I had eaten at the Avon Lake restaurant a few days ago and the experience was extraordinary. I was greeted by a very friendly host at a computer I believe to be (jack ballerini). I was then seated and had a very nice waitress. The food and costumer service was beyond good. Can’t wait to go back!

Not busy at all but still waiting 30+ minutes in lobby to b pick up 12 traditional wings. Painfully slow!!
The bartender was friendly I got my beer relatively quickly it took her a little while to take my order, and a good 20 minutes for me to get my food, although they were not busy. The guy next to me got his food inside of 10 minutes! The barmaid never checked on me until it was time to get my bill and even then I had to be obvious that I was looking for it.
Waitress was great. Food was ehh. My girl got salad and was happy. I got 15 wings. They were overcooked and very dry. It was like chicken jerky. Sauces here are ok but better at other wing places.
The fries were cold I was disappointed after a long day at work came in for something to take home was disappointed probably not come back after I payed over 20$ Im still hungry not worth my time
Very nice, $3 craft draft pints, $5 long island ice teas, shaded outside dining. Never knew you could specify all drumstick wing pieces at no extra charge. Good and service were excellent. Loved the mango habanero sauce, just a little on the dry rub wings does the trick!
Absolutely horrible superbowl day experience. My fiancé and I are dasher and we watched at least 10 delivery drivers leave with nothing at all because orders were taking literal hours to be prepared. Im not sure if it was ignorance or arrogance that did this location in tonight but either way there are clearly major issues that need to be worked out. With that being said, the food smelled good and was at least hot when we got it.

Best BW3 Ive been to. The bartender during the weekdays, Jen is awesome. She remembers everyone and their typical order. They make eating out for lunch fast and fun 👏🏼👏🏼
Went here on a Thurs afternoon. Not busy which is a good thing. But the menu has changed for the better. Its simple and easy to read. Waitresses were great. Seemed like everyone was in a good mood. Theyve added alot more TVs it looked like. I havent been here since fall so its been a few months. Cant go wrong with ordering wings. Or burgers. Nothing special over the top place its more of a chill place to go eat be with friends and enjoy.
Extremely long wait to get our food. Once food arrived the wings had to be the smallest ones I have ever seen. Mentioned it to the server and 2 other servers agreed and said it was a joke. They have had multiple other complaints about the same thing also. Won’t be returning and making sure I let everyone know.
Even though they are short staffed because of how the world is going right now.. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Our server hustled her butt off for our car club group of 10 people, much thanks to her and the other employees for all their hard work...
We ordered wings for dinner and they are AMAZING! Extra crispy and delicious! We received everything exactly as ordered. Pick up was ready on time. Friendly service. Were HAPPY TO SUPPORT them especially during these times.
This location does not offer nearly as many specials as the other locations in the area. Limits on BOGO wings and lunch specials. Drive a bit further to the other locations for better deals. Food was excellent however and the staff was nice and attentive.

By far the best wing restaurant in 15 miles. Ask for your wings the way you like them, crispy, extra wet, etc.Ive been to 60+ BWW throughout the country and this is at the top of my list.North Carolina has the worst.

I was turned away for my real ID just because its Georgian. We ended up there for my birthday after our original place closed. I understand the responsibility to be vigilant but I even tried to explain and ask for a recheck but they denied me, so Im very disappointed.
Excellent as always. The Avon location is by far the best one in a 200 mile radius. The staff is friendly and courteous and up almost forget your out eating. Thanks for hosting my Dads 50th birthday luncheon for us. Food was good like always and Jack and Val are always amazing!!!

I Absolutely loved this place hands down remarkable service exceptional staff place was clean family friendly! Dale was my server and he went above and beyond the expectations of his position! He and his Manager both worked together as a team and helped me have an amazing experience!! So I want to say Thank you to the manager on duty, As well as the young man who served us well done A+ in my book!! I recommend this awesome place to anyone who really enjoys Quality food and Quality service while watching as much tv and sports as you possibly can!! If I could give this occupation a 0 star review I would. We ordered are food at 2:48 pm and was supposed to arrive at 3:48 PM it has been three hours we is still not received your food. I am very disappointed and will not order food from here again.
Tuesday buy one get one special always pulls me in. This location is very nice and clean. Staff is great and wait is not long. They also have a DJ on Tuesdays with trivia so you can possibly win a percentage off your food.
I had a bad experience at this BW3. Ordered 10 Mild chicken wings. When I opened up the box all I got were 10 drumsticks. All extremely overcooked with the sauce poured into the container. It look like they poured the sauce into the container and then put the chicken wings on top of it. I highly doubt that I will be back to this location. I drove to this location because bw3 Westgate its just as bad. So I figured I would give this one a try and hope for the best. Well my hopes were dashed.
Great food and atmosphere! I highly recommend eating on the patio. I have 3 kids under 7 and they NEVER finish their food, even at home. They all cleaned their plates here. Fun family place before 8pm.

I visited this location on 29 Aug with my in-laws. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer, one salad, small boneless wings and large traditional wings. It took 15-20 minutes to get the onion rings and 50+ minutes to receive our meals.Aside from the insanely long turnaround time, both mine and my mother-in-laws wings were cold. In my experience, that means that food is sitting and waiting for waitstaff/runners.There did not appear to be a shortage of staff and there were multiple open tables when we arrived. I also noticed people sitting around us with kids that were visibly upset because they too had been waiting almost an hour to be served.Worst experience yet out of the multiple locations in various states that I have visited.
I bought a family meal, drove 24 minutes away picked up, got home and had no fries. They did not pack any of my sides in the bag and trying to call them was useless. Never again.
Great food and service lindsy is the best
The service is always point on. Our server, Valerie was pleasant and attentive without being bothersome. The wings are great and you can split an order with different sauces, or have all flats at no extra cost. They have a nice variety of beers on tap!
Often busy, but its the perfect atmosphere to catch a sports game. Food has always been good when I come to this specific buffalo wild wings. The only downside is that Ive found their ordering out capabilities are lacking. Every time we order out, something seems to go wrong.

Don’t let the five star reviews fool you. This is most definitely a typical buffalo wild wings. Most of the times I’ve been there the food is near cold upon arriving and I might get one drink during my meal. Management staff is garbage especially the managers who’s stand around and boss around the servers while they eat. Not to mention there are constantly children running and screaming through restaurant. Really not a good dining experience. Save the 100 dollars and get your family Chinese food. Good eats baby.
Never had to ask for drink refills on the busy Friday night we ate here. Food was great and servers were as friendly as anyone could expect. A little noisy, but you should honestly expect that from a BWW going in, especially on a Friday night.
First time I placed a carry out order was a Sunday evening. It was during the NFL playoffs so I assumed there’d be some sort of wait. Ordered at 5:30p and it said my pickup time was 6:30p. Showed up at 6:30 and didn’t receive my order until 7:20p. There were 7 other people that were waiting just as long. We were given a $25 gift card for the wait.Two weeks later, we tried again and this time the restaurant was dead inside. Showed up at the pick up time and again waited for 15 minutes. Got home and all sauces were missing and I had a total of 4 buffalo chips as a side. Didn’t bother calling because I wasn’t driving back and forth in a snow storm. Lesson learned and will not go there again.
This is the 3rd visit in a row that shows the incompetence of this location. They cannot keep enough servers to seat people. I’ve been told there is no seating on the patio- yet some tables are being used out there- the majority are empty. I’m told the bar has a first come first served for the tables- but I can’t sit at the 3 open ones- they are reserved. This restaurant has declined on every visit the last few months but the last 3 weeks have been terrible. We have been regulars for years on Tuesday nights for trivia- good thing Breakwall is down the road!!!
Dined in a few times but order take out often. Service is always good and food is often good. Sometimes it seems like our take out food has been sitting awhile as if it were finished much sooner than we were told to pick it up. Otherwise always great and recommend in general.
Wings are cheap and service is good. Not to mention big screens everywhere and every major sporting event on them. If you go on game days, you better go early or you will never get a table as most people dont leave until the game is done. Great beer on tap too.
Extremely loud, cold fried pickles, new chicken tenders were horrible, forgot my dipping sauce (which took about 10 min to receive) one bite and a big Nope from me! Service was slow. Not sure Ill be going back. Used to love bws...not sure what happened ??
Normally I’m happy with coming to this place to eat but last night was probably going to be my last. Our waitress Jen was just terrible. First we were seated and it was busy so we understood it was going to take some time to get taken care of. As we waited about 25 mins Jen comes. She pulled a chair and popped down and sat next to me and asked what did we want. She didn’t even smile or anything but had a full blown attitude. I kindly asked if they were able to make a veggie wrap and my response to that was “what do you want” in the rudest way possible. I asked what did she mean by that and she repeated herself while shaking her head. I asked what are all the veggies you have and she said lettuce thats it. So I just told her never mind I’ll just take the black bean burger. Then my family asked what are the deals for the wings and she only replied “10,15,or 20” nothing else. After our order she comes and aggressively drops our food on the table. And for my plate she places it right on my phone.... like seriously I understand you’re tired and probably were busy all day but we seriously just wanted to enjoy a nice dinner with the family and this is what we got. My family didn’t even have the appetite to eat in that kind of atmosphere. And when we asked if we could get milk for our little one and it took her 10 mins because she was standing there talking to her coworkers as she was staring at us. So we asked for the check and some other waitress came to check us out because she didn’t even want to come to us. I’m not a rude person so of course I still have her a good tip only because I understand the food industry. But I just hope she fixes it because I’m sure others would not have done the same.
I visited this location Monday night around 7:15pm and waited for my girlfriend to join me until about 7:20pm. While waiting, the on duty manager came over and got me aquanted with a drink for myself and my girlfriend. Once my girlfriend arrived, our server took our appetizer order (mini corn dogs) and our entrée orders ( a large and small size of boneless wings) at about 7:30. The appetizer arrived promptly and was taisty. However it wasnt until around 8:35, about an hour after ordering our meal that they came out and were finally ready to eat. Fed up and not very happy with the amount of time it took this team of fry cooks to fry up and toss boneless wings, I asked for a manager. Not having visited the table prior to the food taking an hour to come out, he said that all he could do was give us 50% off the meals. Although that was a nice gesture, waiting an hour for fried food for two people on a very slow Monday is simply unacceptable. Being a college student at school all day, I dont expect to be waiting an hour for wings. Overall the wings were very dry and hardly tossed in the requested sauce. On the bright side, however, our server was extremely nice and was very helpful in giving us refills and making sure we were doing well as much as she could given the circumstances. Probably will not visit this location again.
The wings are always pretty good, but you dont get a ton of food for the price. When Im craving wings, I know this place will satisfy me. Salt and Vinegar dry seasoning is good, and hot garlic is great.
Ordered take out last night to support during shutdown. Had over 20 people in lobby waiting for their pick up order. Food was ready, but confusion on how to pull orders together. Ordered for 7:30 pickup, put in order at 4:30 in the afternoon, I got my food at 8:10 and it was cold. Very poorly managed restauent.
I Like this place! TVs everywhere with every sport from A to Z ! New Food Changes, especially the Burgers , Awesome! If you are Not a Local go there to find Your Game ! They will find it ! Service is good and fast!

My friend and I decided to go to this location just to see how it is. It was busy when we got there because there was a game on. When we walked in the hostess did tell us that we can sit anywhere so when we did another lady who I believed was a manager asked us why we sat there and when I told her we were told that we can sit anywhere she seemed surprised so she walks away. Then a young gentleman apologizes and comes back with two menues. Then the lady manager came back to us and said it was okay for us to sit there. So obviously there was a confusion from the hostess desk telling people they can sit anywhere where the manager disapproved of that. Our waitress was new so she had to leave our table if you times about questions we had and she had no answers to otherwise she did well. We both ordered wings and got 5 free each and they came in just as we ordered them and they were so delicious no complaints there

Ordered food from here on doordash, waited over 2 hours for our order to realized bw3s never recvied our order. Time kept pushing back. I am very angry.
The service was very slow and the restaurant was not busy at all. Had to ask the server several times for our check and boxes for leftover food. The quality of food seems to have fallen off the wagon too lately which is a shame because we loved the wings and would come in often for them. Sorry to say well not be coming back.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings - so decent wings and food. BUT this location has horribly slow service despite the restaurant not being full. We waited 15 min after we finished our appetizer for our meals which were wings and salad - how can it take that long. And the chips and salsa came out with the meal 🙄

Ordered the parmesan garlic chicken wings as they are normally mild. These wings were salty and very spicy hot. The manager never offered to get something else or cared that I was an unhappy customer. Told me it is the same sauce at all BW3 restaurants, but is mixed in a big vat and I must have gotten all the red pepper. I will never come back here again. I am leaving hungry with a big bill. Shame on this manager. The only good thing about this place was our waitress Stefi. She was concerned and tried to be helpful.
My husband planned a retirement party for me here. We had the closed-in patio to ourselves. Selina was SO attentive, filling drinks, clearing plates, making sure that we and our guests had everything that we needed. What a great party!
Just the best wings and blue cheese dressing anywhere. They were just right. I will say the carrots and celery looked kind of old and tired, but thats not a big deal, I was drowning them in the blue cheese dressing anyway.
Worst experience ever server had to many large parties and was super slow to even take our order took over a hour. The food also took about an hour to come out. The wings hardly had souce on them everything was cold. We order cheese fries. They didnt have cheese on them. Refills took forever. Horrible service and food.
We placed an order on 1/1/20.. picked up our chicken wrap and Mac & cheese 40 minutes later to be told they were sold out of Mac & cheese and that they’d comp us for the Mac & cheese. So now my husband and I are sharing a chicken wrap. YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED US DURING THE “40 MINUTES” IT YOOK FOR YOU TO MAKE A CHICKEN WRAP. Garbage establishment.
I had an amazing time. Even though it was lunch rush, the service was great, food was fantastic and our hostess and the greeter who seated us had amazing personalities. Now I know where I am sneaking off to eat when I am in Avon! Must go again!!!
Can you say bait and switch? Specifically went there for the $5 picture specials. We inquired about what beers were $5 for a pitcher. she told us Miller lite and Bud light and so we ordered a picture of Bud light. We are several pictures of Bud light and Miller lite thinking that they are just $5 a pitcher. When we got our bill they charged us $9 pitcher. when we inquired about why the price difference she said well thats because we bought the large picture and then proceeded to show us the small picture that was actually $5. The bartender never mentioned a large pitcher or small.
Manager Alessia was on phone texting while i was sitting at bar trying to close out. There was 40$ in front of her for 5 min. She was standing right in front of me. After a while I had to get her attention by saying, Im all set! She then took the 40 on a $25 tab and keeps change. What about my change? She said, then dont tell me your all set. Really? I wont be back.

Service is good, wings are good, prices are high though. I recommend going on Tuesday when they have a deal on wings. I dont know how often they change, but right now its five free wings with any wing order on Tuesday. Ill be back for sure.

Came in to watch the UEFA Champions League at 4pm on a Wednesday. They had the channel listing ready but when they turned it on they would only put it on the tiny TV so they could keep showing ESPN talking heads (with no volume so its useless) on the FOUR biggest screens. For a sports bar, maybe show a preference for the live sports instead of the unusable talking head TV shows. Bartenders were great and food was fine but would like to watch sports in the good screens.
Great food, great fun. The service was excellent this trip and I tried a new dish she suggested. B’Dubs is a great place to watch the game with friends or have a family dinner.
I stopped in the BWW to get BBQ and Spicy boneless chicken and french fries, the attention from the hosts was very friendly and i got my dinner surprisingly quick, even tough is little far from I-90, it is located in a very nice area.
Very friendly staff. My family went to this BWW on a busy Sunday and still received our means fast and also got seated very fast as well! Loved it here, definitely will be coming back👍🏽
Hello everyone! Well..wings are wings. The one thing Ive gotta say, is that for what I paid for the small amount of wings we had, I could have bought a chicken farm! I didnt even have a beer! Almost $40 bucks! Its just an okay place.
I will give them the fact that their food is good. However, portion size is way small for the price you pay. Especially when you order food to go. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Today food was great. Right amount of sauce on my buffalitos. First time ever to get a dessert, got chocolate and caramel drizzle on cream with cinnamon chips. Delish

Seemed like the quality slowly is declining. Maybe our wings sat out a while before they spun them in wing sauce. Still one of our old favorite places to enjoy
Asked for crayons and paper for granddaughter to color on and never got, the wifes quesadilla was so spicy that she needed extra sour cream and they charged her for it, I had to wait until after all my food was gone for a refill because the waitress didnt bother to come around more than once and never asked how our meal was. When she brought the check, she had it in the to go box my wife asked for. Do you know how many people have touched that thing and now their germs are all over the box?

Renovated the entire place this summer. All new screens, much better table setup. Great vantage point from all seats and the service seems a little better since the change.

Typical sports bar with lots of TVs to watch whatever you want. Lots of beer on draft. Food is your typical comfort food, no real good healthy choices and pretty basic.
Its a place to watch all kinds of sports venues, even local sports. Decent food, which they seem to change the menu every 3 months but still have good chicken wings.

Fellow winger dingers! Do you want fast service? Well let me tell you, their 15 minutes and under is more like 6 minutes and under!! The wings (traditional or boneless) are pretty darn good! My favorite; ASIAN ZING! It brings out my inner Asianess with all that ginger snap. Definitely a great place to snag a wing or 12 with a PolyOne office professional on their lunch break.

I remember years ago when the menu was bigger and the food was... better. BW3 (as I still call it) has become a faint facsimile of what it used to be, which is a shame. Well still go there occasionally, but there almost have to be better options.
Never again will I order carryout! Disappointing to say the least. Pieces of pork rinds masquerading as boneless chicken breast with a side of cold fries. Totally unacceptable. No more carryout for me!

Love this place they have cold beer all the time just found out they have food there wings burgers etc.
Wait staff is friendly. Good beer selection. Wings are the best of any BW3 Ive been to.

2021-07-31Tried the new chicky sammich for 5.99 and did not disappoint! The crunch, the flav, the juiciness. Seriously check out the picture to see this beast. Best chicky sammich around for the price. Wings were meaty too.Order was pick up and was ready at the expected time on the receipt not sitting for 10+ min getting cold. Fresh hot.Friendly staff, clean, pumped music.

2021-12-12Im usually satisfied here but not on this occasion. 20+ minutes late on my online order. Forgot the sauce for my $26 wings which were room temperature. I requested NO cilantro on my nachos just to open the box and see the nachos covered in cilantro. 👎

2022-01-28I think this location is not as good as fairview location. really small tacos. Not enough chicken in them. And or anything, really. They make them better at fairview. The queso is good at both locations.

2018-09-09We go almost every Sunday. We tend to have a large group. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was great, slow coming out to us I know they were busy but it just sat there (we sat by the kitchen and could see). My issue is the biggest rivalry game of the year is Browns vs Steelers. Today was that day and they didnt have it playing on the big screen. How can you not play the biggest rivalry game on the big screen? When we asked to switch to the biggest screen, (since the game was only on the corner screens in the dinning room). We were told the big screen was reserved for another game. Its the first time Ive been really thrown off. I didnt know you can reserve the TV. But in the end what what matters is the food and service and that was great.

2022-01-12First time trying this location and they did not disappoint. Was a bit apprehensive because of poor service and poor food quality at another BW3 about 12 miles away. But this Avon Lake location was spot on. The order was correct and the service was excellent. I will go here from now on.

2021-11-07I just had a pick up order from this place. 58 dollar order. I will start off by saying I’m not one to complain but I figured I had to given the poor service and terrible food I received. Wings were not crispy at all and I literally got them without sauce. Large order of onion rings with no sauce. Mozzarella sticks undercooked. I stated I wanted crispy multiple times on the phone as well as stating very specific directions on sauce which I received for wings but not for a large order of onion rings. 58 dollars and the food is going into my garbage. Not worth my time to drive back and don’t expect anything for free either. I will not be back and I’m letting anyone no how poor the food is before they spend there hard earned money on inedible food.
