While we had established a preliminary outline of what we wanted a few years ago, we had not prepaid or finalized anything. So when my husband surprised us a bit with his passing, even after a long term illness, it was a relief to deal with an organization that responded quickly, efficiently, and with no pressure. Marie Tomaro, who ushered us through the whole process, is a rare and wonderful combination of competence, compassion, and calm. She even added some unexpected personal touches. I am very pleased about the service and and products we received, all at a very affordable price. Thank you!
From minute we first called, we were treated so warmly and so respectfully. Mom passed just before midnight and we wete asked by hospital to call someone within an hour because they did not have a morgue. Our first call was to another funeral home who rudely tried to get us to commit to service details over phone on the spot and crassly told me that they were not in the business of just storing a body. Thank goodness i called Busch. Someone named Pixie answered my call and immediately i felt like a good friend was giving me a warm hug who offered to help. She explained that they would go get Mom and tuck her in for the night and took extra time to tell us to take care of ourselves through this process. Dean was our funeral director and he was wonderful and caring through everything, explaining all details and was never more than a phone call away. Would highly reccommend Busch to anyone!
I recently lost my mother sooner than expected and was not prepared at all! Alan and his team were amazing they helped me with everything were very clear about any cost or fees and also payment options. Alan walked me thru step by step and was very kind. My moms service was beautiful. My mom looked very much like herself and they laid her out beautifully. And the flower arrangements around the room made is seem like there was love and light all around our family. They also are taking precautions for covid and made sure we had enough space to social distance as well as saintizer and masks on hand. I am very grateful for such professional people who put a personal touch on a very hard time in my life. I would recommend Bush very highly and I am forever grateful for the service they provided. Also the ladies in the office were so kind as well they checked in with me a few days after to see if there was anything else they could help with.
Ted at Busch was very helpful, patient and professional. Busch did a great job to make the visitation meaningful - the tribute slide show and flowers were lovely.
I have never been more satisfied with a service than i was with the Busch group. They are caring and as helpful as any one ive ever delt with. From the night person who helped me because we are out of state to Dean, Libby and Jeff. I whole heartedly recommend the funeral group. The literaly treat you like family.
During this very difficult time for our country and for the world, we would like to thank the entire Busch staff for the professional and compassionate care shown to our family. The arrangements for our mother far exceeded our expectations.
They where excellent wen it came time to creamate my baby boy and girl, very caring and compassionate. I specifically love the fact that they offer free creamation for people who experience the lost of babies from 0 weeks to 6 mos. Thank you Bush for making this tragedy easier to deal with.
Busch handled my grandmothers funeral and did a wonderful job. The staff was very accommodating and were with us through everything.

2022-01-28Our family met with Jeff the funeral director after our brother Daniel passed away unexpectedly. From the moment we walked in he made us feel welcomed and was compassionate throughout the process. There were many tears and laughs as we shared memories of his life. The funeral service was a beautiful tribute to his life and legacy. The staff was very attentive to our families needs from start to finish.Jeff we can not thank you enough for everything you did for Daniel and our family! ❤️

2021-04-28The staff at Busch went above expectations, I utilized a celebratory to perform the ceremony for my mom, my daughter, my niece and I spent about an hour with her and you would have thought she knew my mom her whole life. She took a huge burden off our family while we were grieving. The entire staff was very respectful and listened to our concerns and requests. My Fathers services back in 2009 were also done at Busch and they didnt let us down. I would recommend them for anyone who wants to have a beautiful service at a fair price.

2021-10-28From the staff that came to my home to picking up the ashes, every member was kind and courteous. Since then , I have recieved a few follow up calls to see if i needed anything, grief information or of i had any questions. Busch made a horrible situation easier to cope with.

2020-05-02Busch Funeral and Crematory Services were awesome. The whole experience from beginning to the end was well-organized, comforting, and amazing. Tim, Lauren, Meghan and the rest of the staff were extremely caring, sympathetic, warm and understanding. They listened to our family and produced outstanding results. I will never forget my experience with Busch. I’m so glad we went to them. I’m so grateful that they are available to help families in their time of need. My God bless them all.

2020-10-10Ted, Lauren, and the entire staff were truly a blessing for our family, in a difficult time. They helped us in arranging and fulfilling our fathers last wishes. So grateful!The funeral home itself is beautiful, with individual rooms and dedicated family lounge. The Crematorium is also onsite. The exterior was serene with large trees and dedicated seating areas.Thank you for your service to not only our family but for all the families you serve.

2020-01-31They did an excellent job. Everyone was so helpful and took time to make sure my needs and the family needs were met. Im so glad Dean was able to accommodate and oversee the funeral and made sure everything ran so smoothly. It was a difficult time but Busch funeral home made every detail perfect.
