We booked the 1960 Rolls Royce for the Get Away car at our daughter and son in laws wedding. It was an incredible way to end the evening. The car is absolutely gorgeous a was a real hit with all the car enthusiasts at the wedding. In addition, the car was very clean both inside and out. The driver arrived early, was very professional and friendly. Two thumbs up for Cardinal Transportation!
We have worked with Cardinal for several years now to provide the motor coach transportation for our group tours. We have always been pleased with their professionalism, quality of their buses, responsiveness, and knowledge and skill of their drivers. We highly recommend them for your motor coach needs.
Cardinal Transportation outsourced our wedding and we were notified two days prior (not by them, but the outside vendor). The vendors they outsourced to, called us, told us they hated doing weddings and complained about the location. They proceeded to get lost three times on the way to our ceremony with our whole hotel block and 6 total times through the rest of the evening bringing our guests back. We have reached out to cardinal (to discuss these instances and others that occurred) three separate times post our wedding and have not heard back in over 2 months.

Cardinal Transportation consistently provides outstanding transportation services. They have covered wedding transportation for three family members, and each time the drivers are on-time and professional, the vehicles are clean and well-maintained, and the cost is quite reasonable. We will continue to use, and recommend, Cardinal Transportation for personalized, professional transportation services.
They were late to the hotel pick-up, and guests plus mother-of-the-bride arrived very late. Wedding was delayed 40 min. We were told by the venue there had problems in the past with a previous wedding, and they are now not listed as a choice of services anymore. They will never be able to have a successful business with their lack of responsibility and poor communication. I’d give them a 0-star if I could.
We rented the rolls for our wedding a few years ago and it was awesome. everyone was really nice and professional. The driver showed up on time and was very polite. We are considering using the service again for our 5 year anniversary. Thanks again Cardinal Transportation!
We used Cardinal for our wedding transportation on July 21, 2018. They were great!The communication from building the reservation, confirming the contracts, and executing payment were all very easy and stress-free.We did a shuttle service to the venue from the hotels and then they came back later that evening to shuttle guests back to their hotels.Everyone was picked up, dropped off on time, and no one was left at the venue after the reception (which was 25 minutes from the hotels and ended at 12:45am).Great communication, great experience, and punctual. Those are the 3 keys to a successful transportation company. Highly recommend Cardinal Transportation.

We had a miserable trip on a Cardinal bus. We left Delaware county with a bus full of seniors. We rode in misery to Fremont. It seems the bus had problems with its suspension. Im sure half of us have back problems and blood in our urine resulting from being beat up on this bus!!
I have relied on Cardinal Transportation for many student field trips over the past several years. Just this week, Darrell and Skip were our drivers as we traveled to Kings Island. They were so professional, kind, and accommodating. Student safety and comfort were their only concerns. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful and SAFE trip! Thanks also to the crew members who clean and service the buses as they insure that our trip is pleasant. Michele in reservations is so helpful and warm. She makes the reservation process so easy. Cardinal Transportation is obviously a company dedicated to customer service and safety. We will use no other company!

Transportation between the Columbus Airport and Springfield OH was an absolutely breeze with Pedro & Ed during our recent trip! They were on-time, friendly, courteous, good drivers, making this trip so easy!
This group was wonderful. Logistics when planning a large group event can always get messy....and I can’t express sufficiently how grateful I was to work with a vendor who made it so easy, who was reliable and who helped create a seamless experience. The admin team was super responsive to making changes, updating invoices and sending confirmations. Buses were on time and ready to go exactly according to the reservation. I even received a wake-up call from Tom to let me know he was going to be taking care of our group and confirming he was on his was and would see us shortly! Friendliest driver you could ever meet!

In this day and age of pay by trip apps, let’s not forget how nice it is to hire a proper black car, clean, on time and warm, with a knowledgeable and professional driver. It makes for an amazing experience when you want to concentrate on having fun, especially on a frigid night. Wife and I had a terrific time out with David and his comfortable town car - highly recommend Cardinal Transport - their service levels are impeccable.

I rented the 22 passenger bus for my friends bachelorette party on July 15, 2017. Our drive was so awesome! We all loved her! The price was better than I had found anywhere. And they came from Columbus to Newark and took us to Buckeye Lake to bar hop. She was right on time for everything. It was a very good experience and I hope we get to do it again next summer just for fun!
Definitely will use them again. We used them for our daughters wedding in October. We used a party bus and the Rolls Royce for their get away. They treated my daughter with the utmost respect and she had a wonderful experience. The vehicles were clean, drivers were very attentive to our needs and on time.
Just now getting around to writing this, but still valid. Unfortunately I do not remember the drivers name. Early December of 2012 my family was taking a big vacation to Disney World and then a Disney Cruise. We had 6 adults 2 kids and ALL of the accompanying luggage. Our driver was courteous, prompt and loaded all of the luggage and got us to the airport on time. The same driver picked us up on the return trip. He was waiting on us and and helped take the luggage to the van and loaded it again. Very friendly and would highly recommend them. I write this so late because getting ready for another trip and getting ready to call and schedule with them again.
I really enjoyed the service I received from you guys. My limo arrived a few minutes before the time I arranged for it, it was very neat and the driver was really nice and helpful. He did everything a great limo service would do, he dressed to impress and very helpful with my luggage. Super nice guy.
Slimey business practices. I made a reservation for transportation from my wedding in the summer of 2019. In the fine print, the details state a nonrefundable deposit of $100 per reservation, though our event required 2 vehicles.Upon cancellation, we were charged $100 per vehicle, not per reservation. What if I had asked for 10 vehicles and cancelled in plenty of time? I never would have reserved if I had known I would be on the hook per vehicle. I will never refer again
While our experience did not go as planned and we hit a few snags, Dennis was very concerned with ensuring he reached out to us. Based on his efforts to contact us, I think the head staff at this company really care about their customers and we just had an off night. We appreciate the effort given by Dennis to make things right.

I recently charted a bus rental with Cardinal. The service was adequate and reasonably priced. Although it took a couple of phone calls to get it all set up, the service was more than professional.
These buses are very well maintained. They were very clean and the people were very professional. You rent the bus for a time block and can have multiple trips to and from your location which makes this a great deal.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I honestly cant believe they have customers. They were so rude to us after miscommunicating their policies. Im warning everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.

2022-06-05FIVE STARS! I cant say enough great things about Cardinal Transportation. I had a pretty scary medical emergency while I was chaperoning a school trip from Ohio into Tennessee, and the staff (driver and dispatcher) at Cardinal took such GREAT CARE of me! Major kudos to Ray Alonzo for going above and beyond and helping to ensure my safety. I will always be so grateful for such a fun-filled trip AND the extra care that was provided. My daughter and I had the best vacation, and I felt so safe with the extra care that was provided to me. Thank you, Ray! I very highly recommend Cardinal Transportation!

2022-07-03They left our entire bridal party stranded the night of our wedding. We paid for 2 large 24 passenger buses and one broke down at the start of our reservation time and then they stopped transportation an hour before our contracted time. They said a bus was 10 min out and it never returned. My now husband and I are so disappointed with this service after our wedding. Go anywhere else. We had to Uber from 30 minutes out from the middle of no where back to our hotel. So bummed about this.

2022-06-21I called Cardinal Transportation several months ago and talked to someone there. Told him we were getting Married August 27th. He said no problem they will have busses available I asked if I needed to outna deposit down he said no just call him a couple months before the wedding with the number of people and pay deposit then. I called back a few days ago to confirm everything like the guy said and now they are all booked up and have no availability...really puts us in a bind trying to find a charter for our wedding.

2022-03-11We hired Cardinal to take us (and pick us up) to the airport for a patio paver sealing and power washing certification conference in Orlando. As a business owner, being early is being on time. Also, friendliness, being helpful and having clean uniforms are important to us. Cardinal hit it out of the park! They accomplished all that and more. Clear Water Prowash will definitely depend on this transportation company again in the future! So happy they were a referral from a Facebook group.

2022-06-14For being a character bus service, you would think they would hire better drivers. Just almost got hit by one of their buses when the driver came across the center line, then proceeded to cut me off. Called their dispatch, and she didnt seem to care very much

2017-07-31I worked with Cardinal Transportation to arrange the getaway transportation for a couples wedding on May 27th, 2017. They were easy to work with, competitively priced, and their service was high-end. The driver arrived promptly and helped us load the couples things into the car. The vintage Rolls Royce was in wonderful condition and looked stunning for photographs. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation in Columbus.

2019-10-03We had a large group on the bus and our driver, Andy, was awesome. No matter what the traffic, from rush hour to city streets he handled it safely and professionally. Hope we get him for all our tours. Super great job. Well done Andy. The bus was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend this bus service to everyone, especially with Andy driving.

2021-11-07We used Cardinal Transport to shuttle our wedding guests to and from the hotel and venue. Our guests loved this service, the drivers were professional and timely. When a vehicle issue arose prior to the wedding day Cardinal, worked and exceeded their service. Although the service was just right, I would recommend that the mother-of-the bride not be the main point of contact on the wedding day, just in case a driver is trying to reach you:)
