I went there new year Eve and the were closed but the still offered to help they sold me an alternator that did not work and I cant return it till Monday because they are closed
I’m from Massachusetts and the junk yard/auto parts places there you are free to walk around and then checkout as you leave. Unfortunately that’s not the case here, and as I walked in and explored nobody greeted me telling me that I had to have a guide until toward the end of my findings I was stopped by a worker and was ubruptly told to get off the property. Planned on making some good business with them, but unfortunately I’ll have to find somewhere else more hospitable.
Very convenient, we needed a notary to witness title exchange on the recent car buy.. busy bee is always helpful and reasonable. $5 for this service.. thank you !

Was driving down north Dixie behind one of the flat bed, about 5 mins ago and no warning or anything they just turned into the laundry mat by Georges, Im wondering if this is how they get people to use their service? just slam on breaks and turn with no warning or using a turn signal! I almost rear ended them with my 7 month old in the car!
Im rather bias since they towed my car and charged me $200 for storage for less than 12 hours. When I picked up my car they were nice enough people everything went pretty smoothly
This auto parts and towing company has existed in the area for as long as I can remember its family owned and operated everyone is always friendly prices are pretty dam good if you ask me and I cant think of a time Ive called them in they didnt have what I was looking for!
Nowhere really to park where you could park broken pieces of plastic that could damage your tires. And when youre leaving you have to check traffic or else you get hit. And the parts are used. But got the part for cheap
This is the worst junk yard I have ever been to. I called ahead to see if they had the starter I needed, they did. Service over the phone was fast. I arrived here at 1:15pm, its now 2:43 and they have no clue where the guy that they sent to get the starter off is at in the process. ITS THREE BOLTS. Back to the guy taking the starter off; the guy that we worked with, walked in after 20 mins and said, oh i got someone taking that thing off for you. Never am i ever coming here again.
Dont waste your time with Busy Bee. Low rung of salvage yards complete with goober employees. Be prepared for an endless wait while they search for your part. Amazing theyre still in business.
Large selection. Good prices. Service was slow. Just over a 4 hour wait. Only to be told they couldnt sale me the part because they could not get it out!
One star is one too many. They either lost or pocketed our car key instead of turning it over to collision center as was promised. Even if it was a mistake, that’s irresponsible considering the purpose of a tow company. Will never recommend them them to anytime.
The business doesnt look like much but as a do it yourselfer I find this place and its people very helpful in having and getting the parts I need in fair condition and fast. Definitely a mans land type of place. A mechanics or do it yourselfers disney land not recommended for those who dont know how to get their hands dirty.
I went to get a Window for my Drivers Side Door because no one had it even the Glass Company and they had it and not just the one. Now that really made my Day, because I didnt need any more Stress with everything that Im already going through.
Awful service! They damaged our car and when we called to complain they got rude and said oh well then accused us of cursing them when it was the other way around. We have never received such bad service anywhere else. Reporting to the BBB!
I went there to clean out my car after an accident and the wait was a little long but not to bad the 3 men that helped me was awesome they did everything they could to help me get the stuff out of there and they didnt have to I appreciated it so much he even helped me get my plates off :)

Ever since Corona started this place has not allowed anybody inside the fence there for there may be a sign that they forget about you
Not the best place to buy used car parts. Not good service. Over priced compared to the Cohen Yards. Never enough employees to help you. Alway waiting for your parts.

2022-08-23I would just like to say the man that owns this place is so unprofessional he charged me damn near 5$ for a copy or my receipt and then anther 5$ to use my card but they clearly have a note on their window stating that you need to spend a minimum of 10$ I order to use a card and not be charged and let’s not even bring up how expensive they are… so not that’s 65$ for a tail light, 5$ for a peice of paper and then 5$ to use my card what kind of highway Robbery is this !

2021-05-18Honest hardworking people. More than fair prices on good used parts. The owner even let me use some of their tools. A little slow but thats because they are busy and a little understaffed but thats a good problem to have.

2021-05-19This place engages in legalized theft. My car was stolen, and recovered by the sheriff, who had Busy Bee towing tow the vehicle less than 2 miles to their junkyard. I went the next morning to look at the vehicle, and they claimed there was a police hold on it. I contacted the sheriff and the detective on the case who both said there was no hold, after a weekend of trying to get it figured out, and having the police call them yesterday, and again today, after they claimed there was still a police hold, they are claiming the bill to be $460, which is more than the car value in its condition. It was bad enough having the vehicle stolen by some faceless POS, but these people smiled in my face as they were stealing this car. This car was my brothers, and wound up in my possession after he was killed in action in Afghanistan. Its only value is sentimental, and this company is taking advantage of the misfortune of a veteran an their deceased brother.

2019-05-03Was not impressed at all with them. If I could give them a half star I would. Called them first about a headlight and was told they had a good one after they went and supposedly gone and checked it and called me back. Drove from Springfield to them only to get there and the headlight had broken tabs and hold downs.Would not recommend them nor will I go back to them for any parts ever again.
