I was serviced by a gentleman in a suit. He took good care of my driver’s license renewal issue. The service was of good quality.
The worst and most rude encounter I’ve ever had with a customer service oriented office. Shelby, the older white haired lady was ok. Amanda (short haired blonde lady) and Cynthia (older long Grey haired lady) were shamefully rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this place of business.
Worst omelette of my life!!!! Seats were definitely wobbly. Krystal, at the front desk, gave me a free crumb cake for my troubles, but Dan, the manager, smells of kitty litter and rotten mango fruit. Overall it was a poor experience and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy!!!!!!! If you want brunch, stay away!!

Not only were they quick and polite to me, they were being kind and helpful to everyone. Even the old lady trying to pass her vision test. I saw bad reviews for them and was worried going in but they were great.
Other than the normal DMV waiting around, the staff was friendly & efficient! Make sure you go early in the morning & not over lunch.
The lady who was helping me was very rude and disrespectful. She really didnt know how to do much of anything and belittled me out of insecurity. She even admitted that she didnt understand me cause she has her own way of speaking. Do not belittle customers because your thought process is messed up. I shouldnt have to ask a simple question 10 times cause you dont understand your job.
Fast service, I was able to use the express lane, would help if they had a sign that told you to wait until called. Other than that, a pleasant experience.
I cannot say enough about this BMV. The lines were quick and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Best BMV I have EVER been to! I will only go here from hereon out!

Even though they were crowed, (because of people trying to find out how this New Federal ID thing works, they got us in very quickly and efficiently. And they were jovial and kind. 🙂
They need to have more than two people working. I sat there and waited for 30 mins for them to only call one person up and had to leave to take care of my kid
Ive lived all over the country...and have dealt with many different license offices...the folks here are SUPER fast and professional...of the 3 here in town...I ALWAYS come here... Great job folks!!

It a government office with government employees.. Expecting anything more is a real stretch. But this location is way better than Huber Heights.

The hours listed here are incorrect. The BMV is open everyday except Sunday. Monday 8 - 5pm. You should call to verify hours for the rest of the week.

2022-06-09Bring every Bill you have in your name with you. Like seriously everything you have with your name and your address.. because their list online is not accurate with everything you need. Also ladies make sure you have your marriage license if your name is not your maiden name.. seriously more documents needed for an ohio drivers license than when we got our us passports.. online says you need to get new license from out of state with in 30 days, but when you are here its longer than 30 days. teller was sassy and entitled

2020-12-14Always a little crowded, but what BMV/DMV isn’t? The employees are extremely friendly every time I go, and very fast. I never feel stressed or concerned. They’re very organized when it comes to helping customers. If you’re there for license plate, ID, or car inspection they have separate lines for everything. It eliminates wait time all around.They don’t do driver’s licenses though, so you will have to go to the one in Kettering for that.

2020-01-02Excellent customer service! Meeka was very professional and helpful. I also noticed her being attentive and professional even when customers were rude. Will drive out of my way for the professionalism! I lost the receipt with the information to post a review. Hope this gets seen by the people who matter.

2019-06-02Rude. As I listened to them speak badly about the people they were waiting on, they were shameless in how they treated people. I waited over two hours and was prepared with the necessary documents as I did plenty of research on the state website. They refused to accept my documents, insisting that they werent good enough. I brought multiple documents that met the requirements however they refused to accept any of them. They refused to be proactive or helpful in any way and seemed happy to refuse service.

2019-01-09Jessica was great today! Very professional and personable. Smiled and double checked to make sure everything was right. I was in to get a replacement license and new vehicle tags. We had some trouble and she was very professional, even went the extra mile so I could get the signature plates I wanted. 5 Stars from Me!

2020-08-03Check in online to minimize your wait time. We jumped to the head of the queue as soon as we arrived. Definitely clean inside and well spaced, though I miss the old church pews.

2019-02-12Typically it takes FOREVER to get waited in a BMV. But this visit went VERY quick. I was in and out. Staff was pleasant. The building is tucked I the corner of a shopping plaza. If you blink you will miss it. Its right behind the gym. In the shopping center.

2018-08-21You will have a 50/50 experience here sometimes the lines are short and fast and sometimes you will be waiting over an hour, I have also been here when the place was packed and was in and out fast. Most of the staff is nice but some are rude and have a “I hate my job/life” attitude and take it out on customers. Win some loose some...

2018-09-29Just spent 2 hours waiting to get 2 State IDs for my sons. The number pull system only works if you check to ensure the person has the number you called. I watched 4 people pull numbers well after myself and were going up on numbers being called that no one responded to pretending it to be theirs. By the clerk not verifying their numbers they were able to jump the line. I expected a wait but not 2 hours for lack of ensuring the number process was being followed. Highly disappointing...whats the point of pulling a number if those after you go before you. All of this was while an express lane was being utilized to lessen the wait!!! SMH
