This B-Dubs is by far the nicest Ive ever been to. Some of them youll go to and theyll be dark and dingy. Some will just be carved out of the corner of a run down strip mall. But this stand alone B-Dubs is bright, open, and clean. Staff is nice. Food is B-Dubs standard.
So the server was amazing! But the kitchen took forever to get our food out I mean we sat there for maybe an hour or so waiting on our wings after our apps came out and were still given the wrong wings for one of us. It got fixed right away but still waiting a whole hour just for food when we entered it wasnt busy when we left it was packed and the time in-between stayed about consistent with when we came in. It was still a fun night out for us but the kitchens inability to get the order done while people who were seated 30 minutes after we came in where fed long before us.
By far the worst experience!!! This place is really sad, my family and I sat in for dinner and waited over 30 minutes for a server to get our drink order. To make it worse a group came in after we did and was able to get their drinks and food order placed and here we are still waiting on food to come out. I really hate to think, that my race had anything to do with the lack of service, opposed to the the table across from me getting their drinks and food before ours. Very sad, mad and disappointed in this staff and the lack of a manager in sight to even notice how long we were waiting !!!
Steven was fabulous!!! My daughter and I both are on special dieta and he took the time to listen to our needs and restrictions. He went above and beyond!!!The restaurant was cold and a little loud (I know sports bar but the music was way loud, others even complained).Food was delicious and the place was clean.
We just had the WORST experience with an uber eats order! They refused to give my driver the food claiming they had no orders, and in an attempt to contact them, a male and a female hung up on us on 2 separate phone calls and will not answer from now on. We just wanted a refund but will now be reporting this store.
Food was good when it was made properly.Husband ordered a Mojito and it come out with rotten and wilted mint! Then getting told by the server that “you ordered wedges!” when I know I ordered tots AND we had an entire conversation about making sure the tots we were well done because they get soggy when they are made “loaded”. Sent the wedges back and received lightly cooked tots with a pinch of shredded cheese and a pinch of bacon in the center of the plate with 80% of the tots with nothing on them. Sent those back.Good thing we ordered apps because those actually come out correct.. oh wait, they didn’t, had to ask for the sauces we that were supposed to be included!Our server was subpar. Never offered refills, I had to ask for a refill of beer.
Absolutely terrible Kathy the manager has no responsibility . I placed a order for my family the order was wrong , so they said come back in 10 minutes I go back I’m standing by the bar for a p minutes no one wanted to help purposely. Will never order from here again. So I call and tell the so called manager the situation and she said she couldn’t do anything about it with a attitude take out
It was my second time ordering carry out and this experience was worse than the first time. I will never go to this location again. Ordered food off their app. It has tracking of your order. I was told my food was ready for pick up at 12:30 so I stop to pick up my order. When I arrived, I was told my order wasnt ready yet. I asked why the app told me it was done if it wasnt. The girl said she had no idea but it would be done in 5 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes before my order was done. I had ordered fountain beverages to go and she handed me 4 cups. I asked if they had a drink carrier and she said no....... I live 7 minutes away. I got home with my order and it was COLD... like it had been sitting for the 30 minutes that I sat there waiting!! I tried calling the store 10 times to complain and ask for a refund and no one answered the phone. The order wasnt right either. Paid for fries with bacon and cheese and got plain fries. Asked for ranch dressing and got blue cheese. Never again. One last thing, they have a take out door that requires you ring a door bell. I stood there forever waiting after I rang the bell and then decided to go inside. The lady behind the bar says oh yea, they arent using that door at the moment, I guess they should put a sign up............
My boyfriend and I have been here a few times since it opened. As much as we love this chain, we were not very impressed with the service/food here. Our server today definitely made an impression. Bridget was wonderful. Hopefully this new store is getting all the kinks worked out. Today was a great experience.
We needed somewhere to eat on new years eve. we showed up roughly 35 minutes before they closed and they were more then happy to seat us and just as polite and professional as they always are. The food was warm and amazing as always even with having gotten there so late. they allowed us to sit and eat until we were done and ready to go without any rush. We ended up staying 15-20 minutes past close and everyone was amazing. I will continue going here!
Just had the worst take out experience I have had in a long time. Ordered online and confirmation said would be ready in 20 min. Arrived on time and was told they never got the order despite my confirmation. Manager ultimately found my order but it took another 35 minutes to make it. All in all was an hour from when I placed the order. Really poor for a great restaurant chain.
Our server was nice, though she didnt stick around long enough to hear special institutions for our meal. The appetizer came out with soggy/floppy tortilla chips. The wings we ordered (20pc) came out bone dry with only 4 wings having any sprinkling of sauce.The most we saw our waitress was when it was time for her to give and take the check. We will not be back to this location
What did this place get right? Wraps are small and mostly dough, chicken is hard kids tenders are hard and obviously old chicken thats been in the window under the heat lamp..... 😂 Fries are cold missing all side sauces... After pulling all the extra tortilla off we are still hungry never again
I’ve ordered “to go” twice so far from north Olmsted. The food was so cold both times that I had to microwave at home) and also both times I had missing items.The first time they messed up I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, because they just opened up but I thought let me give another chance. The second time I had to check my bags myself and low and behold, I’m missing items again. I’m going to stick with the other locations.
They charge a service fee of a dollar for takeout orders. Also, customer service isn’t the greatest at this location because workers are usually clueless about takeout orders. It might be okay if you sit down to eat. They also have an EZPLAY lottery machine in the store. I would suggest sticking to the Elyria store.
It was a great dine-in experience. We had a nice booth and our server was Bridget. She was attentive to all of her tables. She explained the BOGO deal clearly. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. One of us had the chicken sandwich with the swiss cheese, pickles. He enjoyed that and I had 6 traditional wings with mild sauce, celery and blue cheese. It was awesome. Kind of pricey but worth it. The North Olmsted location just opened recently and they were on the ball.
One of the worse restaurant experiences in my life.More than enough employees there, but somehow The service was extremely slow, missing items from our order, a messed up order, and most of the food was cold. Wasted over 2 hours of my life there. We Were better off eating out of the McDonalds dumpster. The waiters, chef , and manager Need to be retrained. Actually the chef should just go work at a school cafeteria.
I went to the new Buffalo Wild Wings in North Olmsted couple weeks ago with my daughter. It was a Sunday early evening, and we were just out in about oh, but my daughter liked previous b w w in the past so she asked if we could go there. When I walked in the establishment it was extremely loud and hard to hear. We were seated near the bar and it was even louder in that area. I was kind of disappointed that they had changed the entire building from when it was Ruby Tuesdays. It wasnt the same warm and inviting feeling that it had prior. The food was okay come on but nothing I would ever Rave and Rave about. Our server was pretty attentive and did a good job. I just feel that with all the competition in the area it wasnt my favorite but to each his own if you like Sports, wings, and beer this would be your place!
New Buffalo Wild Wings location and my first time at one too. The modern architecture looks really nice inside and out. The food was good. If its your first time at one. They serve your average burgers and fries and wings/boneless wings with many different flavors. People seems to go there to watch football too. They go wild when a good play happen.
I usually dont review restaurants but I am doing it because this spot gave me the worst dinning in experience ever few days ago. This location is poorly managed. I waited 15 min to be sat when the place was empty. Waited 45 min for food then my crispy chicken was raw. Then waited another 30 min to remake my crispy chicken and came out raw again. I will never go to this spot again.
Nice, new, and clean with an open feeling that was enjoyable and more expansive than I had expected. Steven and the team had us well cared for and the food was reasonably quick and quite tasty. The music was a bit loud for easy conversation, but thats fairly typical for this type of restaurant. Im sure well be back again soon.
My wife and I have always enjoyed the wings, more expensive but worth the extra due to the size and they are tasty. Recently we made a phone order and when my wife brought them home we discovered the order was incorrect. My wife went back with the wings and explained the order was incorrect, she expected to the order to be re-done or refunded. What she received was the correct sauce in several containers and sent on her way. Not only was the order still wrong but now cold needing heated in the oven therefore drying out the order. I called and asked to speak with the manager and was fortunate enough to get Tony, he listened to me let me vent, showed a general concern for my story, After checking the order we made Tony apologized and gave us a 30 wing in-store credit. Kudos to Tony! from a customer service perspective, he did everything right and instead of losing a customer he gained a very loyal one. Tony is a credit to his position and I only hope the Buffalo Wild Wings organization realizes what a gem they have in a manager like Tony.
Have ordered take out twice from this location. Food has been great both times. Only issue weve had so far was mistakes with our order. When I went to pick up our take out order this most recent time, one of the wing orders was wrong and a few other things were missing. I would suggest that those in the kitchen are making sure to read the tickets correctly so that theyre making everything for the orders. Another suggestion would be that those working the take out counter double check the orders to make sure that everything matches and nothing is missing from the order. Try and correct mistakes before the customer comes to pick up their food. Mistakes happen, but do what you can to try and minimize them. I know this location has only been open a few weeks and improvements will come
The struggle is real. We are happy to have them in that spot in North Olmsted. A lot of bugs to work out. The staff was very friendly which was good because it was needed to soften the blow of really slow food. The Southern Chicken sandwich was good but the French Fries were not very warm. Overall they will be fine if they continue to grow. 7.1
I was less than satisfied with my service this week! When I walked into the store the hostess spit on my friends and I in attempt to blind us. The waitress put their nail clippings in my food and called me obese. The only nice people at the restaurant were the roaches in the corner who greeted me kindly.
This place needs some additional training on customer service. We love BWW and were excited to try out this location. The parking lot was empty and there was only one couple in front of us, but the women who was acting as a hostess was completely rude. As soon as we walked in a young man told us there was an hour wait. We were a little surprised because the place was empty and it was Saturday night. We started to leave and then the lady at the hostess stand screamed at the top of her lungs, “there is an hour wait if you want food”. My 8 year son asked “why is that lady screaming at people”. Completely understand the short staff situation right now, but don’t understand anger and hostility. Get it together!
We waited for an hour to get our food. Our waiter was unprofessional. Never checked on us. Completely ignored our table. Another table never got their lunch after repeatedly reminding the waiter. We have had way better services at other locations! I am also hypoglycemic and was expecting not to wait over hour to get my food! I am beyond disappointed with this new location! I am usually very understanding of short staff but at some point theres a fine line between good customer service & bad!
Awful! I was so excited about a sports bar in the area and I am beyond disappointed. Me and my wife sat down at the bar and was ignored for 10 minutes, so we left. Other bar patrons were served, and the bartenders looked at us, but we were ignored. There was plenty of bartenders but just it seemed like they didnt want to deal with more customers. The barstools also were broken which seemed odd for a new place. The area really needed a good sports bar but the service here is awful and non existent.
Was there last night with family. Wings came to the table cold and the meat was hard to bite into. I would usually cut that off of my go to Restaurants but I thought I’d give it another shot. The very next day I tried to order food to go but immediately was told I was going to have to be put on hold because the computer/register was being used. I was on hold for 7-8 minutes, hung up and called right back. Told her I was on hold for almost 10 minutes and she started laughing as she said “oh yeah. Sorry we’re almost done. I’ll have to put you on hold again”. So I waited for another 5 minutes and just ended up ordering from Harry Buffalo instead. Harry Buffalo’s wings are at least fresh and tender. I won’t be going to/ordering from BWW in North Olmsted anymore. The place needs a lot more improvement. Might want to start with the staff
Customer service needs improvement, very slow to order. We ordered our kids food right away, we ended up getting our appetizers and food before the kids did. Food was cold, the wings, fries, sandwiches, and appetizers. Waitress was never around to ask for anything. Never experienced this at the Fairview location.
Probably one of the worst new restaurants in town. Just terrible customer service and below average food. Katie, who is in charge of taking orders over the phone, is definitely in the wrong line of work. I usually never leave bad reviews but this was honestly terrible. I first placed a delivery order via DoorDash. The restaurant confirmed my order and then made my dasher wait at the restaurant for 20 mins. I had to call the restaurant only to be told by Katie that she doesn’t have my order in the system and asked me to cancel and place another one. If she never received my order, how did the restaurant manage to confirm it? And when I called Katie told me they were out of one of the items which she had zero courtesy to call me and inform me themselves.I decided to take another chance at the restaurant and place a pick up order over the phone. Unfortunately I spoke to Katie again. She kept taking down my order wrong which I had to correct multiple times and then ended up taking down the wrong name for the order. On top of that, I could hear her talking with someone else and laughing while talking to me asking me to repeat what I was telling her. She told me the order would be ready in 20 mins and then made my husband wait for another 30 mins because they had run out of shredded chicken for the quesadilla. Finally after nearly two hours of struggling to get the food, we were given food below average and something we definitely haven’t experienced before at other buffalo wings restaurants. Really disappointed and this restaurant will never get my business again unless they make some serious changes.
We ordered for takeout and we picked it up right away and our house is only a couple of minutes away. The food was cold and hard and it was definitely old. ir was probably already made before for a different order or something. it was disgusting. we were hungry and excited to try it because we know it just opened but we couldnt even finish the food because it was so nasty.
When we got there we were told a hour wait. I said well wait, they were turning away ppl, left and right??? Dirty tables everywhere, nobody cleaning them off. 2 people at the hostess stand, ( both very young ) young man said it wasnt his job to clean tables., took forever to get our Wings they were cold cold cold, 3 different managers there and none working to get the food out in time. None of them were even in the kitchen??? Spoke with Shannon, Jennifer??? She didnt care about anything. Wont be back there
All of the 1 star ratings are absolutely true. Waitress Missy takes your order brings 1st round of drinks, then never checked back in over 1hour and 20 minutes to see if we needed anything. After making eye contact with her, she came over to check on us. I asked for another beer and to please check on our food order. Food came out another 15 minutes later, and you guessed it COLD. There was more things that went wrong, but my fingers are tired from typing. So sad that the owner and BW3 Corporate dont respond to us leaving these absolutely true reviews of the New BW3 NORTH OLMSTED.
Big yikes. Service is like everyone is on 1st day of job. I wouldn’t be as surprised since it’s a new restaurant, but it’s up to the company to have experienced people there to assist. After 3 trips all take out, there was always something that ruined the trip each time, whether it was something wrong with the order or the timing. The people here are nice, but that only goes so far when I’m paying money.Long way to go for this location.
Order was supposed to be ready at 4:30pm. Arrived at that time and waited until 5:10pm. At that time the order had not been started, 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. Was handed a receipt as proof of the order cancel and refund. 17 days later, after multiple follow-up inquiries, I finally received the refund. Your process is broken and needs fixed.
Do not go here after 30minutes past order pick up time I was told 45min longer what a joke. Was told they would refund me when I said cancel it and no refund well I will dispute it with my credit card. Shut this location down just opened and already a joke. Please do yourself a favor and go to Fairview Park location.

I went and had a pickup order and I ordered celery and carrots and side sauces and they werent in the bag so I called and spoke to the manager Jordan H. He had bad customer service and rude and told me it was my fault I didnt check my order and would not do anything about it.
Never felt so alone. No one at this long bar. Bar tender kept leaving and did not engage a conversation. They had a contest going on but no one to ask how to participate as I walked in. Trivia night I guess. I thought I would come in to see how they do this here. The BW3 is very active in Medina.

2022-03-27Overall was a great dining experience! The waiter we had was super nice and fun unfortunately forget her name. Our waiter made sure we took advantage of the free nachos while we were there as well. Good til apr 5 2022 I believe. I personally love coming to bdubs for buy one get one bone in wings on Tuesday and buy one get one boneless wings on Thursday. I would definitely go back to this place.

2022-01-15Our server was Kelsey. She wore a filthy mask. I ordered a cobb salad with ceasar, she brought ranch. Kelsey never brought my Pepsi which came with my meal. I had to ask for blue cheese dressing for my wings. Kelsey was very disinterested in being helpful. The fries and wings I ordered looked like they were fried, frozen and then refried. Or maybe recycled from other diners. I honestly thought they may have ran out and bought some at the gas station. I have dined at the Brooklyn location and it was excellent quality. I was hungry and ate half of my meal, took the other half to go. I did not want to make a scene so I called to speak to the manager. I was on hold for almost twenty minutes. I called again and spoke to Tony the manager. He said there was nothing he could do since I left and did not complain while I was there. My stomach has been cramping since dining here. I noticed that their 5 star reviews are neck and neck with one star reviews, for obvious reasons. This place is never going to make it. I will never dine here again. I fed the five leftover wings to some feral cats. They had more sense than me. They did not eat them. If Tony had offered compensation I would not be writing this review. Do yourself a favor. Eat somewhere else!

2021-10-14A good addition to the BWW chain. My family visited on a busy night yet we found everything was as wed expect at a lighter time, only that there was lively conversation throughout. We were greeted by a friendly host who found had a seat immediately available. Server knew the products and gave a relevant suggestion that ended up tasting great. I purchased two adult beverages which felt strong and was mixed well. The takeout was via a dedicated door which helps keep the entrance clear. A very enjoyable place to visit.

2022-03-17Had a great end to our evening of shopping at the mall and other locations. Was seated quickly at a comfortable booth per our request. Stephen was excellent and very tentative. Everything was delicious. We did have a to go order that was not as good as our meal. It was not fully cooked and the wigs were not the flavors we ordered. All and all it was a great dinner.

2022-09-07We were seated outside for our meal and we had an incompetent bar tender wait on us. Never made eye contact with us and his idea of a cocktail was all water. Couldnt even make a drink. Waited 20 minutes for our meal. No one in the restaurant and he stated were busy thats why the meal was late. They must be desperate for help. Train your new hires a little better and your reviews would improve. And how to mix a drink. They were out of onion rings too on a Saturday!

2022-07-06My husband and I have tried to give this restaurant so many chances. We live 3 minutes away and this place could be a huge money maker. Unfortunately with so many bad experiences here I wont be going back. If you like cold food this is the place for you. Especially after waiting over 45 minutes for a cold wrap and not to mention three drinks I wanted on the drink menu werent available. Im surprised this place hasnt made people sick yet. Huge disappointment.

2022-05-15This B-dubz is good, the chain used to be my favorite restaurant back in the late 90s but the quality dropped over the years. They are a bit on the pricey side now but all restaurants have had to raise their prices. Id say as of now Harry Buffalo has them beat in taste and timing of service.
