Best dryer!! My car actually gets dry! I have a roof rack, so this is the best place for me to go. I just wish they had a monthly subscription!
I got the top of the line wash which was very good. I would have given 5 stars if the dryer worked better. Overall, I was happy with the wash.
Decent car wash. Liked that it was different in that your car wasn’t moving through it. Each phase spun around you.But, got the highest level. Didn’t remotely move sap on the hood. Still have multiple spots that I can easily remove with a sponge. Disappointed they didn’t come off in the wash.
I like the self wash option with a credit card. Lets you swipe once and pay when you decide your finished.
I moved to Easton recently. I love to take care of my car. Once a month I clean & detail my car for 2 hours.This place is wonderful. Everything works and cherry on top is the blow dryer for car...so unusual.Even music plays on the speaker. You will definitely enjoy the car wash.!!!! Recommend to take Dollar Bill for Vacuum !!!!
Needs a membership option because the wheel washing needs multiple washes to get even light brake dust off a brand new week old car, and had the same issue on my old car. I went home and cleaned them myself even after The Works. Everything else was fine.

Responsive when things are not good. Dry time could be longer and it would be great to know which bays actually have cars in them instead of just open signs but still a quality wash. The mag strip sign doesnt make sense either.

I needed a wash after a cross country road trip. It got off the big stuff, but Im going to have to go again or wash by hand to get my vehicle fully clean. It has stuff on it that I can easily wipe off with my finger, after the wash. This is probably a downfall of it being touchless. I would go back to maintain a clean car, but wouldnt recommend for an actually dirty car. So I gave it 3 stars for now, because I will give it a second try, but I am disappointed with my first visit.
Automatic touchless and self service washes, both take cards. Used both, and touchless removed bugs that self service wash was unable to (I don’t use brushes in the self service bay). Both washes also had nice dryers
The only touchless carwash in Gahanna that I know of. The $11 for the best wash gets it nice and clean if your vehicle isnt too dirty. I use this carwash in between my hand washes to save some time on the weekend.
Not a bad place. Plenty of stalls and vacuums at a decent price. I live nearby and it gets kind of annoying hearing please pull forward all the time but the services and the prices are good and its nice to have it nearby to clean out my car. Sometimes its crowded but theres never a long wait.
New to Ohio, New to Columbus. Needed a car wash and willing to do it myself. 3 self serve bays 2 auto drive thru. Automatic was lined up Fri eve, but no lines at self service. Cards accepted, good value. Got the job done. Will return.
This is the car wash I have been looking for. Hands down the best touch free automatic car wash in Columbus. Affordable price compared to the large chain carwashes that leave swirl marks on your paint. The water pressure was great and it did a great job, even on the tricky rear trunk lid that most automatic carwashes miss.
Extremely fast and thorough car wash that uses no-touch cleaning. Keeps your cars paint free of brush scratches and does a nice job of giving it a shiny finish with liquid wax. Very reasonably priced too, with a maximum cost of 10$ if you want every option.
Hands down the best car wash in town. Automatic, bays with 10 ft entry, dryers, and credit card cycles until you are done.

First time user and I found this car wash to better than any other automated experience Ive had! The process is simple. The wash is the same quality but at 2/3 the price. If youre approaching from the interstates, its a bit of a drive but Captain Car Wash is worth it. Very fair price, high quality, and doesnt leave any damage if you follow instructions correctly!
This used to be my favorite car wash. First off they have a vending machine of car products. It only accepts 1s. No change no different bills. They have a bill changer that only gives you quarters. I had to walk to drug Mart to get 1s. Then I bought a water for 1.25 and out of my 2 dollars received only 50 cents in change. Their suggestion box has no Pen and no paper. Their door is locked and there is no one on premise so help you. This place has gone far far down hill unfortunately. Used to be great hope one day they bring it back up to par it really was the perfect car wash:(
Used the manual car wash, did not remove any spots that were stuck on the car (dead bugs) and the dryer hose fell off half way through drying my car. Left swirls all over the vehicle and looks awful. Now I have to run it through another car wash to do the job right. Very disappointed.
A car wash is a car wash, EXCEPT I love that this one has a hand blow dryer. Makes for great drying when you forget your towels.
Great Carwash. And if you do have a problem, the owner is such a great guy, he’ll actually show up look in your eyes, and fix the problem. Plus, the deluxe is only 11$ and look how great the vehicle looks. 👌🏾👍🏽
It is a touchless car wash that does a great job of cleaning the car. Because it is touchless, you may need to scrub some areas that wont come off with the degreaser. Also, it is cheaper than the other car washes on the same street.
My car got clean, a pretty cool experience instead of a big long building.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I understand nice days they get a ton of people. However don’t have a sign, picture uploaded from Hamilton road on the valvoline sign that directs you to enter the car wash form the left only. Just to be spoken to as if you don’t understand by an employee . Went into car wash on the left as sign pictured instructed was made to leave as they state you are supposed to enter from the right . Don’t place signs stating oil change only to right and car wash only to left if you aren’t supposed to read and follow the sign. Will never come here again hope others choose any other location, due to how rude the employee and owner Matt were about the situation.
One of the best car washes around and the best prices. There are bays where you can wash your car yourself and there are automatic drive through bays. A+
Best customer service Ive ever experienced at an automatic car wash. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, waited for about 20 min. When it came to my turn, the credit card machine broke. The young attendant did a fantastic job. Fixed the machine right away in about 2 min and then gave me a free super deluxe wash for the inconvenience. Free and excellent wash! Will definitely be back... even if I have to pay for it next time.
Terrible don’t bring your car her pay $11 for nothing the machine just put shampoo and rinsed so when the car comes out is still dirty. If you go you going to list your money. 0 star the worst car wash I tried.

I used the manual wash because I personally like physically washing my car myself. Put coins in, water comes out, simple enough. Spoke with the owner, Matt, real nice guy, he was walking around helping people and refilling everything. Great experience and place.
All I was the for was to vacuum my truck. Got the whole thing done for only $3. That was with having to use a flashlight some.What I found amazing was that from 7:45 - 8:45 at night, the 3 touch free car was bays were running nonstop! There was usually someone in a do-it-yourself bay, too.

I like the touchless car wash. It would be nice if the dryer would start when you drive up to it, I lost 3 seconds at least getting to the blowers. My car wasnt dry when completed, perhaps adding 10 seconds to the dryer would help?

Id definitely come here again. Self serve and automatic washes. Touchless. Reasonable prices and package deals. I like that the sprayers got up under the wing on my SUV. Usually have to do that by hand.
Average price and good quality for a touch free automatic wash. I take my work truck through here almost weekly which is a F250 4 door long bed and have not been disappointed.
Its okay if you absolutely have to wash to your vehicle. If its not a dire need dont waste your time or money

Probably be the best manual car wash in Columbus from top to bottom. With some of the ridiculous prices at moo moo this car wash is a great alternative. Fair prices and a great staff all around.

Terrible. All it did was move the dirt around on my car. didnt remove anything. It did do a great job of getting me dirty though. The hose to the pressure gun was dirty and made my hands and arms black as well as ruined my shirt.
I like going here. Its a little pricy. 2 dollars for 4 minute self wash. I am use to others with a 4 minute 1 dollar wash. Its not crowded mid day and its kept very clean.
Leaky connections at the sprayer. One of the timer alerts hasnt worked for over a year. I left notices in the suggestion box, but still not maintained. Only car wash in the area so users shouldnt expect much.
Convenient location. The wash takes longer than most, so the wait can be a bit long, but worth it

Do not go here if you want to get your car clean. There is a car wash right down the road called Moo Moos with free vacuums and the same price for a wash that does 100x better. I just left captain and had some dirt on my hood....the wash through their auto wash didnt even take the dirt off!! Go to Moo Moos!!
Auto wash is far better than other overpriced ones, nearby. Wash-in bays are convenient, too!

I got stuck in this car wash for 20 minutes and had to call the number four times before anyone answered. And then I had to wait another 15 minutes for anyone to show up to get me out of here. Clearly infuriating and far too risky to use this car wash location again. This was frightening to me
I would rate lower if I could. I paid $10 and all it did was pour some water on my car. I thought well maybe this is just the first step. It said go so I pulled in some more and then stopped when it said. Nothing happened for about a minute at all not even more water. So I left.

2022-04-10Good value touchless wash. As with most non-brush washes, it doesnt get 100% of road film off, but the paint doesnt get micro scratches. Thats worth the trade off for me. If youre particular, you can spend five minutes and use a quick detail spray w/microfiber towel after the wash to safely remove any remaining film. The car looks perfect after doing that.

2022-03-25I had an issue with the manual wash. A lot grease was on the brush and I couldnt get my car clean. The operator gave me a free automatic wash. I appreciate people who do business like that, I will be returning.

2022-05-24A great touchless carwash!! Very neat and clean and the touchless wash does an excellent job of cleaning my car. The drying cycle does a good job of drying off your car if you take your time and slowly pull out of the bay. Captains also has packages that you can purchase from their website.

2022-03-21Captain Car Wash is a welcome addition to the Gahanna community. I really like the fact that they give you the option of a touchless automatic car wash right next to a do-it-yourself wash rack experience. They have multiple bays for each of them and they are co-located with an oil change facility. It is really really convenient, especially given the fact that the car wash stalls are open 24 hours a day. While I am a big fan of the touchless nature of the car wash, I have noticed that periodically some of the dirt low on the rocker panels of my car doesnt get removed as thoroughly as it might. Having said that, I find them to be a great convenience at a fair price.

2022-04-25The water jets are not powerful enough to clean your car. Simple as that. I get my work van cleaned every weekend and this is the worst it has ever looked. Complete waste of money.Could as easily gotten my van cleaner with just a garden hose. Washed it during the night time and when I saw it the next morning I was disgusted

2022-06-19Does decent job. I am giving three stars because I believe deluxe car wash or any other package do not include undercarriage wash. Vaccums did not remove pet hair. Having a brush attachment may help.

2017-06-11Open 24 hours! I purchased the $8 auto wash. It did everything I needed it to do. I parked under a tree and had sap all over my truck hood and sides. All clean after the single wash. Nice facility. Also, my truck is 20 feet long and it fit just fine in the wash bay!
