Coldest fried I’ve ever gotten from a fast food place ever. Too busy in there gossiping about people instead of working.

Dont ever buy anything over $1 at this location. Bacon Cheeseburger.. great you cant mess that up. We got the ChKing Chicken Sandwiches and they were dry! Like eating a block of wood. Gross!!It tasted like the double cooked the chicken and dried it out! The breading was extra dark!?The drinks didnt have the soda flavoring. We asked for no ice and it had ice.They miss counted the cheddar tots.Pretty bad experience.F-
The bread was not fresh on my Whopper, it was a big crumbly like it was more than a day old.The service was slow. The staff was friendly but not very clean, I noticed one gentleman scratching his head and wiping his hands on his pants.

Terrible food and service. Waited in line 25 mins and then tried to call (26 times) for some missing items uet the phone was busy each time. Had to go back and wait in line again for 20 more minutes because the inside was closed. The Whopper was Terrible and thrown in the trash, 2 small fries thrown in the trash. I dont go there very often and this just reminded me why I dont care for them. Every time I try this particular Burger King they fail every which way possible.
Store on Manchester Rd in Akron Ohio is the worst BK I know and it has been for a long time. Food is either cold or the wrong order. Ordered double cheeseburger and got am Impossible Whopper. Can’t count how many times it’s happened but enough so I won’t go back there. I’ve tried going back, thinking they must have gotten more than just my feedback and that they improved. No way. Too bad - I like the double cheeseburger at BK. I now go across the street to Wendy’s.May 30, 2022 Updated - They are improved greatly
They gave us 2 Whoppers instead of 1 Whopper and 1 Impossible Whopper, but they still get 5 stars. Theyre understaffed and working their butts off in there. 👍

Our experience was awful. My mother cannot eat seeds and we specifically asked for no seeds on the bun and the worker lied to us and told us there wasnt when we asked her. So we went right back. Well they treated us like we did something wrong, then when they remade them they handed only one of the two burgers we ordered and again proceeded to get an attitude like we were wrong. These are the people that think they deserve $15 an hour...what a joke they cant even get a 2 hamburger order correct..
Girl taking our order was not friendly, after each meal we ordered she would ask are you done seeming annoyed that we were placing an order. We ordered 3 meals. The restaurant was not busy but had to pull forward and wait. Ordered 2 large sized meals and 1 medium but received 2 medium sized fries and 1 large. Food was ok.

Burger King just isnt the same. Its not bad food...I remember the Whoppers when I was a kid, so good and tasted like they just came off of the grill. They just dont taste like that anymore. The food was hot, not slapped together and the fries were good, hot. The jalapeno peppers were very good. The employees were polite.

Only has a star because I was forced to give one. Lady working the drive thru deserves to be unemployed for life without compensation. Got told to shut the f#@% up because at 10:03 I asked why they closed at 10pm even though their web presence says 11. Needless to say Ill be following up with corporate.
Their food tends to inflict food poisoning for some reason. The workers are generally nice, but can be a little standoffish. The drive thru is generally fast, but can be slow if its an extremely busy day. This establishment keeps their dining room very clean, and deals with messy accidents quickly. Sometimes their food seems like its been sitting out for too long, and the burgers tend to be greasier than they are at other locations.
The bun was stale, the lettuce was nasty and tomato was almost completely green with a unedible solid hard core in the center so to show my appreciation for the services I took off the green tomato and the nasty lettuce off and left it smeared on the table.Update 11-9-21Still terrible. When I went to the drive through and ordered 3 orders of chicken fries for 3 kids it was mix and match on the quantity. One pack had 8 in it and I believe thats the correct count but not sure, the 2nd pack had 5 and the 3rd pack had 4 and one half of a chicken fry. So you get 8, 5, or 4.5 chicken fries in a pack depending on what they feel like putting in. Waste of time and money. I would have went back but the dining room is locked early without reason half of the time and the drive through line is wrapped around the building and takes about 4 to five minutes per car to move (this one I will cut them slack on because I assume its because of labor shortage like every other place).
Practically threw the drinks at my mother in the drive through. Also screwed up my order. I can see why McDonalds drive through is more busy than here.
Okay at this location it seems like theyre going through another transitional period. They were doing very well about 2 months ago when they had a manager that seemed to really appreciate his job care about the customers. Now I dont know what has happened like everything else it has changed. I still will go and by a sandwich from there off and on but man the consistency of these restaurants I dont know whats happening it makes me want to stay home.
This location has a hard time with anything chicken related, with it often being old, overcooked, and just low quality. Some employees have an attitude problem here as well, speaking in a condescending manner or just being rude when asked questions or asked to repeat something.
A solid 4 out of 5. I will travel the extra 10 minutes to go to this location compared to the two near me. The staff is typically friendly, the food is usually warm/hot, and I havent really had a bad experience here. They even work with me if I have multiple orders at the drive through. A solid A!

Unfortunately this location has the worst staff out of all the Burger Kings in summit county.Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. It took the girl 5 minutes to say welcome to Burger King how may I help you. And then I had to repeat myself 3 time for her to complete my order properly. When I got to the window she snatched my card out of my hand and then practically threw it back at me. And then low and behold my order was wrong. Last time I go to that location.
This is a Burger King. Not much more to say about its food or selection. They have whoppers, mozzarella sticks, etc. What makes this place stand out, however, is its commitment and delivery of outstanding service. Despite constantly training new hires and losing old ones, the management staff here do their best to make sure you get what you ordered on time, every time.
Very polite young lady. I asked for sweet tea but she said it was bad instead of letting me find out for myself. Give her an A+.drive thru

Had a large order did not mind the wait but had to deal with an attitude from the cashier. She had a group of friends in there that were clearly more important than her job. Her friends were also very rude to my husband and I as well. Ordered combos and had to wait the 20 mins for our food and was never offered my drink cups. I had to ask after receiving my food and got an attitude for that too. I have worked these kind of jobs my whole life so I dont normally complain. But this was just not a bad day it was unacceptable! Seems more like a high school gathering than a business!
Nice location that features an updated appearance, ample parking, and a decent sized drive through. The drive through line did move rather slow, but the attendant was respectful and my food was ready when I made it to the window and paid. Food was hot and the order, though small, came out correct.
Literally still sitting in the parking lot just came through the drive-thru ( Manchester rd akron oh)I stress the fact of how I needed certain condiments ( even willing to pay extra) do you think when I get my bag a single one of. no.... even tried to call because of long line that does not seem to move 3xs! .. fries are cold ..chicken fries are overcooked & cold i might add and no toy in the kids meal.. not to mention I literally had two Semple freaking orders total ...been coming here for years guarantee you will not be back now..was coming here since I was 16 now 28.. and never once until now felt it necessary to lead a bad review
Cold awful food. One day though I might actually get a hot sandwich and steaming fries! Not this time though. Longer line moves like sloughs in race for a whopper S-L-O-W. So I ask is the whopper or the sloughs?
75% of the time I come through the drive through and ask for a burger with only ketchup and cheese and I get home and it has everything on it, most recently I had a coupon for 2 whopper meals for 8.99 and we gave them the coupon and the total came out to 13.98 plus the one whopper had everything on it
Drive thru was quick and efficient. Although it would be nice to ensure that when they receive a order for say two Cokes and a Dr pepper. That they mark the beverage that is different(Dr Pepper) than the rest.
Ok I wish there was -- stars I ordered my food and the cashier didnt wash her hands after touch dirty money and she went over and got fries ready the she swept the floor and touched the dirty dust pan and again didnt wash her hands and then got my onion rings and fries and put them in my bag...omg its amazing that no one has died there yet. Management better wake up!!!

Go here if you like your money stolen. Went through the drive through and was given back the wrong change, didnt realize it until I got to the gas station. Called the store and explained the situation. Told I would get a call after the drawer was counted. That didnt happen. I had to call these people for updates on where my $10 was for the whole week. Manager is a liar, when I questioned if she had viewed the tapes yet as it had been a week she stated yes she had and she has did not view any money in the pocket and the cashiers drawer was fine. Funny, her assistant told me a completely different story about the drawer when I called a few days prior, it was $10 short. So not only did they have a drawer that was $10 short, they also had a customer call that same day complaining she was shorted $10 in change. $20 missing in total and manager acts like Im bothering her, not concerned she clearly has a thief running her registers.. Corporate was no help either, called them and havent heard again in over a week. UPDATE: I was contacted by corporate in regards to the manner, not much help either. Have to send in a copy of my receipt. All this for $10.

Absolutely terrible service! 10:30pm and the food I ordered was absolutely COVERED in ketchup and Mayo. A small cheeseburger, ketchup only, and it was over a half a cup of ketchup. If you cannot respect food, you should not have a job working with food. The manager was very nice and should not have to deal with employees that do not take their job seriously. I will be making a complaint to their corporate office as well.
Nice and quiet...and most importantly, the staff has been very kind! Only issue, and this has nothing to do with the restaurant, but with B.K.s pricing...I just ate a delicious sandwich, the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Crispy Chicken (I definitely recommend it, usually Im a bacon cheeseburger type of girl, but this crispy chicken was on point)...However, the price for a small combo, was over $8....And, no matter how delicious the sandwich was, I cannot see paying that much at a fast-food restaurant for any meal. This store location is nice most of the times we visit. In previous visits, it may not have always been this way, but today it was great!

My husband went there tonight, the wait for our food was almost 10 min. long. When the manager confronted the girl on the register about the wait time being to long, the cashier laughed in her face. In my opinion, she should have been fired on the spot for disrespect. 2 orders of our fries were stale, and cold like they had been sitting there all day. We will not go back there again.
The girl literally told us AFTER we paid that we could have gotten a free sandwich with the 2 for $6 deal for only 40 cents more. Would have been nice to know before were done.

This moment at this Burger King included rudeness, cold food (after waiting for a long while) terribly calibrated coke out of both nozzles-anybody for CO2 beverage in a cup with carmel color? I say bring on those free refills! A supervisor was having a meeting at a table very close to us and darn it neither was using their library/ indoor voice. Front seat to every problem at that store with low end food znd the ketchup dispenser wasnt working right but, considering overhearing the meeting the ketchup dispenser is one of the higher functioning things in the store, be it machine or person. About 1/2 jar of mayo on my sandwich with the triple threat over ripen delightfully slimly and smelly. onions. The special treath a real possible tooth breaker the tomato slice had the hard greenish white center still in it. Had I not checked the appearence and wiped away a lot of the mayo and tore the center out of the tomato I would be hanging in life with 1 or 2 broken/chip teeth. And thank God it was a junior whopper a larger one would have been abuse! So, not so fast food, poor employee morale, and people not showing up etc. insider info frommanagers meeting free of charge left me throwing away most of my meal. And they ask why there is so much food being wasted and in landfill🤷♀️🙋♀️i know I know!

Went through the drive-thru recently. From start to finish took less than 5 minutes, I always have my food special order and 9/10 times its wrong but this location got everything right!! No complaints!

Meh. Forgot the cheese on my Whoppers(ordered 4) and the toppings were quite scant. Some had pickles, some did not. Mostly a tidbit of lettuce, one slice of tomato, and a little ring of onion with an excess of ketchup and mayo.
They get mad when you ask for marinara sauce for cheese sticks even if you want more and are willing to pay for extra sauces, greedy.
I stopped going to BK on Waterloo rd because they always messed something up on order. So I go to Manchester rd now and guess what? Sandwiches were cold. Whooper burger was about an 1/8th inch thick. Asked for a grilled chicken salad, got a fried chicken salad on about a cup of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato and a tablespoon of cheese. All for the price of $24
Ordered the new snickers pie, got all the way home and apparently they gave me the Hershey pie. I shouldnt have to check my bag. There was only one other person in there so no excuses! Its always something with you people! You wont be getting my business anymore and I hope you suffer the same fate as KFC.

The girl bagging the food dropped the bag containing my fries on the floor. She picked it up, assured the manager (out of my line of sight) that the fries hadnt fallen out of the bag. Paused a moment, and with a smile on her face, turned to me to hand me the bag. I said, If thats mine, I dont want it. Are you kidding me? She replaced them with a sarcastic look on her face. The chicken nuggets were like warm...French fries were fresh though...the drink tray was filthy with a puddle of orange drink all over it...no cups to put the ketchup in...tried to put it on a drink lid but it came out like water...not a very good dining experience.
In the past few months every time I go its the worst service. Today I went to get breakfast before work and I was in line for about 10 minutes. I finally get to the window and they dont apologise for the delay and my food wasnt even ready. Then my hash browns are cold. Its to the point of rather go hungry then deal with them.

Here at the bk in akron ohio they are very rude. Told me they do not have the rodeo king even though its on the website. Rude staff. I tried to order mac n cheetoes that they had on a huge sign in their speaker board and they said they no longer served them. When I asked why the sign was still up the cashier rudely responded with, no one has changed it. Which is rude in my opinion, because if they are advertising something they arent selling they should probably fix that.

Food was good and the staff was very friendly. Only reason its 3 stars is that the floor was sticky and tables not very clean.
The food was cold. Also got some cheese sticks and they was so cold they was hard not recommending anyone at this time!

Went for lunch had to wait 20 minutes to get our food a guy came in right after us and ordered 50 cheeseburgers who had called previously but they thought that he was joking literally shut down the restaurant they refused to make any further hamburgers for anybody through the drive-thru or that came in the store they lost a lot of business worst Burger King within a 10 mile radius

2022-04-24Worst food i’ve ever had. cashier looked like she beats her kids and smokes 6 packs a day. she made me repeat i wanted onion rings 3 times to give me fries. and my impossible whopper is cold spongy and smells like chemicals. they gave me a single half slice of onion and my bread is hard. they took like 15 minutes to give me this. i feel like they must of done something to it cause the cashier was rude.

2022-04-04This store is the absolute worst Burger King in a 20 mile radius from where I live. I don’t know why I decided to give them one more try. Stupid on my part. I’m not sure why they can’t get my pop right. Like ever! It’s wrong every time. The sandwiches are always just slopped together and the bacon is always burnt. Today they put our food in a torn bag. So yep, when my dasher brought the food, to the floor it went. If the employees don’t want to do their job and do it right then find a different job. I love Burger King but not this particular store. Just lost my business. While I’m at it, the employees need to check their bad attitudes at the door. Some of the rudest people in fast food.

2022-05-13Spent 20 minutes in a long drive thru line, eventually everyone pulled off and when we pulled up to order we were told itll be a while. We asked how long and were told a while. Usually we dont have problems so maybe their computers were down or something? But they were very rude about and didnt say anything else so we just left.

2022-05-11Got a bacon egg and cheese and it was cold. They told me that they dont heat up the bacon because it was precooked. So cold bacon, cold cheese and lukewarm egg. When I order a hot breakfast sandwich I want it to be hot not cold.

2021-03-23Since when do Whopper Jrs come with mustard on them? Brought my order back once because not only was there mustard that i didnt ask for, there was no cheese. Specifically stated that there was mustard on them when i brought them back & said i didnt want it on the sandwiches. Got home, guess what was on my sandwiches. I know there is supposed to be onions, there werent any of those. Not coming back...

2020-02-14Not the cleanest BK. :( Greasy floors throughout, even the bathrooms. Food scraps under the prep counter, not sure if theyre there from today or months ago. I gave three stars because their fountain Coke is actually of decent strength. Ever gotten a fast-food Coke that was set to more seltzer than syrup, and it tastes all peppery? Not here. Well done on the syrup-to-seltzer ratio.

2019-02-02Hey squad for sure this is a 4-star Burger King so my experience today was when I got in there Allen was ever so kind ever so polite took my order I got very fast service special order got very fast service and then as I was rushing out the door I dropped it over there with the sandwiches and they hash browns hitting the floor Tory came up to the counter and asked me with some compassion if I wonder if I just want to know food made nobody wants to eat food off of the ground within 5 minutes they had my order brought back to me right and it was in the only the brown paper bag with plastic carrying bags Tori and Allen really gave me outstanding service even let me eat one of the sandwiches while I wait like come on now this was awesome and I really appreciate their service I definitely recommend this Burger King and I definitely will be coming back

2022-05-15Burger King is slipping in my opinion we have been here a few times lately and it just seems to get worse. This time I didnt get my full order and I just dont see how it can be so hard from order to pickup I assume people just dont care nowadays you dont get what you want you get what you get. Wont be going back sorry burger King ya lost us.
