PLEASE READ!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!We reserved two 12 passenger vans for our youth group to use on our trip to see Noahs Ark and the Creation Museum. The reservations were made in February for our July trip. Most of the bad reviews had not been posted at the time we made the reservations. As the trip got closer we started to see the negative reviews and it made us nervous, we called several times and talked to them about our upcoming need for two vans, they basically said that the vans were not guaranteed. So we reserved other transportation as a backup at a much higher price, still hoping that they would come through with the vans. The day before our scheduled pickup they called to ask what we were needing... like it was a unknown... and we told them two 12 passenger vans. They said that they would see what they could find. They asked, well how many passengers do you have? we told them over 20... they acted like that was a ton of people, we explained that we didnt reserve a single compact car.... but that someone only reserves two vans when there are a lot of people... They said they would see what they could find. We asked when we would know one way or the other and they said dont know. They called the day of the pick up about one hour before the scheduled pickup time to state that they didnt have any vans. I DONT CARE WHAT PRICE THEY QUOTE YOU OR WHAT THEY SAY THEY CAN DO FOR YOU... BOTTOM LINE IS THAT THEY WILL PUT THE SCREWS TO YOU. I CANT THINK OF ANY REASON WHY ANYONE WOULD EVER RESERVE A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This rental car company is a joke and a scam. They charged me for a full weeks rental plus a $200 deposit which they took in full before I even went to pick up the car. When I arrived, the very rude employee informed me that a debit card would not be good enough to rent the vehicle and that a credit card was required. Even though they had already taken the amount in full! So they basically cancelled the car on me at the last minute on a Sunday afternoon when Im leaving for vacation at 6a.m. I have rented from Enterprise several times with no problems. I should have just stuck with them. Its been a very frustrating lesson learned. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Again, not only are the employees completely rude, but the actually building and business is a total dump. The inside was dirty. The outside was dirty. Just really a total dump and a lesson learned. I will let everyone know for the remainder of life not to patronize this company.

Do not rent from budget! We prepaid for a full size SUV 5 months in advance just to be told there is still zero guarantee they will have the vehicle. We got a phone call on the way to pick up that they didn’t have our suv. When we got there the employee was trying very hard to convince us to take a pickup truck instead and got very snarky when we insisted we needed at least a mini van. Even though the vehicle was already completely prepaid, we almost were not allowed to leave with the rental because we don’t own a credit card. And they were acting like they were doing us a favor for letting us rent anyway. We left with the van which is cheaper than the suv, so we were expecting some refund, only for more money to be charged out of our account. When I called and asked why money was taken out, I was told I need to go through customer service. I’ve been trying to get through to customer for a month just to be put on hold and transferred around to more holding lines! Every employee we have spoken with at the Colerain and Glenway location have had terrible customer service.

NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! We went in trying to pick up our prepaid rental truck and was told as we began to ask about it that the system is down and she cannot get us a truck. She proceeds to tell us she can’t do anything about it and starts to act like she doing something to help but clearly did not do anything. She then again starts to help other costumers before helping us and offers no solution to this problem nor even an owners number. Even when we just walked in she had an attitude just seeing us. This problem then began to escalate as she started yelling at us and even approaching us in an intimating matter trying to start a physical altercation, we then proceeded to leave the residence and call the police and we were asked to leave the residence with no owner information. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND THIS LADY DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN THIS FIELD OF WORK.

Booked a car and prepaid for it and I get a phone call 30 minutes before I’m supposed to pick it up to notify me they don’t have the vehicle I reserved. However; they have a luxury SUV for $70 more a day. This place is gawd awful.

Please rent at a different location. Lisa had the worst attitude. I called multiple times prior to arrival and no one answered the phone. The truck I made a reservation for wasn’t ready. She insisted I had to call my insurance company when the paper says it’s a choice. Renting the truck wasn’t worth the hassle so I left without renting it. I rather pay more for better quality and service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE OR WITH BUDGET TRUCK RENTALS IN GENERAL!!!! Under no circumstances should you make a reservation here or with this company!!! They DO NOT guarantee you a vehicle and will not help you find one when you come to pick up the vehicle you reserved if they dont have one for you.I reserved a 16 moving truck 3 MONTHS in advance. I got 2 confirmation emails - 1 just two days before I was to pick up my truck saying were all set for your move. I arrived to pick it up and they didnt have ANY trucks available and did not locate one for me at another location. Basically gave me the middle finger and said not our problem. AND charged ME the no show fee!I had to scramble to find another truck and eventually found a Penske an hour away. PENSKE IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT GUARANTEES THEY WILL HAVE A VEHICLE FOR YOU!!!Customer Service was nearly non-existent. I cant discourage you enough from doing business here!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

(Because zero stars is not an option)Dirtiest rental car we’ve ever had. Had to clean interior myself before leaving on vacation. Wouldn’t have accepted it if wasn’t in a hurry. After returning the vehicle received phone call that I was going to be charged $450 cleaning fee (sign in office says $250 smoking/cleaning fee which is changed in marker to $450) unless I came back and got vehicle and took tovacuume myself. There was some grass and sand on floorboards but overall cleaner than when we picked it up. Apparently company does not clean cars between rentals.

I didnt even go to rent my vehicle there. Said since I made reservation the hopper it was not guaranteed to be there. The customer service was horrible. Trust me I have rented many vehicles in the past but I will never rent from budget on glenway Ave.

The lady at the front desk refused to rent my husband and I a car because our last names did not match.
