Purchased 2008 Mercury Mariner at fair price. After taking vehicle home was having intermitted problems with anti thief system causing vehicle to not start. Went back and talked to Marcus and Nick, they told me to drop vehicle off and would have there mechanic look at it. After few days the problem was fixed . Turned out to be pick up ring around ignition that recognizes the chip in key. It was replaced and everything seems fine now. I was impressed with them for taking care of the problem at no charge to me. They could of just said you signed papers (buying as is ) but they took care of me. Big thanks to Car Nation Auto Group would defiantly buy from them again and recommend them..

My husband and I were very happy with our service and the prices were below blue book value. We needed 1 all wheel vehicle and had a few to choose from. With the prices so low we ended up buying a second car from them for our 2 teenagers to share. We would recommend Car Nation Auto Group in Alliance to our family and friends, in fact I already have 🙂.

10 days and 6 dealerships searching for an SUV, We came came across CarNation. Called Nick who was by far the nicest car dealer Ive encountered! Hes honest, professional, fair and definitely cares about his customers. Im very happy with my Mercury Mariner and 5 stars arent enough! My family members will be purchasing their vehicles from here!UPDATE:As promised, my son just purchased his Buick Rendezvous a few days ago! Great service once again and Nick went beyond the typical customer service standards for us as well as all of CarNations customers! The coffee is awesome too!😊

Picked up a great deal on my Dodge Journey here. Salesman Nick was on point. All paperwork done in minutes. Best service from a used car lot by far. They also had some of the nicest cars in my price range. Went to 5 other dealerships before finding this Honey Hole. Will be telling my friends. Thanks again!

Customer service was great. Thx Ben. I called in advance for a vehicle. They held it for me for a small fee, to show I was serious. Very happy with my vehicle. It was so clean. I drove it 3 hours back home. No issues. Engine looks good. All around great affordable car. Was totally worth the drive. Another thing I really appreciated was how quickly I was in and out.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. LACK OF HONESTY, ZERO INTEGRITY. My husband and I purchased a Mazda 3 with cash on Tuesday around noon for our son. We took the car for a test drive Monday night and it went well. After talking about it overnight, we decided it would be a good choice. When we arrived Tuesday when they opened my husband wanted to start it to warm it up for my drive home. It wouldnt start. They said no problem, its the neutral safety switch and that they would fix it before we drove it home. They also boasted about the new battery their mechanic just put in. We left the lot and watched as they never took the car to their mechanics shop and within an hour they claimed it was all fixed. We drove over and started it up with no problem, so we assumed whatever they fiddled with had taken care of it. I drove the car from Alliance to Massillon with no problem. Then my husband decided to drive it down the road...the check engine light came on...less than an hour after leaving the lot. We first checked the gas cap, without luck. Then we went to Auto zone to have them check the code. At this point I texted our salesman to let him know we were dissatisfied and he insulted my intelligence by asking about the gas cap and telling us to go to Auto zone and hed let the owner know. We dropped the car off to our mechanic at 3:30 in the afternoon. We never heard back from the dealership. The new battery that they were so proud of was too small for the car- most likely made for a boat. The NEW TIRES advertised on the car were all different brands with all different tread wear on them. The transmission fluid was black. I understand we purchased a used vehicle, but how about a little honesty and integrity from the dealership. This dealership has none. Period. I am just thankful that our mechanic is better than theirs.

Absolutely terrible! I bought a truck from them and the engine blew up within less than a month. Try several times to call them even went to the dealer but no response or results. I know of others that bought vehicles here and and similar instances. This is just a warning to you because I had to put 7,000 into the truck just to get it fixed.
