The lady was very pleasant they was very nice very helpful
Very nice employees! There is a disconnect with handling the online checkin. There is not clear instructions before you approach. There is a posting on the door. Once I registered on line, the very nice lady, had to reregister me in the system. She came outside and took our information. They were not taking first come first serve. They are BIG into social distancing.😎 Over all, besides Covid19 creating stress for everyone. Very professional, even though the employees have a lot on their daily tasks. THANK YOU!!!
There was a line but it went pretty quickly. Make sure you have all your required documents with you. If youre unsure, give them a call, they do answer the phone and are very helpful. The line outside is for the BMV next door, not the title office, so just go on inside and get in line.
Using the get in line before I left my house helped me get in and out fast. The agents worked fast to get people in and out.
Very friendly staff . Time of wait was quick. Got there at 8 am was out by 830.
Terrible, it took me six trips to get an Ohio license. They needed a copy of my marriage certificate which took six weeks to get. They were closed for two days due to illness. One day the system was down for this statewide. One worker was snotty and didnt have her mask covering her nose. Thankfully for Tammy, she was very nice! Ohio BMVs needs to visit Michigans way of doing this.

Given the Covid-19 mess, I will have to say these girls are doing one hell of good job! I watched them process about 50 people in about an hour. Very organized and upbeat about their jobs.
The lady working at window 5 was very very rude!! I had just got of work and had paint and window caulk all over my work pants she looked and talk to me as if i were a dirty bumb off the streat. That was very embarrassing i would not recommend the Brookwood ave BMV to anyone ever.........
Had to wait in line for over an hour, but they were very pleasant and well organized dealing with the crowd.
Our clerk was friendly and helpful. Even tried to save us money with a cheaper option we did not know about. Quick in and out on a Monday afternoon.
Its terrible! Very rude employees. We drove and walk straight to the counter in Eaton, OH before I got notifications to come and get in line inside this place.
Pretty quick and easy experience. The line was long (went before 9 on Saturday) but it moved pretty quickly.
While the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, the amount of time necessary to complete a simple task in 21st century Ohio is unconscionable. Simply ridiculous.

This was the first time that I have went into the Drivers License department and it wasnt packed and I was out of there within a half hour.
Yes, the line was understandably long; however, the people were friendly and got us through as quickly as they could.
They were extremely slow and only had 2 of 5 windows open...waited 3 hours just for plates.
Professional & courteous service, however they arent enforcing 6 separation outside. I suggest the extra chairs from inside be put outside

That was one long line and wait. Then they would not except a copy of your birth certificate and had to go and get original. 15 other ids. But no. Cant do that.

2022-02-03I recieved my title; as well as, my plates all under 30 minutes. I went on a Tuesday after lunch, it was a blessing. The fact that everyone was helpful to customers as well as among themsleves. I enjoyed this crew and love the newish location.

2022-03-29Update: I was there less than 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and would recommend this location to others.Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Not only helped me, but watched all the tellers assist customers above and beyond to meet their needs.

2021-10-12This is the 4th time Ive used this particular branch of Ohio BMV. Two of the best things that Ohio has ever done was to put the BMV right next door to the County Clerks Title Division office branch; lots of times in the same building and using texting to be able to check in!Today was the first time that Ive ever experienced a wait but it still wasnt for very long. The clerks seem to be personable and are extremely efficient at what they do. Im sure there are times when things get really hectic. Even though they were very busy, they took time to make sure everything was done right.I witnessed two very unselfish acts by employees today. First, was an elderly lady couldnt hear very well over the din of voices talking loudly. The clerk got close enough so that the elder lady could hear. She passed her vision test. Second, a clerk was talking to a man that was deaf but did not read sign language. She pulled her mask down so he could see her lips; he could see what she said.This makes all the difference in the world to those of us that are hearing impaired!Usually, BMV clerks are portrayed as slow, inefficient and somewhat lazy. That is an unfair assessment. They work hard at trying to make your visit to the BMV as pleasant as possible. I do not work there, so I dont have a dog in the race. This is an honest review of how I have been treated at this branch.

2021-07-20It was good thanks to the new owner they have different line for different Services because some Services take longer than other and I think that speeds things up plus the check-in is easy its even easier if you go online thanks to the ladies over there

2020-12-30Plan to spend at least two or more hours. You wait in your car for at least an hour. Look like maybe three people working behind counter even though it said five or more stations. Not impressed and a poor system. People coming in not knowing they had to check in! And then wait. Area was cleaned plenty of space for social distances, two chairs

2021-03-13Very slow not enough people there to make it go faster. Makes me unhappy that my tax dollars arent working for me cuz Im a hard-working man work 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and the only time I can make it there is on Saturday and theyre super slow respect they Dont Care about Us.

2021-01-09Reps were friendly and checked in with their customers a lot. They definitely respected social distancing and cleaning for covid. Be prepared to wait at least an hour after check-in. You must check in at the kiosk electronically or online to save your spot. You will get up to three texts onto your phone The last text will say something similar to be prepared come to window number blank. If you dont get a window number in your text then wait in your car until you get a window number.

2020-07-01Waiting in line took awhile they are trying to make it as efficient as possible. Plan on being there for an hour bring a lawn chair the employees are very nice and try to keep things moving. Check in online. You will have to wait outside and someone will come out to check you in whether you check online or not.
