Panera Bread in other cities:
I tried their new cheddar broccoli mac and cheese. I ordered the large should have ordered the small because my bowl was only half full! Also It wasnt as good as I hoped. Its not their usual mac and cheese, has a different cheese sauce. Very disappointed $10 for half a bowl of mac is very frustrating
Mistakes on order in every possible way. Manager was very professional and trying his best to herd his team into functioning. I venture to guess that he is not properly supported by corporate to train people properly. Food was fine once the recorders came through. If you are ordering a latte make sure you say hot latte. I just ordered a latte and got an iced latte. You.must tell them exactly what you want. I dont go to Panera, so I didnt realise whipped cream automatically came on everything instead of being asked if one wants it. I asked if the sandwich automatically came on a specific bread and was told yes (I was ordering for someone else). At the other end of the line I was surprised by the bread used because I knew the person wouldnt like it. I was then told one can choose the bread, which is what I would assume would be the xase at a bakery. Again, a few of the staff were functional and the manager was great, but just use queue cards when you order. My sister, a more frequent customer, ordered before me and asked if they didnt want a name.for the order and the cashier emphatically said no. I was next in line and after I ordered she asked for my name. Would have been funny with a few cocktails in me.
Awful experience with our food. Our BLTs had one piece of bacon each, asked for no mayo and received mayo and chicken noodle soup was literally all broth. This is all completely unacceptable. Ive reached out to corporate and never heard back which is very disappointing as well.
Panera, in general, is overpriced, but I keep forgetting this and try it again from time to time. My daughter and I went in for lunch and I spend $25 for 2 people...Steak with White Cheddar Panini for me and a grilled cheese for my daughter. The worst part is the Steak on the sandwich was a silver dollar sized medallion of meat. I checked to make sure it wasnt a mistake and was assured that is the portion. Never go there again (until I forget again).
I worked for panera and I assure you, it was not THAT hard. Door-dashed a pick two veggie sandwich/onion soup and whole steak sandwich at 7:40 pm on a Friday. First, the website’s only option for a side was “no side”. Now, to the restaurant’s issue- the soup was not sent with cheese, and was room temperature (sandwich was hot so it was not a delivery issue). The steak sandwich had no horsey-Mayo on it. The Mediterranean veggie had no hummus on it. The kitchen sink cookie the was ordered was not included with our order. Surely, if they were “out” of so many things, they’d just cancel the order or have the dasher call and let us know, but they did not. Wasted $31.00 on nothing better than bad hospital food. This location sucks every time. Clearly their employees seriously don’t care, and I’d hope they wouldn’t try to blame it on staffing. I say this because I’ve worked for panera before (for 2 years!) and every ingredient needed in making anything is listed on the screen for the staff to follow. Inadequate staff to say the least. This is the last time I’ll be dissatisfied and disappointed in this location. ANOTHER customer lost, with the many others they’ve lost recently.
Never going back to this location. The staff were kinda rude. Ordered a latte and came back to check if it’s there yet 10 minutes later and it wasn’t, told a lady(I think she was a manager) that I ordered a latte..she looked at her screen and silently started to make it without saying ANYTHING. Like just leave me alone 🤦♀️The cashier wasn’t nice at all, asked if I need a receipt and when I said yes she looked so unhappy with that dono why🤔she almost threw it at me. The pepperoni flatbread was nasty, Idk what kind of sauce they put but it’s smells and tastes nasty 🤢 I’ve been Panera loyal customer for years and this is my first bad experience there, actually first time at this location also. Also it was only 2 pm and no good choices of baked sweets. There were only pumpkin muffins and berry danishes I think
I know nothing about Panera or how to order. The people were annoyed that we didn’t know the secret hand shake. I work in customer service too so I know it sucks but there was no attempt to fake niceness. We got a Turkey sandwich, soup, a grilled cheese, one soda and one cookie and it was $30. Way overpriced.
Terrible management service! July 25 1:10pm. Ordered a full size salad and full size sandwich for pick up, but only got 1 side item. I asked them for a baguette after double checking my bag, the employee asked the manager and manager said I had to PAY FOR IT. I said no problem just throw it in, then she said get back in line. 10 people in line!! Extremely disappointed in their customer service.
I try not to go to this one because the staff are extraordinary rude! They shut down almost everything to order online when they feel like they have too many customers. They will not take phone orders and hang up on you. Their portions are half the size that they should be, are very often out of items especially bred!!! How are you out of bread at 8:30am especially when you bake your own bread!!! The worst Panera!
Very disappointed in this Panera location. Ordered food for a staff lunch, two items were missing. When I tried to call to have it fixed - no one answered - twice. I quickly DoorDashed the items so the employee would have something to eat. I then called and spoke to the manager to give them an opportunity to fix the problem. She refused, argued with me and said that it was my problem that I called and replaced the items. Will NOT be visiting this Panera again. Just a little bit of good Customer Service goes a LONG way.
This location is GROSS. Trash cans over flowing, no clean tables, dirty floors - all while 3 employees stand around and chat and play on their phones. Mind you this is in between lunch and dinner on a Sunday, place wasn’t busy at all. Completely blown away by the dirtiness at this location.
The service was amazing. The food was delicious but unfortunately we did not get the correct soup for one order or the correct sandwich for the other. We just traded and made it work since we had already gotten home. Minus one star for that but will update if we visit again.
This is the worst Panera store in the area. Unfortunately it’s the one nearest me. The food is good but you can count on everything else being consistently frustrating. Out of products, check. One cashier waiting on a line of 10 customers, check. Employees standing around, check. Manager hiding in the back, check. Building under repair for months, check. This store desperately needs new leadership.
What a joke. I came in to the restaurant an hour before they close. Panera bakery had zero bread available. Bread bowl, baguette, or any type of bread were available. They didn’t even have chips. I will never come back to this location again. Why am I spending $30 for two people to eat a dinner at a place that doesn’t even have what they advertise! I am so sick of the Covid excuses I could lose my mind!
My wife and I stopped in yesterday for a quick breakfast. I ordered your maple bacon, egg, and cheese wrap and was extremely disappointed. The tortilla was tough and chewy. Buried in the thick folds were two LITTLE strips of plain bacon (drizzled with maple syrup) and some egg which comprised a thin layer in the predominant and durable tortilla wrapper. This was a poor value for the $4.69 price. (Your competitors breakfast sandwiches and wraps are better and cheaper.) My wife was charged $1.29 for a little cup of plain cream cheese for the $1.39 cinnamon crunch bagel. (Thats 93% of the price of the bagel.) Seriously? Cream cheese should be considered a condiment with your premium-priced bagel. We clearly ordered our food to eat in, but it was put in a to-go bag and accidentally picked up by another waiting customer who unfortunately checked the contents of the bag for the correct order. I wish he had taken ours and experienced more disappointment! Needless to say, weve had our last breakfast at Panera.
Went to order food and never ordered food from Panera before. The employee named “Nikki” was very rude when I was asking to order a strawberry smoothie. I asked not to put the Greek yogurt in the strawberry smoothie and she said” Well how else do you expect us to make it?” In a rude way. But other than that my experience was horrible and will not be coming back in this Panera bread ever again and will be telling family what my experience was here. She should be fired for being rude to a customer.
Thanks to my boss I had my first taste of Panera Bread a couple days ago. I was so impressed. The food was outstanding. I normally am not a big fan of any kind of lunchmeat type sandwich, but they outdid themselves. I also had the BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese and I tell you what that was some of the best Ive ever had!I didnt remove a star for it but I thought it was a little pricey for for the quality that I got, it was worth it in the end. Nice job!
Nice large, well lit, relaxed area with great seating options that include nice open spaces for those who use a wheelchair or have small kids in strollers. Good range of menu choices. Very clean. Awesomely friendly staff. Portable buzzer (no wait staff) for use at tables for when your meal is ready for pick up so you dont have to wait in line. Immediate parking spots may be limited at busy times but not far to walk from the larger parking area across the way.
I’ve had good experiences at this Panera before, but there really should be better communication between the Rapid Pickup Panera App and the actual store. I ordered two bagels on the app and when I got there I was informed (over 12 minutes after placing the order) that they were out of almost all bagels and it was only a little past 10 am. The manager was very helpful about refunding me I just wish the app could’ve shown they were sold out so I didnt have to waste time before work.
Overall I was very happy with my visit. I had a coupon for the pick 2 menu and a birthday reward I was able to use both. Being a hot summer day I had hoped for a lighter soup like a vegetable or another broth based soup, however all the soups were cream based with exception of onion. I ordered broccoli cheddar since nether cashier could tell me anything about the corn chowder, with the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. The soup was hot, very thick and tasted slightly scorched. The salad was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. The restaurant and ladies room was neat and clean.
Ive been coming to this Panera for years. Almost every single visit has been an awful experience. I get a wild hair from time to time and hope there management has gotten things together but Im always disappointed. Ive had sandwiches made with old bread, hair in my food, they walk by like they are busy with a huge line of customers. I tried to give this place once again another chance. I go to get a bagel and they arr and have been out of cream cheese? What!?!? Youre a freaking bagel place, how the heck does that happen!? POOR MANAGEMENT. Awful awful awful.
Always great food!! Disappointed in the change of lunch policy. With a drink you used to be able to get any baked good/pastry for $ .99. Now you can only get a cookie for $ .99. I never want a cookie. Its probably a good thing. I should be drinking more water, and I will save some money not buying a drink I shouldnt be drinking anyway.
Disgusting! Ordered a sausage egg and cheese on everything bagel. Everything bagel tasted like a plain bagel. NO FLAVOR. Sausage must have been turkey sausage or tofu because it was the worst sausage Ive ever had. Took two bites and threw it away. Thanks Panera! Never again. And dont ask me to for a tip. Tips are for servers which you dont have!
Came in for breakfast this morning and the store appears to have not been cleaned in weeks . Almost every seat in the dining room has crumbs , food , paper on the floor and in the seats . First thing in the morning . Signs greet you at the door about using masks , hand sanitizer and cleanliness yet the store appears to have not been cleaned in weeks. Can only imagine the last time the tables were wiped down . Won’t be back .
Fantastic service!! Fast and friendly, and the bagels were tasty as always. I spoke quietly so they thought I had asked for reduced fat cream cheese, but they were quick to remedy this when I asked about it (I had a sore throat, so I cant say I blame them for mishearing what I said).
I came here this morning with my grandma, my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer and is in surgery right now. We were both hungry and decided on Panera Bread, Im glad we did. The staff was very nice to us. The manger even gave us cookies. Honestly, a nice staff can do wonders for someone like me, who might have a rough day ahead.Thank you for just being nice to us. The food was great too.
Took 90 minutes to arrive. My sandwich was cold, which was really upsetting because it tastes awful cold. My husband had a cold sandwich (was supposed to be cold), and the bread was old. He could hardly chew his sandwich. For $30 we could have gone out for a nice hot dinner or gotten pizza. Disappointed because I ordered from Panera 2+ times a week.
I ordered a salad that had a few modifications (due to dietary reasons). The girl who entered my order made an error on one of the modifications, but I just let it go. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for my salad (the store was pretty dead and no orders in front of mine), I received my salad with no apology for the long wait. I quickly realized that an item I requested to be removed was on the salad and two items I requested to be added were missing. The salad was mediocre at best. I am so disappointed that for $11, this was anything but what I asked for. Panera has always had great food and service, but this location is seriously lacking in the typical Panera quality!
Ordered express pick up: Half thai chicken salad. Portion was small; more like a pick 2, chicken was rubbery. It was not close to half the size of a whole salad and was more than half the price!Within the last 5 months, I ordered pick up and bread bowl was missing on 2 different occasions. My order was for 2 to 3 people, so not all that complicated. My family enjoys Panera, but have been so irritated with this location, I will do my best to avoid.
I come to this Panera about once a week, and the staff is horribly rude. The food is also a hit or miss. One day you can have something fresh and wonderful, the next you order the same thing and its cold and soggy. A few weeks ago I placed a catering order for 2 dozen of their iced sugar cookies. Yesterday I went in to pick them up. First off, they had ONE register open on a Saturday afternoon, so the line was horribly long. Then, once I got up to the counter, I told the young woman I was picking up a catering order and it took them a solid 15 minutes to locate my cookies. What shocked me the most about this was how ungodly expensive the cookies were for how awful they tasted. Normally this Panera has awesome baked goods, and I have had the cookies that I ordered in the past and theyre awesome, but these were bland, stale, floury, and hard. $62 for cookies that were inedible. I could have gone to Servatiis and gotten 24 of the same cookies (that wouldve tasted better) for half the price! Im so unhappy with this Panera, and my family is as well. Thanks so much for an awful experience, Ill be taking my business to the Deerfield location from now on.
The food is good here, but the service is inconsistent. I ordered soup with extra cheese (+$1.20 for extra cheese) and when I checked my meal before leaving, it wasnt there. I politely asked the woman who prepared it if there was any way I could get some (since I did pay extra for it) to which she said that it must be in the bottom, I had checked, it wasnt. She pretty much refused to add it and admit it was missed. The woman who took my order ended up helping me and getting me the cheese, but the interaction with the other woman ruined my experience. If I pay for something, I expect to receive it without backlash from the staff who missed it in the first place.
Excellent new flavor with the Caprese salad and sandwich. Very efficient and so very helpful. One employee came from around back to assist me with my plate and cold brew coffee, he went above and beyond service. Not many do that anymore, very much appreciated. Blessed be to him.Food was great outside on the pastio table on such a glorious Summer day.
Panera offers great food, but the staff at this location is hit or miss. If Im going to pay nine dollars for a sandwich, I want it made correctly. A couple times at this place Ive picked up my order only to discover when I got it home that my sandwich barely had anything on it. Very disappointing, since its one of the few places you can grab a bite to eat that offers decent quality food.
I always get so excited at the thought of going to Panera, and love looking at the menu (Steak and Arugula sounds so great). I get a shock when 2 peoples sandwiches, chips/apple, and drink (fountain) end up $30. Then when I eat the food I am always (every time) disappointed... the food is pretty the same as I make at home or could get in the grocery (ie: it is a cheap roast beef sandwich).I fall for it EVERY time!
Ordered coffee to go, and went to fill our cups. The coffee had not been made for 4 hours, the pots were completely empty, so the girl at the counter got us some from the drive through. Then we discovered the half and half pitcher was empty. After that go refilled, we discovered the coffee was cold. Thankfully there was a microwave under the counter so we could heat our 4 hour old fresh coffee up. Never, never consider stopping here for any reason. There are many other options in the area for food and or coffee. Unless you like microwaved coffee.
I have to say i have been coming to this Panana several times a week for many years. Up until very recently I thought that this one was the best of any of the several other Panaras in the northern part of Cincinnati. However in the last several month I have noticed several changes, none of which are for the good.. The service is much slower especially at lunch time. Twice I have had to wait over 30 minutes for a bowl of soup. The staff seem to be spending all their time filling to go orders which are placed on a shelf waiting to be picked up. I realize they want to expand their business, but they need to take on more staff if they dont want to lose their core visitors. Today while waiting less patiently than I used to, another customer, a total stranger, said to me that she had decided not to come today to Panara because of a previous long wait but just realized that habit had still bought her there today, and again she was waiting. I laughed, because that was exactly the same thought which was going through my head as I was waiting for my soup. Long time habits are difficult to change , but the fact that two strangers thought the same thing and voiced it, albeit in a joking way, should be a concern for Panara. It is also true that the staff which were among the most customer friendly of any restaurant are not now as much, as has been mentioned in several other reviews. However I suspect this is only because they seem to be continually having to rush to get orders finished as fast as they can , albeit with a line of somewhat impatient customers in front of them. Finally they are making more mistakes. They always correct them when pointed out, but today I ordered potato soup from the menu board on the wall. After waiting over 20 minutes, I was told that there was no potato soup but I could have the chicken and rice soup. I had no option, but I did notice when I finally left the restaurant , the potato soup was still part of the menu on the wall. I wonder how many other customers were upset too if they had the same experience as me.I make these points only because I hope someone at Panara reads these reviews. For so many years this restaurant has been my families favorite place to meet. Its not now , and I cannot believe it, but it is true that more and more, especially when I know I havent got a lot of spare time to wait, I am getting my salads and chili at Wendys down the road. And they have their chili 365 days a year. And its way cheaper.Tylersville Panera , please spend some time reviewing what you need to revert to your old self! Please!
I worked with Panera Breads VOA Center for one week to pickup breakfast for our company at 6 A.M. I worked with Angela and she was fantastic during the whole process. She was knowledgeable of what we needed, understanding and wonderful to work with the whole week. They forgot our cream cheese one day and ended up delivering it to us along with extra scones and pastries to make up for it. Overall I had a wonderful experience with them and with Angela, she was great!
I usually love this panera. But just today, I ordered a large bowl of Mac, and when I got home, I realized they gave me a small. I should have checked it before hand, but it was super disappointing! This isn’t the first time they messed up on my order too. So great food, but not the best service 😭
Good meeting space. Would appreciate more vegan options, especially in the morning. Did not see any vegan baked goods (or maybe they werent labeled)? Could have a bagel, but nothing to put on it. Could add an avacado spread. If any options where available could not see on menu and cashier was so overwhelmed this morning just gave up on waiting.
Just went with my family today, and our food was pretty subpar compared to other Paneras we have been to. My husbands food was cold, my daughter got chicken noodle soup, and it was mostly broth with a few carrots and chunks of chicken, and my sandwich was slopped together with what looked like scrap ingredients. We love Panera, but were not too happy with our trip
The counter help here is really amazing. They helped me out when there was no cinnamon on the coffee bar because somebody had stolen the Shaker container and they brought me out some cinnamon and while I was talking to someone they brought me my sandwich when my pager was going off. Very clean, very polite. I think this place must be Under New Management because it has improved amazingly!
This Panera was good....previously. Something has changed. Ive called to place an order to have the call go unanswered. The food that has been ordered was old, soggy and lacked its typical freshness. Whats with the pickle included with the sandwich?? Either do it or dont! Its not consistent whatsoever.Panera has good food however, this location lacks in delivery of this.
I go to the Panera on Tylersville near Cincinnati. I never get here until around 3 in the afternoon. When I arrive they’re usually out of most bagels. It’s ridiculous that they’re already out of products this early in the day. I can’t believe that management fails to order enough product. I understand not over ordering, but 3:00 pm is a little early to run out of one of your main bakery items.
Service is spotty but generally good. The food, however, is nothing like it used to be. The portions keep getting smaller while the prices keep going up. I just paid $9 for less than a cup of mac and cheese (that I watched them microwave in a pouch) and a cup and a half of plain ceasar salad. (Since I took it to-go, I decided to measure my portions when I got home.) Oh, and there was also 4 inches of baggett bread. I dont care if its supposedly clean food, I just want value for decent food. I miss the old ceasar salads there: a decent portion of all romaine, shaved, not grated, parmesan cheese, fresh croutons, and more than a thimble of dressing. Thats when I really loved Panera. Now Im thinking Ill just need to stick to going there only for bagels.
I feel like this is just overpriced sandwiches with often weird combinations. The pastas and soups are good but often the bagels have been stale lately and its just so expensive for what it is. Some our nicer than others but many arent clean any more either. I much prefer the local coffee shops these days.
On a busy Wednesday night, the line is backed up and the wait is over 30 minutes for food after ordering. My wife had to take the car and go home to feed our baby. Even after the wait and a lyft ride home, I noticed they forgot to put both our sides in the bag. Since they were out of baguettes, we chose chips. I should have checked while I was waiting to leave. At least I got a refund for the food I did order.
Loved the place, I usually go to the new one at beckett ridge sometimes coming from work i go to the one at VOA . I worked in a fast food place similar to this when I lived in Colorado.I understand the customers complaints, but you customers need to realize NO ONE on this earth is perfect.. Want coffee? Make it at home.I saw that they were TRYING, and on such little staff . I have had things misplaced and incorrect items , but you dont see me having a hissy fit! and acting all privileged and giving attitude!! How about you work there! No? didnt think so.Now, workers. I understand that you go through a lot and have to deal with people and their attitudes or messy children. But it isnt hard to pay close attention to the screen and read what folks have and dont have. Other than that, Keep up the good work!
I ordered the pick 2, onion soup (which was like warm at best) and caesar salad which was delish. This was the first time my husband was at panera. He ordered an onion soup and was not happy that it was Luke warm and he ordered a roast turkey with apple sandwich. . He commented that he didnt taste the turkey, when he opened the sandwich to look at it he realized there wasnt any turkey at all, which explained why he didnt taste any. .I suggested he take them back, but he doesnt like to complain. . He just will never go back. . He also commented there werent even paper in the mens room. .
I like pandas breads sourdough bread bowl. I normally get the broccoli cheddar soup. The reason for this review is I am so so glad you guys have come up in the business point of view. You now have SWEET TEA. As long as you keep the sweet tea, Illbe there a lot.Thank you
Came in on Saturday afternoon 3:00 , there was a young man with for awhile he kept looking at his watch, he was on a break from somewhere. I waited 5 minutes with him .. Workers just walked past us. One gentleman came from there restrooms looked at us looked around just stood there... This is the worst service I have had from your store .. Always a looking forward to a visit ..I will not be coming back for awhile...I know other places will welcome my business... Are you just to big a business to care anymore...
Every time I order online for rapid pick up its not in the stupid box that they claim to put it in its sitting at the service station behind the register. I sat around 5 minutes just in case still not there so I went in and my coffee still wasnt made and the cookie wasnt in the bag yet! Bad service but good food
Ordered a roast panini and a half-roast-turkey-sandwich/half-squash-soup combo, came to ~$25...- the $10 panini was on a baguette, was about 4 inches long, and had 4 little sear marks- the roast turkey sandwich had about two little pieces of turkey, mostly lettuce.- the soup was literally room temperatureReally disappointed....for $25, I could have gotten two huge subs from DiBellas, or a big pizza from Marcos....NEVER going there again. When individual locations start getting cheap, and the local customers are fine with paying that much for such obviously decreased portions, I wish they would just tell you that...the Panera in Western Hills doesnt serve such small portions, so its not a corporate issue.
Ordered express pickup, got home and did not have 2 of my 5 items. Called and they said we dont carry that anymore I asked if I could credit that back to my account and they said if you trust me with your card ... very interesting experience, but not going to that location again.

2022-04-08Just paid over $18 for a meal I used to regularly pay about $13 for less than a month ago. Most of the serve yourself items were out like napkins and sweeteners. They gave me the wrong dressing. When I said something they said they thought so, but wasnt sure. They remade the salad with iceburg instead of romaine and said that would have to be fine, no offer to make something else or refund. This was the GM.None of this is worth $18.70.They are belatedly getting in on the chicken sandwich craze, but the sandwich is $10. I didnt try it.

2022-02-12The VOA location is not one of Paneras better locations. This is the Greek salad with extra feta and extra olives. Extra? Greek salad dressing containers before opening are less than half full.

2021-11-23The store was clean, and maybe ingredients have changed, but my fuji apple salad was a hit mess. It used to have real apples, not crumbled apple chips. They also did not offer me a free treat for my birthday month, a nicer former perk of the My Panerai card. My daughter said that her cheese Flatbread was ok, and the crust very tasty. It looked very good.

2022-01-25Wish I would have gotten my sandwich melted. Just personal preference but the food was good and the place was really clean. PICK 2 Soup and Sandwich

2021-08-04Unfortunately today’s experience was not up to par. Employees were friendly, but when I got home, I could not enjoy my cinnamon bagel. I smelled a distinct odor of onion or garlic. I am allergic to both. I did notice there were two baskets of cinnamon sugar bagels. I think the overflow was put with the everything bagels? There were sesame seeds and a powder on the bottom of my bagel. So, I had to throw mine away. When I called the restaurant, I got no response, hence this bad review. This occurred at VOA in west Chester Ohio. Please check your product and placement.

2022-04-20I have never had a bad experience at any Panera location until today! I order the same every time. Turkey Bravo with extra special sauce. My sandwich was so covered you couIdnt even see the meat! The bread was soggy and not edible. So ridiculous! The manager Melissa was very rude and seemed annoyed at everything! I will not be back at that location.

2022-02-01Great atmosphere with staff that seem to like their job. My lunch was great and will return next week.

2022-06-11I DoorDashed my order. Half Turkey avacado sandwich and French onion soup. The sandwich was a sloppy mess of mayo and zero avacado. The soup had no croutons. $26 for this mess. Never again Panera.

2022-05-15Cashier at 4pm on the 15th didnt look up or greet me in the 10 minutes I stood there waiting to place an order for a drink. Seriously. Would have taken 15 seconds to punch in the order and hand me the cup but couldnt be bothered. Had messed up several orders ahead of me so the wait was long too. I eventually walked out without being acknowledged at all.

2021-04-18Its a nice corner store, pre covid it was spacious but now every other table is closed down. The outside sitting area is very small that makes it a luck of the draw if you can sit there. Otherwise like all chain food they are not any better or worse than any other Panera that is out there.
