Very unprofessional. I made an appointment for a specific time. I drove there in the snow and they tell me to come back in two hours, which I couldnt do. I came to this place stressed and in pain and seeking relief. To not respect my time and the appointment I made is terrible. Very upset for how that was handled.
Best massage ever.. super clean and everyone is friendly.. the massage was out of this world hands down the best ive ever gotten i feel super relaxed and ready to take on the world!
It does not have all of the frills that a chain massage parlor has but it was an amazing massage!
I had a wonderful massage and also enjoyed the hot tub first!

2021-06-10This was the worst experience Ive had at a massage place ever. Although the massage was halfway decent the masseuse who said her name was Susan made fun of me and laughed at me openly laughed out loud at my pain. I have chronic pain and came in there for relief she poked my stomach several times with her fingers making a jiggle saying Im lazy and need to exercise more and that I have the body of an old man in the face of a young man. It was the most unprofessional disrespectful treatment Ive ever had in Any situation like this.

2019-09-09Tina was a great therapist and she knows her stuff. I am a physical therapist and I can confidently say she knows her anatomy .Really does a great job with deep tissue and getting the knots worked on.If you are someone who wants all fancy decor and stuff this is not the place. Its a simple place with good hands! Trust me, thats all a good masseur needs. I loved her techniques, she used some stretching and hot stone as well. Have good tips about maintaining flexibility.

2020-08-23First off, great massage. After my 9th time of going I will not return. I give the payment plus 33% tip up front. $60 plus $20 tip for a hour massage. I was then explained during the massage that I tip poorly. I’m not sure if the lady I give money to up front is taking part of the tip or if being unprofessional is their method to get a higher tip, but they have lost a repeat customer over it. If you go there you will get a great massage but expect to pay over 50% gratuity up front or be belittled during the massage. I am ashamed at myself that I allowed myself to give $720 in a three month period to an unprofessional organization. As much as I would like to continue my weekly massage there I will be finding a different place from now on out.

2019-07-30Went here as a birthday gift, and what an incredible gift. As a massage first timer I was a little nervous, but Summer did a fantastic job. Had a 60 min aromatherapy massage, needless to say it was the best hour of my life! FYI- When I went, all the masseuses were female!

2020-03-06I’ve had too many massages to count in my life. But this was one of the worst. First complaint is you are given NO time to change in the room before they barge in (No Knocking first). Secondly I tried to explain what I wanted and what areas to stay away from because of medical issues and all she kept saying was “ just lay down & relax”. Thirdly the masseuse was clearly NOT trained. Kept rubbing too vigorously over the exact same places. Even when I expressed I wanted her to move on to another area. Of course this caused me to be EXTREMELY sore the next day. So much so that my neck/shoulder area actually hurts when I lay on a pillow or lightly touch the area. Granted some soreness is not unheard of but I’ve never experienced this level in all my 15 years of getting massages. My suggestion is to go somewhere else

2019-07-30Summer is an amazing massage therapist and a natural healer.I have many issues with my lower back and I leave each session feeling like I have a new lease on life. Anyone coming the spa with low back issues should take 4-5 sessions at a stretch. i do this sequence every month with Summer/Tina and that keeps me healthy!

2019-06-13First and last visit here.I give the physical massage a 4/5.I paid $90 for a 90min massage. BEFORE the massage started.. having a short conversation about never having to pay for a massage before it started anywhere else, she said ‘in Dublin that’s how it goes’. Ok, I paid.After finishing the massage and asking to use the restroom, before I could flush the toilet- I was asked for the Tip. Since the restroom is in the back of the building, I wanted to extend the conversation by asking about their ‘4 hand massage price’ so I could get back to the front desk in front of the cameras before any money exchanged hands. I told her I would be interested in coming back the following week for an hour massage, but all she was concentrated on was getting a Tip asking me again. I asked if she could break a $50, she said “ok, I give you $20 back”And I said no, you can give me $30 back and keep $20; I did just pay you $90. The quick change in facial expression from a smile to a blank, emotionless one as she went into the back room to get me change, really rubbed me the wrong way. After handing me my change, I thanked her for a good massage and said I would be back the following week-to which she interrupted me and said ‘never come back’. Caught me off guard, I said ‘what?’- her response was ‘I am female, you must tip $30; don’t ever come back’ as she started ushering me to the door. I said I just paid you $110 and planned on coming back to spend more money. She still repeated Don’t come back. Saying Ok.. I walked out and said have a good night; another ‘don’t come back’ was said before shutting the door as heard an audible ‘locking’ sound as she locked the door behind me (whilst other customers were still inside).I would’ve enjoyed going back but not after being demanded to pay a tip and having to haggle the tip amount multiple times and then being banned from the premise. There are much better massage places in Dublin. Don’t waste your time with the same experience you’re almost guaranteed to have there.

2019-09-10Very good. My special lady and I went here yesterday and had a great experience. The woman who did us good was friendly and had a nice strong touch - not wishy washy. Not sure what her name was, but could be Tina I guess. Going back to see her again soon :)

2020-03-02My husband and I went for a couples massage and had a wonderful experience. We both like a heavy-handed deep tissue massage and the ladies delivered. Great massage and very friendly!

2019-07-24I would give this place a zero rating if I could. This place is very unprofessional and will probably be shut down soon. My boyfriend and I went to go get a massage when they tried to do inappropriate things to his body parts. Then my massage therapist Summer tried to touch my private parts. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!
