They picked up my BMW in the snow and didnt damage any thing they came out and told me I had to get driveway plowed before they could get my car out so I did and they came out and great price and towed it out thanks guys I will not call any other company for anything and they mad the trip out to me twice and I am in Sandusky they drove out to me twice thanks Allen
Had them tow my big lifted F250 which many other companies said they couldnt do. These guys came out within an hour and had my truck on the flat-bed and off to the shop in minutes for a very reasonable price. Will absolutely be using them in the future if I need them.
IF ONLY I COULD GIVE THIS TOWING COMPANY ZERO STARS !!! They can’t DRIVE PLUS THEY ARE COMPLETE AIR HEADS ! And with all the certifications and license THE DRIVERS CANT EVEN maneuver INTO A DRIVEWAY just sad

Wow. I’m going to be completely honest here.There are few genuinely good people in this world. Emad at Camel-Tow is one of them. No tow company would come and get me. I waited for 7 hours for my insurance company to find me one that would, but they kept dropping the ball. Emad took my call despite it being well after 2am, and came out to help me before even getting final authorization from the insurance company.When he arrived, he acknowledged how long I had been waiting and brought me a snack to get something in my stomach and a bottle of water. He, despite having an Android, borrowed someone’s iPhone charger so I could use it.I had a very tough day today after being in an accident. For a long period of time today it felt as though all was wrong in the world, until Emad showed up and proved to me otherwise.Please give this guy your business, because he deserves it. Few people in this world exist as kind as he is, and he deserves recognition for that. Thank you so much man!
He was on time an he was the only one who answered for a tow. He got me two tires an changed them for me.
Very unprofessional when it comes to communicating with customers. They will let the phone ring or send you to voicemail, even in an urgent situation. For emergencies or urgent matters I strongly encourage you to seek a more professional company with a stronger dedication to customers.

2022-01-22So I was having a rough weekend to begin with cause of my car, caught a flat on a Sunday evening. These people are so kind they came within 25 minutes helped changed my tire for me. (grateful they didnt make me feel like a dumb woman for not knowing if I had a spare) Not to mention their name made me laugh!

2022-01-21My vehicle was in a very tight parking spot. Several tow companies came and declined. They were able to grab my vehicle and not take out the car next to me or the awning pole that held the apartments carport up. They were fast and efficent and didnt rake me through the coals on cost like the other tow companies that couldnt even do it. Highly recommend!!

2022-01-21Literally the only Tow Company to answer their phone late at night! They showed up before their ETA.The guy was super nice & friendly! they even gave my kid a sticker. honestly I would use them again 10 out of 10. Not to mention their company name gave me a good laugh considering the situation I was in.

2022-02-27Four or five times in the past two years, theyve been matched to me for roadside, and never show up/pick up the phone at all. Not for me, not for State Farm. I dont know if I wronged them at some point, but its pretty ridiculous.

2022-01-21They came out in a snow storm and winched my truck out and towed and they where very prominent and I didnt have to wait 3 hours like everyone else said they couldnt be there because of the snow storm. I only waited for less then an hour best service I ever had very professional driver thanks Allen

2022-01-22Very unprofessional staff with little training on commercial vehicle operations. There was zero communication also by the company when problems arose and I waited a total of 10 hours for this company to simply waste my time. I should’ve known by their name they’d be a terrible choice.
