I recently rented a room at this place for my niece who had been kicked out of her apartment, the owner called me two hours later telling me since it wasnt me staying here, she had to leave, and threatened me to call the police on me, so I called the police instead, they said no laws had been broken, so basically he stole my money, My niece who was already traumatized was put back in the streets, and this guy rented it later that night, very rude and unreasonable, unprofesional I had to drive back to Cincinnati from Dayton to get her another room somewhere else, so thats the type people youre dealing with here
Im going to miss this place the rooms were big bug free and always on point wit the prices
Not the newest building, rooms are shabby, but its quiet, bug- free, and with cable its easy to get rested
I visited roots seeds and oils...very nice worker. We talked for about an hour regarding locks
The sheets are dirty they clean but use the same sheets and just vacuum and remake the bed ...dont come here getting charged 55-385 dollars a week to stay here ...I have no choice Im homeless .But please they get rude and everything

I delivered a TV to a customer here and the place seemed well maintained and the staff was curteous

2021-05-10I actually think theyre closed down but it was a nice hotel clean quiet had on facility laundry. And the lady hit that ran it oh my God she had one of the prettiest I cant think what you call indoor gardens there was gardens not the right word a little Forest inside the round building

2020-01-10As a child my parents would take us here in the early 70s it was massive and my father would dress in his tuxedo and my mother in a evening gown and have her hair done in her room by a stylist that was employed there, the hotel had 4 pools and it was considered luxurious for the upper middle class folk.

2017-03-17The staff was wonderfully friendly and we loved the design of the room and bathrooms. It was very unique and really enjoyed it. The only negative was the bed was a little too hard. Very centrally located to restaurants.

2018-07-17My husband and I usually stay here when every other Hotel closer to the city is booked just for the simple fact its very far away and it takes a long time to get there in a long time to get back down to the city but the rooms are big nice and you get $10 of your money back every morning when you return the remote and key

2018-03-04Ok bathroom cold as hecky- No sound for Tv well wasnt there for tv anyways but did get bored wanted to watch espn no sound really had nice fridg micro in kitchen sitting area room was nicer then the usual i can say comfy cozy except bathroom wear ur shoes in there or put towel down lol
