Food was okay, tasted a little dry, but over all it was fine
EVERY time i order a chicking i ask for no pickles. They always say it does not come with pickles even though the menu board shows pickles. I get home with my order and i have PICKLES!!
Staying at the BEST MOTEL, needed a quick bite to eat. Food came out right away and was super fresh. We waited a few minutes for part of our order. If I could I would do this everytime because the food was the best it could be.
If you have not got the BK app and you like their food, get it. We got a family meal deal yesterday and saved over $20, no joke. 2 whoppers, 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 original chicken sandwiches, 20 nuggets, 4 small fries, and 4 small drinks for $20 plus tax. Total on the screen before app code was over $42. It also needs to be said the new Chking sandwich is by far better than Wendys or McDonalds. Very impressive lately from BK
Came in at about 8:30pm and decided to dine in. They fired up EVERYTHING fresh and it was super good. 10/10
Truthfully, I dont like doing reviews on fastfood restaurants because I feel like there are to many variables. The biggest being the crew that is working at the time. A bad cook and you have a bad experience. A bad person working the window and you have a bad experience. And since it is fastfood most employees simply dont seem to care...Today I was given the wrong breakfast sandwich, I had to ask for my drink, and I seemed like I was being a burden when I asked for a syrup and a napkin, neither of which where in the bag. I checked my rearview mirror and I was still the only one in the drive thru. So yeah, maybe next time it will be different.....maybe.
My order was completely wrong. I ordered a Whooper with extra pickles, no onions & large onion rings. Whooper had onions on it & I received fries. Im very disappointed with the service.

Really rude worker. Girl with dreadlocks and a piercing between here eyebrows was really rude over the intercom and again when I paid. Basically shoved the order out the drive thru window and power walked away without a word after I handed her the money.
No one answered at the drive-thru speaker. Tried at least four times, then drove off. It was after 9pm. The lights were on in the kitchen area, but all the lights were off in the dining room area.

This is the Fourth or Fifth time they have gotten my order wrong. 5/31 Around 3-4 pm I ordered a Whopper with Cheese and Bacon (#12 I believe) and I ordered it by the menu number. I got just the Whopper...No cheese No Bacon AGAIN!!! AND FOR THE LAST TIME!!!! It was not that busy, so I dont really understand how they could mess up my order. Also can anyone explain to me why every time you bit into a Whopper bum the crumble away? The total quality of BK food has gone WAY DOWN, while the price keeps going up. And these are the people that are demanding $10 an hour for this kind of food and service. NO Thanks for me any more.
Not sure if they use fresh cows from across the street, but Im here from Orlando Florida and maybe I was just hungry, but that was the BEST whopper Ive had. Only reason I wrote the review.

This BK NEVER disappoints. My goodness. I didnt wait in line and I expected a sub par meal because it was dead and it came out SUPER quick. But let me tell you. The Crispy chicken sandwich that I had was PIPING HOT, fries CRISPY, and my coke.. Well, its always good. Idk how yall do it but you guys definitely deserve a raise. Thats for damn sure.
Food freshly made, hot but I thought with covid19 food servers were to wear masks? Maybe Im not up to date. He did have gloves on just no mask. They were out of fries also. But onion rings good not greasy.

Asked to add a milkshake at the pick-up window and got instant bad attitude from the manager and was told to go through the drive thru line again. By the time she was done being that way she could of poured it and I could of paid for it and drank it. Unimpressed
I forgot to ask for the cheese on the Whopper. So I had only the lettuce & onion, which I added to my salad with no tomatoes or spring mix. I had an ice cream cone, but it somehow tastes slightly different. When I went up to get the cone along with a refill of my unsweet tea, the tea was out for the rest of this evening. Oh, I no longer eat the bun, so I brought that home with me, as well as the very sweet lite lemonade. The meat Patty was a larger round. I was somewhat surprised by how things it seemed. I couldnt quite give them the five stars! 🤔
Burger king has been gaining popularity in my mind. I dont frequent too much fast food but it has stolen the lead from Wendys much better deals. With or without AP consideration.
The lady taking our order was rude. We ordered three shakes and she says in a rude tone “what else” very disappointing.. half the time they get our order wrong and they talk to their friends while we are trying to order. bad service.
Finally, we can go in and actually eat inside!!!
If you want old food and your order messed up this is the place for you. Unfortunately ALL of the quick food options in BG are this way. Cheap managers lookin for bonuses with shotty staff is the standard. In BG.
Counter person Brayden was very friendly. Otherwise our experience was not good. We ate in and our food was just dumped into the bags. The kids meal was the worst. Next time well avoid Sunday evening when theres a truck there. We came in off the highway.
Ask you if you’re done every second while ordering in the drive thru and Hannah at the drive thru window was absolutely rude! She needs to learn how to give appropriate customer service.
Workers often unfamiliar with POS system so be understanding as new employee are learning!

During a lunch rush, I watched several groups of ODOT highway workers come in and the ice machine had NO ice in it. They were too busy to have someone fill it when I asked 15 minutes before. It was interesting to watch the ODOT employees repeatedly ask a Burger King employ to fill their cups with ice. Brand new store, brand new machine but too busy to fill an ice machine for a lunch time rush? Hmmmmm. I guess that is why they raised the prices so they could buy more ice.
The last two times Ive eaten at this restaurant the food has been excellent

This is probably the worst Burger King that I visited strips were dry and drinks were small, After I ordered they told me they down sized the drinks
We waiting for someone to take our order for over 5 minutes as they watched us stand there. They did not place our order correctly and the items that were placed correctly were not made correctly. They didnt have items in stock to order. Just an overall bad experience.

2022-04-25After traveling across the US in the last two weeks I havent felt like cooking so fast food to the rescue! I went through the drive through because lets face it, its just easier. I had no wait to order, with a less than 2 minute wait to the window to pay. The crew was friendly and fast! Even better my food was perfect. My burger was hot and fresh made just the way I ordered it, no onions thank you! The best part my fries were perfectly crisp and salty!!! Lunch time can be hectic in the service industry but yall nailed it! I will definitely return!!!!

2022-03-01Picked up and order for 2 people. 1. a whopper ff and water. 2. DOUBLE burger with some sort of a sauce, with bacon and cheese. Ff LG coke. This double with sauce had been sitting for a long time as bacon was hard dry. No sauce and cheese was not warm. Hard and dry. Awful. So disappointed.

2022-02-07I went through the drive thru with a really big order this afternoon. I will not visit this Burger King again! They never gave me ranch sauces, that were clearly ordered on the receipt. Then the manager on duty handed me my last bag of food and said that was it, it was not. I had to wait in line again to get my 5 drinks. To top my 15 minutes wasted waiting in line they never returned my debit card, so several hours later when I couldnt find it I had to waste another 20 minutes driving across town to retrieve my card. Poor service, from a manager no less I never got an apology or any other compensation for all of that trouble!!!! Definitely go somewhere else where they appreciate their customers and strive to please you!

2022-04-30Absolutely the WORST BK in Bowling Green, OH. The employees constantly get orders wrong every time. The management is rude and condescending when you make complaints. They stop making biscuits at 9am when the other two keep making them until 10:15am to 10:20am. Theyre always out of something typically multiple items. AVOID THIS BURGER KING AT ALL COSTS! Go to the BK on Wooster St where you really do get it your way from a friendly staff who gets orders right and doesnt over charge you.

2021-11-12Orderd my food to go, when driving down the road and my wife was getting things out of the bag we were not very satisfied! We were shorted 4 of the new ghost pepper chicken nuggets, my wifes sandwich was just barely warm, she had a burger, and I ordered the new chicken king sandwich and it was cold, our fries were a little better than warm but not hot. Always been a fan of Burger King but was very disappointed this trip. Not sure if I would go back to this Burger King. If everything thing was at least semi hot it would of been better, it seems we are paying more for things now but getting so much less on many fronts. Dont mind paying more if you get what you order and if everything is good and good and hot!

2021-11-23I have been going here almost every morning around 720-730am for a couple of weeks and there are typically 3 workers 2 females and a male and all 3 are very nice and pleasant especially the girl from this morning, and the food is always warm and fresh. No complaints.

2021-10-12When I requested onion rings EXTRA, EXTRA crispy, thats what I wanted. I watch them drop the onion rings and saw them pull them aUp and pack them. I was given my order & told here are you EXTRA crispy onion rings. No extra time in the fryer. I pulled one out, no they are not extra crispy. Cashier said if we cooked them longer they would turn to ash. Actually they were mushy. Your BK failed again.
