I called on a Saturday and explained my hornet situation to Tim. They were in the front porch and have stung people. Nothing I tried would get rid of them completely. He was concerned and came over same day for a great price. He took care of the nests and gave a 90 day guarantee. It has been about a month and we havent seen a hornet since. He was the first company that contacted me about the problem. I had him come to my house to give an estimate. I saw that he had great reviews and his price fit my budget. He gave two treatments and showed up on time for both. He did a thorough job and was easy to communicate with.

We had to deal with an insect infestation, and Bug Bounty Hunters made the situation much less of a headache. The price they charged was very fair, and they quickly came out to treat our home. After they finished, the bugs were completely gone. We did ask them to come back out one time, and they had no problem with that -- and they didnt charge any extra, since they have a guarantee. I hope we never have another infestation, but if we do, Im calling Bug Bounty Hunters. I really cant recommend their service enough -- and you really cant find a more affordable exterminator in the Akron area.
Hi my name is Suzanne Keller. I am using a different name because I’m terrified that this man will come back to my house. He performed a job for me and he wasn’t paid on time as he thought he should be. Also there was no contract made. Tim came to my house and asked me for money when he knew that my son was going to pay him after he received his check. After he received our check my son reached out to him and asked him not to contact us anymore. I asked my tenants about Tim and his wife and they informed me that he was unprofessional and his wife didn’t know what she doing. Everyone beware of this company and their workers.

Very unprofessional. All the other reviews on here have to be friends of timmy, teddy or whatever his name is. He was suppose do a discrete inspection. THE INSPECTION WAD TO BE DISCRETE AND EMPLOYEES WOULD BE INFORMED ON MY TERMS NOT THE INSPECTORS. he finds a bug and yells it in front of my employees. He was scheduled to do a treatment Sunday at my business at 6, he gets there 40 minutes late and he has an attitude with me???. He left, no services provided and told me he has s life. Youll have all kinds of time with no work if you treat people like that. Also, I think he may have planted the bug that he found. Another thing, you can see by the owners defensive comment trying to throw it back on me the fact he was late, then blames construction, other business and anything else other than taking accountability for being late. No responsibility for his actions......

2022-05-13I had my first carpenter ant mating infestation pop up in our spare bedroom. I had Terminix no call reschedule me on the day of our appointment(without my knowledge) and I had to scramble around to find help. I called Bugbountyhunter and he answered while on another job informing me he will call me back soon. He called back quickly and was on the way and could help me out. When we arrived, I showed him the room that the ants were in and he began inspecting the whole house inside and outside. After his inspection, he recommended I do this on my own because he did not believe this as a threat and gave me recommendations on what products to use because he wouldnt feel comfortable charging me for something so easy. I tried to pay him something for coming out but he insisted he does free inspections in the Akron area. Very Friendly and knowledgeable. He will be my go to guy in the future for any pest problems. 2022-03-08After moving into a new house and then finding fleas on our cats, I called on a Saturday. I was put to his voicemail twice and then told because I have an out of state phone number. He thought I was a telemarketer?Tim said he would come spray first flea treatment that Monday, on Valentines Day.I called him Monday morning and confirmed he would be at my house at scheduled time, because I had to try to get my 1 and 3 year old kids out of the house for 1 hour after treatment. He confirmed time.He then called later and said he would be late. He said because the line is long at McDonalds. I couldnt believe it. I wouldve rather him lied and said flat tire. It was so unprofessional. Then 20 minutes later I see him pull into my neighbors driveway and go up and knock on their door. By this time I have 2 screaming kids. So I call and ask him if he needs my address again, and he says no. My kids entire schedule for the day was messed up with naps and I had to cancel an appt I had later, to have my washing machine fixed, because Tim ended up being a half hour late.He was also another half hour late past our agreed upon time for our follow up treatment 12 days later, but this time I had my husband deal with him and I took the children. I definitely would not recommend, if you have a schedule or small children or think its okay for someone to not show up on time because the line at McDonalds is too long. Very unprofessional.I keep continually combing fleas off of my cats, even after the 2 house treatments and the expensive Frontline flea drops, but Im not even going to bother with the 90 day guarantee because its too much of a hassle.

2021-12-03Called him on a Sunday becayse we seen a few fleas on our dog and I panicked! Came right away and was very fast. Didn’t see any after his visit. He also did a follow up two weeks later and sprayed and has a 90 day guarantee following that. He was half the price of the big name guys and a lot faster getting to me! Highly recommend!

2021-08-19Had a bed bug problem in my room. Was extremely nice over the phone and walked us through what we could do in the time before he came over. When he arrived, he was extremely fast and was back in the house in 2 hours. After the first initial treatment, they come back after 2 weeks to do another. Theyre an extremely reliable company and so amazing for the price. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with any sort of bug problem.

2021-09-02I called about a large underground yellow jacket nest. Timothy answered when I called and was able to work me into his schedule that morning since he was going to be in the area. He came out and sprayed the areas surrounding the hole and into the hole itself and advised that everything will be dead within 2-3 days. Sure enough by day 2, there was no activity whatsoever in the nest and prior to being sprayed there were about 60-80 yellow jackets going in and out per minute! I appreciate how responsive he was, his willingness to get me on his schedule so fast and professionalism. The price was also very reasonable as well so I would highly recommend for any bug problems.
