I put 4 star for this place. yes it smell bad, but it smell bad in every chicken plants. i have been here for 3 times. usually i spend there 2-3 hours for pick up. hard to park. very nice guys working at security. they allow me to check in and park there before my appointment. make sure ur trailer is clean, they check before let u in.
The yard man moving birds is reckless .we preach safety at every turn .this man will hit your rig .jump concrete parking dividers just to move empty trailers . guards will not do anything about it . I was told he does not hold a cdl.
Your loaders suck the manager at night sucks. Your facility looks like a dump literally Im a truck driver I have been the only truck in the door for 4 hours now. They stopped mid-load to do inventory. After the guy loading screwed up and didnt load the correct product the first time. So they had to pull everything off and thats when they left to do inventory The guy who was loading my truck just looked at me and said Ill get to it.. this is the most pathetic place I have ever picked up from. I hope they close the doors one day when the crappy employees show up to work and they dont know whats going on.
WARNING stay away from this plant. Bad smell just the beginning. I got here at 12 and Finally get out of this horrible place at 7:00 pm. They don’t care about your driving time and your job. These people are mean. They treat drivers like garbage. I’ll never come back here to pick up a load. NEVER I’ll pass on the message to all the driver I know.
Had a pick up appointment at 5:00 pm on 08/25/2020 and load was not ready until 2:00 am on 08/26/2020. We had delivery appointment at 4:00 am (300 miles away) didnt get loaded .Do not waste your time here
Got here an hour before my appointment time. Couldnt get to the guard shack, cops had the road blocked because of fire. Called and was told it wasnt ready anyway, go to a truck stop. Got called 2 hours later to come back. Arrived and checked in at 2030. Its almost midnight and still not loaded. Guess that 0300 appointment time that is 5 hours away will be missed along with the 1000 tomorrow morning. Just one drivers experience.
Cant you drivers get Detention Time ? My Ex Husband was getting it all the time for different companies he picked up at and then after paying that the company got on the ball with loading. He just simply called his dispatch. Another thing he did a lot of was threaten to pull out unloaded then there the company is sitting with an order not in route to customers =no sales money when they had the truck there to get loaded and do the job = $$$. Look in to Detention time penalty pay and load refusal per trucking company and company
I woeked there and caught staff i was let go and now they are not tring to pay me. I call 5 times a day to just see where my check is and nothing they are spinning me. This is the worst place i ever worked. They owe me money and wont pay or call me back about my paycheck. What should i do. I even called corporate there doing the same thing. Ive been leaveing messages and no 1 and i mean no 1 has attempted to reach me. WOW.
OTR, Beware! 19 hour wait after check in before they gave me a dock. No overnight parking, very tight location. Kicked otta property to the closest truck stop 7 miles away. Very rude personnel.
Took some time to unload my trailer, the red and green light was messed up in dock one, so I had to go ask if they were done... And they werent
This place is not worth. It terrible. Been in a door since 2pm it now 10.30pm still not loaded. Stay far away… it not worth it. It stank.

This place is a bad place to load, they take forever and waste your time, they have no concern as to your hours of service. Every time I have been here, I get to the door fast, loaded fairly quick, and then just leave me in the door burning my fuel, wasting my time on my clock costing me the ability to make it home. This is rediculous, there is no reason for this...
We went to the fairgrounds in wooster via their advertisement for chicken. Dont waste your time . it took us an hour to get there, got there shortly after nine waited in line for an hour only to be waved off by an officer and told they are out of chicken. I would not buy anything from these people. Cost me time and money for nothing. They really suck.
Too slow to loading... checked in 11:15am for 12:00 noon appt. and they send me to truck stop cuz they don’t have space in side the warehouse for waiting.. they call me around 6:00 pm and gave me door .. after i got the door they took 4 more hours to loading my trailer... truckers avoid them if u can ..
Got loaded in about 5.5hrs first time 2nd time i was here only 2hrs securty guard was nice backing in can be challenging depends on what dock u get
This has to be by far one of the worst places I have ever picked up at I checked in at 4:30 P.m. at the guard shack and the gard told me to go park on the street that they would call me when they were ready for me at 7 AM the next day I was still parked outside the only way I was able to get a doc was talking to the yard dogg and even once I was at a dock it still took them 8hrs to load me.
Not good, they Never have order ready, you come by appointment and then have you wating 7 to 10 hours to give you a door

Stay away from this place unless you don’t have nothing to do or you want to do reset. Also they overload your trailer, what a waste of time Don’t go there or you will regret it
Appointment was at 1pm Tuesday, we were still in the docks at 8:30 Wednesday morning waiting. Chicken is the worst to pick up and deliver. We have done it before, never again.
I know that this big shipper will be not important if i put 0 or 5 starts, but this guys are terrible from last 10 loads i got held on them onatleast 9 of them all the time waiting to be loaded 8-10 hours this is pathetic , so if you pick load here make sure its paid thx
Truck entrance follow middlebranch ave NE to 32nd st.follow signs. Fast unload. Guard shack might give you a little trouble. DO NOT break seal. Have them initial paperwork that they broke seal.
Waited for the door 11 hours. They gave me a door. Stood at the door for 7 hours. Im waiting for extra money from the broker. Never again here
Went in early for appointment Lakozza loaded me up (very professional),secured load got paperwork and was out in 30 min .Thaknk you Lakozza she was GREAT

Same as any other chicken plant. Back up to the dock and sit for 8hrs. Then try to met ur appt time 9hrs down the rd.
This place take forever to load your truck average 45 minutes for 1 skid they took 10 hr to load my truck on 09/02/17 one of the worse please dont book the load from this place if you are running ELECTRONIC OR ELD BULSHIT NOT A GOOD SHIPPER government should lock down this king shippers dont respect time
Chicken is their business! A large facility that often hires; three shifts. From chicken to out the door. Steady, repetitious work. Many work in coolers. Provides many jobs for this area.

Here u go my fellas truck drivers follow them directions cuz the gps will put u on the wrong side of the building then u gonna have a big problem.......
Zero star from me, they took 8hrs to load up.
The gps will take you in front of the plant where trucks cant enter, you have to take a road before to be able to enter the plant (Kuemerle Ave NE)

Living in the nearby neighborhood is absolutely horrid, as soon as the weather changes the stench of death and rot fill the air and make any warm day unpleasant to be outside.
If you dont drive for mast trucking plan on being here for 3 to 4 hours to be getting loaded very slow

I put a star on it because it doesnt give me the zero option.Without many words.THE WORST PLACE TO CHARGE THAT I HAVE VISITED IN ALL THE USA.12 Hours for my load to be ready, when they sent me in there was no door available, 1 hour and a half more and 2 hours for them to load me.
They chill their stinking chicken with my reefer. Ive been standing in the doorway for 5 hours.I will add ... 11 hours stood at the door while loading. Never again to them.

2022-06-23Went in expecting the worst based on reviews, but had a decent experience. I arrived a half hour late for my appointment, arrived at 1230, instead of 1200. Was given a door right away, they did not check for clean trailer. I had some wood splinters that I had pushed to nose of trailer. No one mentioned anything to me. I checked out at 14:55. About 2.5 hours in dock, pretty good considering I was late. Docks are a little tight, but nothing you can’t get into. Just gotta be careful and take your time.

2022-06-07My appointment is 12.00. Check in 11.30. Now is 4.30 still loading. Tiny lot, no restroom, very stinky.

2020-09-15Appt at 8pm got here at 5.30 and got a call at 11.30 that the product is finally ready, gave me the door. Drove 20 min from pilot instead of 10 because of major construction on the road exits were closed had to go 6 more miles extra got here and my door was given away to another truck here i am waiting on the new door after receiving a call with the door haha. They only reason I didn’t put 1 star because the manager was very nice she apologized a lot and at least she didn’t make me more mad and angry than i was already. Loaded at 4am with 2 pallets

2020-07-30Easy load process. To get into the place is kind of tight and their docking area is small. Dock doors 1&2 are blindside backing but the other 5 should be all sight side. Make sure u go to have trailer washed out.4736 Navarre rd sw, canton oh. They charge between $35 & up on washout, they extremely fast and do a great job. Otherwise great places for both locales. The washout is 9 miles.from the farm

2021-04-06Make sure to show up with a washout receipt. If their is a splinters worth of wood in your trailer they will send you for a washout. Bet anything there getting kickbacks from the washout place. More crooked behavior from a chicken plant, go figure. These places should be against the law. Now, let’s see how slow they are at loading.

2020-02-12If possible avoid. Took me in before my appt..bonus !Tight loading area but do able. Took a while to load but nothing crazy. As about a bathroom.. the building on the top of the hill, oh ya power has been out for a mnth or so Pitch dark. They do not strap or load bar your load& will not allow on the dock. Climb in & do it yourself. Get to the security office..2 big guys dumb as a tire. Zero personality, you need to repeat everything.

2019-01-14The load is never ready, you bet!I came, there was no any truck, only 5 trailers on docs. Checked in 13:45, they gave me dock, continued loading trailers! Got papperwork 18:30.Only reason for 2 stars is for those people being courteous to me.Chicken is always slow. Always
