The garbage has overflowed every weekend and some weekdays since I have lived here. I have heard the upstairs neighbor everyday. The noise starts from the time the hit the first step outside until they go to bed at night. It was very difficult to get verification for the next complex due to no management. It was also difficult to turn in my notice for the same reason. My air broke and it took 2 weeks to get it fixed and I don’t think it would have happened then had I not pressed the issue. Also the pool was finally fixed but the water is very cloudy/dirty. There was also a dead mouse in the water. I don’t think it’s been cleaned since they opened it. I often find trash and empty liquor bottles next to my car. This complex leaves a lot to be desired and is def the outlier in this area. You can pay basically the same at the new construction next door and get all working amenities and other benefits.
Calebs creek has been a great place to live. Ive been in my apartment for almost 10 months and Im renewing my lease. Kaylin is an awesome property manager and she has always been so helpful with any questions/concerns/needs I have. The price is definitely the best for this area. Its very quiet and I really rarely even see my neighbors. Parking is rarely if ever an issue for me personally. And I think some people have complained in the past about hearing neighbors through the walls, but I have never had this problem. And honestly, when you live in a house you are able to hear people through those walls so clearly of may happen in an apartment. Overall Im very happy with my apartment and will be here for awhile!!
Enjoyed living here for the past year but the move out experience has been disappointing. Management has been inconsistent and there have constantly been different Community Managers who have not been in contact especially over procedures. Now management is threatening to charge me 2 months past my lease being over basically because I would not renew my lease. Sad that a company would do this to someone especially during a pandemic. Extremely disappointed would not recommend.
This apartment complex was amazing while it was run by Champion. Do not rent from them now through Roco. The new people in the office do not know correct information and give out misleading information that you have to check your own lease to correct them. The new man in the office doesnt even know how to post a payment. I wanted to make sure my payment was posted so I sat there while he tried for over 20 minutes unsuccessfully. He told me the wrong day for my lease ending and the wrong amount for rent. If I hadnt looked up the information myself once I got home I wouldve been paying the wrong amount and leaving the wrong month. They give out vague complaints with no proof, and dont respect any rules from previous leases or people who have worked in the office. Jenny and Kaylin were both great and since theyve left its all done downhill. They dont do anything for their residents anymore and theyve raised the rent tremendously. I cant wait for my lease to be over so I dont have to be under this new company. I would not recommend them. When I spoke to the manager above the people in the office he was extremely rude, degrading and disrespectful about my problem. Ive never had to deal with such rude property management that truly does not care about their residents. The apartments are nice, but its not worth the risk of having to deal with management.
Called for a friend moving from out of town... whoever answered was in NO WAY interested in renting anything. Basically cut me off telling me to look online at the floor plans and apply there... why would anyone apply for an apartment before looking in person??? When I asked her if there was an apartment to see in person her reply was No it wouldnt be ready until sometime next week.... not even asking when I was looking to move in. I then asked if anyone had or would be giving their notice to move, her reply was nope.NICE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!
Calebs Creek is the perfect place to live if you are looking for a safe, clean and friendly environment. We have never been disappointed with the property or the management. The complex is clean and well kept, the units themselves are updated and clean upon move-in, and there is more parking than needed which is a huge plus. The complex is small so its easy to get to know people and feels very safe. I have yet to run into someone who was less than polite and friendly! I cant say enough great things about the property manager. She is incrediblely sweet, accomidating, informative and extremely helpful. If I ever need anything she responds to my emails within the hour (during office hours). The community sits on a road with minimal traffic, a mile from 161, 10 minutes from Easton, 15 minutes from Polaris, UDF in walking distance, as well as a small strip mall with just a few stores less than a minute down the road. The one and only complaint I would have is the jump in the electric bill from other places weve had but thats not the apartment companys fault. I would recommend this place to anyone. So happy and in love with where we live!
Update: It has been almost 60 days since I moved out and I am still waiting on my deposit. I gave my mailing address in writing before I moved out and did not receive my deposit back after 30 days of moving out. I spoke to Denise, the regional manager, and she said they never had my mailing address. LIE. Plus if they did not have it, why was I never contacted about it? Well I still do not have my deposit. I called the office and they said my check was mailed on the 15th and is coming from Michigan. Why would it ever take 2 weeks to mail something from Michigan to Ohio? This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT GIVE THESE CLOWNS YOUR BUSINESS!Im only giving this place 1 star because I cant give it a 0. This place is a dump. There is only 1 person in the leasing office and she is as clueless as they come. She has no idea what is going on and never answers the phone during business hours. Her name is Tekela Harris. Trash is constantly piling up at the compactor and the staff lets its residents leave their dog waste everywhere on the property without any repercussions. I would rather stay in a red roof inn than stay in this place. STAY AWAY!
These apartments are pretty nice and priced decently for the area. The only thing I would want is of the thin walls. You can hear any and everything from the apartments around you. The people at the front desk are amazingly helpful, especially when ordering packages around the Christmas seaon!
When we first moved here, and the complex was under Ardent management, things were great! As soon as Roco took over, everything went down hill. No one picked up trash anymore. Dog poop became land mines in the grass. Neighbors were smoking pot, and management said they would be evicted, but they never were. People had dogs off leashes. People played loud music at night and early morning. Cops were called several times for burglary and drugs. Again, management did nothing to improve the condition of the complex or to make the place safer.
Called to schedule an appointment to see the apartment. Instead of Lisa in the office taking my call she immediately sends me to voicemail and sends me a text of her telling me what’s available and did I want to see it ? Lisa does not know what I’m looking for to ask me that. She is unprofessional and I can tell if I did rent from her she would have caused even more problems. If the owner of this is reading this you have a great staff member in Lisa. (Sarcasm)
HORRIBLE . Management are thieves and Melinda who works in the office is very disrespectful and unprofessional. She needs her job revoked. Will be reporting her and the whole apartment complex. DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!!!!
I would give this place negative stars if I could, horrible place to live if you need to sleep at night I would not live here, they claim you dont pay rent when you did and have the receipts, they are very unprofessional, they do nothing about noise complaints and I practically have a police officer living with me as much as they are here because of the neighbor. If you call roco they do not return phone calls or emails. Very poor place to live. All they want is your money and nothing else they do not value you as a resident. And Im writing this at 5am in the morning as I cannot sleep cause of the music upstairs from the neighbor.
Caleb’s Creek is the worst looking and kept apartment complex in that area. With all the nice complexes being built and the older ones that are still nice, this place needs to step it back up. Mountains of trash, people actually tinkering with their vehicles in the garages like it’s an auto shop, cigarettes all over, an unsupervised pool with the brats using the first aid equipment as toys, and dirty exteriors. Set your standards higher and you may get tenants that do as well. Roco should be embarrassed by what they have allowed this place to wither into. Adjacent New Albany isn’t going to stand for it. It’s the rotten apple in the barrel.12/30/18: You get one star because it’s all that I could choose. Caleb’s Creek is a dump plain and simple. Garbage overflowing every other day. Dirty sidewalks and parking lots. 2 to 3 weeks to get lightbulbs for the corridors. Really? Go to Home Depot. Pot smokers galore. Sad part is the chick in the front office has blamed the smell and smoking on the “man and his wife on the third floor.” That’s bold since that man doesn’t have a wife nor does he smoke weed and I know this because he’s my boyfriend! Neither of us smoke weed. Unprofessional much? Avoid your job duties? Confront the situation and do your jobs. You’ve got spoiled brats trying to run apartment complexes just to collect cash. Use caution when running your mouths about tenants and not running the complex correctly. Tenants know a lot more about their rights then you know about how to successfully run a business.
A great move!! Nothing but thank yous and praise to Kaylin the property manager at Calebs Creek. Kaylin has been so welcoming and just a rockstar. This has been the easiest and most seamless move Ive ever had! Ive only been here a short time but Ive had a great experience and have enjoyed living here. Calebs Creek also has great leasing options for short term leases and pets are welcome; both of which I was looking for. Thank you!
Apt will be nice if they didnt have roaches its bad the pest control barely spraying these apartments its real bad in there hot water tank room there everywhere,they need orkin man not a company that dont have no experience in that field,please check cabinets before moving in and please do a walk threw before you move in.

2022-03-18I wish my boyfriend and I moved in sooner!! Carrie, the complex manager, made the move-in process so EASY (we moved here in early September). She is the sweetest and most caring person you will ever meet! I swear she has a heart of gold. Todd is in charge of maintenance. He makes sure all your requests are completed in a timely manner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I know we can count on him with any task!The carpeting is new, the countertops are gorgeous, and I really love the tall ceilings. The apartments themselves feel welcoming, they feel like home:).

2022-07-14I havent moved in yet but Im really excited to be apart of the community. I met management then maintenance and boy I tell ya I couldnt be more impressed. All of my question about the move in experience were answered but it was the warm feeling they gave off that have me so anxious to get there. After talking to a couple of neighbors it only sealed the deal for me. Nice affordable housing along with great staff, I couldnt be more excited.!

2022-05-24Was a 1 star because of issues with the previous staff failing to answer calls or fix issues with my apartment. Things are going better with new staff and my issues have been fixed and its no longer impossible to get ahold of somebody now. I appreciate the change and hope it continues.
