Mary Beth Freshwater was my selling agent. I can’t possibly recommend her highly enough. From the very first moment of our interaction to the last, she was amazing. She pretty much said “sign here and I’ll do the rest” which is EXACTLY what she did. My house sold amazingly fast, to include the closing. Fantastic experience!!!! We used a Cedar One Storage facility for our son’s dorm room belongings for the Summer. The facility was clean and secure. The payment process was very easy to use. At the end of October 2020 we contacted Shannon Irvin to come to 185 Stuart Drive in Wintersville, Ohio. She came and brought Joey Irvin to help him learn the way they do things. We listed with them and were so glad we did. They are very hard workers and the house was shown lots of times. Because my husband does not drive anymore Joey would call and then come over to the house have him sign the papers he needed signed. Finally the house received an offer and they helped my husband through that process. We had the closing January 29th 2021 and it went very smooth. I dropped my husband off at the door of the building where the closing was and there was Shannon to meet him. I had to park our car a few blocks away and walk to meet them. After the closing they offered to go get my car and bring it to the front of the building and wait until we came out. Shannon and Joey Irvin went beyond what other people would of done. They are an asset to the Cedar One Realty. So if anyone ever need to buy or sell a home be sure you get either one or both to help. They are a good team and wonderful to work with.

Shannon helped Evan and I purchase our home in a timely fashion. I wouldnt recommend the Devil buy anything from this place. There are several agents that dont work by the book meaning if they dont like you or have a problem with you they will persuade the seller not to sell to you. They also photo shop the pictures online making bad houses look good until you see them in person and if you work for them and decide you want to leave the company they will do anything they can to ruin you for it. This all goes on while the owner of the of the business simply goes along with it. So if you are looking to buy a house I recommend Harvey Goodman.

I know it is sounds crazy but we never once saw the property personally (We are from New Jersey), but Shannon showed us the every inch of the property (and others we were interested about) on Facetime and was there when the inspector came to supervise the whole process again with us via Facetime. Not only did they up our rent twice in the last year, but they refuse to maintain the hill driveway which we live on aka: with snow removal! And then when we call they act like we are bothering them for something that should be a requirement. We pay our rent on time, we dont fuse over anything, and yet we have to request a basic requirement for living on a hill? Snow removal should be daily if not at least twice a day because we have work and not being able to go up a hill because of snow is a problem. If we are paying rent, they should maintain accessibility!

Joyce worked very hard for us, it took some time to sale our house but she stayed with us and on top of everything. We appreciate all she has done for us.
Good people, however extremely unprofessional. Rented a house and was told by the lady to make it your own home when I asked if I could hang pictures on the wall. Paid the security deposit and rent was on time every month. Purchased my own home and moved out. When I asked about my security deposit, I was told that they were keeping money for all the holes in the walls. When I reminded her of what she had told me and that I was allowed to hang pictures, she said my holes were excessive. The owner of the home complained about them after she did her walkthrough. Well, to be honest, Im sorry about what the owner complained about but I asked before I rented the home and was told that I could hang whatever I wanted. Do not trust these people. They make up what they want to make up when you move in and move out. Complete lack of professionalism. Glad to have not used them in the purchase of my home considering they did that.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I only dealt with one realtor so I can speak on behalf of the whole business. But all my realtor Shannon Irvin was worried about is more money in her pocket. Continually lied to me and went back on her own word over and over. After the inspector went through she only had fixed what she thought needed fixed. Never will I ever recommend her as a realtor for anyone else.

Tait made it so much easier on me she understood me guided us and never gave up even when I was probley on her last nerve. It makes me sad to write this, because we really had high hopes for our dealings with Cedar One....but if I could give a zero, I would......the only positive thing I can say is Iris Callahan is a Saint, and deserves to work for a better company.... If you HAVE to go Cedar One, request her....shes the most amazing person... honest, caring and truly concerned for her clients- WHATEVER YOU DO::: STEER CLEAR of the Freshwaters....Mary Beth and Cindy are nothing but trouble.... There was so much that happened, that to explain it all, Id be here all night... But because of Mary Beth not reading the contract through for the sale of our home, things became nightmarish VERY quickly- her lack of communication with the buyers agent, her carelessness and lack of concern for our family which hired her to do a job in selling our home, was our biggest mistake and ended up rendering our family technically homeless for days.....her only concern was getting our house closed so she could get paid- So, to try to make a long and painful story as short as possible,,,,see Iris Callahan when dealing with Cedar One,,,,,or find a different company-The McIntyres (Rod & Dawn)

2022-03-10James Cassidy went above and beyond to get us into a house we actually wanted! We were not the easiest of clients with wanting a fixer upper which presents a whole slew of issues but he was very patient and understanding nonetheless. He even drew up floor plans for our bank and fought tooth and nail to get us to closing. His communication was top notch, I never waited long for a text or email and he was always willing to speak with my bank. When we get this new house fixed up, James will definitely be the one we call to sell it and to help us find another house!

2022-05-18Mr.Cassidy was a true professional realtor. He was easy to get in touch with. Worked with us while we had a time zone difference of 4 hours and over 4700 miles away. He was able to use multi media applications to give any information we requested. I would recommend him for any military and veteran family housing needs. Mr.Cassidy was able to coordinate multiple agencies and interface with both brokers and banks while being timely with the ever changing situation.This recommendation is not made lightly our family has worked with many realtors over the last 30 years and he is one of the best we have worked with.

2021-03-25My wife and I purchased a home recently through Cedar One Realty. Our agent, Shannon Irvin was a godsend. I travel most of the time for work, so my wife and daughter worked with Shannon to find a home that we would love, but also support our transition from a 1850 farmhouse with 7 outbuildings. Needless to say, Shannon had her work cut out.Shannon is a wonderful communicator, and listens to what her clients are expressing. Being new to the area, we were at a loss and relied heavily on Shannon for everything. Throughout the entire process, she returned every call, email and text that we sent. She helped guide us in so many ways; and all of those suggestions were correct. That was critically important for us, as we were short on time.
