Brian was amazing in helping me get back on the road tonight. I was really happy to be back with my family! Very professional and friendly.UPDATE: James driver #49 saved the day!!! He was here within 15 minutes of my tow request and got me back on road. He was polite and speedy. I couldn’t thank him enough especially when I had my fur baby in the car with me! I have used Canton Towing a few times when my car battery has died and today I had to have my car towed because it wouldnt start. Ian arrived at my house within 15 minutes and was very professional and nice! He was able to check my battery, and when we realized that wasnt the problem, he was able to get my car towed to the dealership within a reasonable amount of time.
Jermaine showed up on time and did a great job helping me with my car. Absolutely the best hands down !!

Ive been very happy with Canton Towing. Unfortunately Ive had several company trucks that have needed towed recently and Canton Towing has been able help me out. Not a service I look forward to calling, but glad to know they are there when you need them.
I have solid roadside service through USAA. USAA did an authorization for Canton Towing to do a tire change for me last weekend (nasty, unrepairable flat tire). Canton Towing couldnt change my tire because of a bad lug nut, so they hooked it for a tow and told me to call USAA for the tow authorization (which I did while I waited at the tow spot with the drivers). This was at 10pm on a Sunday. The drivers told me to go, because they had it covered after I got the tow authorized over my cell phone with USAA. But, after I left - they unhooked the car and left my car at the tow spot overnight with the door unlocked and just put the keys under the floor mat. Yeah - they left my car unsecured without calling me and didnt tow my car to the garage (which was about 5-10 minutes away). I went to the shop in the AM thinking everything was ok, but my car wasnt there. What is going on? I called Canton Towning...and they told me to call USAA, because it wasnt their problem. What? Canton towing also said they tried to call me that night after they dropped it (that didnt happen-I didnt get any calls from them). I called USAA and they said the car was towed. What a bunch of BS. Dont use these guys. What a terrible experience. They didnt help with the tire change (got it), didnt do the tow, didnt call me when there was a problem (after they told me that had it covered), and basically didnt do anything. Their service was terrible. What a complete disaster.
Ill give this place 3 stars just because I got good response time and information over the phone. The price was fair, but I just couldnt wait the 3 hours for them to get me. I found a ride for the kids and drove it to a safer location until the next day
I had a flat tire. The service truck did arrive before the estimated time. He put air in the flat tire and said I was good to go. I told him that I had a spare. He said the old tire was good to go. I told him that I prefer to have the spare put on.After putting the spare on, he said I was good to go. I asked if he checked the air in it. He said I was good to go. I asked him two more times, did he check the air in the spare. He said I was good to go.After driving a quarter of a mile, the spare was low.Now over an hour later I again am waiting for a service truck to put air in my spare.In the past, drivers from Canton Towing have been very nice and helpful. This one was rude and didnt do his job.Oh yeah, I have to pay for another service call.
I bought a car recently that needed towed to my home.I called the rest then chose the best for pricing and that was Canton Towing.Shane the tow truck driver arrived on time and handled everything.Real professionals here...Definitely 5 stars for both Shane and Canton Towing...
The tow truck guy charged me 5 bucks for gas then said a jump start wasnt included in my service. Yea I been Geico for awhile and they dont charge. It also took them two hours to get to my car.
The technician was very professional and quick with his service. I utilized them through my AAA service. I can honestly say that I am 100 percent satisfied with the service provided. Hopefully if I need assistance in the future, AAA dispatches them again. Two thumbs up! Thank you again for your fast service and professionalism.
Called AAA 11 AM on a Monday as broke down in Carrollton. AAA dispatch said about an hour, (around noon). Called AAA at 1 PM, (hour late) dispatch checked and said they refused the call, too far. Never told AAA or me. What A$$ H○les. Thanks for wasting my time due to your unprofessional service.
My roadside service provider sent Canton Towing to change my tire after the dealership tightened the lugs too tight. Todd came out on a Sunday morning and had the job done in 5 minutes. He was professional and nice, even offered to load the flat into my truck for me. Thank you!
The Manager went above and beyond today. For moment we thought our car was more trouble than what its worth but he was thinking quick and had solutions for everything.They were quick and got us all home safe. Definitely will be using them for any future services.
Called for a tow. Got Someone foreign that answered. Sent me an online form to fill out. Texted a quote $185 for 1.2 miles. When they called for payment, wouldn’t disclose what they were charging per mile, said I was being towed 2 miles and added tax to the quote to make it $212. Then after they got my payment info, they wanted my drivers license number. SHADY. I asked to speak with a manager, no one available. I cancelled the tow. Nothing about this encounter seemed legit.
Did all sorts of extra , showed up promptly . Even waited around while I took Van off jack stands .Only problem - couldnt make no change , thats okay was gonna tip em anyhow .Happily satisfied with Canton Towing , recommend them to anyone

Great service great equipment however their rates are ridiculously high! They towed me less than two miles and my bill was $234, and only took about 45 minutes start to finish. I originally planned to tip the driver 20 bucks but after see my bill I couldn’t do it!
The driver was very kind and he was very good at his job the company was polite and kind they kept me informed at all time I would say that they are the best
I had a flat tire & called Canton Towing. A young man named Rob came out & changed & plugged it for me. I must say that he was the most helpful, kindest, sweetest man I could of hoped for in my time of need. I would definitely recommend this company everytime. Thank you Rob for your help & kindness.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I was told the truck would arrive no later than 7:42pm for a tow and once 8 o’clock hit, I knew there was a problem. Also, just for reference the dispatch office is 4 miles from my house. I called the company and I believe I spoke with the owner. I was told the driver had arrived and realized the truck had a malfunction so he had to go get another truck. First red flag: the driver had never arrived at all.... 35 minutes later, still no tow truck. I call back and immediately get put on hold, from the same person I spoke to earlier. I tell her that it’s been 35 minutes since I last spoke with you and the truck isn’t here yet & I would like an update on where he is please & she responds with excuses. She had horrible attitude and poor customer service skills. She was telling me that she doesn’t want my business and that she will just call another service provider for me instead of just giving me the update I wanted in the first place. She then proceeded to hang up on me. This wasn’t my first horrible incident with Canton Towing but it most definitely will be my last.
Canton Towing is a very professional and trustworthy company. Their service is fast and courteous. The people who work their really care about you as a customer and your needs. They do everything in their power to accommodate your requests. I personally wouldnt ever think about calling another tow company, it will always be Canton Towing.
Had to call twice about my service request for a tow the managers are very unprofessional and rude did not want to help when there tow truck driver showed up to do a tow and got aggressive towards my husband and wanted to make threats. Highly dont recommend!
I feel they were very helpful and I definitely dont think they were to expensive, like Ive seen others comment. I think I was charged fairly, I actually used them twice in a 12hr time frame. They were prompt and courteous, I definitely would use them again!
Had the misfortune of a tire blowout on I-77 in 90 degree heat. Chris from Canton Towing was a wonderfully professional and courteous young man. He got us and our truck where we needed to go quickly, efficiently and the cost was surprisingly less than I thought it would be. I highly recommend Canton Towing!

I had an accident that happened in front of my fire station. My truck was ran into by a girl with no driver’s license and in the front parking at the station from across the road. She mistakenly hit the gas instead of brakes. Kyle at Canton Towing showed up, he and I assessed the best situation to get my truck on his truck. We waited for PD to make their report. Then very easy and methodically got my pride and joy on his truck. He said they gave me a first responders discount!!! He gave me a ride back to Alliance to my other gig as a body man at Montrose Alliance. Unfortunately our bullpen was locked. We methodically walked my truck off his to beside the building. Then he gave me a ride home. He showed a lot of empathy towards me and my situation. I will be requesting him when I need a tow and Canton Towing because of the grace of their discount!!!!! Kenny (#44) was very courteous and very processional. I hit a deer at night, and he very nice, and totally made me feel safe, and that my car was going to be in good hands. We had to wait a long time police to show up to fill out a report, and he was very patient. Highly recommend using Canton towing!

Terry, driver #48 is the Best! My truck was broke down in my driveway and he made what seemed to be impossible possible. He was able with tires locked on it and everything move it from one place to another in no time at all just so I could have use of my driveway once again. My family is very grateful as this truck was an eyesore and inconvenience to everyone including my neighbors. Thank you so much.

I needed a tow from my house to a mechanic. I called canton Towing in the morning and the gentleman that answered was very courteous and I felt that the price quoted was reasonable. When the driver showed up, the service went downhill. He was rude, he threw his cigarette butt into my yard. He acted like he was being inconvenienced. When he got my car to the garage he proceeded to be rude to the mechanic and was bad mouthing me. What he didnt realize is that the mechanic is my brother-in-law. Canton Towing has a great reputation. That wont continue if they keep employing unprofessional lazy drivers.
Just had the engine blow in my car. Gideon driver #19 was dispatched out to pick my car up. What a great guy!!!! He was calm and patient and helped me out beyond imagine. Would highly recommend!!!
Needed Canton Towing today due to the starter going out on my car. Just needed it towed from one location to my home. They said it would 45 minutes to an hour, which was fine. I was in no hurry to be anywhere. The driver, Jonathan, called me when he was about 15 minutes away to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and courteous. He was able to give me a ride to my destination. When he got the car to my home, he even attempted to see if he could rattle the starter enough to get it to start. Unfortunately, its dead and would not start. Canton Towing was the most reasonably priced as well. So, for what started out as a bad day for me, their service, fees, and professionalism made my day better.
I received poor service today. The driver did not introduce himself, spoke in a rude manner, and did not listen/respond to my questions or requests. He drove unsafely, speeding and then stopping hard right at the bumper of cars in front of us. HE WAS USING HIS CELL PHONE WHILE DRIVING. Never again!
Last night while watching a movie at the massolin theater my car battery died. Our tow guy (Kenny I think) went above and beyond to try to get my car started so it didnt need to be towed. He was very professional. It was around 2 or 3am before my car finally started. Thank you Canton Towing your customer service was excellent. Will recommend to others!
They sent flat bed out, my front lower ball joint was busted .he tried to drag it on the bed.bHad to stop him from doing more damage. There charge was 86 dollars and was 2 miles.

I just have to say that i have never personally been towed before today. My tire exploded off of my damn car for some unknown reason and my baby was in the car. I was SO SCARED! I have free towing through my insurance and they sent Canton Towing out and i havent heard very good things, so i was worried. The guy got there and was an absolute DOLL!!!! He helped me hook my daughters car seat safely into the truck and transported us to Walmart for service. He was so sweet to my daughter and made me feel so much better about the terrifying experience. I couldnt figure out how to hook her seat in to the truck because its so different from my car and he knew exactly what to do. He was quick getting there too. I just cant say enough good things. I want to call in and thank him again and tell his boss that the guy was awesome.
The driver that came out was very nice and understanding. Helpful. Even honked the horn for my toddler who enjoyed the ride in the big truck. Amazing service

How much does it really cost to pick up a minivan with a flatbed drive it 13 miles and stored for 3 hours? I guess $430. When you tack on environmental fees administrative fees hookup fees clean up fees I had to wear my shirt fee maybe I had to go pee fee and any other fee that you can add onto that tow. The original $80 tow turns into $430.00 thank you State Highway Patrol for calling them.For that price I could have called anybody. So now we know when youre involved in an accident dont have Canton Towing tow your car.
They have very nice equipment, I love how well they take care of their trucks! It’s usually a bad day when you need to call them but every time I’ve needed them they are very professional and priced fair. The only tow company I use anymore in NE Ohio.
Ive dealt with them at least 3 times. Once as a customer a few years ago. Very rude driver and office staff. Dealt with two different trucks on two separate occasions recently. One was speeding through a school zone and tailgating me through it and then past it. The other just pulled out of a residential driveway and in to my lane in front of me and I had to slam on the brakes. Seems like your drivers think they dont need to follow the laws when driving.

My family of 4 was rear ended today and my car ended up needing a tow. The Insurance Company had Canton Towing Come out. (which was great because my experience in the past has been good with yall) 10 mins after getting off the phone with ins, Adam #28 was calling to say he was on his way and even gave an accurate estimated arrival time. You know after an accident youre a tad shaken and flustered. Adam was patient and friendly as i got things gathered from the car ( we were headed home from the lake). And he carried a conversation with us for the 20 minute ride to the dealer ship, which was a great to ease the mind from what had just happened. Great Service Adam #28 & Canton Towing!

I would recommend going someplace else the staff member that works at the counter was absolutely the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with. He did not know his job he was so lazy he could not even pick up the phone and contact myself or the insurance company to let us know that the vehicle was ready to be moved to the body shop. He would rather try and get more money out of the insurance company by keeping the vehicle there longer. I would like to say the driver of the truck was very professional maybe he should take the counter job and send the other guy to go find another job.

Had them tow my rear wheel drive van, because of the fuel pump. They picked it up from the front, never dropped the shaft. When it got to the mechanic, I was told some linkage for the steering was damaged. They said it is impossible that its their fault. According to them it was just bad timing. I dont believe them, and wont use them again. Driver was friendly.
My car died leaving 4 of us, 2 of them in car seat & infant carseat. The driver Curt went above & beyond his duty to help us load the kids and get us ro a safe place. I would highly recommend Canton Towing. Thank you for being so nice .

The worst towing service. Driver tried ramming tow truck under our flatbed and there truck was to high. Caused over 3,000 in damage and now refuse to pay. So we now have a attorney and are in the process of suing them. My husband lost 2 weeks so far waiting on trailer to be repaired. And they had the nerve to charge us 550 for the tow which we paid.
I locked my keys in the car for the first time and I had to call AAA. Phil #38 was very nice and helped me out, very professional and polite. Great service.

If you want your belongings stolen from your car then this is the right company for you. Not only did they steal things from my vehicle, they messed up my brakes to the point that they were smoking after I left. Really a great company ran by professionals. What a joke. Youd better hope you get a company other than this one. A hillbilly with a POS truck would be more professional than this crooked business. Make sure you check your car before and after they even touch it.

Do NOT use this towing company. Very unorganized. First time I called, they never showed up. Called to get an eta and they said the order wasnt processed correctly. The lady then told me it was my fault it didnt process right because I didnt get off the phone correctly. Whatever that means. Second time I call, they tell me it will only be 30 minute wait since I had already previously called and it ended up being a hour and a half. Then the driver had an attitude and almost got punched in the face. Mind you, its 5 degrees outside this whole time. THEN, oh no it doesnt stop there. They ended up towing it to the wrong place. This company is terrible. I will be writing management. Horrible service, inconvenient. A lot of folks there with no brain cells.
Really impressed with Canton Towing, they had my truck picked up and dropped off to the mechanic within 40 minutes of calling them. Ryan driver #35 was extremely efficient, friendly, and professional.
Driver Terry #48, was just great !! I have a 02 Roush Mustang and it sits really low up front. He put me at ease right off the bat and explained exactly what he could do so the front fascia would clear his truck bed.. Not a single hiccup loading and unloading !! Thank you very much !!

No stars, refused to tow with A CHAINED MOTOR BLOCK IN BED OF TRUCK with a two wheel lift. BUT would flatbed the truck without a chain setup. Absolutely no sense except for the fact that more money could be made with a fladbed. Maybe if it was a truck they were towing for THIER profit as a junk truck they wouldve done it. We are all trying to save money. Dont like the review? Work with your customers, one that has towed, knows what theyre talking about. I invite the company owner to reply or respond to this review. Im a company owner, I deal with all my clients and make things work!Not every tow is going to be clean cut. Heinous in dealings today. I will let my car Rot on the side if the road or buy my own tow truck before I EVER let Canton Towing hook to one of my vehicles.I use to recomend you folks.

Driver is questionable. Blocked off a rural high traffic low visibility road for over 15 minutes strategically placed on top of a dangerous hill.Had a half dozen cars on each side. Then proceeded to block the road by parking along the direction of travel to do his paperwork. The pictures are confusing considering the truck is brand new one would assume a skilled professional was operating it

Left me stranded for over 2 hours in the ghetto. Said it would be 30 minutes. Called and checked a couple times, kept saying theyd be coming. Just called another tow company. Avoid Canton Towing, they just dont show up.
As a women it is very rare to come across people who do not try to take advantage of you. This is one of the nicest and knowledgeable companies I have came across.
Horrible service. Broke down on side of the road, called at 5:23pm Said they would be out within an hour, called back at 6:39pm and was told they were 15-20 minutes away and lady argue that it had only been an hour. Truck didnt show up till 7:10pm. I recommend calling any other towing service, slow, and operators are liars and rude. Dont use unless you like waiting for hours.

We called them out to move a car just one block. They took forever to get to the scene and then they were very rude when they arrived. My friend is allergic to bees and freaked out when she felt a bug land on her. She hit a tree one block from our house. The lady who owns the property at which the tree was hit already came out and had said that her tree she was fine. The towing company refused to tow without filing a police report. My friend doesnt make lot of money and didnt want a ticket on top of towing cost. They refused to tow it literally one block to our home! I highly recommend you call someone else for your towing needs. Spencers Towing towed it and even charged us less!

I called my insurance for roadside assistance this morning. They send these people. The driver was VERY rude and impatient. I am contacting my insurance agent to relay the information. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Canton towing was terriblebroke down at 1 a.m. and they wanted cash I had a charge card but they only took cash and nights what they told me so they left me stranded I would never go there or recommend anybody goes there

Called for tow at 230pm, told there was a truck in Akron could be there in 45 minutes, at 4pm called for eta and told he should be there in about 10 minutes or so, at 5pm called again and lady told me he was on route 8 and should be another 15 minutes or so. Finally shows up at 6 with no concern weve been waiting for 3 and a half hours. Joe what kind of business are you running?
Nice people. Got me back on the road as quick as possible. Train tracks you have to cross will knock the fillings out of your teeth though. Even at a crawl.
The guy was nice at first, but let the car slam down off back to hard, didnt have chained down properly, and busted the tie rod. Not happy at all!

I was told it was my fault when the tow driver didnt verify he had possession of the keys before towing the car. I called in to see if the driver could come back right after he left and was told he was already made it to the dealership thats 10-12 away. Blamed the road side assistance company instead of taking responsibility.

2022-03-17Hit a pot hole on 77 and blew a tire. Filed a roadside claim and Dante arrived less than 20 minutes later. Super professional, courteous, and friendly. Changed my tire over to the spare and we were back on the road in under an hour. Highly recommend if you need service in and near the canton area!

2022-04-10Response time good. Truck was disabled by bad fuel pump. Tech pulled truck onto flatbed. Heard loud pop. He did not check and thus Broke my engaged E brake. Manager insinuated it was old truck and it coincidently broke that day, stated they did not damage. Manager did not return calls after stating would investigate. $489 damage. Bad customer service. Wouldn’t even consider paying part.

2022-07-08This is actually the second time Ive used this company in the past year, and they are going to be my go-to tow people from now on, I think (although hopefully I dont need to get my car towed too many more times lol). Both times Ive used them, theyve been able to get a truck out to me very quickly, and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. Today when I called them, it was because my car wouldnt start, and they actually sent a guy out to test the battery and try to jump the car so I wouldnt need a tow if that was the problem. Sadly, it was not, but the guy they sent out was ready to install a new battery then and there if that was the only issue. And they didnt even charge me for the battery diagnostic or jump-attempt, just for the tow. Its that little extra bit of consideration and trying to make things as convenient as possible that are what keeps me coming back to a business.

2022-05-22Got dispatched to me thru AAA. Took about 2 hours to get there, gave them the key to my truck showed them the truck and chatted with the driver for a bit, he said I could head to the destination while he waited on another truck to get there. I left. 45 minutes later I got a call that they had accidentally towed the wrong vehicle.? Wait. What? Never got my tow. Someone else’s car got a free ride. I mean you had one job.
