I found a higher mileage Honda Pilot at Car Remedy, knew nothing about them. Lucas represented the car accurately and honestly. The carpet needed cleaned, it had not been detailed yet and it had a dent in the hood. I thought that if they cleaned the interior and had the dent repaired they were asking a fair price. After cleaning the carpet I picked up the car, Lucas said hood to be repaired following week. He went above and beyond, found a perfect color matching hood and replaced it.I was extremely pleased with this transaction. Sometimes dealers selling affordable cars arent as trustworthy as Lucas, I would buy from him again!

Great place to get a used vehicle. They have great prices and are easy to deal with. They are very accommodating to help fix any issues that may occur. Nice, straight forward people! I highly recommend them and will be getting another vehicle from them soon for my relative.

I witness them drive 5 deep in pickup trucks and Tahoe’s trying to repo some guy cars yesterday and was bumpin the car with their 8 month child in the back 🤦🏽‍♂️🙏🏽Jumping onto it like spider man 😂😂😂until the dad father came out they all scattered like roaches this place I’s very unprofessional!! I bought a BMW 530Xi for 6500 and it ran for 48 hrs and he said there’s nothing he can do about it 🤦🏽‍♂️Bad buisness they repo game is horrible they literally drove this kid up in. A yard 6 cars deep and he still managed to get away from them 😂😂🤦🏽‍♂️But so unprofessional looked more like a movie 🍿

I bought my 08 Pontiac G6 from Car Remedy back in February. I drove from Alliance to Youngstown to get the car. The sales people were all very nice to me and we made what seemed like a really good deal. I asked the sales people after inspecting the car if anything was wrong with it, because the check engine light was on. I was told that one of the mechanics left the lights on all night and it must have been where the battery was reconnected. They reset the codes and the check engine light went off. I asked if any other problems existed and they said no. I dont even make it home off the interstate before all the dashboard lights come on, an error message is displayed where the miles read, and all of my gauges flat lined. My uncle who was with me told me to try turning it off and back on to see if it would start, but when I did, the car wouldnt turn over at all. He looked under the hood and said that the battery cable came right off without any tools. He reconnected the battery and tightened it the best he could and the car started back up. I had my mechanic friend tighten the cables. When the problem happened a couple days later, I called car remedy to tell them what happened. They had me pay for the 80 tow up there, and they told me the only thing wrong with it was that the battery cables were loose. However, that wasnt true because my mechanic friend was sure to put them on really tight. I replaced the battery because the negative terminal had been worn down 2 mm from its original size. The PROBLEM continued to persist. I have since then taken it to a professional shop. At first they replaced two module connectors, because they were misfiring. Then, when I got the car back, the problem started happening again with a different pattern, and I just paid for a new body control module. I went to pick it up today and it wouldnt turn over like it was doing before, and Im not sure if I would have had the same issue with the lights coming on or gauges flat lining. I have not been able to drive this car since Ive gotten it. On top of the problem, I have a oil pan gasket that needs replaced, struts, and tie rods. Even after I took the car back and paid for the tow, they seen no other problems... Honestly, they dont know anything about these vehicles or they are intentionally deceptive in order to make a sale. I kind of had a feeling they werent being completely honest with me, because they had no problem giving the car under their bottom dollar. They didnt even take a minute to think about the price I offered to pay. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CAR REMEDY. Just know that you can easily get a cheap car, but they will not tell you or have no idea what issues it may have. In fact, I am at the point where I will be speaking with an attorney on this. They sold me a lemon, and I could have been stranded with my infant in the middle of winter. They fed me a line of BS when I called and told them, they said well you never know when these problems are going to happen. Ummm... You lied to me, because I guarantee the check engine light was not on due to your employees being so incompetent to leave the light on all night. How convenient. I just wish they would have been honest and said ya know it does have some issues starting but we dont know what they are. Instead of being a reliable vehicle like I needed it to be, it has only become a nightmare. I fear to drive it to far especially with my kids, because I dont want to get stranded. Other than willingness to lower their price, this car lot is not a place to find reliable vehicles or trust the employees will be honest with you. Glad I had to pay a tow just for you to not even try to help me fix the problem. I refuse to pay another tow just for you to tell me I don;t have the battery cables tightened. I have contacted them today, and I hope they are willing to help me fix the car up. I would love to be able to revise my review, but as of right now, I see they are liars or incompetent. I beg you to beware when buying a car from this car lot.

First off, I strongly believe in giving credit where credit it due. The gentlemen at Car Remedy put me in a vehicle that is clean, well maintained and the price was unbelieveable. I am currently driving a remarkable luxury vehicle and I will say publicly that they made it happen.That being said, I also must say that despite driving away in a nice car there is a certain level of the business that is missing. Joe and I settled on a final price out the door however, during the paperwork process that number went up by $500+. I understand interest, but we had already settled on a firm out the door price, his response I dont make the interest rates. But I know he could have made that work. But hey, thats minor I still got an amazing car. Then I asked had the car had an oil change, Joe said yes that he took it himself to be done. I am a thorough person, so I asked if I could have a receipt of the maintenance because I want to be on top of those things so that the car stays in good shape. When I called to get the receipt I was told that he did the oil change himself and must have registered it wrong which is why I didnt see it in my carfax, again fine. I dont care who changed it as long as it was done, but where is the sticker so that I know when to get another? I was told to come in and get a sticker, but when I came in, during business hours by the way, the guys were out on thier motorcycles, and the salesman told me to come back later, because he didnt know where the stickers were. Later when? I have also been to the shop more than once while i was still looking for a car during business hours and NO ONE is there. Why have business hours if you arent going to be in business? Ive also sent 2 people to them since I have gotten my car who both said, they went but no one was there.Although, I think I scored an incredible deal on an amazing car there is still a business component that has to happen in order for a customer to remain a happy customer. I would still recommend this lot to friends, but I would encourage just a bit of tightening up when it comes to running the business part in a way that separates these guys from just another car lot, with fast talking salesmenSincerely,Happy with the car, wish I had a stickerJP☺

Got a 2004 White Alero from here and within the first few days the brakes were grinding. So I proceeded to get them fixed and then a few days after that I noticed there was a short in the system that controls the blinkers, car started to not start up at times and the window was a little messed up and then completely stopped working and wouldnt go back up, mind you he told me nothing about these problems. So I asked Josh to fix it for me and he said bring it in. I texted and called after that to no response. A few days later he texted me for the car payment. Well I was busy pouring almost 400 dollars into getting the car fixed so I couldnt give him his money quick enough. Four days later I come outside to my car being repoed, I called him asking what the deal was it had only been 4 days and I had to get the things fixed on the car he said he would fix, he then told me that it wasnt his problem that I had to get the car fixed. He then said if I came in with 200 dollars we could work something out. I texted him the next day and he told me I needed 800 to get my car back mind you he just said the previous day all I needed was 200. If youre looking for a car go elsewhere cause this guy is a scam artist after this I wouldnt even buy a 2 cent pencil off the guy.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. Non professional owner act like he scared to talk to people so he has this jose idiot answer for him and honestly he is probably gonna be the downfall he dont know how 2 talk to people. sold my man a DEATH TRAP the gear would not go into park and would still be moving even if you turned the car off on the second day he bought he it we could of died when we were in boardman and it went out on us they didnt even try to come help us thank god for AAA . They swore up and down they put a new transmission in it from a dealership😂😂😂seriously that dont even sound right. Now they tryna say he a week late on payments. He had the car not even 2 months and paid all 3 payments since he couldnt even drive the lemon he did not make the fourth payment which would of been due thurs. Im telling you guys i CANNOT make this up. If u want a reliable dealer Nd car for that matter DONT GO HERE and if u do make sure u check EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING !!!!YALL TRIED TO TAKE MY REVIEW OFF FACE BOOK BUT IM NOT GONNA STOP GETTING MY POINT ACROSS THIS IS THE TRUTH AND PEOPLE NEED TO HEAR IT.
