Very polite and were straight shooters. Diagnosed the problem, gave us honest answers, and couldnt be happier. My Lexus broke down due to what we thought was a bad transmission, and we were on our way in 24 hrs. I was on my way from New York to Texas and were refereed throuh the chamber of commerce. Great experience, great people, two thumbs up!!!
Was told the price for a fix would be $200 + small part cost and cheaper than everyone else. It ended up being $550. That is not what I was told. GERMAIN Honda (which they claimed was a top-tier overpriced dealer) charged $390 for the same thing. Just go to GERMAIN Honda instead.

2022-01-11I took my truck in to get a power steering line replaced. They advised to me that it was not the power steering line that needed replacement but it was the entire steering rack. I did not believe that was the issue but hey, they’re the mechanics. They over charged me for the parts buy a few hundred dollars depending on where you get them. They did have it done quickly but it was because they didn’t replace the rack rather than just just hose that was needing replacement. They broke off on of my lug nuts and called them junk. They just left it for me to fix as they told me the only way to get it off was to destroy the rim. I got it off with a drill. They didn’t offer me any compensation for their negligence. I spoke with others and they told me stories of how they bragged about over charging people and with my experience I can truly see it. I will never take anything back to them again. Very unprofessional.

2021-11-23They replaced my headlights. Extremely nice and caring. I was so impressed with the lounge area and the shop. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. I just cant say enough. Thank you Corey. 😊👍

2022-01-15Had car tow to Corey. Buds auto.. he called n said it needed a new fuel pump n a new rear seat fuse box. N he said they had to rig w a piece a wire to start ! Mmm That sounds a little dangerous to drive ! A professional would have said I can try n fine you one bc its dangerous to drive . Well he didnt n drove two weeks n it caught fire in fuse box while driving it .. never go back there . Now went 3 weeks w out a car . All he care about was money ... not human safety n professional service..

2021-11-12They replaced my headlight kit in my car and did not do the wiring correctly which resulted in me paying an extra 200 dollars. They will never get my service again ! I promise .

2021-06-04I was having trouble with my car starting and pulled into Buds and he took care of it personally right away. Battery cable was loose and he didnt charge me a thing! Hes got my business from now on!

2017-08-01We were having difficulty with our vehicles air conditioning we had taken it to a different repair shop who ended up charging us to fix it but didnt truly fix the problem. When we brought it to Buds they not only were extremely friendly but they fixed the issue so now the A/C works better than before. We would recommend them to anyone in the area because this is a company you can trust.

2017-09-18Less than satisfied with my experience! The owner claimed he could do more than he was capable of. I feel like it was a total waste of time to take my car to him. If I were in his place, I would have honestly said that I cannot help. Instead, he fooled me just to make some money! Later when he damaged my bumper by banging on it right in front of my eyes, he would not even admit the mistake he made. He simply left me standing by my car and went inside his office.
