Where do I start...... I was wrongfully evicted because the owner of the home wanted to sell it after we had agreed upon a land contract. My wife and I emptied out our savings to make this home our forever home. The owners asked me for pictures of the updated repairs and then he posted them on a popular realtor website putting the house on the market. I called a few attorneys and Cassone Law Offices called me back immediately. Its been very difficult to get back on our feet financially. Soon after we lost our home I was injured in a car accident. During this time of despair Mike and his team has had my back. Theyre constantly updating me on status of my case. Im feeling confident that we will have a positive outcome on this matter. Michael took our call and gave us hope when no one else would. Two weeks after signing a lease with our landlord and less than 24 hours before move-in, the landlords said theyd changed their mind and would only offer us inferior properties in exchange.What followed was four and a half months of dealing with the landlords code violations, missing permits, shoddy work, dangerous conditions, and harassment. Michael was with us through it all, and ultimately won us a settlement that covered the cost of severing the lease unilaterally and moving to a new home that suited our needs.Heres the kicker: Michael was extremely economical with the time he spent on our case so we didnt spend any more money than necessary. This was especially generous considering our legal costs were included in our settlement.Bottom line: Michael Cassone gets it done, and doesnt waste time or money. Were so grateful we found him, and wed definitely use him again.

I if could I would give 0 stars because from receptionist to so called attorney Lisa they’re so horrible. Took 48 hours to respond it to my request and notified me in last mins that she cannot process my request because I was so honest about their business practice - that they’re awful at responding to clients and also a big time liars. I would think twice before choosing her. She’s horrrrible.

Both Lisa and Michael Cassone were super professional and responsive through my tenant eviction. The tenant was a difficult one, he did not move out at the set out date and was armed when visited, but Cassone Law expedited the refiling of set out processes and was communicating with me all the way. I couldnt ask for a better team! Lisa is extremely hardworking, tactful, and responsive. Thank you, Cassone Law!

I have never felt like I matter so much. Lisa DiFrancesco is the office manager at Cassone Law Offices.I initially called the office because I was frustrated and at my wits end and didn’t know where to turn I knew that I was getting wrongfully evicted from my home but felt powerless. Lisa did not miss a beat she listened she understood and she let me know what to do. She didn’t place judgment she just jumped in to action to help me and when I tell you I was upset I was upset. (In 😭) . I remember her telling me to take a breath and breathe and it was gonna be OK. I finally got to meet Michael my lawyer and he was amazing I felt like help insanity fell in my lap. Finally someone that is here for the people and care about justice being served correctly Great news I don’t even have to go to court he handled what I needed in a setting reasonable prices and they work with you. I would advise anyone and I mean anyone pick up the phone give them a call they are truly some amazing people.

I called and talked to mike a few months ago about getting deposit back from previous landlord and he seemed like he was really wanting to help. Told me to send in some information but it took some time to find the lease agreement and other things. So I found the things and have tried to reach multiple times but no one ever answers the phone. I left a message Saturday and called again today Monday and instead of being able to talk to mike this receptionist became very rude and mean and actually hung the phone up on me. She then tried to call back and say she was trying to help. The reviews speak for themselves mike good guy but whoever he has working for him needs a lot of training
