Cali Palms is the most amazing rehab center Ive ever seen. Not only do they have top-of-the-line group therapy and therapy sessions, but they have a lot of endorphin producing classes and programs for the residence. In addition to yoga, self-defense, and Tai Chi classes; they also have gardening programs, music lessons, magic lessons, they have therapy dogs and somebody called the goat lady, Im not sure what she does, LOL but no one else has anything like this going on at their Rehab Center. Cali Palms is not just about getting and staying sober, its about building a life that is worthwhile in fulfilling Beyond addiction. This is the least we owe to our veterans!
I personally had the opportunity to sit down with Sabastian and talk about the California Palms Veterans Rehab Addiction Center, and all that he and his staff have to offer. The opportunites are endless and I am a Desert Storm Combat Veteran, and have been through many trials in my life since my service fighting for this country. I have the utmost respect for what Sabastian is offering to those of us who have served this country and know beyond on a shadow of a doubt, that the California Palms Veterans Rehab facility, is all about the veterans of the country. I have utmost faith in this place and will always support The California Palms Veterans Rehab Addiction Center. Thank you Sabastian and your staff for everything. It is about time we have people who truly care.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Was better than I thought it would be. Price was good for the room. The sign says come to visit but never wanna leave. That is so true. If my own bedroom at home could be done like this I would. It was that good..

I dropped my brother off for PTSD therapy. I got to see the whole place. I have never seen a better treatment center. The restaurant food was great!. My brother is home now and I can see such a difference in him. Bless you all for the work you do!
Best hotel Ive stayed at in a long time. We had a large, clean and comfortable room. The price was great and the live band and comedy act was even better!

I havent even gotten to this place yet and my experience is great. Talked to Matthew at the front desk and booked a room. He got me the best rate which beat the booking sites. He is a true customer service professional. I called here since it was recommended by a local. So far......top notch service....thanks Matthew! I will post in a couple of days about my stay, I dont think Ill be disappointed.
Fun place with a fun atmosphere. Very nice outdoor areas and comfortable rooms. Elevator is slow, but everything else good.
I stayed here this past weekend and I can honestly say I truly enjoyed my time. It was actually the most fun I have had in along time. The manager who worked the front desk that night was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I believe his name was Mat. Thank you for all of your hard work! I will be back very soon and again thanks for the wonderful experience.

Decent place. Nice and clean. Went on a Wednesday night for a get together. Not a lot going on but thats what we were going for. Just wanted a place to hang out and be able to have conversation.
The hotel is very well decorated and appears clean overall. I didnt stay the night, only hung out in the bar to spend time with friends and see a band. I cannot complain about the staff, as they were attentive throughout the evening. The atmosphere was fun as well.

Everything about this place is great. Clean rooms, big jacuzzi, and a nice gym.
Matthew was great he made me love this place me and my fiancé go every chance we get ! We have not tried any of the entertainment there we isolated our selves each time so maybe tonight if they have a room available we will try some things outside our room
Dont let the exterior fool you, this is actually a nice hotel. The only negative I have is that they have music piped EVERYWHERE (even the rooms). Other than that, I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a nice recently remodeled place. The on site restaurant had good food for dinner and served a complimentary breakfast. No pool ,but a gigantic indoor hot tub. Cute Hotel California theme. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We stayed as a large group and they were very accommodating to our last minute plans, giving us a great rate.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! The entire hotel staff was accommodating and professional. Front desk employee Matthew was outstanding. This young man went beyond the call of duty to provide the comfort of the guests. The dinner show as well as the nightclub was well attended with outstanding entertainment. We look forward to staying again.

I had such a wonderful experience at the California Palms Hotel & Suites, From the moment I got there till the moment i left. I Can honestly say I do not have one complaint, Excellent entertainment, pleasant bartenders and servers , and the most friendly front desk clerks, and managment staff. The breakfast was fantastic in the morning, and dinner was amazing. I would definitely recommend the chicken parmesan for dinner. :)
Definitely among some of my BEST hotel stays! Super friendly and custom service from staff, SUPER clean, modern, and virtually everything seems to be either new or updated, the entire hotel is colorful, lively and upbeat, I absolutely love our room even tho it is small. The bed is very comfortable, hot buffet breakfast was actually, like, really good (and Im never impressed with hotel breakfast). The jacuzzi area is dopefantastic and to say the least, we will be regulars at this hotel. For sure!

I have toured this facility and meet staff members. I believe this is the best place around and the staff turkey is dedicated to the healing of our Vets in every way.
Good value overall. Furnishings are a bit spartan, but tastefully so. Bed and pillows were good. Room was clean and service was friendly. Only downsides were no blackout curtains on the windows, AC unit was a bit squeeky, and the room door wasnt as sound proof as I prefer.
Whoa......this was definitely an experience but I dont think Ill be going back. Food felt definitely frozen. Not a lot of fresh at all. Very limited menu.
Great bartenders, cute rooms, reasonable drink prices, huge hot-tub, tasty food- no complaints! If local music is your scene they have very frequent band performances.

This place is state of the art, I couldnt believe the setup when I arrived, absolutely upscale for the town its located in.
Had an amazing time listening to the live band but the air conditioning was way to high and everyone in the bar complained about how cold it was in there. We had to leave earlier then we wanted because we got so cold.

Hotel California is a great place to stay and relax!Great food at the restaurant, club for entertainment, and large jacuzzi, and heated outdoor patios. The rooms are a great value. Large LED TV with recorder, and free movies library, and most importantly very comfortably beds.
The first time i went it was amazing we had a great time the food was amazing we had a great big selection of food including fresh fruit fresh french toast it was awesome.. But when i went back for my anniversary.. I had a complelety different experience.. The person which was a women .. Who answered the phone was rude both times. They gave us a room all the wat at the end of a hallway by a staircase where all nite we herd druck ppl coming in and out of the staircase! The door kept slamming shut .. I sent my husband out 2 times to complain and they didnt even attempt to move us .. Why would they even have a room there?? They wanted to charge me 2$ for a half of a bottle of water when the first time it was free.. And the breakfast was the worst everything they had seemed like it was made in the mirowave.. Tiny lil pancake flat bacon and no fruit.. And when i complained before i left they said they thought. I wanted a non smoking section ..when i kno that was a lie because they told me if we smoked they would charge my card so yes wont be going back there

Stayed here twice. The first time got a hot tub room. Tv worked but couldnt change the channels. Person came right away tp attempt to fix problem. When it didnt work he came again and tried to fix. Also chain on door was broke. With out question he upgraded us to a hot tub suite and also offered us complimentary drinks. Very very nice place to stay beds very comfortable can think of a bad thing to say

Its okay, I really would say 3.5 almost 4. The couple things were the carpets coukd really need a cleaning and I stayed for 4 days and there was a used band aid on the floor by a chair when I came and it stayed there the entire time. I cam tell they dont change sheets ever night but hopefully they do upon arrivals. The rooms are decent but the ac is rather noisy. I do like the decent sized fridge in the rooms along with a microwave and small coffee maker. House keeping totally missed me one day. Strange when I came back to the room a do not disturb was in the key hold outside the door and I didnt put it there. When I checked in they also forgot to reset the room with shampoo. Other then that it was okay.
Rooms are nice and new feeling. The Jacuzzi is awesome. The wifi is unusable at the time of my stay so completely useless.
Great place, caring people. We need more places like this to help the addicted people in our community who would like to seek help for their disease. Thank you for opening up a place like this!!

GREAT FULL SERVICE HOTEL, REASONABLE PRICES ON ON ROOM SERVICE
Having just had a major disappointment with a booking through Expedia, we were thrilled beyond belief when we walked into the hotel. A little glitz? yes! Comfortable? holy jump up and sit down! Let me tell you! This place is so far above awesome I can not begin to describe it. The staff are so friendly, the beds are HUGE, the decor is relaxing and the amenities are beyond any expectations we had.Oh yes, this booking was through Expedia too.

THIS IS A FRAUDULANT REVIEW WRITTEN ON MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL BY THE OWNER SEBASTIAN RUCCIS DAUGHTER MICHELLE RUCCI.THIS PLACE SAVES LIVES! This is a Veterans rehab facility, but it is not a part of the VA. The staff here really cares about their Clients. The therapy program keeps you busy, 3 core classes each day, 4 skilled classes each day, 2 aerobics classes each day. They have helped keep more Veterans sober than any other rehab facility in the Ohio area. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

One word comes to mind - GROSS! Went to something called a Foam party and I never seen so many low budget strippers and prostitutes in my life. The place was filthy. It was a complete free for all. Creepy people all high and drunk everywhere - lots of creepy people. The alcohol was for sure watered down, and I dont belive there is enough chemicals to kill what lives in that giant cyst pool they call a Jacuzzi! Although the security did a good job and seemed to be on top their game there just wasnt enough of them. Glad we choose another hotel because there would be no way any one there looking for rest got it. Leaving the place was the best feeling I had and immediately needed a shower because thats how gross and discusting this place was. Will never be back!.

After surveying several recovery centers focused on the rehabilitation of U.S. Veterans with varying forms of Drug & Alcohol Addiction and PTSD and other mental disorders, I can state that the California Palms Addiction Recovery Campus is the most dedicated, modern and well equipped facility in the country.This facility provides a safe environment while providing an endless amount of amenities and activities which is so essential to the mental rehabilitation of those service men and women who suffer from addiction and other similar disorders. The staff showed a deep appreciation and concern for their patients. Like myself - if you, or a loved one suffers from an Addiction problem or the negative effects of a battle zone experience, this is a great place to find treatment and turn things around.

I agree that the hotel bed is very comfortable, with very soft pillows, and the hotel is very new and clean. Its great for my four-year-old twins to play here. They really like the hotels heated swimming pool. The hotel has a small gym with treadmills, steppers and a dumbbell, so here you can consume the calories you get in the Las Vegas cafeteria. The hotel front desk also offers unlimited free bottled water.According to a waitress at the front desk, there is one thing here that customers never have to worry about

2021-10-26My husband is at this facility and he tells me how great of a rehab this place is. My husband has been sober for 8 months now since hes been at California Palms. And every other rehab my husband has been at hes never stayed sober and California Palms has been the only rehab he has actually stayed sober at. So California Palms has to be doing something right. Sebastian is a great person and a great owner. Sebastian really cares about his clients. Ive never seen a owner care that much about his clients.

2021-11-03I was a client of the California Palms and i absolutely loved the place. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was excellent. There was so much to do there to keep me busy that there was never a dull moment. The councilors there werent just there for a paycheck you could tell that each one of them was there because they cared about what they were doing and believed in Sebastians program.

2021-05-27The Veterans Recovery program for PTSD and Substance abuse is great. This is a truly luxury treatment center for military veterans. I used the Veterans affairs community care program to attend. My travel was also covered.

Each room for a recovering veteran offers a private bathroom, flat screen TV and cable. With Comfort as part of their superb treatment programs. They also have a full service restaurant, exercise, billiards, and a theater. Not only that but the California palms offers multiple community/group rooms for group therapy sessions and treatment activities. Multiple torch-lit patios and a 40 person hot-tub spa for aqua therapy is also offered in the program. Their evidence-based program includes PTSD and physical fitness therapy as well.Veterans deserve evidenced based therapy with positive outcomes. They deserve a treatment center where they can be with only military persons. They deserve to have a choice of where they want to go for treatment. They deserve the best and thats what California Palms offers in their state of the art program. The programs are specially designed for veterans in need. A very professional and highly trained staff is ready to greet and welcome you with open arms and give a huge support system to you. I highly recommend California palms if you are a veteran in need of treatment. Many have already succeeded and continue to succeed in treatment and beyond.

2017-08-08This place is amazing! They offer it all to our Vets; from horticulture, therapeutic horseback riding, dog training, counseling and the list goes on and on. EVERY veteran should have the opportunity to go there for Rehab. The facility is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. God bless you all for this incredible safe place for our HEROES! 🇺🇸

This facility was created because Of lost loved ones and you can see the desire to change lives in every small detail.
