2020-04-30Our neighbors hired Carlton Movers two weeks ago. When they arrived to move our neighbors out, they decided to lay their ramp on OUR lawn and proceed to move the furniture out of the house using OUR lawn. Because we had a frost that morning, they completely killed over 500 square feet of our lawn. Its been almost two weeks and Mr. Carlton hasnt done so much as even offer an apology. Its impossible to get a hold of him and all he keeps telling me is it will bounce back. He hasnt even laid eyes on it. Hes one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional business owners I have ever dealt with. Hes has complete disregard for the headache this has been for my husband and I. We take great pride in our lawn and this has been such an eye sore. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

2017-07-05We hired Carlton Movers and could not be more pleased with the outcome. They were organized, very professional, and extremely efficient. They did everything with care of items, set up the furniture in all the rooms exactly where we wanted, and even gave suggestions as to what would look nice where. They even came in cheaper than their estimate. My husband and I have both moved about 15 times throughout our lives. We will never move again without calling Carlton Movers.

2020-06-16While this company knows their job and are fast. They are very deceptive to customers. Carlton movers tell their customers they can only load them that day and have to unload them another day because they have another job. This is not true they start early and like to call it a day by 11:00. This company will not notify customer if property is damages if customer doesnt notice it or it can behidden. They are deceptive with their employees on tips. I recommend if you want to tip workers tip them directly. Especially watch out for having 6 guys on load day and 5 on unload day and being billed for six guys both day. know u are being billed for one owner to just walk around and tell the others professional workers what to pick up. Professional should know what to pick up. Why should we pay an additional 30 hr. for someone whos not lifting anything. I can tell u what I want took out my house. Hope this helps someone.
