In their defense, we did not purchase the warranty as it was an additional $1200.00.

2017-06-23Bought a car from here and 2 days later several issues arose. I took it back to the dealership and was told to take it to two different car repair places to find out the costs for the issues so the dealership could decide how to move forward. On my way from the first car repair place to the second my exhaust just fell right off my car. I had to put it into the car and drive to the mechanic. This dealership did absolutely nothing for any of the issues. I am highly disappointed and I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstance.

2021-12-07All the vehicles they sell are JUNK. I bought a 2007 Gmc Envoy Denali $3995. Check engine light was on I thought no big deal it can be fixed but when I brought it to b fixed I found out the frame was JUNK. It ended up costing me an additional $1400 dollars to get it fixed. Since they sell as is I guess they are not at all responsible for helping you out at all. STAY AWAY!!!
