I would rate 10 stars if I could! My experience at Cascade Subaru purchasing my 2ND Subaru was awesome and effortless. Abe was so courteous, professional, down to earth, answered all my questions & knew exactly what I needed when ordering my new Outback! And even though it was on back/order he kept me in the loop with his courteous texts letting me know the ETA. Abe, Nick and Dave took excellent care of me and it was AGAIN the least stressful car buying experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend Abe Brannan & I will be back when Im ready for another Subaru!
Everyone that I have dealt with at Cascade Subaru has been fantastic, from the sales person, Abe Brannan, on down. Time was taken to get me up to speed on the vehicle and its features. All in all, a very pleasant buying experience. I will not have any qualms about recommending Cascade to someone looking for a new or used car.

I recently was looking for a vehicle to replace my truck and the sales staff was incredible!! I found a vehicle through service Dept and Abe the salesman help me with the deal and got it done in a timely manner. Abe was awesome helping with the process made it so easy and explained the process and I purchased my vehicle in two days!! I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership and highly recommend them!! My new vehicle was the cleanest vehicle that I have seen looking for months!!!
Ran into problems at numerous other dealerships before reaching out to Cascade. I had a feeling that the other dealer was being dishonest about their pricing and their comments regarding my service history not being at an approved Subaru dealer. We spoke with Pat Primm and decided to come and visit Cascade to price/build my dream car. I was skeptical at first but am so glad I chose to do so! Pat and Matt Harteis were so eager to help and turns out my gut feeling was right and the other dealer was not being honest about the pricing/part install! Cascade only prices new vehicles at MSRP and you know exactly what you are buying before you put down a deposit. I saw the new finance numbers and instantly pulled the trigger to build the vehicle WHILE I had a deposit at another dealer. I am looking forward to December when the vehicle arrives and I was so happy to finally experience an honest dealer during a crazy car market.Highly recommend checking out Cascade if you are in the market for a new vehicle and a good deal.

We just picked up our 2022 Subaru Crosstrek in Cool Gray Khaki. 😎Some other dealers wanted us to pay between $500 and $4500 over MSRP because of low supply. Cascade did not play those games.The ordering process with our sales rep, Matt Harteis, was very straight forward and easy. Ordered it December 13 and it came in February 23. This was within 5 days of the original estimated delivery which was fantastic given the state of the global supply chain.Matt kept us informed throughout the process on a weekly basis. He spent a lot of time carefully explaining all the features of the vehicle when we picked it up.Even though we had not had any interest initially, we even purchased an extended 10 year 100k bumper to bumper warranty after the finance rep Patrick Mace explained the benefits and got us a reasonable cost.We are very satisfied with the car and the service we received. Thank you again Matt, Patrick and the entire Cascade team!
The people at Cascade Subaru are wonderful! It was a pleasure doing business with them. My wife called at least 4 Subaru dealerships in the area trying to find a used late-model Subaru Impreza for our kids. The only return call we got was from Abe Brannan at Cascade. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us, but conceded that he had nothing on the lot that fit what we were looking for. After spending about 30 minutes chatting with me about the used car market, he pointed out that it’s a really bad time to buy if you can wait. Without any pressure, he suggested we consider a new car, pointing out that the price difference was only a few thousand dollars because of the inflated used car market. And, despite that most dealers are charging thousands over sticker, he offered to order one and sell it to us at list price. In the end, Abe sold us not one but two new Subarus. The ordering process was slow but he kept us up to date on the progress, and we took delivery of the first car last week. The purchase process was smooth and simple. We would recommend Cascade and Abe Brannan to anyone looking to buy a car! We’re definitely do business with them again.
I would have given one star, but my sales person, Matt H was friendly and professional. So, the 2nd star is for him being so kind to me and so knowledgeable about the product hes selling. However, the Sales “Managers” are terrible.Now to the bad.I came in as a referral from one of their past customers that claimed Cascade was the place to buy a Subaru, which is surprising, as they didnt seem too eager to sell me a car. Im a well qualified buyer, I was ready and willing to drop my deposit, and I wasnt asking them to reduce the price of the car.I came in with a reasonable expectation for trade value on my truck. KBB good Fair market trade value. Not very good and not excellent. I was asking for the middle / FAIR trade value in the good range. My truck is 4 years old, with 36K miles. No mechanical or electrical issues whatsoever. New tires. No wrecks. Needed a new passenger rear taillight bezel, but thats about it, which is cheap. And yes, I was willing to negotiate.But for some reason, Cascade uses carfax trade value, and GO FIGURE it just so happened to be the lowest and worst trade value Ive ever seen on my truck. Not only that, but they offered me the very bottom trade in value. There was no offer to increase from the bottom number to make the sale happen. No negotiations. Nothing.Ive never been to a dealership with Sales Managers who were so unwilling negotiate and make a reasonable trade offer to make a deal on a new car sale. It is absolutely shameful, that they let a guaranteed sale walk out the door, especially when that sale was a direct referral from a past customer.Maybe Im the crazy person for thinking I could get a good fair market trade value on a new car purchase. Then again, maybe this is just the nature of buying a car now where the dealership names their price and you either buy it or dont. All I know is, I won’t be making my purchase from Cascade.
Unlike dealerships where which are part of a chain, this is a family owned dealership with courteous and helpful sales people and service staff. Most of their staff are long term indicating that it is a pleasant place to work. We have bought 2 Subarus and an Audi from this Dealership.
My experience with the sales person I spoke with was good. He answered my questions and was candid about the long waiting period for new cars.My three Star Rating is based on the fact that I walked into the sales floor showroom and wandered around for 5 full minutes while multiple people looked out through their glass windows and NO ONE came out to ask me how they could help. So I went out and wandered around looking at cars in the lot and a passer by asked if he could help me.Thats no way to treat potential customers.
I had a great car buying experience at cascade and the sales associate brenden. My old car was totalled out after an accident and needed a good reliable car to get to work soon as possible. I saw a 2019 forester touring online and called them about it. I live 2 hours away on the other side of ohio and brenden sent me a personalized video showing the inside and outside of the car. It was detailedvery well and looked brand new even thoughit was 3 yrs old. That was really cool. I loved the car and really wanted it But the listing price was out of my budget so i had to keep looking. I then had another dealership make me an offer for the same make and trim level for less then the price at cascade . I was going to go withe the other dealership but It was online and would have to wait up to 2 weeks to have it delivered. I was just about to buy the car from the other dealership but right before I called to start the paperwork I called brenden to give them an opportunity to match the offer because of the the great service they showed. They were able to match the offer and went with cascade. I picked the car up and it looked almost brand new. I want to thank brenden and cascade for the amazing service and helping get a great car I can afford when I was in a bad spot. I would surely make the 2 hr drive in the future if I need to make a car purchase in the future.
We love our new Subaru Outback. Our salesperson Matt could have been nicer or more helpful. He understood exactly what we wanted and made the process go very smoothly. All the people we interacted with were kind and helpful and seemed to appreciate mugs as customers. This our second Subaru and we are happy that we bought it from Cascade and from Matt.Did not feel it was a one and done and even the financial person helped us. Very pleased with our interaction with him. Now we have tomfiguremout all,the great stuff on our new car!
Cascade Subaru never disappoints. I leased my second Subaru through Cascade with the help of Matt, Cody, and Kim (amazing people)! I absolutely love my new car and can’t imagine driving anything other than a Subaru. Matt was especially wonderful by making the leasing process easy. Although nationwide shortages in 2021 made it challenging to find my dream car, that did not deter Matt Harteis & Jason from putting in the extra time and effort to find exactly what I was looking for. We have just leased our third Subaru Legacy from Cascade Subaru and we could not be more pleased with the process and outcome. Our second and third leases have been handled by Matt Harteis who, both times, found the exact model we asked for. This time I was expecting to pay significantly more because of the shortage of new Subarus, but Cascade does not try to gouge the customer and I agreed to a fair deal. Then Subaru offered a new and better deal and Matts supervisor, Dave Hurt, tore up the old agreement and let Matt write up the better deal, refunding the difference. In my experience this is exceptional customer care, but with our six years of outstanding service from Cascade Subaru I suspect it is the norm at this dealership.

The specific car a person wants is often in short supply these days, and we needed a specific car and quickly (in order to make a cross-country trip): Matt & Crew hustled around and found the exact one we needed, one state over, brought it in for us fast. Bought our eighth Subaru in twenty years yesterday from Cascade. This family owned dealership is outstanding. They know their product, there is no sales BS, and they bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. Ive dealt with Ben Peak in sales for the past eight years or so. I wont buy a car from anyone else. He has sold used Subarus to our children and three new Subarus to my wife and I. Never has a deal or product been misrepresented. He has always exceeded our expectations. If you want a pleasant, no hassle, outstanding car buying experience and an outstanding vehicle ... this is the place to come. They get 10 Stars on the five star scale!
I drove 25 miles to buy my Subaru. First of all my internet resource person, Kim Stottler could not have been more helpful. She gave me a firm price and included the window sticker. I hate buying a car so no hassling here. Matthew Harteis, my salesman, was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain the features and the options on my car. There was no playing games I know that I can count on him if I have any questions or problems. Cody, the finance person, again was knowledgeable and like the other two no hard sell. Without a doubt I would buy another car from Cascade Subaru.
**WARNING**My wife used them for a routine dealership recall and was told she needed her brake pads replaced. Seemed to be a high price. We took it to a trusted shop we’ve used before and they called us back immediately saying the car needs picked up and nothing needed replacement.

While the sales staff is great, I want to give a shout-out to their business manager, Pat. My temp tags were expiring and I had yet to receive my memorandum title in the mail. As luck would have it, Pat happened to call and ask if I could come back in and re-sign my trade-in title due to a clerical error. While I had him on the phone I asked about my memo title for the car I just purchased. He said hed look into it for me. Well, I ran to the dealership to sign what he needed and lo and behold, hed also secured my memo title for me. I was so stressed thinking I wouldnt be able to buy plates and drive my shiny new Subaru. Huge thanks to Pat for rectifying the situation!

Such an amazing place and staff. I bought my first car ever. And I’m 100% happy that I bought from cascade auto group. Ben was my sales guy and hands down was such an amazing human being. He didn’t treat me any different for being a woman or a first timer buyer. He didn’t try to change my mind or take me out of my price range,l. He even educated me on the car and all the options available. I turned down buying a vehicle from my dad’s work which I would of gotten a discount, because of how Ben had treated me. He said it was a ‘family owned place’ and they treated me that way. Whenever Ben would sit away, someone would walk towards me and ask how I was. Even getting my remote start added yesterday, was a pleasant experience. I cannot thank everyone enough for making my first car purchase so smoothly.

Much appreciation to Matt Harteis and the staff at Cascade Subaru. We went in with the intention of purchasing a Subaru Forester, after the test drive we immediately decided to purchase it. The staff there are very friendly and the process was smooth. Matt was very knowledgeable when it came to acclimating us to our new car.
I had recently purchased a 2015 WRX from another dealer in Cuyahoga Falls. A month exactly after owner the car, the check engine light came on and was reading codes for the Transmission. After fighting tooth and nail to get to take my car down to that dealership(I live in Mentor, so its a 50+ miles one way for me) and getting the run around, they finally did the smart thing and called Cascade and let them take over.Come to find out, not only did I need one of the O2 sensors replaced in the car, it also needed an entirely new transmission!! (I fully believe these codes were on before I purchased the car, as they ended up being in the history aka a stored code, and after some driving they conveniently popped on for me)Cascade squeezed my car in, and worked on is as quickly as they could, providing me detailed information each step of the way. Luckily, Subaru had done an extended 100,000/10 year warranty for the 2015 CVT transmission for the WRX. And I just made the cut at 95k miles.My car now has a new transmission and O2 sensor thanks to Cascade and their hard work! Both Todd and Ron in the service department were excellent, always answering my call or returning it as soon as they could. I appreciate greatly all the hard work they did to get my pride and joy back on the road.I dont trust many when it comes to doing work on my vehicles, but I would definitely recommend and be a return customer to Cascade Subaru! It is worth the drive!
I just bought my first new car ever with Ben Peak at Cascade. He is the absolute best. My husband and I test drove a Forrester last year with Ben, knowing I’d probably need a new car soon. Ben was incredibly knowledgable and helpful when we test drove. But it was his no pressure, laid back approach that brought us back when my car died recently.I always felt that he was being completely straightforward with us and not trying to push us into something, which had been my experience at every other dealership. I am thrilled with my purchase and Ben has a customer for life. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Sat down with salesperson to buy said car and was told Im sorry price is 28000. We made a mistake. I CALL BULL
I purchased my 2nd vehicle from Cascade on Monday. My first subaru, I can not say enough about how happy I am with not only my vehicle, but the buying process in general. I was waiting on an insurance check for my down payment and they held onto the vehicle for me for about 3 weeks until it came. They could have easily sold it to someone with cash in hand and tried to talk me into another vehicle. The fact I never felt rushed or pressured speaks to the character of the people working here. I have bought both vehicles from Ben Peak and my parents have purchased an Audi from him as well. Extremely professional and helpful salesman. I plan on purchasing all of my vehicles in the future from him because of my experience. I got the exact vehicle and model I wanted no one tried to talk me into spending more money like Ive experienced at other dealerships.

They took the time to review the technology and features of our new car. My only recommendation would be that they allocate indoor or covered space for customer delivery on inclement days.The future of car buying is evolving. They provide the information and access to products necessary to make fact based car buying decisions. And then follow up with a hassle free purchasing experience. I visited Cascade Subaru based on a referral and couldnt have been happier. Abe Brannan was wonderful to work with! I visited the dealership twice and test drove multiple models and trim levels at both visits. His patient, informative, no pressure approach allowed me to take my time to decide between the Forester and Outback. I chose the Outback Limited and Im very pleased with my choice. Abe followed up with me the day after I brought the car home to see if I had any questions as did Pete who went over every function in and outside of the car before I drove it home. Two words: Excellent Service! 2020 has been an unprecedented year on all fronts from seeing family to major financial decisions and transactions and Cascade Subaru was excellent with their single direction markings for indoor travel, compliant mask wearing, private vehicle protection in the service department, plastic barriers in the sales and financing department, new and sterilized pens, and readily available hand sanitizer. All that being said on general dealership note, we were fortunate enough to work with exceptional, flexible, and compassionate sales, finance, and management personnel. Matt H. was extraordinary. Matt did everything he could to get us what we wanted and never pressured us to make a purchase. He was very familiar with the 2021 Outback that we bought and it was brand new to the market. Matt had no issue staying a bit past closing time to make sure we were confident in what we wanted to purchase and streamlined the information gathering to make our transition to the financing department seamless, which allowed us to drive our new Subaru off of the lot faster! His diligence and attention to detail was noticed especially with the trade in process, we traded in two vehicles at a fair price and he was willing to work with his management team to get us the best deal possible. Once in finance, Patrick M. was quick, clear, concise, and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and was relatable on his personal experiences with financing and warranties. After it was all said and done, the brand manager David H. came and spoke with us to make sure our experience was up to par, he was very appreciative of our purchase during an these economically uncertain times, and to sweeten the deal he gave our dogs a toy that squeaked, crinkled, and was a to scale model of our new Outback. The dogs love it and the new car! We could not be happier with our experiences at Cascade Subaru from the service department on our first Subaru to the individual, COVID-19 safe experience we received from general vehicle guidance during sales to the financing and final purchase.

I was traveling home from out of state when I noticed a rattling noise under the car. When I got home, I contacted Daniel Petersen at Cascade Subaru (who I worked with previously). I set up an appointment to have the car checked out. Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in figuring out what the problems were. This was my first brand new car buying experince and everyone at Cascade Subaru made me feel comfortable. Matt Harteis was wonderful and very helpful in getting me through the process of buying the car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They do not want to rush and pressure you into buying a car. They want to make sure you are happy and getting the right car for you.
Purchases a certified used Subaru Outback from Josh at Cascade. I was purchasing from out of state but the process could not have been easier. Transparent, clear, straight forwards. I arrived to pick up the car and was in an our with all paper work completed in less than 30 minutes. Sales manager explained the paper work clearly and I was never pressured or given any hard sales tactics. Very professional and friendly all around!Im also a Miata owner (NB2) and it was awesome to see the collection of Miata memorabilia in the attached Mazda dealership. Cool to see the owners have a passion for motor sports and give back to the community in the region. Even read a magainze review for the new miata from a 1998 issue of Car and Driver that they had kept.Would purchase from Cascade again!

Emailed with Matt Harteis and went in to test drive an SUV. We ended up buying the same evening. Went to get a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited and walked out with exactly what I wanted with ease and no pressure! My salesman Jacob Copley was super easy to talk to and made the whole experience with Subaru even better. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to get a Subaru!
I went and test drove a car on a Tuesday. Called in on Wednesday told a sales rep what car I was interested in and when I would be coming in. He took down my name and number. I got there on Saturday (the day I told him I’d be there) and he sold the car I said I was interested in and said he didn’t have anymore like it. Then I waited 20 mins outside for him to pull a similar car around for me to test drive. Once I was back from that test drive I waited another 20 mins for him to even talk to me. Sales rep told me another car, like the one I originally wanted, wouldn’t be there for a couple days and there were plenty of other dealerships in the area if I needed a car same day. This “sales technique” lost a customer of a new vehicle and a trade in with positive equity. I never even got a chance to sit at his desk. (Also appraised my trade at more than $3k less than two other dealerships appraised it at).The used side of the Subaru dealership, I noticed, is much more attentive.
I recently purchased a Subaru Forester. This is my first Subaru. I am very happy with the car and overall purchasing experience. The salesperson, Ben, was knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure, and he was very helpful. I have bought several cars in the past, and this was the smoothest buying experience with a dealership I have ever had. I had taken my 2015 Subaru Legacy in for a couple recalls and a transmission service only to find out that there was an internal issue with the transmission and would cost close to $2000 to fix. HOWEVER, Ron in Subaru Service was able to get a good will repair done despite my warranty being expired and my car was fixed for around $300!!! Thank you so much Ron and Cascade Subaru Service!
My wife and I purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Cascade Subaru. The transaction was done in a low pressure, friendly, upfront atmosphere and the price we got was very competitive with other dealerships and outlets. Our salesperson was Ben Peak. Ben took the time to listen to my wife who had specific needs in a car and Ben found the exact model to fit what she wanted. Ben didnt only provide great personal service at the point of sale, he has responded quickly each time we had a question or concern AFTER we took ownership of the car. We do, and we actually did, recommend Ben and Cascade Subaru to family and friends.
Although I did not get my car from here, I can attest to the quality of their service of my Subaru. Never an issue with warranty claims, and the customer service is personal and respectful. Yes, dealership prices are higher than regular shops, but you actually get what you pay for. Inspections that are honest and detailed, valet and shuttle service (they drove me to and from work 30 min away!), with no sales pressure. I have them swap my winter tires annually - each time, they wash the old rims before putting them back in my car. These little details have me coming back and I highly recommend you do as well.

My wife and I purchased our first Subaru on 9/21/18. We could not be more pleased. Our salesman was Abe. He came recommended by our neighbor and I can see why. Abe was not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions and explained everything we were looking at. He price matched a similar car that I had received a quote on line from another dealership. Financing was also a breeze. I wish I could have received more on our trade in but there were problems with the car. Well if i can give this review more than 5 stars i would give it 100 stars. This place is great and my service advisor Dan petersen was just amazing. He went above and beyond helping me with my two cars. I brought in my Wifes 14 forester becuase it wasnt driving well and having some issues with the VCD and ABS. I thought it was just a brake switch issue but it was worse than we though. It was a wheel bearing and the ABS sensor was having issues as well!!. A costly repair but he helped me check all the boxes on what we could do to get it fixed and fast. They were super busy that day and he made sure we could get it done in time to get my wifes car back for work later that night And I still had to bring in my 13 legacy for the Air Bag recall the same day. They didnt have many drivers left to spare so he drove me himself back home to get my other car in and then when my car was done i drove back home and he called me and said my wifes car was done and that they also was able to save the ABS sensor saving me some $$$. I will be coming here time and time again now as a Subaru owner. My Wife and I are very greatful, Thank you Dan and everyone else for making my Monday so special i was there from 930 am until like 3pm and not once did i not i feel welcomed and at home!!
Just bought my second Forester from Abe Brannan at Cascade and probably won’t go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. They are the most professional dealership I have come across. I live in Cleveland now and made the trip because I knew I would be in control of the whole process. If you want Subaru and you live in the Akron, Cleveland, Canton, or Youngstown area I would make the trip. Nothing else compares....

I recently purchased a Forester from Abe Brannan at Cascade Subaru, and my experience was nothing other than positive! I came in to their showroom, expecting to be pressured to buy what the dealership wanted me to buy, instead of what I wanted or more importantly...what I actually needed. Abe asked me the right questions, and carefully listened to my answers and gave me his advise, based on those answers. I thought I needed a vehicle the size of the Accent, but actually what I needed was the Forester, and Abe helped me to realize that. No one at the dealership pressured me, and they let the whole process unfold at my pace...ensuring I was comfortable the whole time. I took my Subaru Outback in for an inspection due to a noise I was hearing while driving over bumps. They completed the inspection and told me it passed their inspection. Two weeks later I took it to Serra because the issue was still there and now my air bag light was on. Serra found a significant issue during their inspection. I contacted Cascade’s customer service to get a refund for what I thought was the cost of the inspection. Steve the customer service rep corrected me that the cost was actually for the general maintenance. I expressed my frustration to him about their mistake in not finding the issue, and he hung up on me. I’m not an aggressive or rude person, I was simply notifying them of their mistake and he apparently did not care. I will not work with this dealer in the future.Update: the Audi Service Manager contacted me and made a strong effort to correct the mistake. I ended up getting a refund for a portion of my bill.
Cant say enough good things about my experience with Abe Brannan and Cascade Subaru.I have been car shopping and test driving a variety of makes/models of vehicles. By the time I made my way to Cascade Subaru, it was my 7th test drive. Abe was very knowledgeable and highlighted all the vehicle features that I had on my radar without even having to ask... all with no pressure. Once I test drove it for myself, I knew I had found what I was looking for.Fast forward to 5 weeks later when I was finally ready to actually make the purchase. (Keep in mind, I had not been bombarded with calls and emails along the way) I reached out to Abe to let him know what I had decided on and expressed that I wanted to spend as little time in the showroom as possible... he absolutely delivered. All but (less than) the 1 hour needed to get a full detail vehicle overview and sign a handful of papers was done from the comfort of my own home.This has certainly been the easiest, most stress-free and best TRULY no hassle car buying experience Ive ever had. Just purchased a Forester with Ben Peak. We had such a natural, easy time there with him that it only felt right to leave a google review. I see someone else has had the same experience. No surprise there. Very knowledgeable, no typical sales pressure/tactics. Very straight forward and comfortable to interact with. I walked on that lot with a guard up, Im sure Ben could sense it, but by the end of our first exploratory poke around the lot, he proved trustworthy. Highly recommend him.
I like Cascade - theyre my closest local Subaru dealer, and I LOVE Subaru. - - The people are friendly, of course theyre supposed to be, but Ive built a connection with some of them - Steve, in service writing and Justin, one of the service technicians, are my particular favorites - and Ben in Sales, heck, I let him lease me a car. Theyre all bunch of really nice people there, not to discount anyone, quick to do whatever they can to help.- Their prices could be a bit lower (when Im pricing parts, they come in a little higher than other dealerships), and their WiFi isnt very strong, so getting a good signal while waiting for your car to be serviced is occasionally tough.- I would like it if they gave their Service writers some enclosed, heated service writing offices... In the winter, it kind of sucks seeing these good people essentially hanging out in a garage, needing to wear their winter coats to stay warm.- The takeaway. I like Cascade, because I like their people. Their people will keep me coming back.
I went in to test drive a Legacy and left with a new car. Abe was wonderful. He explained the options available but there was no pressure to add on features I didn’t really need. They moved the whole car buying process along so that I was able to take the car that day and they took care of the pesky details of calling the insurance agent for me and transferring the plates. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Cascade.

I went to Cascade Subaru to test drive the Impreza, Crosstrek, and Legacy. My experience was absolutely incredible, and I highly recommend this dealer (which is also a Mazda and Audi dealer). Matt Harteis was the salesman who helped us, and he was fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgeable, and was focused on what I wanted, not necessarily what would make him the most money. I came to the dealership knowing that I was not ready to buy a car that day; there are a few cars from other makes that I want to test drive before making a final decision. When I told him it would be a week or two before I was ready to make a decision, he was understanding and respectful of the decision. The dealership is located near the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which makes for an amazing test drive. Matt was patient and showed interest in getting me in the car thats right for me. There were no high-pressure sales tactics at this dealer, which made for a low-stress and enjoyable car buying experience. If I decide to go ahead with a Subaru, I will absolutely return to this dealership to make the purchase.
Long time client of Cascade Subaru - two cars purchased and decades of service work. Unfortunately, their approach to service, at least on the Subaru side, has slowly gone downhill culminating with my recent experience.In to get some clunking fixed, which I assumed was the ball joints, and it was. $425 to replace. However, was also read a litany of other work that needed done totaling close to $2500. I asked for a breakdown along with costs that took a couple hours to received over two trys. Over half the recommended service was a caution category, most due by time and/or mileage.Thats not so bad other than the cost. Without sharing details but being advised by some mechanic friends the estimates were very high, I finally went to a well respected local shop. Total for all service there? $700.Whats the worst about all of this that has made me finally switch and actually makes me mad? They recommended the 120K service (for $600), THEN broke out items that would be included in the service and quoted them separately as well. Yea - lets get paid twice for doing something.No thanks - youve lost a customer and gained someone who will advise friends and family to go elsewhere.

I dreaded going to buy a new car. I tried many times to do so, but walked away. Then, I met Andrew Potokar who helped me firstly decide which car I needed and/or wanted. He was patient, honest, kind, and genuinely a wonderful person. I probably would have walked away again and not purchased a vehicle, but Andrew made the process less daunting. Andrew is the person one talks to via the net. He is the IT guy I came to find out, but helped me at first. He did double duty, even going on test drives with e. He later introduced me to Matt Harteis, and once again, a sincere, patient, no pressure sales person. Matt did the paperwork and crunched more numbers. Then I met David Hurte, who also was warm and welcoming. Seems to be the milieu of Cascade. So, many thanks to Andrew and Matt. Seems like everyone I met there, and I was there a lot trying to decide, was uber nice. If you need a Subaru, get online and talk with Andrew or walk in and see Matt.

Great dealership. My wife was in the market for a new lease. Matt and the Cascade crew where the only dealership that didnt mess around with numbers or games. We told them our budget and our needs and without any issues they got us into a vehicle. During this time we looked at other Subaru dealership, Ford, Chevy and all other places played the number game. Cascade did not and we are glad we went with them.
This is only the third time I have bought a car from a dealership in my life. Buying from Cascade Subaru was the most pleasant of the three. Josh was fantastic. I will be honest - he was patient with me. This was going to be the 8th car I had test drove - and I was reluctant to like the Forester. I fell in love with the car on the test drive. I was worried that once I decided on the vehicle it would be a five hour affair to get everything processed. NOPE - Honestly this auto group runs like you want it to run. The only time I waited for anything was when I showed up early for my sign the papers appointment.

Went in last Saturday of December to get into a 2019 Crosstrek. Had come to Cascade knowing exactly what I wanted and what my trade was worth. I had been on site for 3 hours at that point and was waiting to be seen by finance and have the car detailed and was told by staff it was the end of the month and they were busy, trying to get me to come back on Monday. I ended up having to come back that day to complete the process. Having said that, Tina was highly efficient and did manage to turn the day around and likely salvaged this review. When I left, I was having issues with my lights (was dark out) and Tina pulled over with me to help me straighten that out even off the clock. That was good customer service, above and beyond. Overall everyone was friendly but it seemed like more staff all around would be beneficial.
WOW WOW WOW cant say enough about Ron , Chris, and Dan they exceeded my expectations completely! i took my sons 2015 Subaru in for some recalls and a trans service it needed a valve body and was past the warranty extension for the needed repair> we have had 3 of our familys vehicles serviced here and EVERY time GREAT Service and Well Taken care of on any issue!!
I bought my new ‘15 Impreza from Cascade and the sales experience was good. But since then it has been down hill since then. I call to get an oil change and I’m told that the express is open. When I go in to the express oil change I’m at the dealership for at least 1 hour but usually longer. One time I was there for 3 hours. And they always find something else to sell me. Now I have a recall and I can’t get an appointment until June. And since I’m having the problem the recall is for I can’t shift out of drive without overriding the brake switch.
Took my 11 legacy in for 2 recalls, windshield wiper motor and the airbag. Later that evening after picking the car up I get a call from my wife while she’s out saying the wipers won’t come on and it’s starting to rain. After driving to her and looking at it I found they never plugged the wiper motor back in. Luckily they must have been thinking of me because it was easy to get to. They broke off every clip holding the cover down except the two on the ends. I know dealers dislike recalls and the mechanics barely make rate doing them but it’s pretty ridiculous to take a safe car in for a recall to make it less safe. They didn’t even test their own work! I wonder how the airbag went?
So my experience with Cascade was sketchy at first. I took my car in for service and it took way longer than it normally should. However it seemed like a perfect storm of problems befell them at this time. They still took care of me and gave me great competitive prices.
What a great dealrship! Honestly buying a new car is always so stressful, but at Cascade Subaru it was truly different. Our sales consultant Matt Harteis is a down to earth guy who really cares about you and is very knowledgeable about all the features each model has to offer and gave us lots of options for purchasing but never pressured us into nothing we wanted great customer service, the finance manager Nick Corlett who is very polite and knowledgeable, and brand manager David Hurte who makes sure you are comfortable with everything from the intial talk all the way down to the signing of the paper work which was very comforting, and is what made the difference! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or lease check out Cascade Subaru in Cuyahoaga Falls.
I had a recall I needed to get completed on my 07 Impreza Wagon and because of the great service I received from the scheduling all the way to picking up the car, I decided to bring it in for some repairs and got even better service! Just to name a few; Ron, Pat and Taylor I believe her name was did and excellent job! On top of that when I went to pick up my Impreza I saw a new STI parked out front and Ben Peak allowed me to take a test drive and go over some great features of the car! So when it is time to trade in my 17 WRX, I will most definitely be coming back to see Ben when I upgrade to an STI next year! Because it all started with excellent service, I will continue to do service with Cascade Auto Group and when it comes time to buy an STI or get my wife into a Forrester, I will be there! Keep up the amazing service guys!!!
I bought my Outback in 7/15 and I was looking at several other vehicles at the time. Ive always been an American car guy, but I justified this purchase because its manufactured in Evanston IN. The Outback has surpassed my expectations. I have every option, and I use everyone of them. The sight line is wonderful, it works great on the Turnpikes.The nav system is easy to use and read, hands free works great.The service at Cascade is 2nd to none, everyone from the service writer to the car wash person is great to work with.I cant say enough about my salesman Ben Peake and his boss Dave Hurte, they are great to work with, theyll give you the straight scoop. I would highly recommend Cascade for their next automobile purchase.

This is my second Subaru purchase at this dealership. My experience with my first car was with Michael Osherow. His knowledge and enthusiasm about Subarus convinced me. Five years later and after a wonderful driving experience I bought my second Subaru through Bruno and Ben. The finance manager, Jonathan, was just as gracious about the buying experience. I now own a handsome zero emissions car with good mileage, and I have the safest car on the road!

I have been to this car dealership multiple times. For the most part my experience has been very good. However, I will not be going back to this dealership due to my most recent visit. I told the sales person the price range I would like to be in and he assured me that it was possible. He came back with a price that far exceeded my price range and basically told me I was crazy thinking that I couple get that specific car at the price I wanted, even though not 20 min earlier he said it was not a problem. As Im going to leave, the sales person said, If I can get is at x price would you sign? As it was in my range I told him that I would sign right now. He then said, Well, I have your number. If I really need a sale I will give you that price. So basically, you can get me that price but just choose not to. I will not go back.
I scheduled my car to have a recall fixed 2 weeks in advance, and the day of my appointment I take my car in and drop it off at 8a.m. I call at 430 to find out that they didnt even have the part for my car and no one planned to call me and tell me. They did give me a rental car for free when I dropped it off again 2 weeks later. Service manager was not very polite, he wasnt rude but when someone works a customer service job especially if they are in charge of a service department they should be atleast be polite make eye contact and not make people feel like they are bothering them.
Had 2 bad services at Cascade Subaru in 2017. The second one was the worst. I went in for a timing belt replacement on my Subaru. I got the car back with tools & bolts left sitting inside the engine bay and bolts missing on my timming belt cover. I suspected they didnt do a good job. I ended up going to another dealership to get the car looked. I also contacted Subaru of America about this issue. The other dealership told me 6 bolts were missing and the engine motor mount was not put back on. Yes the front motor mount Cascade Subaru took off and never replaced and returned my car to me! Unbelievable, who does that, leave an engine detacted from a car and return it to a customer! Another half done job from them that couldve ended badly for me. It sounded like they also did not cooperate with Subaru of America either. They wouldnt own up to their mistake. Subaru of America was wonderful to work with as well as the other dealer. Take this story for whats its worth, but i wouldnt recommend anyone to go in for service. I dont trust their work.

Abe was awesome to deal with! We had a death in the family and could not pick up the car for several days. Abe handled that bump in the road with no problems at all, he was an absolute professional. I have not had a car buying experience better than with Abe! My next car will be from him!!!
I went here today with my wife while my wife was looking for a Subaru. As the only customer on the premise at the time, no one greeted us as we walked in. Im not expecting the kind of service where professionals lining up along the entrance smiling and saying hello, all I was hoping for was someone getting their butt off the chair. The first one who said anything was a middle-aged guy when we get close to his desk, asking what we were looking for . I told him a Subaru, a new one but may also be an used. Slumping in his chair, and possibly playing game on his computer, he never looked up and pointed us to the parking lot for used cars, apparently with no intention of showing us any vehicles. We hung around in the show room for about 10 minutes, looking at some display models by ourselves, and walked out after no one talked to us. In the parking lot, there was a model thats unavailable inside, with its doors unlocked, so we opened its trunk and doors to check it out. Thats the point when a younger guys came out, and told us that the car is off limits. While he was not rude, he never for once said anything that could be conducive to a sales transaction, such as could I show you this car?. Again, he pointed us to a direction where theres no one standing by. That was the point that I decided that it is enough for us. If the display car is so precious and off limits, lock it up! After all, my time is also precious, and is not hanging around to waste my time. As an Automotive executive traveled around the world and seen car dealerships on every continent (other than Africa an Antarctica), Id definitely rank the service here at the bottom 10%. Could not tell exactly what drives their collective behavior which is definitely not welcoming. I drove in there with my Lexus and dressed like we can pride ourselves at a church. So Im still grasping for what drives and (de)motivates this sales organization, and what service means to them. They are apparently staffed and trained to kill any sales opportunities.
I presently have a Subaru Legacy that I leased from Cascade. I am ready within the next few months to lease another. I recently met with Josh Obenreder to look at the new Legacys. Josh was so explicit in his presentation of the Legacy, I already know what to expect when I pick my new car. Very conscientious and customer-friendly approach. He is a true asset to this dealership.
My wife and I bought a forester from Abe recently. It was a very good experience, very low to no pressure at all. Other staff would come over and introduce themselves and offer refreshments. They worked really well to stay within our budget we wanted and get us the most out of it that we could.
Purchased my first 2016 Subaru from Ben Peak. The whole process was handled very well without any pressure or feeling stressed about getting a vechile. I’ve been taking my Forester there to be serviced and the staff is always very friendly and professional, I highly recommend this dealership to everyone I talk to
Had my Forester in for some service. I called at 2:30pm to see if the car was ready for pick up. I was told it just went back to get washed and would be about an hour. I arrived to pick up the car about 3:45/3:50. They notified me my car was still getting washed and would be another 30 minutes. Im thinking this has gotta be the cleanest car Ive ever seen after getting washed for almost 2 hours! When they bring it around, theres clearly bird poop on the drivers side door. I dont care that the car was dirty, I didnt even ask for a car wash. I care that I feel like I was being mislead about what the actual hold up was and wish I had properly been communicated to.
Ben was great until we talked about price. I felt Cascade didn’t work at all to earn my business. I chose Ganley of Bedford instead - they put me into the same vehicle (Forester, premium trim) for $40 less per month. I went back to Cascade hoping to sign papers, but left very disappointed, especially considering the rapport I felt I had built.
My husband and I felt very comfortable the moment we walked through the front doors. Our salesman Abe Brannan was very helpful explaining to us everything we needed to know about the Outback we were about to purchase. We absolutely love it. I know we made the right choice.
What a nightmare! My car purchased from this Authorized used Subaru dealer had been auctioned two times before it hit Cascades lot due to a blown motor under first owner, lease. Hopeless junk @ 38,492 miles. Spent VAST AMOUNTS OF TIME AND MONEY chasing a problem that could not be fixed. You can do better than Cascade. I found out too late. Spare yourself the misery.
Cannot say enough good things about Cascade Subaru! Our salesman Joshua Obenreder was extremely helpful and professional. We were had a lot of questions (our first Subaru) and Josh had all the answers. Hands down 5 star customer experience - we WILL be buying our 2nd Subaru from Josh! BRAVO!
We found buying a car from Cascade Subaru to be a very positive experience, all the staff was very helpful and our salesperson Kim was especially great to work with. We would highly recommend Cascade Subaru and would definitely purchase another car from Cascade Subaru.
Went here for an oil change. Asked if it would be about an hour. Got a sure from the advisor. Took about an hour and 45 minutes, and even then a guy was still doing the finishing touches on a car wash. Not a bad place, but time and accuracy need improvement for a relatively quick service.
I never write reviews but I couldnt stop myself from writing this one. I deal with over 10 different parts and service departments and I know what the standards are all across the board and this location is by far the worst one I have ever came across in my over 6 years in business. If there was a 0 star I would give them that because these people in the parts and service department have the worst attitude and shouldnt even be in the customer service sector at all. Theyre not there if you need help is what it all boils down to. Ganley Subaru (which is 20 minutes away) is far ahead of this place, use them if you can.
I dropped a bum tire from my Subaru there to be replaced while I was at work and their service was THE WORST! Took double the time, I had to wait in the waiting area 2 hours, NO communication on the status, and didnt even put the temp spare away where it belongs afterward, just plopped it in the hatch. Theres a reason we quit using Cascade!
This dealership has terrible customer service. My friend and I walked around very clearly looking at cars for about 20-30 minutes and absolutely NONE of the salesmen even approached us, they were all just sitting at a table talking amongst themselves. I hope their goal was to drive away our business, because I will not be going back to their dealership.
Poor customer service, they didnt know what they had on the lot, pricing didnt match advertised prices, not another customer in site and could not find a salesperson to help us. Parking lot was covered with sticky tar it was all over our shoes and the kids shoes. We were there for an hour and received no assistance. Poorest experience I ever had at a dealership, shameful! Zero stars if possible.

2022-06-14Recently purchased a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid. Buying cars at a dealership is usually a painful process I avoid like a dentist visit. I must say Cascade Subaru made it one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. No high pressure tactics and an easy going environment. Our salesman Brendan Daniels seemed to know just when to give us space but readily available for questions. Once we made our purchase decision he spent a lot of time going through all the details of the car with us before we took possession. Would definitely buy another car from Brendan and Cascade Subaru.

Both Ben Peak and David Hurte treated me like a member of the Cascade and Subaru family, from the time I rolled onto the lot. Knowledgeable, fair pricing, excellent communication, and no hassles. 2022-02-20We brought a brand new Crosstrek and highly recommend Cascade Subaru, especially salesman Matt Harteis. With new vehicle inventory being scarce it was a stressful time to buy but Matt was so great to work with. He was super friendly and relaxed throughout the whole process. He worked hard to get us what we wanted in our new car and was super patient throughout the process. It’s never fun to go through the car buying process but Matt made it as painless as possible. 2022-06-24I had a positive experience at Cascade Subaru. They would not charge over MSRP, which in todays market is good. A different Subaru dealer also was charging MSRP, but insisted I buy a bunch of useless add-ons. Cascade was straightforward and no-nonsense with the pricing. They ordered the exact car that I wanted, and were very easy with communications (call, text, email, whichever you prefer). Delivery was also very pleasant with no pressure or nonsense. I dealt with Abe, but everyone there seemed very nice. Id recommend purchasing a vehicle at Cascade Subaru.

2021-12-19In early November my car got totaled in an accident and was stressing about finding a vehicle that was decent and one I liked but especially finding it in todays market. I saw a vehicle on Cascade’s website that I liked so I called them up to see if it was still available and it was so my mom and I went up to check it out. Brendan was the salesman I dealt with. He was professional and helpful throughout the whole buying process. Needless to say, I walked out of the dealership at closing time that evening having put a down payment on the car. I’ve had the car a little over three weeks now and I LOVE IT! Cascade’s detailing department does a phenomenal job getting the cars ready to go on the lot. I will always recommend Cascade.

2021-12-28Friendly staff and awesome vehicles. All 4 wheel drive, gay friendly, and pet friendly company which is why I came here. I love their service center and free car wash. Their attentiveness to the needs of the customer is fantastic. I only gave 4 stars because of the quote of their brake replacement and filter replacement. These two things are easily done at home for a fraction of their price. $600 for front breaks and rotors is absolutely ridiculous. About $150 in parts and barely an hour of your time if you do it yourself for breaks... and filters? $50+ charge for a cabin air filter? Come on now $10 parts mayyyybe 2 minutes of your time. Overcharging for service for sure especially for how much work they get. Great cars though

2022-06-22Purchased three cars from the Cascade group over the last 8 months or so. All experiences have been great. Each time at the dealer I knew exactly what I wanted and was in and out. It truly was a hassle-free experience, and the dealer didnt try to sell me on any extras. Would recommend to everyone I know and will buy from Cascade again.
