Shocked.I bought the car from your lot and when repairs were done on the window the door was broken from the window repair your garage did.The right thing, and professional thing to do would have been to fix it instead of misleading me. Or atleast to reimburse me for the repairs, since part of the sales agreement was that you did all repairs at cost and no labor charges, this was misleading and I was told I could file a breech of contract with small claims court.7 days without a vehicle and I had to pay for the repairs because instead of fixing it I was offered to trade it in and take out a new loan, why would I? After being told several false statements and my calls ignored.Once my loan was paid off I was, at the time so happy and I bragged on the level of service and the professionalism, but after that event I will be purchasing my next vehicle elsewhereRidiculous?Make it right is that Ridiculous to ask?Cartime= waste of time.Buyer bewareI had repairs done on my drivers window, when I picked up my vehicle the power lock stopped working and a few days later the drivers door would not open from the outside or the inside I called and took it back to have the issues fixed, I dropped it off and after 3 days I was told that a part needed to be ordered from the dealer.Lie #1I was told on the 3rd day that my vehicle was still at the garage and they had to put the door back together... well my vehicle GPS told me the vehicle had been sitting on the lot for 3 days, my sprint drive device alerts me when doors are opened vehicle data etc.When I picked up my vehicle the engine temp was cold and the inside of my vehicle was blazing hot, my vehicle was never at the garage!!!! The vehicle was parked on day 1 and NEVER TOUCHED!!!!!!After a few weeks of crawling thru the passenger side I made another appointment and dropped off my vehicle, this time the vehicle was actually take to their garage and touched a few times it was kept for 4 daysLie #2I was told that the mechanic had to order a hydraulic cutter to cut away at the door.Bla bla bla when I would call to check I felt I was getting the run around and would not get calls back .Mysteriously when I would call for an update my representative had to run to north Canton, not once but twice.Finally I told them I needed my vehicle back fixed or not. The end of the 4th day I was told well we would like to offer you to trade it in towards another vehicle!!!!!I picked up my vehicle and the drivers door panel had been popped loose in just one corner!!!! as if just to look inside,NO CUTTING WAS DONE!!!!!!I talked to an acquaintance who has a garage and he was able to fix the door in a day!!!!I went a total of 7 days with no vehicle!!!!!! Only to be, what evidence indicates that i was, lied to and be offered to take out a new loan on another vehicle!!!!!!! How about you do the work and fix the vehicle and do a good job and be honest? Not lie, deceive and give someone the run around.I ended up paying 295.00 out of pocket which car time says for the life of the vehicle they will do mechanic work and not charge you labor.. Hum.... kept my vehicle for a total of 7 days did not cut anything only to pull the panel away, oh and before the window was fixed thr door worked fine, so repairing the window in the 1st place they had actually broken the door opening mechanism and the power locks they ended up costing me almost 300.00 and 7 days with absolutely no vehicle.I asked for credit for 7 days that I was given false updates on and went with no vehicle, as a single parent having a vehicle is important and no actual work was performed on my vehicle and to be reimbursed for paying out of pocket to fix the issues they caused when repairing my window still waiting on a those reimbursementsI will never do business with this car lot ever again.Buyer beware.The no labor costs sounds good if they actually do it
I have been doing business here since it was JD Byrider. We have always been treated with respect and have never had any problems at all. If you have a problem with your car, they will help you. All you have to do is communicate with them and they will help you as much as they can. I will definitely keep coming back.
Very unprofessional, THE COMPANY HIRES THIRD PARTY VENDERS TO TAKE YOUR INFO AND IMPERSONATE AN OFFICER JUST TO SCARE YOU. Please stay away from these people, they are crooked and customers are NOT their concern at all. Find another car lot! These people are dangerous !

2022-08-02We bought a 2004 Expedition about five years ago from Tony and his staff. When it has needed service, Tony and his crew have taken care of it. They honor all warranties, and have my car up and running as soon as possible.

2022-04-04After reading the response of this company is all I needed to know. and that was to stay clear of the flooded cars fixed to temporarily run seems a company like this will just go bankrupt then reopen with different name in hopes to keep going with scamming people on cars after looking public records up at the BBB there seems to be a few active cases thats not counting the ones who were paid under the table to keep them hush well lets just say Facebook is a wonderful thing with people warnings of this place and pictures to back there storys up.this company has no backbone to post proof that the customer is wrong but has no issue on slamming everyone who stands up to them

2022-04-04Was considering getting a vehicle from here but after reading the owners responses tells me they arent a respectable dealership. Owner says he has been in business for 22 years but fails to say he has had to change names multiple times because he has failed under each name they are so horrible Jdbyrider took away their license and kicked them from the franchise and reviews are not only for customers maybe invest more time looking up how Google reviews work instead of trying to be smart 😉

2022-01-13Response to commentSprint Drive plugs into the vehicle console portIt delivers a lot of information GPS, vehicle alerts , engine reports, telemetry, door alerts, and soo much more..There are absolutely no lies here the lies came out of D**s mouth!!!!You blast everyone who posts the truth... sad , thats not customer service at all!!!!!!!!******************************************************See photos since it didnt post.There is no excuse except that the salesman named D refused to honor the contract and lied to me, then avoided me.They lied about my vehicle being at their garage when my GPS showed it never left their lot and was NEVER STARTED and that the doors were never EVEN opened,Then the next time they flat out refused to fix it and offered to trade it in for a new vehicle.I had to pay to get my vehicle fixed at another garage and asked them to reimburse me, I sent them the invoice twice and they ignored me.They can try to deflect blame, but the plain facts and honest truth is the salesman named D** is the one to blame he lied to me and I will never refer anyone to them.All they had to do was honor their word or reimburse me and everything would have been fine.But they ignored me and lost a lifetime customer and many many referrals.

2022-01-07We thought this was a good place but these people are good at frist wouldnt recommend them to fix your car because the put on parts and dont do the service fully and watch out for these people they will take your money down or trade let you make payments on time but if something in life comes up and cant pay that month they repo your car over 3 weeks of not paying on it....i sent a few people that way for a car thinking it was a good place wrong sorry car time people hit road blocks in life and this is what you local owned busines do to your own community at least wait 2 months or more be behind befor repoing the peoples cars not 3 weeks to a month now i see why you all change your name to car time look at the old reviews on the old name you went thu.......Grow up the owner says on my last review..... nice customer service!!! lol i didnt say anything wrong i mean am a lil thown off when we make the payments in the next room of your office and then the repo man said am here for car time... not a finance company

2020-08-02Great car buying experience! My son purchased his first vehicle through them and was heading to Virginia immediately afterwards. Dan and the team did an excellent job ensuring all mechanical issues were addressed and the vehicle was safe for the long journey. They stood by their promises and made the entire experience seamless. I would definitely look to car time for my next vehicle.

2020-11-03At first I liked these guys theyd do anything to help. But now with this last vehicle is like trying to pull teeth from an alligator to at anything done. Ive been trying since we got the vehicle to get some things fixed and all that has been done is a oil change. And when you try to talk to your sales representative has either busy or at lunch. I understand that im not the only customer they have but i do expect to be called back. Ive personally been sitting in the office talking with the sales rep.and him take a call in th middle of our conversation but he cant talk to me or even call me back .
