Terrible tasting wings! dry and tasted old no sauce on the boneless wings. we ordered mango habanero wings and we had to dip them in barbecue sauce when we got home this has happened twice in a row please inspect your take out order before leaving very expensive and terrible quality the wings used to be good but something has changed
Our server forgot our appetizer... She didnt seem very apologetic at first but minutes later she approached our table and said it was totally her fault she didnt put the order in and she apologized. Amazing! So glad there are still people who take responsibility... Love it! Made up for missing our cheese curds (which are amazing btw)!
Was so disappointed when we visited here for lunch. Was going to order the $8 lunch with boneless wings which included 1 side and a drink. Waitress told us about Tuesday special buy 6 get 6 wings free. So went that way but over all the wings were not free by the time we got a side salad (which was only romane lettuce a slice and a half of tomato and a few shaves of Parmesan cheese)and a drink the cost of the same $8 meal was now $16 because we had to pay for salad and a drink which are way over priced &4.79 for the salad on a small plate. Think about how much more you will be paying before you go with the deal for the day!!!
Food was bad and service was bad as well.The black bean patty was over cooked and the fries tasted off for some reason.The servers were inattentive and uncaring. We had to yell out to them to get our orders and requests through.Also, no plates or silverware were provided until we pointed it out.
The food was good, but for a $15 burger, it better be. The price of chicken hasnt done them any favors either. So many draft beer options to choose from and the cocktail options are a huge plus. This is definitely a place to go for fantasy drafts as one was going on while were there on the patio. I really like this place, i just hate when the bill comes.
The Buffalo wild wings in sandusky has better service and better quality. The fremont Buffalo wild wings iether forgot our order or messed it up but i was seeing people come in 20 min after us and get there food before us. Then when we got the food, it wasnt fresh. The waiter never gave updates why it was taking so long or even bother to stop at the table to see if we needed anything. Do not go to this location.
Poor customer service. I called in an order for fried pickles and the employee laughed on the phone. What is funny about ordering fried pickles? Isn’t is a good thing that someone is ordering? When I walked in I was stared at and someone yelled back “take out!” and 3 employees continued to stand there and stare at me while one continued talking about how and when she got pregnant.However, the pickles are just as delicious as I remember them in years past.
Was there tonight with my boyfriend and daughter. The food was great but best of all was our server! She was very informative and recommended a drink based on my preferences and it was so delicious that I ordered another one! She kept checking on us and accommodated us in every way. If you go here, ask for Brittany H...shes the best! Always had a smile on her face and bent over backwards to please us. We will definitely be back!!!
I always expect an average experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings and they rarely disappoint. But tonight in Fremont, OH takes the cake.7 of us went (4 adults and 3 kids) and brought the total patron count of the place to 15. It took 20 minutes to order drinks, another 10 for them to come out. When we finally ordered our food, 3 of the folks in our group got their food and the other 4 didn’t. The rest of us didn’t get our food for another 20 minutes. And it was cold and wrong. An appetizer we ordered came out with the second batch of food (ah, what’s the point of an appetizer??)When we asked our server what was going on, she rudely replied that she has no control over what comes out of the kitchen or the bar. And because of the size of our party (remember. It was 7. Good thing sports teams never go to B-Dubs), she had to split our tickets. For 7 people??? And others may have gotten in between. What???We should have gone to the Applebee’s across the street.
It saddens me to change my review...Normally their food is excellent and the service is friendly and quick, but not the last 3 times we have gone.Today was the final straw. They were not busy, yet service was the slowest we have ever had. Forgot straws, drinks, and even our food apparently. We ordered 2 appetizers but never got them. We didnt see drinks until 20 minutes after being seated. We didnt get straws for another 10 minutes. Our food didnt come out until almost an hour in. They forgot we even ordered pretzels. After we got food, we asked if our appetizers were ever coming out and the waitress explained that she accidentally took our good to another table despite hardly anyone in the restaurant. Then instead of informing us that she messed up half our food, she simply cancelled the appetizers and pretended we didnt order then to begin with.I dont think we will be coming back anymore. What a shame.
2hr ticket time for 4 people. Waitress was nice and kept up on our drinks so its not her fault, she did great. That kitchen needs to pull it together thats just terrible. Thankfully my 3 kids who were with me were older. Thats way to long to make your customers wait even on a busy day. Management needs to come together and come up with a plan on how to handle when it starts getting busy. I can just see a rat race in my mind of that kitchen. So if that means designating certain jobs to people so they dont have people doing everything and are all over the place. Or creating teams to tackle each order. More hands in an order will get done quicker but you still need to designate jobs in the groups. I wont ever be back but for future reference you need to come up with a better approach to things.
I was extremely upset about the Fremont, Ohio location. The service was horrendous. We had a party of 9 and we were waiting for drinks for up to 15 minutes at a time. The food came out cold. It seemed like management was not engaged in anything. It was total chaos and it shouldnt have been. Only half of the place was occupied. We may try again next year.Even though we didnt have a good waitress, she was really nice to us at least.
We ordered dinner this evening. One of the items we ordered was the Ultimate Nachos. We had actually ordered them last Friday and a few times before that. They were amazing...the chips were crisp, the jalapeños were fresh and the chili made them ultimate! Now...imagine our disappointment tonight when we opened the box and there was no chili on the nachos and the jalapeños appeared to be from a jar. Looking back at the menu it had changed...the price of the nachos went down $1.00 and for $1.50 you can add the chili. My husband called the restaurant and was told the nachos were changed on Wednesday...the chili was removed to add a vegetarian item to the menu. I have nothing against vegetarians but why not give them the option to remove the chili and leave the nachos ultimate like the were a week ago. And as for the jalapeños...the person my husband spoke with had no idea about those.
The tacos were better than I expected. I ordered two types of boneless swings I asked for extra sauce on both. Unfortunately both came out with less than I had hoped for. Fortunately they brought me out extra sauce when I asked for more, Very good service and a pleasant bar environment.
Holy hot! Typically, I ask for the most spicy food a restaurant. This time, I was warned to try it before I bought it by the waitress. She brought out a couple samples, and thank goodness. I was thinking about the max heat, ended up choosing the hot, and after 8 wings I had to concede. Those wings were darn good, and darn hot. I recomend highly.
Worst experience with a BW3 I have ever had. We had the party room with 30-40 people. 1 waitress.....place wasn’t even busy. She tried really hard but was completely overwhelmed. I don’t think it was her fault. Manager should be ashamed. We had to go to the bar a bunch of times just to get drinks. I love BW3, but not this one. Oh all the food was cold and they brought the kids food last. Again, I don’t blame the waitress, she was put in a position to fail. Someone should have stepped up and actually helped but guess they don’t do that here.
Took more than10 minutes to get our drinks. During our meal our waitress never offered refills for our drinks including soda or our bar drinks. We had our glasses sitting at the edge of the table and the Waitress would walk by and just look at them. Maybe her first day, I don’t know. Food was OK. Could not have been 20 people in the whole place for a Saturday evening at 6pm. Second time in a row this has happened, will not be returning.
Friday night 7pm we got seated in about 10 min... waited an hour and a half for dinner. Had to threaten to leave to get our food. When it came out, the fries and chicken sandwich was cold. Yuck. But hey it was a family memory: “remember that time at BW3 when it took an hour and half to get food?” The manager never came to our table to apologize... stay away!
The food was ok. Big UFC Fight and the entire place was packed only problem 1 bartender..... Waited all night for drinks. Poor management of the night. Had 3 drinks in 5 hrs because thats how many times I was asked and was seated at the bar the whole night. I ask for water 3 times before I got it on the way out the door...
My daughter and I went for lunch and got seated. They were busy and our waitress looked overwhelmed. But, I understood because I have worked in the restaurant business. My daughter ordered the lunch tacos with potatoe wedges and I ordered the Chicken Bufalito with wedges and water to drink. We waited and waited for our meals. Almost 30 mins go by and our waitress said they are waiting on the tacos to be done. It got me to thinking that my meal was up on the hot lamp for how long. We waited some and and I had it. I got up and we left. My daughter overheard the waitress say Theyre leaving. Our waitress only came to check on us once during this. It would have been nice to see a manager walking around checking on tables but it didnt appear to be one. Worst service ever!
Love Bdubs. Fantastic flavors and great prices. Tuesdays are half off wings in our area. Service is always spot on at the Fremont, Ohio location. Never had a bad lunch experience. I wouldnt mind just one of the televisions had local news. That every TV every sport is okay , but some of us like local news too.
Love B-dubs and the one i visited in Ohio, was no exception. My bartender, Tess made a concoction of my own idea, that was sub par and even though I said no worries, she immediately poured it out and brought a different drink that was amazing. I ordered wings, pricey at dubs as usual, but worth every penny. The mango habanero had my mouth on fire, and my soul. The wings were cooked almost to perfection and the atmosphere was friendly. Definitely a recommendation that you stop here, there is space for semi parking as well.
Tuesday half-price wings are the best. We love going with our daughter or with other people from our office and enjoying lunch. Good variety of sauces for the wings, plenty of other options for those who dont want wings, and good drink options. Lots of well-placed and easy to view televisions playing many different channels. Clean eating area and bathrooms.
Im only offering one star because 0 isnt an option. My husband and I had food delivered to our hotel down the street. One hour later the door dash driver finally texted my husband to say food still wasnt out but would be soon. When it finally got to us, Food was cold and husbands sandwich was wrong. Took it back to restaurant and had them remake food. Decided to eat there since we were there already. Manager brings out my food but says they made my husbands sandwich wrong again. Finally 2 hours after placing our initial order, his food came out and sandwich was still wrong. Thankfully it was just a matter of peeling the cheese off but still took all the sauce off with it. Definitely wouldnt recommend eating here as kitchen staff is clearly incompetent. M as was friendly and very apologetic but kitch staff could use some work.
Stopped in on Sunday with a few friends. They were very busy and severely understaffed. It didnt take us long to get seated but once we did get seated we were completely forgotten about. We sat for over 40 minutes and never even got to order our drinks. Finally, my friends and I got up and walked out.
We unfortunately never have that good of an experience when we come here. Out service was okay, but the food is never hot and fresh. Waited almost an hour and a half for our food, all of it was cold. Manager was attentive and listened to our concerns but still didnt turn our visit into a good one. Go across the street to frickers, better food and better prices!
Was 2 of about 10 people in the whole place. Still took over 20 min to get our order taken. Waitress acted like she was chewing her face - horrible attitude. After the order it was another 35 minutes to get an order of wings! Quality is average but the prices are insane. Would never even consider going back to this one or any other.
My girlfriend and I sat down for lunch/dinner on a busy Sunday afternoon. After being seated, several servers accommodated the surrounding tables however we were overlooked several times as if we didn’t exist. After waiting about 20 minutes the Assistant Manager stopped and apologized that nobody had helped us and took our entire order (drinks, appetizer, and two meals). 20 minutes later our appetizer shows up, yet no drinks. After eating our appetizer I was growing irritated that our drinks had not been served so I approached a server in their station and asked who was supposed to be taking care of us. She rudely said: “I don’t know, we only have 3 servers today” a bystanding server said she would come take care of us. Another 10 minutes goes by, no drinks, no server, no food, and apparently no service. Finally our food shows up, over cooked I will add, but still NO drinks. Another 10 minutes goes by and finally the bystanding server stops to give us drinks and apologizes several times saying that our entire meal should be taken off the bill. We finish eating, never receiving refills or checking to see how the food was. The server comes back and says she will talk to the manager about our bill, leaves and returns saying that they will stop to talk to us. The SAME Assistant Manager stops and asks us what the problem was, as if she didn’t already know that we have not been taken care of. After arguing with the manager they reluctantly comped our bill. Said we should be paying because “we were taking our food home with us and they would just throw it out.” We left.I’ve never been treated so poorly in a restaurant. This wasn’t just bad service, it was NO SERVICE. Would leave a 0 star rating if possible. Won’t be going back.
Waitress was rude, we had a party of about 25 and called ahead to make sure they could accommodate us. They had the Bills so messed up, charging us for things we didnt order. I asked the waitress if she could fix the Bills and she said no. The waitress said the kids were running around and she just put the orders on different Bills. I asked why would you do that when you knew our table number and order number. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she would try and find him. 30 minutes went by and the waitress kept trying to hide out. I ended up paying the bills because it was getting late and I was so upset. I called once I got back to my hotel and asked the lady who answered the phone the name of the Manager and she stated she didnt know his name. I explained to her that I was over charged. She told me to hold and she would get him. I sat on the phone waiting to speak to him for 20 minutes. I finally spoke to the Manager Scott, he was rude and said he couldnt do anything for me and then hung up the phone on me. Very rude. I will be calling Buffalo Wild Wings corporate office but I assume that I will get the same treatment as their manager gave me.
Every time I go the food is horrible and has to be remade and it took forever! Manager compted like 10 bucks off our meal still ended up paying 45 bucks on nasty food! My son hurt his tooth on his burnt cheeseburger! Then waited over 15 mins just for the check so we could actually leave! Had to ask the manager to get that for us too! Ridiculous will never go back! Never had a good experience there!
We are here now with another couple. The people who sat after us have ate and left. We just got our food 3 of the 4 orders are not even close to correct and are thing directly off the menu. Our waitress has been sitting with her boyfriend at a booth directly behind our table another waitress brought our wrong and cold food we spoke with a manager and our waitress has sat back at the table with her boyfriend. Someone from our table has now went to get someone to refill his glass. They are not busy at all!!!! This is the first review Ive ever done Im so disappointed and have the time while we wait all night for dinner.
I went in for a interview, and met with a manager named Nicolas. This being a bad time in the world, and of our economy being at a low. They were getting ready to open the patio to the public, the following day. And were getting the inside dinning area ready for opening up on Monday. While they kept the rule of social distancing in the establishment. They were even wearing masks at work.
Came in for dinner with my 2 year old daughter and fiance. I had my police shirt on (Im a police officer ) and my gun on my hip. While me and my family sat patiently. The servers only looked at us and passed us by. Two groups that came in 15 minutes after us already had their drinks and had their orders in. While my family didnt even had drinks. Its not like they were busy half the restaurant is empty and there is alot of servers here. After almost 20 mins. The hosts came and asked us if we were help and we told them no. The host walked away to tell a server. After about 3 minutes after that we finally got our drink order placed and given to us. 35 mins of waiting we still havent had our order placed. After 40 mins of sitting with a screaming hungry toddler our order was placed. While waiting for our food I could see that the table before us was finishing up and getting ready to leave. After about an hour and 10 minutes we got or food. My daughter was beyond upset and hungry fiance was mad so they went to the car while I asked for the manager and some boxes.
Long wait for tepid food, overpriced burgers, & so loud you could barely carry on a conversation with the person right next to you. Several families with small children were there, but it definitely didnt strike me as a family place. The food selection was meager with no entree (eg burger or wrap w/only fries & nothing else included) under $10. Not somewhere I plan to go again since Im not into loud sports bars & luke warm food that arrives no sooner than 30 minutes after ordering w/no complimentary chips & salsa, or anything else for that matter, while you wait for your order & struggle to hear & be heard by your companions.
Food was way over priced for the quality. The atmosphere is ok but it just costs way too much. Also had a bad experience during a party where we told the waitress we need iur check becuase we had to leave early, but she didnt bring it untill about 45 minutes later. All around not worth the money
Literally the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. The worst wings I have ever had they were small rock hard with so little sauce on the them. The waitress was rude and didnt give my two buddies there waters until the end of the meal. I would rather make the 25 minute drive to Oregon than go to this one again!
This location went above and beyond! My son was celebrating his 10th birthday and requested BW3s for his birthday dinner. I was able to call in ahead of time and they were ready with not just his meal but also a piece of chocolate cake complete with ice cream! Thanks again!
If you actually work for your money avoid this place like the plague. Their $11.49 cheeseburger has little more meat than a Mcdouble. Their $5.49 taco appetizer is mini tacos. Total tipoff as are their wings. Over $12 for 10 wings. Total tipoff, repeat, total ripoff.
I was a repeat customer but the experience was totally different. The hostess when told we were ready to order said she would be back in a minute. Had to flag down another person to place order. Bill was wrong but could not wait as I was in a hurry to get to an appointment.
My husband called and place our to-go order and when he went to pick it up, they told him they must have forgot to put it in. I know times are tough, but he literally sat on the phone and was speaking to someone and they told him how long his order would be. Just kinda crazy that someone forgot to put it in.
Definitely going downhill. I always get the stomach artichoke dip, but its been getting worse and worse. They stopped giving you the fried chips and the tortilla chips are too breakable, plus it doesnt come with the vegetables anymore. Its not worth it for the high price anymore, so I dont think Ill be going back.
Very old food just had boneless chicken and mozzarella sticks . The food wasnt warm even though I showed up at the agreed time bit into the chicken nearly puked .i was reluctant to eat here because all the food Ive had in Fremont, Oh has been just horrible. Im glad I get to go back to Indianapolis tomorrow. The next time I come here I will just go to the grocery store. I want to give them no stars but I have no choice .

2022-06-19My family and I waited over 15 minutes for a waitress to come to our table. Several people who came in after us were waited on and had drinks and food before we ever got to order our drinks. The manager walked by our table and we told him that we had been waiting for 10 minutes. He kept walking and said someone would be with us shortly. After realizing how upset we were, the manager did give us 15% off of our bill which i thought was nice. Not my best experience at this restaurant, but I understand that everyone can have bad days.

2022-06-22Unfortunately they were out of several items we tried to order. Wanted the appetizer sampler, but they had no onion rings and we couldnt substitute anything. One person got their food before the other and then drinks. The food was good, but odd service since they werent busy.

2022-06-21Went to the Fremont OH location today, and it was horrible. Only 2 tables (including ours) had people. Service was horrible. The wraps I had barley had anything in them, my childrens tenders were basically just breading. Giving 3 stars cause it was clean and my kids loved the games. Usually this location is nice from previous experience but today it was just horrible.

2021-06-11So this would be a better review if it was not for couple reasons.. first off Ive beat there blazzin challenge of eating there hot wings and they still advertise no one has beat it. The appetizers came out with our regular food. The burger with brisket bus amazing though and I recommend getting that it was worth all the other stuff bloody Mary was also very good I will up my stars once they put me on there tv when you walk in...

2022-05-31Terrible salad. I ordered a wedge salad. It had romaine and tomatoes, about 3 bacon bits and 1 chicken tender that was about the size of 1 chicken tender at Chick-fil-a. No bleu cheese crumbles and no dressing. It was take out and was over $14. Lessons learned - - - eat chicken wings at a chicken wing joint and look at your food before walking away. Wont be ordering a salad here again anytime soon.

2022-03-04I live for Tuesday and Thursday buy one get one and TV Trivia with my teenage niece. Great family restaurant/sports bar. Big enough and designed great to have both in one spot.

2022-05-02If you want plain chicken they got it. Don’t order flavored because it will be plain. Two days in a row i got plain chicken when i ordered 15 Thai curry wings and 10 buffalo wings both days. Just Go somewhere else…
