Stayed at the holiday in at Cleveland clinic last night. Saw this burger king across the street and decided to enjoy breakfast here before heading back. The service is fast and friendly here and the interior is modern and up to date. The food is usual Burger King food. I had the eggnormous burrito. Always good!
Unfortunately, the Burger King on Euclid is a slow-moving train wreck. The service is incredibly slow and disappointingly rude. I would be able to look past the extended wait time (>25 minutes) if the service was conciliatory, but it was almost purposely offensive. On top of this, many of the menu items were unavailable and ultimately the food unsatisfactory.
If I could place zero stars I would... I was refused service because I did not have a vehicle... I was told that I could order online THEN walk through the drive through but the online menu was EXTREMELY limited as I stood in the freezing cold... unacceptable. Will NEVER be back to a Burger King of any kind.
False advertising on digital board that said BOGO Whopper$1. I have a video and photo on my phone that I took upon exiting the drive thru. Ordered only to be told thats not valid they are now 2/$6. Not worth it at all... Whopper patties were not fresh... Lettuce was not crisp. Were not gonna talk about the drive thru customer service experience. Im gonna end this by saying, you get what you pay for with a side of rude I guess. Thankfully I was only passing through the hood this location is in and stopped. I never have to stop in this hood at this ghetto location again. Thats my experience at this BK in a nutshell
Please I beg of you do not eat here. This is the nearest burger king after the reconstruction on 55th and its terrible! the fries were re-dropped(I know this because my friend use to work in fast food and can tell period! My burger cold, bun burned, the freshest thing on the burger were the onions and I didnt ask for any. I dont mean to be that guy but Im gonna tell it how it is! I LOVE food and I would rather have quality over quantity maybe its understaffed, maybe its the management but something needs to change because I will NOT be eating there again
I really appreciate when employees make sure there customers receive quality service. What impressed me the most was how the employees worked together as a team. The cashier took my order and repeated back to me to make sure it was correct because I made several customizations. Once my order was in anyone that wasnt busy helped complete my order making sure it was made correctly.
I went this Burger King on 27 July 2021. I orderd via the Burger King app. However, when I arrived there to pick up my order they refused to proceed my order and they acted like this is not their business. Well, The only reason I kept going there from time to time is the location just very close to my work place but the service mind of the worker is extremely poor. If Burger King want to improve their own business, they should consider to retrain these poor manner workers ASAP. PS. I have already gotten my refund from Burger King Thank you so much.
I wanted a fresh fish sandwich at 7:30 pm, advised I had to accept what was up. Services very poor, attitude the same. Manager said they dont stay open all night, therefore a fresh cooked sandwich was not possible. No ice cream machine will not be replaced. 1 to 10 a zero for sure..need to close up for good!!!!!🥺🥺🥺
HORRIBLE! The last 3 weeks my mother and I have gone to this location for either breakfast or dinner for my father. 2 weeks ago it was around 8:45AM and the drive thu worker was incredibly ride to my mother and gave her a horrible attitude(not to mention the wrong food). Last week we went again for breakfast and they said they werent serving breakfast. Today however was their worst offense. My mother and I came for dinner and after hearing the drive thru worker being INCREDIBLY rude to customers and even mentioning A MCDONALDS MENU ITEM, we waited 10 minutes and when we got to the window we were told by the employee were closed that was my last customer. IT IS 8:30PM AND THEY CLOSE AT 12AM! There were 4 other cars behind us that were equally as upset as us. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL GET LONG WAIT TIMES, RUDE EMPLOYEES, WRONG FOOD, AND UNFAIR EARLY CLOSURES.
This place is seriously a joke. These people are so unorganized its rediculous and forget management they just as worse. So unprofessional and slow, it was my mistake for going back twice. The first time I went it was right before they closed they advised me to do a mobile order after telling me they didnt have any fries. So on my mobile order I got fries and they gave me cold hard fries with a sandwich that did not taste right. The second time I went I got another mobile order around 750 I ordered my food and around 815 I get to the restaurant to pick up my food and they said they just received the ticket which was a LIE! So I ended waiting until 830 FOR A MOBILE ORDER! DO NOT DONT ever go to this burger king they seriously need an extreme makeover with the poor staff. Yeah yall got a now hiring sign I see why
The cashier was very unprofessional from her attitude to her appearance. No smiles, no face mask, and was wearing an outside jacket while serving orders. Next, we received the wrong order, and when told the cashier about it, she just throw another (wrong) sandwich in the bag. A second employee stepped up with a much better attitude and corrected the problems. Dont think Ill be returning back to this location.
Food is good, but doesnt justify 29 minutes in the drive thru line or more than 10 minutes in a spot waiting for food. Ridiculous. The one on Carnegie is just plain rude and lazy. This one is not lazy, but doesnt seem to understand how fast food works. People in line before us are leaving with food. Whats up? Still waiting. After 1 hour and 2 minutes and being yelled at by the manager for not coming back to the window even though 4 people asked what I was waiting on, I did not get what I ordered. I ordered two whopper juniors and a double cheeseburger. I got two whopper juniors and and two fries. No dinner for me. At least my son with terminal cancer in the Cleveland Clinic will eat. Thats all that matters. Fire every one and close this store down.
This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had had a fast food restaurant. First, I arrived at 8:00 pm and all of their lights were turned off. I dont know if there was a reason for that or if they just forgot to turn them on. Second, once I got to the speaker to order, I was told to wait. I waited at least five minutes before ordering two Whoppers. I then had to wait in line another 10 minutes for the two cars ahead of me to get their food and leave. Once I got up to the window, I waited another few minutes before being asked to pull forward to the front entrance and then backing up to pick up my food. They gave no reason for this and I can only assume it was to clear their drive through timer. There were no cars behind me so there was absolutely no need for me to pull ahead just to back up again. Finally, once I did get my food I was not offered an apology for waiting over 15 minutes. I will never go to this Burger King ever again and I would advise everyone else to stay away!
My wife and I was at the Cleveland clinic from 1/17 to 1/19. I stayed at the Holiday Inn which your restaurant was right across the street.I head eaten there 3 times lunch and supper and all 3 times the staff was the nicest and most courteous as ever. My food got to me fast and was hot . It was very delicious and well made. I couldn’t go without speaking up about this Burger King ! Well Done! You have a great team there.
Drive thru person was very unhelpful and rushed us. Then person at the first window acted like they didnt know anything. If they dont understand the register they should have a trainer with them. Its not the customers fault. I decided to go to McDonalds and spend my money. I had 5 ppl with me who all got combos..
The place was filthy. The work area behind the order counter had Frys on the floor and debris on the floor. It took almost 15 minutes to get a Whopper a fish sandwich and some fries. The station where you get your sodas from was full of water and liquids. The help staff was really slow.
Very frustrating, no matter what I order from this location its never right. The customer service sucks 🙄 and Everytime I ordered breakfast on the way to work 😂 the young lady would take my order just as nice but guess what there drive thru doesnt even open up until After 6:00 am its 5:15- 5:30 am why even answer the intercom 😂. I not mad at the hours of operation just the fact that you answered me knowing you could not take my order for another 30 minutes....
The service was good even though I did have to ask for everything. Like.. napkins, ketchup, straws, salt. However the Food was cold even the French Fries were cold and tasted like old grease.The manager was helping in the cooking area and did not use gloves or wear a mask. There was also a person who appeared to be homeless asking for money in the main eating area.
The manager was rude and refused to serve me when I asked for clarity of my order. The manager was noticeably LGBT, if roles in the incident were reversed and things escalated everyone would be screaming it was a hate crime - hence the premise for pending litigation. Additionally, corporate was notified and never followed up with neither myself nor legal counsel. Is this the result of mendacious acts of management? I have since avoided this location and suggest other do the same. Trust of receiving untampered food cannot be attained at this location. That manager is out of control.
Donuts are Not fresh at all. They sold the morning donuts in the evening, who did they sell the evening donuts too. Makes you wonder doesnt it, better care of the product, and rotation of what is old, They can still sell that product by advertising day old donuts then you get what you pay for!!
Really great place to get food for little to nothing. Most staff is very efficient and kind. I think the hire of new people is changing the dynamic in a great way. Just because a place is in a not nice area does not mean staff has to display those qualities. So to see that has changed has made me eat there more frequently than before. Food is always great. They even have a new chicken sandwich. Right off the broiler is the best way to have it but you have to ask:)
My lunch break was spent in line and waiting for my food for a long time. We should have received a discount due to my husband being an officer but the manager did not give it to him. She was moving fast but her attitude was terrible. She said sorry for the wait but she knew we should have gotten a discount like he always gets when he comes to Burger King. Overall my food was good. I just did not like the wait and unorganization.
I visited this location on 9/25/2019 ... Initially I didn’t know who the cashier was until I referred back to my receipt. Her name is Charlaya! I haven’t visited Burger King in about 20 years. This young lady was absolutely AMAZING! I was astonished by her compassion for me as a returning customer as we discussed prior to my ordering.She was very polite, professional and made sure my food was prepared fresh! I actually overheard her tell one of the workers to make sure my food was fresh 😊 ... and it was! I will be returning; and I couldn’t let the day go by without complimenting this establishment, because it is hard to find the “young” carry themselves as well as this young lady did!(Charlaya) THANK YOU! It made my day to know that someone still cares about the people and how their food is prepared! And please continue to be an example!!
This is the absolute worst BK to go to. Not only did I have to wait 25 mins in line but on top of that they got my order wrong and told me I had to get in line again and wait another 25 mins. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t go here. The cashiers are extremely rude. No one made you sign the job application. Change the staff before you go out of business. PS. This is the night time staff that gave me the most trouble.
The wait inside was way too long. Went through drive thru instead much shorter wait. Maybe the cashier should actually wait on customers instead of having long drawn out conversations. This location is NOT my favorite. I decided to try this particular BK again, big mistake. This time I got there about 10:20am, I stood in line (only person in line) while cashier walked back and forth talking. Then she came over to me to take my order, only to walk away again. When she came back, I ordered a breakfast sandwich only to be told breakfast is over. It was 10:30 on the dot. Whoever owns the BK should maybe send staff back through training. Sad.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting along with the drink station in the lobby. If the surrounding areas are unsanitary and unclean, there is no telling what the kitchen looks like. The staff is friendly but very slow. They also continued to mess up orders. I will never return to this location.
If tacos are discontinued but remain on your readerboard than there will be a line of cars. The tacos arent discontinued as you insist since national advertising says differently. Food was great, line for drive through was long , and Pinocchio was working the drive through. Ive always liked Burger King and this was one of few open later than 10. So sit in line but the food is great.
The breakfast biscuit tasted raw or overly oily. My food was just thrown in the bag. I couldnt even eat what I just bought because it was nauseating. I paid for it and had to throw it away and was still hungry. Couldnt go back because my break was over after I waited in line waaay too long. They have a sign in the window accepting new team members and managers as of 12/30/19. This store needs a major overhaul in its quality. Go down the street to McDonalds instead. Dont waste your time or money.
The woman taking our order was very rude, the older gentlemen expediting was very polite and attentive. After complaing to the manager she just replied i dont know whats wrong with that girl she was not sympathetic about the situation. Our fries were cold and soggy and our burgers were dry and old. I will not return to this burger king restaurant and do not recommend it. The one star is for the older gentleman expediting
Longest worst drive-thru experience in history! 25 minutes in the drive-thru to get a four piece chicken tenders. No apology from the cashier and no apology from the woman who gave me my food. She had to ask me what I ordered and what sauce I wanted. When I asked who for the manager she said she was the manager. at this point still no apology for the wait until I ask what was going on. She said all there short handed.
I tried the taco, it was hard as if fried after the fillings. I tasted cheese, lettuce, refried beans but no meat. No taco sauce was offered. The wait time for the taco to be made was about 15 minutes due to previous order of 10 for the window. They called out that order repeatedly. The commercial and price of $1.00 lured me in but I feel that was a waste. Burger King dismiss those tacos, they are s big disappointment. Talk to your manager about holding a conversation with a friend/ off duty coworker. If you are going to offer free taste of slushee, offer it to everyone.
My husband placed his order and waited 30 full minutes in line (that didn’t budge!) and then he gave up and left. I’m being admitted to the hospital and haven’t eaten all day. He is driving 10 miles further to get me a chicken sandwich. Have NEVER waited in line so long at a “fast food” place! They could have at least come out and talked to the customers and told them what was going on instead of making everyone wait so long! Bad service!!
Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches and a cheesy bacon tot... Everyone else at the counrter being asked about their order as I stand and wait.Finally I ask for a refund as I drive for clients and their appointment is coming up soon, still fool around trying to get food even though the manager is going to get me a refund... I told them I didnt care about the food just get me a refund I have to get back to the hospital for my clients... they STILL fool around with the food, give it to me to go (fine but it was originally to eat in)I get back to the hospital with a few minutes to spare and find none of the sandwiches were as they were ordered anyways! At least no pickles! No onions instead of no lettice, spicy chicken instead or original... they threw a grilled chicken sandwich in, we will see later what that really is.Sorry, I wont be back, I have a tight schedule, I need fast, accurate service. Luckily ther is a McDonalds next door for next trip.
Terrible I order an double stacker , the sandwich was cold cheese wouldn’t even melt , we asked for an cup of water that costed 25 cent the male had the nerves to use an used water cup in our face . Pour the old water out and put in some new water we told him we just seen you reuse the cup he stated the cup been right here it’s an water cup . what you want an new one ? Like you just gonna say that bold as hell like it’s just normal I never thought that place was nasty til I witness that .
The drive thru moves quickly. I havent had any issues with an incorrect order before. Sometimes the food is cold after a 5 minute drive home. I have gone inside to order from the counter and, surprisingly, this did not move as quickly as the drive thru. Getting out of the parking lot is a hassle because you have to wait for a long light.
I have NEVER given a bad rating so this speaks volumes. I was not able to get the whole order. Items werent even substituted. Bad attitudes and had to wait forever to get a bad attitude and half the order. I pray this place makes some serious changes or that I NEVER have to go to this location EVER again 😔
My experience was so horrible. I went to Burger King to enjoy a meal with my family but to my surprise their dining room was closed! I was outraged, their dining room does not close until 9 pm and it was only 7:40! I went to the drive thru and they informed me that they were closing their dining room at 8 because they were recently robbed. After I told her it was only 7:40 she said that I could only order in the drive thru. My family and I were so upset because we really wanted to sit down and enjoy a whopper but I guess you cant always have it your way.
I came by after 9pm and did not realize the lobby was closed last Tuesday night January 22nd. I knocked on the window and she told me the lobby was closed and I could not use the drive thru without a car and walked away. She failed to tell me that they do offer delivery with a company. I came back to breakfast the next morning and saw a company that Burger King uses for delivery. The girl should have told me politiley that the lobby was closed and informed me about delivery service that is offered. That would have been good customer service NOT JUST WALK AWAY.... SHE NEEDS TRAINING...
Excellent service and food. I bypass other Burger King restaurants in Cleveland to come here. Latisha is always pleasant with a smile while taking your order and Colby makes the freshest grilled chicken apple cranberry salad. Other Burger King restaurants should take notes and
Cold food this is why I never go to fast food. All I wanted was coffee. I ordered cheesey tots or some such nonsense, brought them back. (They were cold) 5 girls had backs to me talking. When they finally noticed I was there, they yelled at the cook how he never cooks the food hot enough. Place was dirty. Had a rank odor. Pure torture.Had to look at food on wall next to me. I was retching while talking to my friend on the phone. Uugghh!! 💩💩💩
Website say open till 12:00 am since it was 11 I decided to walk over and get a hamburger and was also calling which I never revived a answer then finally a response from the drive threw the manager said I had to be in a car and then I responded to say say on the websites dose not state that and of course why would she cat like her response !!!i would hope no one order food from a company that has no cocnceren for a human!!i suggest drive up road to McDonald’s that actually want and have concerns about there customers !!!!!!i also said to the manager I was gonna put this on google and she responded with no care!so I will contact corporate tommrow about that great customer service I receive
I went for breakfast and was told to pull up for a 3pc french toast and I was the only car in the drive thru.After my food was brought outside to me I realized my hash browns were not in the bag and informed the employee who brought my food out. He then went to the drive-thru window to inform them,came back to my car and said They said its in the bag,they put it in there (Well clearly it wasnt) I let him see the bag so he could clearly SEE it wasnt there. He then proceeded to say to me Well what do you want me to do? You want me to blow down on them! At this point totally disgusted by his lack of professionalism, I said No, I would like you to tell them that you brought my food out,you looked in the bag and didnt see my missing food... He walked away in a huff mumbling! I ended up going back to the drive thru window to get the missing order myself!Smh! ....So unprofessional, no respect, no consideration for the customer I will never go back to that Burger King again!!
I will not be ordering or visiting this location no more everytime I order from here they mess something up and whats sadder is the fact I did a doordash order (not knowing it was coming from this location) and when I received my order it was wrong I went to look at my order for the address to call and to my surprise it was them and when I called no one answered either.. Im not understanding how either im present or not they STILL mess the order up which says they must mess allot of orders up..
Needs corporate help... Move too slow... & doesn’t serve fresh food... I walked out twice because of the 15 minute wait standing in line... then there’s an additional 10 wait to get food... this is terrible service... So sad... the main reason why I only go to fast food restaurant in suburban & upper class areas
10/28/2015 @ 8515 Euclid Ave Cleveland, Ohio 44106...Has nothing to do with location or ethnicity of the staff because i frequently dine at the location near e30th and Carnegie Cleveland Ohio but with the level of customer service provided at 8515 Euclid Ave location. Phone etiquette was horrible once they finally answered it.

2021-09-17𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐠 prepared a quick and great tasting lunch for me. The original chicken sandwich, onion ring and root beer meal I had today was satisfying to say the least. Thanks to the cooks and cashier for good customer service every-time I visit 👍🏾

2021-10-07The only photo that I can share is the empty bag sitting in my car. That whopper with cheese literally took me back to the 1970s. It reminded me of how they used to make them. It was heavy full tasty fresh and jam-packed with flavor! The fries were fresh piping hot. I was truly amazed at the quality of the sandwich because lately Ive been more disappointed than not when ordering fast food. Price seems to have gone up and the size and quality has gone down. But not today! Today here in Cleveland at this Burger King, it was perfection.

2022-07-12Several mornings I have been here at 6 a.m. and the doors are locked and when I do make contact with a cashier they State we are not open on the inside.For breakfast just go to McDonalds and get better service like I did.I will never return to this Burger King again!

2021-05-22I was staying at the Holiday Inn across the street and just wanted a couple of burgers and watch golf on TV. This a very safe area on Euclid Avenue. I forgot my mask and the very nice lady at the counter kindly offered me one. I apologized for my glitch and accepted her offer. Very clean the burgers were good and the pop lasted the rest of the evening.

2022-07-14I felt bad for the two workers that were there. They were the only ones there... That is dangerous. The people in the drive-thru line were becoming angry because their orders were taking so long - and/or getting out of line... They needed more help or dont open...😔

2022-01-13The $2 Whopper Wednesday was really worth the money - though only available if you sign up for an account. The burger had good filling and not too salty. The drive thru can be bit of a wait when going around lunch time. The intercom person was friendly and kind and the staff tried to provide service swiftly. Overall positive experience.
