Carrabbas Italian Grill in other cities:
We went for our 23rd Anniversary and had the Tuscan Grilled Chicken and the Chicken Marsala. Best meals we’ve had in a long time! They were cooked perfectly! We even got a free dessert and wished Happy Anniversary! The server was super prompt and the food came out timed exactly right! Could not have asked for a better date! Kudos to Carrabbas in North Canton!
Best Italian food ever, hands down. Great staff which performs well under pressure. Came here for early Valentines with my fiance. Home made bread with oil and herbs is amazing. I had the lobster ravioli, completely am blown away how good this food is. Waitress was very tentative despite a jam packed house! Certainly recommend.
We went to the Canton location on the strip for my husbands birthday. Everyone provided great customer service but our server Patrick was probably the best waiter we have ever had. Very attentive, personable and was fun to talk to everytime he came by to check on us. We will definitely be requesting him when we do come back!
Food was good. Service was good. But dont have call ahead seating and when you arrive youre told it will be another 30 - 35 min wait. Yes we had 8 people. So we waited 35 min. Nothing. 45 min nothing so we asked again how much longer only 15 min more. An hour later still nothing. I go ask how much longer we called ahead and weve been here an hour. So someone went and talked to manager she comes back says sorry we dont know how much longer. During the hour wait tons of people came and went.I said the door/person in charge of seating people should have said to someone I wonder if the 8 would want two tables close so we could seat them instead of waiting longer. Or offer some water.None of that happened. So all of a sudden were getting ready to leave hmmm a table opens up. Moral of this review take care of people that arrive before others. And communicate to waiting customers.
It was nice! I got the sirloin, rare, and it was actually a bit cool in the center like rare steak is actually supposed to be! You get a lot of food too. Mashed potatoes out the wazoo. I felt bad cause I could only finish the steak itself. Staff was friendly too. Glad we decided to try it out.
The sangria is to die for! The blackberry and the peach! I ordered the chicken picatta and unfortunately I got the veal picatta and I am not the type to complain. We ordered the appetizer sampler, it came with stuffed mushrooms sitting in a sauce that was so delicious! Very friendly waitress.
The server was prolite and very informative and great attitude.. But the steak we ordered was way under cooked when we told our server he was completely upset about it.. What was. Weird was they took the steak back to the grill an put it back on it after it was eaten from.. And brought the plate with new sides.. I found this pretty disgusting. But other then the questionable action taken.. Wasnt too bad?? Idk
We called ahead for 6, still waited, 15 mins., 1/2 hr., I complained and was told it should just be a few mins. It ended up over an hour wait. Many walk in people were seated ahead of us. It wasnt that busy, plenty of tables open and wait staff seemed plentiful and not rushed at all. We finally got seated, waited 15-20 longer and nobody came. We walked out.
This is a typical Americanized Italian restaurant chain that has consistent dishes. My Alfredo Carrabba however lacked flavor and could have benefited from more cheeae in the sauce and more sauce on the pasta itself. My husbands choice was much better and he had the Rigatoni Campagnolo which was flavorful and delicious.
As my wife and I were at the bar, she was sitting and I was standing because there was not another seat. I was asked by a staff member if I could go sit in my car because people are blocking the walkway. I was shocked because I had a cocktail in my hand… I responded with I have a drink in my hand, and the staff member stated it’s OK you can take your drink to your car. I said no thank you, it’s 10 degrees outside and you want me to sit in my car. If you have issue with the bar being overcrowded then don’t sell drinks to customers that are standing. It’s that easy. Don’t ask a customer to go to their car with drinks and wait for the cops to come and arrest someone for open container… unbelievable!!!! This needs addressed ASAP….
Food always delicious 😋. Unfortunately they removed great appetizers from the menu, the wood fire pizza and the wings 😒. The shrimp and mozzarella sticks were good though. I tried something new, the wood grilled chicken, which was seasoned well. I also has a delicious pomegranate martini, 👒 off to the bartender! Gotta have sugar on the rim!!
Ordered bread with dipping sauce. Sauce appeared to be hot but inside was cold. Ordered a beer. It was warm.Ordered 5 entrees. We all ordered salads. Each one of our salads looked different. Some had olives and tomatoes, others didn’t. It was strange. Then our meals came. Some of the food was just above room temperature. Didn’t say anything after the first two issues. But will not be retuning anytime soon.
Great food with great service. Party of four and we all enjoyed our selections. I had the pescatore. Nice combination of fettuccini with scallops, shrimp and mussels. We also enjoyed Krissy as our server. She was busy this evening with other tables but we did not suffer with lack of service. The dinner flowed from course to course with no disruption. We will definitely be back.
Really expected a lot more here, especially for $85 for two of us plus tip...Our window seat was pretty drafty and freezing, and several gnats kept us company throughout the meal. The bread and oil was great, as was our cheese sticks and my fettuccine carraba. The wife Fettuccine Weesie looked like they put some leftover cocktail shrimp on top of undercooked noodles, sauce was ok. Waitress was nice except she walked away after taking my wifes dessert order and never asked what I would like till we stopped her on her way back...all in all not great and dont take a window seat as apparently ours wasnt the only drafty one.
It was a disappointment one of the entree leaked all over the bag... The bread was microscopic and there was no butter. In comparison with the past Ill think twice before ordering carry-out there again. There was one gentleman complaining about waiting over a half an hour for their food. You would think with all the practice theyve had in the past few years they would be more organized.
I am a big fan of Carrabas. I love the sangria, fried zucchini, and, of course, the hot bread. My favorite dish here is Pollo Rosa Maria. Last Saturday we came and got the amazing chicken dish. I was so disappointed in the turnout as both chicken breasts were so small, like three bites and done. The next problem is that they were not even stuffed. Its really a major disappointment this time, as the $20 chicken meal was definitely not worth $20.
Carrabbas, need I say more?Clean, great service ALWAYS! Fair prices, and the food...consistent abd delicious!Starting with fresh baked bread, olive oil, Italian seasonings, and of course I ask for balsamic and an extra plate to pour it on. Has anyone ever left Carrabbas without leftovers? If so, you didnt eat enough bread! My wifes standing order is Carrabba Alfredo minus peas and mushrooms and Ceasar salad. The absolute to die for meal! Funny, I have only tasted it once, cold, the next morning while she was still asleep. And even then she noticed the single missing fettuccine noodle. :-) It is THAT GOOD! Just in case shes reading this, Im kidding of course. Ive never tasted it at all honey dearest! ;-)For me, its either the Pasta Weasie, Rigatoni with sausage, peppers, and onions, or any of the chicken trio - Chicken Bryan being my absolute favorite. Whats the other two? Go visit and see for yourself. But as to their Bryan, theres something about goat cheese, lemon, and butter paired with sun-dried tomatoes topping a fire-grilled chicken breast. Ohhhh is it wonderful! My son and daughter-in-law love it too. I am a fair chef-de-our-house and surprised them with my version one evening. They were very impressed.Im told my daughter-in-laws version gets made regularly in their home and is every bit as good as Carrabbas. Not that Ive been invited over to try it mind you. Hint! Wink! But even great homemade versions doesnt deter a visit.Carrabbas is our special go to place. We dont get there often, but enough to keep them in business. And to keep it special.I hate to give away one of my favorite secrets, but its worth knowing. The seating at the counter is first-come, so if you like to sit down-front and watch the show of food being prepared, keep an eye out for anyone paying their check. Then mall-walk to their seats. If Im there, you might want to watch for a blind-side hockey-style body check or a full-on WWE drop-kick, but dont worry, youll get the next open seats. Once you realize the value of their dinner and a show, youll find your inner aggression and get the seats.Carrabbas Italian Eatery front row, its worth a few bruises. If youve never been, go today. Youll go again and again. If youve been there, then you are already on your way back. Stop reading this, its not safe to look at your phone while you drive.
This was our first time here at this location. We sat at the bar. The whole place was extremely busy, but our service was exceptional!! We had the Grouper Capperiq which was delicious. Kudos to all employees at this location! Thank you for great food and great service. Would absolutely recommend. It is worth the wait. They appear to be a high volume restaurant.
My husband and I ate at this location yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Betsy was an attentive and helpful server. The coffee was OUTSTANDING and served very hot. The way I love it! My husband ordered the Calamari and said it was wonderful. He only wished he could have ordered a smaller portion as I dont eat that. We shared the chicken trio, which was so good, and finshed off our dinner with desert. The Tiramisu was the best Ive ever had! Steve, the manager, checked on us to make sure that all was going well with our experience. The only thing this location could do to improve would be to make the entry way more appealing. Around the door the building is chipping and that is all over the ground there, and the patio furniture looked so bad that I wouldnt even consider sitting on it. But the food and the people were excellent!
The food was delicious. More importantly our server Melissa was AMAZING! I cannot think of the last time I’ve had a server better than her. She totally elevated our dining experience to the next level. I’m writing this review before I even get up and leave the table. Thanks Melissa!
We ordered the Salmon Sapporito family bundle as we have many times in the past. It was horrible. The Salmon and mashed potatoes were so full of black pepper that it almost had to be purposeful for a cook to put that much pepper in it. Literally inedible. Hopefully, management will fix the issue. We have ordered this many times before and it has always been great. I guess we need to be cautious now. Terrible! Tasted like a Cajun blackened meal.....
Thank goodness, this was one of my favorite places to eat on a weekly basis BUT the food quality had declined and its been a couple months since weve finally decided to go back. The time before my scallops were raw and cold and the time before that our food was cold. This Friday night we were pleasantly surprised (Food was Hot and Service was Great!!) It was one of the Best Meals we have had in a long while there. Hopefully this is the new standard and we will be back to eat here again soon!!
New proprietor is absolutely a tool I have spent thousands of dollars over the years and will never do back, de to lake of customer service. Product has always been great but new management is terrible wish we could go back to the Gary days ways better establishment then! Poor Kris our waitress we will forever miss you!
My first time here and it was so good. First you start with your bread and the olive oil to dip it in. OMG I couldnt stop eating it!! Then next your soup or salad, appetizers. The main course was delish!!! Of course had to take most of it home cuz I ate too much bread lol 😆
Meh. It nice enough. But... meh..It would benefit from:1. Sound absorbing materials.2. A reasonable but legit dress code. Its difficult to enjoy an expensive meal when people are slobbing in clothing more suited to a beach, or a tiki bar.. and people coming right from a sweaty work site without even brushing g of the work debris or changing shirts. But its their place to run, I wont go back in the foreseeable future. Most people would like it though. For me Its was about how my personal preference and the dining experience collided. Again many would like the place.
Server was wonderful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. So much food! The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. My guy ordered the veal dish... it was bland and colorless. I ordered the lasagna and it tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. Disappointed in the quality of our dinner but we will try again.
Very disappointed with their service tonight. It took over an hour to get our curbside order (the longest its ever taken), which is inexcusable. Especially since we picked up food for a family member at another restaurant prior, which had to sit in the car for that length of time. Our order was also a small order, 1 kids meal and 3 small sides of pasta. It shouldve taken between 20 - 30 minutes and took much longer. My family was never even addressed by any of the employees and about 6 cars came and went in that length of time. We finally flagged someone down who said they were still working on the order about 30 mins after it shouldve been done. The manager came out and their excuse was that they were behind in the kitchen. The pasta was also dry and the kitchen staff didnt put enough sauce on the pasta. Who wants to eat dry noodles? Were loyal customers and have never had this much trouble there before. New staff...lack of training...new/poor management??? We also made the mistake of tipping over the phone while paying at the time we placed the order. That will never happen again, if we even give Carrabbas another chance. At this point in time, were not sure we will. Get it together Carrabbas!
We usually enjoy our experience. Tonight, Im not sure when Ill go back. We called ahead as did other patrons, only to be thrown into the walk in mix, thereby defeating the purpose of call ahead seating. If you are going to do that, tell me its first come, first served on the phone.
There were four of us for dinner, two couples. Our server was very attentive. We were there as much for catching up with our friends as we were there to eat. But our server was very accommodating. She just checked back occasionally until were were ready. Carrabbas has a good well rounded selection of Italian foods. I selected the chicken picata since I had never tried it before. It was surprisingly delicious. It was a bit of a different taste than I has been accustomed. All yhe food was well prepared and at the right temperature. We split an order of tiramisu between my wife and I. It remains my favorite desert. Again, Carrabbas does a great job with it. When it was gone, I was wondering why I offered to share....😅
The usually thinner Alfredo sauce due to added wine was extremely thick. It had no scallops. They changed the order to include scallion onions 1 mushroom. You mine as well say shrimp Alfredo. Which if ordered would have had more shrimp. My friends salads with the parmesan dressing all were bland. All three ordered ranch on the side after starting to eat. This is my second time being there this month. Both times disappointed. But the bread was still stellar....
Ordered a steak trio and asked for med-well got med-rare sent it back and it still came out med-rare so I said just box it up and Ill take it home and cook it. However!!!! The waitress was awesome and also credited my meal without me asking. Im sure staffing is a problem so Im not saying I wouldnt go back.
Best place for Italian style food thats still a national chain. Friendly service and amazing staff that goes far and beyond to make your experience memorable. Its like a Sunday afternoon meal with your Italian friends family. Definitely would give ten stars if allowed. Worth the price and a nice selection of wines to wet your pallet.
My 1st time at this location. Our waitress, Chris, was AH-Mazing! Very nice very attentive, she was on her A game! I got the fettuccine w shrimp, it was a little dry so had to ask for more sauce. But was still good. My sis got the lobster ravioli, she said it was perfection, but for the price she thought there would have been more than the 7 or 8. I thought prices were kinda high, most dishes about $18+. Would still recommend for good italian!
My wife and I came in for dinner early on a Wednesday and once again we were not disappointed. Our server, Holly A was fantastic. The salad was a large portion and tossed expertly. The plate was chilled. We both had the Tuscan Filet with a side of fettuccine Alfredo. While the temperature of our steaks were a little off there was no need to say anything because the seasoning and flavor was excellent. This is our go to place for steak and I don’t see a reason to stop. And if you haven’t had the fettuccine Alfredo you’re missing out. It’s simply the best. Thanks Carrabas for an excellent birthday dinner.
Everything was amazing. From the start, our server “Chris” was upfront and friendly and best of all, experienced and helpful.Timing of everything was perfect, honestly. We ordered, snacked on bread, then appetizer came.Finished that then salads came.Lastly, our entre on perfect timing and cooked to temp.I used to love coming here, happy to see its only improved since, compared to most other places post covid...Only thing... wish that blackberry sangria was a little stronger, for sure too sweet. Still good thoughSo 5 starts for food and service
I hadnt been to Carrabbas in 5 years in N Canton. The food then was extremely spicy and not very pleasant. On this trip, the food was a pleasant surprise. Nothing was overpowering with spice. Malachi did an outstanding job and checked back consistently. The disappoint was the approach and patio. It looked so greasy, and had litter on the sides like it hadnt been swept in a year or two. Patio shouldve been power washed and cleaned 10 years ago. Grease was caked on the bottom door sill. Probably not cleaned in 20 years. Dirty door glass and handles and frame. Disgusting. I walked inside and the hostess asked would you like to be seated outside? Nice gesture because of covid, but I spontaneously said it was too greasy and dirty. Carpet inside was extremely worn in several high traffic areas. Im surprised for a national chain like that!!
Tried to get a table here and the staff was super rude. Especially the hostesses. Definitely not a pleasant place to dine. Nobody smiled, nobody greeted us. When we asked to be moved to a booth because we weren’t given the option; instead of being told one wasn’t available we were told that we were going to have to wait again until somebody wanted to serve us....?
This is my first time ever coming to a Carrabba’s, and I have to say if you’ve never been here you are sleeping on one of the best places/franchises to come to, or maybe it was just this one in particular. The reason my experience was so amazing was not only possibly from the best food I’ve ever had, but also the main reason is because I had the most efficient, kind, and personally in my opinion best waitress (Sam/Samantha) I have ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. So thank you Sam/Samantha for making, not only my night amazing, but for fixing my mistake for me not knowing there was mushrooms on what I ordered, and for letting me tell you my allergies, being so kind and patient with me, and for recommending the best meal I’ve had.
I will at least say this place is at least clean but the stoner waiter could of not cared more about how he comes across with his lackadaisical attitude, I’m guessing the tips are good right now and he could care less. The dipping oil was served with a thumb in it and did not get a refill until the end of dinner. Waiter tried multiple times and was pushing items on me like the happy hour drinks after I already said no. Eggplant was soggy like it has been sitting awhile and it was overly salty to begin with there is nothing special about the penne pasta it was just ok. I feel eating there was a wast of money and even Taco Bell or McDonald’s would of been a better choice. The table even had to leveled off with a paper menu because it wobbled. I do not need some lame I’m sorry and please contact us as a response to my very correct review.
Okay so service was great but kitchen kept messing up. I know it wasnt the server cause he repeated our orders to us. I was disappointed cause for the 5 big screw ups they couldve at least gave us a discount or some free deserts. Bit atmosphere was nice and food when correctly made was delicious.
Ive never had a bad meal here! Great food, great service. Worth the wait if its anywhere under 2 hours, and worth the price (I mean, free bread and a salad with basically any meal). However, I have never gotten a meal item above $25, so I cant comment in their steak or any of the expensive seafood. My go-to dinner is the shrimp and scallops linguine a la vodka - seafood and a creamy red sauce? Yes please!
My experience didn’t even get my family past the host table. We walked in and were told that it would be about 2 min Wait. At that point, the manager yelled at the young host (Woman manager, and the worker was doing a fine job, it was very busy) and then she rudely asked us to wait outside. It was very cold outside. Other people were there and they didn’t have to wait outside. She then had maybe 3-4 workers helping her to bring in flowers right at the dinner rush. It was super confusing and very unorganized. Horrible management style. We are now at longhorn.
UPDATE 1/2/21Carrabbas is hands down the best takeout experience money can buy! I had takeout from there delivered today and the food I received was the same amazing quality you can expect when you dine in. The food was absolutely delicious and arrived hot! What an excellent meal!ORIGINAL REVIEWFood is very delicious, but expensive. Our waiter was so friendly, personable, and attentive - he made our outing a stand-out experience! Also, the brownie dessert is one of the most delicious desserts I have ever had! You wont regret ordering it! One other downside is the restaurant has mostly open seating and some of it feels pretty crammed, so the dining room can get kind of loud at times which can definitely take away from the experience.
We wanted to take my husband out for fathers day. We planned on another restaurant, that fell thru. Carrabbas being my favorite restaurant, he agreed. Ive been wheelchair ridden for months now. We called ahead, leaving church. We had a large party. They were so kind and wonderful on the phone, getting all the arrangements I needed. We arrived as they were setting up our table. I have to have my 7 year old daughter help me with doors to the restrooms. Every staff member we saw was so nice, cheerful, polite, asked if they could help me. Our server was Julia M. She was OUTSTANDING! She was great with our 5 kids and just made our experience so enjoyable and wonderful! We were so pleased with everything about our visit! Thank you Carrabbas staff!
Service was great, our server was very attentive and courteous. My meal was extremely sub-par. I got the chicken parm and it was so salty I couldnt finish it. Then while in the bathroom an employee came out of the handicap stall, walked right past the sinks without washing and walked out. This was my 2nd time at this restaurant and my first visit was also an unmitigated failure. I will never eat there again.
Great experience! My mom and I pulled up to car side for dinner, we hadn’t ordered yet but thought what the heck. A nice kid came to the car, gave us menus, took our order and brought us the check. I’m pregnant so still super hesitant to dine in anywhere but this felt close to the real thing! We added a tip to the bill, nothing crazy but he was SO appreciative. While we waited, some young ladies painted the curb to block it off for curbside. I saw another come out and clean both sides of the door handle. Seemed like they were well organized and sanitary! The food itself was delicious too :)
This was our first time going here. We walked out of the Outback because there was a long wait on a Sunday afternoon and they were rude. So we went across the street. Justin was our server. He gave great suggestion and service! The food was AMAZING we will definitely be back!!
We went as a party of 16 to celebrate many birthdays in my family. Laura and another girl waited on us. The service was tremendous and food came out quick, hot, and perfect. The servers then cut and served the cake and ice cream I had brought from home. The Manager came over several times as well during the night to make sure things were going smoothly for us. Blooming Brands is the best all around and other places should take notes from this Awesome establishment. Well done Carabbas my birthday dinner was fantastic!
Ive always seen/heard of Carrabbas and never went. So I decided to give it a shot and Im glad I did. Ive found my new favorite restaurant. They use high quality ingredients and it shows. They have fresh warm bread and oil with herbs to dip the bread in as a free starter. I usually get the shrimp scampi appetizer and it comes with 8 or so large shrimps in a butter lemon sauce and pieces of toast. The flavor is like nothing Ive ever tasted. The spaghetti and meatballs are really good, the meatballs are so tender they fall apart. The salmon is also really good. Cooked to perfection. I recommend them to everyone and they arent disappointed. The wait staff are friendly and very attentive. The manager on duty is amazing. He comes around several times to check on everyone and if theres an issue (very rare) he handles it swiftly and appropriately. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. Our first time there we were taken care of and had things clearly explained to us by the waitress, when the manager found out it was our first time he gave us some free appetizer coupons to use on our next visit. I would highly recommend checking it out, I know you wont be disappointed.
We went to Carrabbas a couple nights ago for dinner. We havent been to this restaurant in a few years. The food was good and came out in a timely manner. Our waiter was highly accommodating. He made our experience great and was very personable. We will definitely come back due to the service alone.
Its a nice restaurant and we had a good server. I would say the food was decent. I ordered the stuffed chicken, but it didnt really seem stuffed to me. I may have misinterpreted what the dish was supposed to be. The flavor was good, but I just thought there would more obvious stuffing. The wine was excellent. 😉
Food is good. Alot has changed since first going there. Wood burning oven is no more!. So the stuffed mushrooms , wings and a few other things are now done in a convection/microwave. And the pizzas are gone as well. We loved sitting at the counter to watch these being made and the fire always was nice. Was told its an experiment. They are going to put in a pasta machine and make their own pasta. Id rather have the pizza oven back. But over all food good service great friendly and clean.
Nice atmosphere. The food was delicious. The staff was fantastic. They accept call a head seating which helps when they are extremely busy. Its one of those places that one can dress casually or dress up. They also have menu items that are gluten free. Which I need because I have celiac. If you havent been here you need to try it!
Being that I dont have a Carrabbas in my state whenever I travel I try my best 2 make an effort to eat at Carrabbas. I had order something simple spaghetti and meatballs my appetizer was minestrone soup and stuffed mushrooms. Everything came out hot and tasty. Service was okay. Our waitress kept our drinks full. It just took a while for her to come back and check on us. The restaurant seems very clean the womens restroom was clean. I would definitely go to this location when visiting Ohio again. Parking was easy to navigate. However, the mall traffic was very heavy on the weekend.
Amazing service. My mother and I went on our lunch break together and food was amazing, our server was awesome. They came out and gave us 15% off of our bill because they thought our food took long....we did not complain or say anything about it. Then the manager came by and gave us cards for a free appetizer or dessert for dining with them. They were amazing and didnt have to do any of that. Our food was great and the service was even better. Amazing staff.
The food was good! But we didnt like the atmosphere and the way we were all crammed In with other people... there was plenty of tables available but when we went in we had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated only to be taken to table that had been available the whole time and then crammed into two other tables felt like I was at a fast food restaurant...

2022-04-28Havent been to Carrabbas in years and was definitely expecting better. Overall it was just kinda average. We had a party of 6. A few of us were able to wait at the bar and get drinks which started great. Great service at the bar. There were like 3 hostesses, they set up our table near the bar, but didnt really communicate we were able to sit, we had to ask. Service at the table was pretty slow. Drinks took to long and could see drinks waiting to be served. Our server mentioned having to get kids cups from Outback. It also took entirely to long to get butter and was told that the salad prep was behind who gets butter... The food was pretty average as well. I had the chicken Alfredo which seemed to be clumped together. A bit too much sauce drowned the dish. The restaurant was clean, seemed well staffed, everyone in uniform, just expected more from service and food quality.

2022-06-24Carrabas is one of the best Italian chains imo. Definitely better than Olive Garden. They are always busy but never too long of a wait to get in. The service is some of the best service Ive encountered. The food is good, but sometimes I get a big portion or a small portion which is kind of strange. Overall very good!

2022-06-22Fathers Day was awesome. My friend and I shared an awesome meal with some great bread and herbed olive oil. The service was great like always. My steak was cooked perfectly, the garlic sautéed spinach was delicious and the garlic redskin mashed potatoes made the perfect bite. My date, whose an awesome Father loves their chicken Alfredo. Im not a fan on peas but somehow they enhance the flavor profile of the dish. The restaurant could use some updating. The decor and set up is generic and lacks ambiance.

2022-04-11What a great experience we had tonight! Our server, Desi, was the highlight of the night. She was so friendly and welcoming. She was very attentive and personable, and just an all around amazing person. Our food was delicious, and I couldn’t get over the portion sizes! We also ordered some drinks that were just as delicious. We will most definitely be back, and can’t wait to have Desi as our server again!

2022-04-24Patrick was our server tonight. He was very attentive and detailed oriented. Several times, I noticed that he was observing our table from a distance. Then, he would bring another glass of water for my son who just finished a basketball game. Our cups were never dried and he was very nice. I gave him over twenty percent tips.About the food, it is good. We are very please dinning here.

2022-04-10My boyfriend and I had our first experience here today and we were delightfully surprised. The atmosphere was elegant, the staff were friendly and cheerful, and the food was excellent. Our server was Caleb and I must say he was the best I have ever had. He alone made our experience great. Cannot wait to stop in again. 😊✨

2022-05-08Food is quite delicious. Easily one of the better places Ive been to eat. While it isnt super classy, it isnt really a casual dine in either. Our waitress was on point, we never once had to ask for refills and she timed her appearances at our table so perfectly it was actually a bit dumbfounding. If everyone in their server staff operates with even half that care, then I cant picture many people having bad experiences any time soon.

2022-02-28The food is delicious! I got the Chicken Bryan, and it was one of the best chicken meals Ive eaten in a while. However, it can be pretty pricey. Also, we did call ahead seating and still had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table.

2022-05-31Wonderful place. My wife and I dont get to go here very often since its a little distance from our home but when we do get down to north Canton its worth the wait. I almost always get the Chicken Marsala. Its fantastic! Their way of making it is different than traditional recipes because they grille the chicken first with a special baste of spices. This gives it that special taste of the grille underneath. The Marsala sauce is made separately with their own proprietary recipe. Together the combination is second to none. Absolutely the best. The chicken is tender and the combination of seasoning and sauce it just melts in your mouth. We dined early around 5pm. The service was great even though the restaurant was very busy already.
