Forgotten items, had to go back around and wait in drive through to get missing items. Girl running food with a visible attitude said they are not to add anything to their order, which wasnt addressed directly to me but to the cashier. I told the drive through cashier Im not adding, I just want what I paid for, gave her my receipt. She handed me 1 of the items and I had to ask her for the second item again. Get home and instead of tartar sauce, they used mayo on a BK Fish. Never again.
The most horrible Customer service of my life. They were so rude they have no idea what they are doing. My two year old daughter was in the car with me she was saying hi to the ladies over at the window and not once she replied back to my daughter. They handed my food and not my drink n when I asked for my drink, the lady got loud with me. Don’t go to this place. They no nothing about customer service. And when I asked to speak to the manager, she told me to call the store. They never apologized for their behavior. If these people hate their jobs then go work else where. I will not be going to this location again and will be calling the Corporate office! I wish I could give them zero stars.
Service is terrible !!! The manager ASHLEY needs to go. She is so rude to costumers. They constantly forget onion rings / fries with my meal. Also, i asked for 5 ranches at the speaker . The woman speaking said “ OK.” I get to the window , and the manager ashley DID NOT give me my ranches . When I asked for them, (because i ordered them ) she tried to ARGUE WITH ME AND CHARGE ME MORE AT THE WINDOW. It was only ranch! Why didn’t they charge me while I was at the speaker ?? It’s outrageous. That ashley has a nasty chip on her shoulder. So disrespectful. She looks like trash and her attitude is trash. Do better !
Workers at this place have the worst attitude one can imagine. I couldnt believe I heard what they said. They messed up a family order - 10 items were misssing. When I returned to the door with the receipt and kindly asked about the missing items, she literally told me Get off. This is your problem.This year wed travelled cross the country and had quite a few meals at BK. Brunswick OH location - you win it. You guys are the worst in the whole country.Upd: I dont understand how they can keep this staff. Just scrolled through the reviews - dozens have experienced exactly same attitude.
Everytime I go to this location theres a problem. Two Hamburgers with Just Ketchup, sounds simple right. Both burgers had cheese and pickle. Whopper no lettuce tomatoes or onions, I get plain meat on a bun. Not one thing was right in a $16 order. Id rather drive the 6 miles to a different location.
Fourth time in a row I stopped in the Drive-Thru for breakfast. And I either waited 20 minutes for my food just to get an order thats not right and Im always on my way to work so its not like I can turn around and go back and fix it. The morning crew is very disorganized and obviously has no clue what theyre doing. But thats kind of par for the course for fast food places in Brunswick. If you stop for breakfast go inside and check your order before you leave because nine times out of 10 its not going to be right
I usually stop here 2 or 3 times a month when Im at my Dads. Its right by his house. Normally the food is fresh and hot but this time was not good at all. My whopper was cold and dry and had no pickles on it. My dad ordered the original chicken sandwiches and he said they tasted like they were fried In old oil and his were also cold. Spent around $20 and couldnt eat half of the food
Asked for my food to be fresh and it was and I worked at Burger King before, and my one burger, that I ordered special. That I ordered with extra bacon, extra ketchup, and extra mustard, was made right and definitely had some extra bacon on it lol. Also, my girlfriends sandwich that was all crazy special too, was made correctly. I would definitely go back to this Burger King again. All the different people working the parts of the drive-thru were very polite as well.
Terrible customer service ! I called this morning and the only reason I did is because this is not the first time my order was messed up. I ordered a sausage egg sandwich and their was no sausage on the sandwich. When I called the girl goes their were no sandwiches made with out meat this morning. I can send a picture and show you it has no meat! All I wanted was a refund on my sandwich and she calls me a liar and said their was. What kind of service is that!!!!!
Staff is rude, immature, and incompetent. Manager Nicole has no customer service skills what so ever. I know you cant expect too much from a fast food place, but common courtesy would have been nice. I ordered a whopper with cheese and the cashier forgot to add it. Not a big deal, so my husband asked them if they could give us a slice of cheese, since it was forgotten. The blond cook rudely said we did not pay for cheese. But I really dont like the taste of a burger without cheese, and its not like I didnt want to pay an extra 50 cents. They never asked me if I could pay the extra money, the manager just kept repeating herself saying Well you didnt pay for it so... Finally they gave us a slice of cheese and continued to stare at our table and snicker. I asked the manager what the problem was, and she said well you didnt pay for the cheese... and then she started to turn and walk away from me. I told her your making us feel uncomfortable and you owe us an apology. She smirked and said okay. We decided to leave, because it really felt like we were being treated as though we were trying to steal. This was my first experience at this Burger King and it will be my last. Maybe other staff members on different shifts arent so bad, but I have to seriously question any company that would promote such an inadequate and substandard employee to a management position.
HORRIBLE service. Every time I come here my order is messed up. I either get someone else’s order or they forget items. They can’t make a cheeseburger without LOADING on condiments, and if I ask for a light amount, I get none. This is BY FAR the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Last time I was there the employees were screaming and fighting with each other at the window right in front of me. The manager is rude as well. There is only ONE nice employee there and I give him all the props in the world for having such great customer service. But the establishment is TRASH. Truly don’t know how they are still in business. Oh and PS, if you want your food fresh, you unfortunately have to ask... smh...
Drive thru is in too much of a hurry and doesnt properly take orders. I ordered a large onion ring among other items and when I asked for zesty sauce they said I had to order onion rings to get the sauce. I said I did and the kid told me I didnt. I distinctly recall ordering them because thats what i went there for. Then the girl who took my order felt the need to come up to the window and give me a dirty look because I had the audacity to correct my order. Food was cold and stale. Get an adult to babysit those kids! Maybe then the food quality wont be so bad.
What can I say, its burger king. This location has always been a better experience than the closed Strongsville location. The food is prepared as expected in a timely fashion. The play area is fairly large and the kids have a blast. Obviously will return as its the only bk near me.
If i could id give it no star. Debbie the manager has zero customer service skills. She was rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. Kept rolling her eyes at me. All because she messed up my order. So after she refuned the messed up order i repeat my order back and she screams at me i heard you the 1st time as theres other costumers behind me now im embarrassed. I told her to lose the attitude and she yells at me more. I said look im not the one that messed up my order i want my money back. She refused to refund me and continued to yell at me. I took my food home due to the fact now im not hungry anymore cuz of debbie. Worst customer service id ever been threw please dont go here save your money and time
Just wanted to get some food to eat for dinner because of a late lunch, snack. Burger King does alternative dinners very well. The original chicken sandwich cant be beat if youre into the eating the white meat thing special. A double Whopper with cheese and fries were killer at killing an appetite deficet. Call that satisfied.I
I guess normally its ok, went thru drive thru and the girl there seemed to be rushing me, she told me me total after my 1st item, told her I needed a order of cheedesticks, then she gave total again. So i told her I needed 1 more thing, she then asked. What else i needed...i told her...then just said total and to come to 2nd window. Kinda just alil rude.
I went there today for lunch and asked if they can cut my sandwich in half the manager started making fun of me. She said would you like me to put a bib on you and feed it to you. I have a disease in my bones in my mouth and I cant eat stuff that good. In the long run I didnt get to eat lunch today because she wants to make fun of people with problems. Thanks for nothing. Burger king.
When my family walked in there was no other customers in the place, when we went to walk toward the back to pick a seat there was a big puddle of water, just dripping, its not raining by the way, when my husband told the manager she said i know i know i will get to it. There is no wet floor sign or anything, someone could fall and get hurt. After half an hour someone finally put a sign out. My husband had asked for cheese on his sandwich, was charged for it, when we sat down there was no cheese, okay no big deal he went to the counter, the manager goes what? He explained he had ordered cheese, she grabs the sandwich and hands it to the back amd said i need cheese on this. Never said i am sorry, just takes it and gives it back. It happens sure but to be rude because on of you made a mistake isnt right.
I came through your drive thru about 5 minutes ago. Your drive thru attendant and 2 of your burger flippers were making fun of me and pointing at me. When I said you might want to make it less obvious that youre making fun of customers, he just laughed at me and said haha okay. When I asked for the GMS name he said he didnt know what it was. Never ordering here again.
I just wanted to say that the lady at drive through the old lady was very rude for absolutely no reason all I asked was for cheesy tots and she started yelling at me saying that they didnt have them. If youre going to work in food service you should probably know how to work with people
The night manager justin is the rudest, unpleasant manager, I had a very bad trip there during the winter there with him and just let it go instead of reporting him, did not return till this past weekend and guess what another horrible experience with justin!!!! I will never return and will be reporting him to the store manager ANN as well as corporate!!!!Ann is a wonderful person and manager, and one of her employes are making her store look bad... Do not let one bad experience stop you from going to this bk!!! I just wont go at night anymore if Justin is working and its a shame I cant because its so close to my house and I usually swing by on the way home at least 2 times a week after work to pick up dinner for my kids 😥🤔
Terrible place. They have this nasty old lady working the drive-through and she is extremely rude. I dont know why anybody depending on customer service would hire such a nasty smart mouth disgusting person. I am not going back. And I will tell everybody in Brunswick how s***** this place is. Instead of remodeling they should have invested money in better staff.
Terrible service, would rate zero stars. A tall blonde older manager was really rude and it looked like she was treating the crew very poorly as well, I dont remember her name I think it started with a D. I wont be returning because of this, the food was good, but the service is discusting.
They clean the playground area, but not the actual playground. I climbed in there to help one of my kids, and the slide was all greasy and in between each section was tons of just gross things (pieces of moldy food, fuzz, dirt, etc.). Needless to say, it was bath time the second we got home. Not to mention the bleach used to clean their now brown socks. Also, like the other people said, it is understaffed, waited close to ten minutes for three kids meals and I was the only one in line.

2022-06-16Hmmmm get there early like before 10am. They stop serving breakfast early. The sausage croissant with egg and cheese and a touch of syrup is fantastic. Wash it down with orange juice and you might even want to order a 2nd orange juice because it goes fast.French toast sticks are also pretty solid.

2022-01-07Took 3 trips and a total of an hour and 15 minutes to get the food we ordered. Ordered a plain original chicken and received it slathered in mayo and lettuce. Husband ordered a number 5 big king meal no mayo and received a number 4 meal. When we went back to get his they again made a number 4 and got mad when he said the big king no mayo. Mind you they had our receipt w what was ordered on it. Husband asked for a fresh coke to replace the one he had received over an hour prior which was now watered down. Ashley who is the rudest manager I ever met slammed the window in his face and told him to not ever come back. When I tried to call the restaurant about the order they answered and hung up on me 3 times. Took 4 times to get them to actually answer and speak.

2022-02-01Wow...the only reason I dont make this review a 1 star is the fact Ive always had great service here. Idk who took my order over the intercom at the drive thru but she was completely rude and unprofessional..I waited for few minutes to place my order due to both lanes being busy. She comes over intercom yes hello! What do you want! I place my order. She says what flavor drink!? I repeat hi-c fruit punch. She responds cherry or coke me thinking she is assuming Im aging icee. Me not wanting to be here any longer just says cherry. Just a complete lack of customer service. Not what Im used to at this location. Very sad they have someone so rude taking orders on the intercom.

2022-04-07Even with the short starting everywhere this place has done well still. Reasonable amount of time to make the food, line is cleared in the drive through quickly and order is always correct.

2021-12-02Completely and utterly ridiculous. Just attempted to go through the drive-through here at 5 PM on a Thursday, and the location was completely closed. Wasted a huge chunk of my lunch break from work on nothing. Not only that, there was not a single sign posted anywhere stating this fact, let alone an explanation. If this company is so hideous that they can’t even have enough employees to run a location in the late afternoon/early evening it speaks volumes. If an individual location doesn’t have enough staff, they need to close permanently. And in the age of the Internet and social media how hard is it for the manager of this location to alter the hours on their Google listing?
