I just bought a car for the first time here and I am extremely pleased with how straight forward the staff was regarding financing and the condition of my nee vehicle. Bob was a huge help. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone whos looking for a good, affordable car but has bad credit.
I gave the owner Tommy $500 dollars for a beater with a heater. I told them the next time I get paid I would give him the other $500 but in between the time I found a car I can buy out right he refused to give me my money and told me I would have to buy the beater from him. I would recommend that you have any car you purchase from him looked at by your mechanic, they will tell you anything to make a sell I’ve called the BBB about this but since I needed a car I gave him the other half because I needed to go to work. After a week of having the car the car slowly started to fall apart, I would recommend not to go here not legit at all they don’t fix there cars the rig them up long enough to where you will have to get it fixed yourself.
We bought a 2001 Honda accord 6 years ago and the sales people were great I would love to come into Cleveland again and get the same sales person, he treated us with respect, and by the way the Honda is still going strong, going now on six yrs after sale

I DONT RECOMMENCED THEM. I only had my car for 3 weeks.I only really got a car from here because of chuck. I thought they would be nice people but turns out only 2 people that are nice are Chuck and Stephaine. My alternator was going bad and they knew that before they sold me the car. Took my car up there to get fixed and they got mad because I said I don’t want to pay for anything until the car is done getting fixed. Tommy the owner said oh you don’t have a choice that’s the policy. And I asked him why is he getting smart. So the mechanic had my key to the car and didn’t tell me that my car wasn’t starting now so when I went outside to take my car to my mechanic it didn’t start then I tell him that and he said oh I can’t help you. Then I tried to go talk to Tommy and he never came out to talk to me so I gave the car back. Then Stephaine called and said that we will fix it and then you just come and pay the car note and the deductible to get it fixed. Called up there all morning and no one gave my message to tommy or to Stephaine. So I’m talking to Tommy and he is still getting smart and talking over me so you know what they can have that car. I recommend that NO ONE and I mean NO ONE GET A CAR FROM THEM. Their attitudes are ignorant. When it breaks down they will not help you. And to top it off I only had the car for 3 weeks.
Today I bought a Chrysler Town and Country Van. It was nice to know I had a good dealer in my local neighborhood. This saves me time and money. Scotty was awesome and honest. I loved the showroom snacks while I waited. You dont get this treatment everywhere. So you know they good people!!!-----2/5/13

Started to finance a car and agreed to bring pay Stubs in the next day and came in next day to grab the car and one man came in and turned it down and made obvious lies so we couldn’t buy it. First they wanted 3000 down payment then said they need 5000 on a 7000$ car . Bad business
Do not recommend this car lot for the simple fact that I BELIEVE I got tooken advantage of . Long story short I was in need of a co-signer , I brought my grandmother with me to help. I was charged way over Kelly blue book price for a 2012 Honda Civic Ex. Kelly blue book value was estimated 7,000-8,000 range for the vehicle I choose in its present condition. After filling out all the paperwork and fine tuning everything I was not really given the opportunity to discuss the price of the car. This may be my fault but what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong . In my opinion I should have not been charged 12,500$ for a 2012 Honda Civic with 134,000 miles. End of story!!!plus I purchased a warranty . These people seen a young man and his grandmother and thought it would be ok to pocket some extra money on that day. It’s flat out wrong and I know it happens more than it should . From a honest buyer I recommend anyone thouroughly go over the price of your purchase before signing anything . ALSO IF I MUST SAY A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO COMING UP TO THE CAR LOT IN PERSON THE ONLINE PRICE FOR THIS SPECIFIC CAR WAS LISTED AT 8,000$ AND WAS LATER CHAGED BY EMPLOYEES OF THE CAR LOT !!! What was funny as well is the manager/salesman named shawn quit very shortly after selling me my car. I tried to inquire and see if their is anything he can do to help me with the price of this car . I was avoided and finally told myself I will let it go, after finding out shawn quit afterwards. ( life lesson be more careful when signing documents)

Do not go to byright Auto Sales on Lorain Avenue. They dont care about you or the vehicle they sell to you. I had purchased a 2004 GMC Envoy on November 14,2018.The truck had Abs light on and brake light on already the truck was running pretty good until now a month and half later the check engine light came on it was blinking off and on then the truck cut off on me now the truck is sitting cant Drive it at all. I called Byright Auto Sales today and they told me basically everything on me to get the truck fix and towed to a Mechanic to look at it no help from them.Please Dont Go to Byright Auto Sales they are shady,rude,no remorse at all.

Worst experience to long to talk about but never buy a car from there especially (Gary) finance man very rude printed out all my documents for the car the long yellow slip and I asked him to point out what was the grace period for the bank I was about to deal with he told me to look thru those papers myself he was not pointing out anything and they wanted to install a GPS on my car and I told them no didnt want it he told me well I could get out of his store and I told him I wasnt leaving until I got my down payment back he said I wasnt getting it back because I signed all these papers bs but I never took the car from his location ???? Doesnt sound right anyways got my money back never never shop there!

Where to start ! Before my info was tooken i made it clear to the saleman my situation, i told him i have a repo and bad credit. The saleman goes an says and i quote we dont take credit here, that credit stuff stop long time for us. We take any type of credit. All we care about is employment how long you been on your job So in the middle of getting my info i was asked for my social, that was a red flag because if this place is based off of job and etc why are you asking me for my social. I understand you wanna know who i am BUT thats why i have a driver license to show you. Strike one ! Once the finance guy ran the info he brings up the repo, repo involves credit so once again if you guys claim you dont take credit why are you asking me about repo strike 2 ! Out of 20 to 35 cars on that lot this foolery only gets me approved for a stick shift, 04 grand prix, 06 nissan altima thats it, mind you, they have a signs on the car what they want down on the cars but in person they say other wise. My old car is a 04 dodge neon very good condition, i owned it, why would i pay 300$ a month for the same year and same mileage. Now there the finance guy says where looking at prices your only approved for between 7,000 and down so the 2006 nissan altima was 6,990 but the 08 dodge avenger was the same price 6,990 i asked how come i didnt get approved for that, first thing he says is its all on kelley book. BS! strike 3 . I walked out, i recommend NOBODY goes in there false advertisement. They only want your money, they lie, also rude !
They sold me a bad car after two days the engine light came on, after three days the brakes went out, after two weeks the car started over heating and would not accelerate over 40 miles a hour..they won’t give me my money back or put my money toward another car that’s not messed up...my transmission going out and my engine as well they keep lying saying the mechanic not available or is sick everytime I bring my car in don’t trust then they are fraudulent

2022-01-28Scam of a place. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. My friend bought a car here, and I accompanied. Wish I would’ve listened to my instinct and re-directed him. Make sure you drive your car on the highway with no radio on. Make sure you try all gears and drive more than a couple miles, freeway and local road. And PLEASE bring your OWN mechanic before you buy from them. Lesson learned, but they will make sure all engine lights have been (temporarily) cleared before you buy. After they get your money and the lights come back on, they ghost you and don’t care. Wouldn’t bring my worst enemy over here. I wouldn’t even buy a napkin from here. Buyer beware. Avoid at ALL costs. Don’t say nobody warned you.Edit: since this company has scammed so many people so many times I guess they have got amnesia. Buyer, please peruse other 1 star google reviews for congruence. My friend bought a car here and we asked them so many times to fix the engine lights and fix brakes (which they promised to do) but after multiple attempts he wrote it off as a loss. Despicable company and like I said DO NOT BUY HERE. Period.

2020-03-14I went to ten other car lots all were basically rushing me into buying lemons. Byright is by far the Absolute best place I’ve ever came across I love my new 2014 Kia Forte! Great car great price if you want a car come here! Tommy is the absolute best ( both Tommy’s)!! Couldn’t have got a better car for a better deal anywhere else they do not rush you , make sure u love your new car and had no problems working with my budget!
