2022-01-20This shop stays busy, which is great for them. But I dropped off my car at 7:30 this morning for an oilChange, lightbulb replacement, and a tire rotation. 12 hour later I’ve still heard nothing about when my car will be ready. I used to go to MAG religiously because they have such great service. But when I Moved, I moved my business here which is closer to my house. The work has been fine which is great but the time it takes to even get an appointment is… crazy. And an oil change shouldn’t take 12 hours. I needed my car tonight. Not the best experience.
