Not bad. Its a dealership so what can you expect. If you get a car, be ready to play hardball for prices. Some of these guys wont budge. As far as the service department, they do a decent job. It does take FOREVER to get an oil change or a tire rotation (like 1hr at least), but their pricing is similar to places like Jiffy Lube, and they probably do an more in depth job. Their prices for repairs or brakes are as you can expect- through the roof, so go to an independent mechanic for any work other than an oil change(I was recently quoted $440/axle... $880/car... on a Subaru. I could buy better pads, rotors, all the tools and do it myself for less than $4-500).
Would rate 0 if I could. Had the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealership. We came in to buy a new WRX and we were treated to unprofessional and rude behavior. He made us feel like it was an annoyance to even talk with us. My wife wanted to buy me a car for my birthday and they wouldnt even let us test drive it. Its a WRX, not a Lamborghini...after talking some numbers with him he finally said we could drive it, but it was too late at that point. The person we spoke with was constantly talking down to us and it felt like they didnt even want us there. We took our business to Hatfield Subaru and they were amazing to us. Stay clear of this dealership at all cost. Unbelievable.
Was not impressed with their service. Came in to ask about a trade in estimate. The whole time the guy acted like I was a waste of his time, and kept undervaluing the worth of my car to me. I didnt expect Id be doing business with them when I went in, but now I know I will definitely not be doing business with them in the future.
There’s no ZERO Stars to choose unfortunately. Read to the end. Horrible experience.Initial Review: You’d like to me to tell you how you can improve? Start by standing behind the Audi certification you gave my vehicle which was performed 3 months before I bought it and passed off as up to date, accurate, and to Audi America standards of quality.Bought a certified 2015 Audi Q7 tdi with 9k miles from Byers Feb. 28th 2019. Byers certified the tires as damage free with 9mm tread front; 8mm rear. Drove the vehicle home to NY state. Tire pressure gauge was going off continually. Initially attributed to March temps. Fill with air, repeat two days later after sitting in garage. (Had spine surgery immediately after returning home from OH and the vehicle was garaged and not driven for four weeks.) Took vehicle to Audi dealership in Albany NY to get NYS inspected April 12th. All four tires dry rotted. Wouldn’t pass safety standards for inspection. The Rear tires certified by Michael Lamar at Byers on 11/28/18 state 8 mm tread. Vehicle had 1,000 more miles on it between certification and my taking delivery on 3/1/19. Albany NY Audi dealership measured less than 3 mm tread (below yellow bars) on rear tires. Byers service manager, Caleb Redfern, claims the tires magically and mysteriously dry rotted between OH and NY!!! Really??? Come on. Less than 2k miles put on the vehicle.Even bought the tire and wheel package for $1,795 but am told dry rot isn’t covered. Byers won’t stand behind their falsified certification. Working with Audi America to help resolve. Steer clear of this place. They are only out to sell cars or keep up with quotas. My salesman was Larry Hobbs. The dealership had me back date the delivery date so they’d avoid another month on their finance books or to make quota on the February sales. Calling the OH attorney general and better business bureau next and will share my experience on every known online review sites to save anyone else having to go through this.Update July 8th: After three months of persistent pressure from Audi America complaint, Audi Albany NY service department, and myself, Byers agreed to replace the rotten tires on my vehicle on May 28th. Audi Albany was told by Byers General Service Manager Eric Friend, the check would be send for the tires and alignment the week of May 29th. I paid upfront for them awaiting a credit. It’s now July and the check must still be in the mail.My opinion based on this personal experience, Byers Imports is a fraudulent operation with unethical employees at every level.

2022-08-18First of all, Subaru cars are the best but its service after the sale that counts the most. Ive always been leery of mechanics but not here. I know they will service my car right at a fair price. Great job guys!

2022-04-07Great place to purchase new or used vehicles. They go over the used cars with a 131 point inspection before putting them on the lot for sale. Jeff Rettinger in the used car office was extremely easy to work with as was everyone else there. If your in the market for a used car I would recommend stopping by and checking out their large inventory.

2017-12-03While moving into Columbus from Phoenix we worked out a great deal with Byers Auto Group on the phone. We got most of the paperwork done before landing in Columbus and it took us less than 45 minutes to complete the purchase once we reached the dealership. Throughout this journey Bob Miller from the dealership was extremely helpful he showed us the car over the video in addition to providing some great inputs on the car. He not only got us a great deal but also made us feel very comfortable about the entire transaction.

2021-11-10We went to get new key fob batteries and a screw for the visor at their parts department. Courtious, friendly staff; even the cashier was able to tell us about the Mazda models that have been discontinued.
