I called at 11am, and spoke to Drew about his inventory on 42 zero turn mowers. I arrived about 45 minutes later, and he had a great Toro mower that he showed me. I purchased that day, and they were able to deliver it the very next day. The Toro zero turn cut my mowing time in half and runs like a champ. Very happy with this purchase. Thanks Drew!
I was in need of some service on my outdoor equipment and as I never had need of such service I sought the internet for someone to supply this service. The first place that I called never bothered returning two phone calls. I then remembered Buckeye Power Sales, although to be completely honest, I remembered them by another name. When I went to the location I was immediately met by someone who asked if he could help me. He directed me as to exactly where I should go. The man in the parts department actually helped me as the service person was away from his desk for a moment. Every person working there was kind, courteous, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate their attitudes and they delivered exactly what they promised in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Buckeye Power Sales for any of your outdoor equipment needs.
I made my first visit to buckeye Power sales on 4/10/21. I needed to get parts for my riding mower. I spoke to Bo, at the parts counter and he very quickly determined what I need and said he would have to order the part. I was called and picked up the part on 4/12/21. I appreciate the quick, friendly service I received. I told my brother and fellow employees about the quick, friendly and excellent service I received. I was treated like I was a long time customer the moment I arrived. I fully intend to return to Buckeye Power Sales the next time I need Parts & Service. Well done! Terry M.
Stopped in to check out Zero Turns. The salesman (cant recall name) answered my questions and was very helpful. Went back in a few days later and paid for the mower and set up delivery. Process took less than 5 minutes and mower was delivered right when they said it would be. Will be back for maintenance and all of my other outdoor equipment needs!
I went it to check out a snowblower because I purchased a lawnmower earlier this year fromBuckeye and they help me find what would be right for me. Jeff was very polite and helpful in helping me find a snowblower that I would be able to handle and do the job when needed with little effort . Good customer service.
Went there to get a new fuel pump for a Cub Cadet lawn tracker that was given to me that didnt run. Not only did they have the part but I found out that a person who formally worked for them was well granted the person who told me was discrete. This person who had worked on the mower previously at my moms place on his own time as Sunny Day mobile mower service...I mentioned to the man who had worked on it just prior to it stopping running. The guy gave me one of those, OH, THAT GUY! looks at any rate he is not a person you want working on your mower.Buckeye however as I was saying had the part. They were very kind & curtious & verified to me by my explaining the issue that I was definitely on the right track in repairing the mower.I put the new fuel pump on & it runs perfectly.The problem was the supposed old NEW fuel pump was missing 2 O-rings causing it to suck air instead of fuel. An obvious intentional sabotage to get my mom to spend more $.So Buckeye GREAT!SUNNY DAY SUCKS!
Made purchase on Wednesday on piece of equipment wrong items arrived... OK we dealt with called next day set up exchange for right parts later on that day go outside equipment I had leaked hydraulic fluid all over the trailer had .3 hours on it. Call took back the next day its brand new right should be loose hoses something simple tighten it give it back was promised to get an update Friday morning received no call 1o’clock afternoon rolls around I call they transfer the sales man no response. Have reached out eight different times since we have a snow storm rolling in and I use this piece of equipment for that as well So the brand new piece of equipment is sitting in the shop no idea what’s wrong can’t get contacted back to work now but update or send a demo machine with scheduled work about to miss out on. Very disappointing
The experience was outstanding. The gentleman waited over 5 minutes as I got stuck in traffic and was running late for my pick-up. I asked another question after he locked up for the night and he determined I needed another part, for which he proceeded to unlock the door, pull the part, and get me checked out again! Will definitely be back. Will definitely recommend.
Literally the best customer service experience Ive had in I dont know how long. The part associate was very personable and didnt sound like a robot. he had a sense of humor, and actually made my day better! If I need anything for my salt spreader or anything for any brand they sell, Im going to Buckeye Power Sales! THANK YOU!!
I have an extremely old snow blower which has a chain drive for the blades. Needless to say it broke halfway through clearing the driveway. The chain was old and really needed to be replaced. I checked several locations and nobody had the ability to replace let alone repair it. One of the locations recommended these guys. Guy behind counter asked me if I wanted it repaired and I said if you can replace, I would rather go that route if not too expensive. In 15 minutes they built a brand new chain and it cost less than if I ordered online. Took it home and put the new chain on and it worked perfectly.
I bought a brand new Exmark Lazer Z from a different dealer, I’ve had a couple problems with it and buckeye has done everything to get it back rolling perfect. I highly recommend this store and the people. Should of went to buy my mower from them in the first place. The next one will come from them! Thank you God bless
Slow service because they are frequently back logged (took 4 weeks last time for a simple repair) but they do good honest work at fair rates. My father in law recommended them and works with them for commercial projects and Ive been going there for a few years.Ran into a pricing discrepancy on a new mower and they are honoring the quoted price. Thats what good honest businesses do, so they are a good shop in an industry that doesnt have that reputation.I will continue to bring my mowers here for service and purchase products from them.
Just received my mower back from yearly service and was very disappointed. First the mower still has mud over a lot of the mower even though they said they pressured washed it. I have been a yearly customer for the last 5 years and this machine is the worst looking service (clean) I have seen. Doebler Brothers did a much better job at servicing the mower. I now have questions whether or not I really received good service. Pickup on Thursday and Monday a call it was done? $350 is a lot for changing the oil. After this, I need to look for another company that provides what I think is better service for the money. Unfortunately this will probably be the last time that will send for service here.
I can not say enough about the way that Doebler Brothers knows, and understands Customer Service. I purchased my Cub Cadet tractor there, new about 16 years ago. Any time I went in to purchase oil filters or other items for my tractor, I was always warmly welcomed and treated with respect. My lawn mower is also a Cub Cadet which has been to their shop for service. There was no high pressure to sell me things that I did not need. And, the price was always fare. Last year I had my tractor in for a major repair. The first time out this year, I had a problem. When I called Jerry in the service department, he said that he would pick it up that same day. Although the problem was not for the same repair, they picked my tractor up, corrected the condition, and returned it to me without charge. It couldnt get better than that. I am their customer for life.
I just bought a Toro zero turn from them. I loved the service from the salesman (Jamie). I checked out many different places and checked out reviews on mowers. Jamie helped me to figure out what I needed for my yard. I was impressed because I told him my price range and he kept it in my range. Im very happy.
Service has gone WAY downhill since the new owners have taken over. My Dad has called for three days now, leaving messages about getting parts and no one has bothered to call him back. Hes used Doebler Brothers for decades..... bought every mower I can remember him having from there. Now he cant even get a return phone call.
Supposed to put a new belt on and it broke. Supposed to get a full service. They fixed the tire. Nothing was greased, leaking oil now and wasn’t before. Very disappointed and will never ever go back! I don’t suggest anybody go here. This coat is $998.00. At this this price we should have just bought a new one.
They stand behind their products. I had an issue after buying & using a piece of equipment from Doebler Bros. They allowed me to return it and get different make & model. for no more than the additional delivery fee. Who else would do this. I am ecstatic. Thank you guys.
DO NOT BUY A MOWER FOR THESE GUYS. I bought a new 9,000 dollar Ferris mower from Doebler/BPS . Mowed 2 times with it. Went in today, talk to then about some warranty issues. The slug, Richard and his sidekick, give me the deer in headlights look and say its not a good time of the year for them to take care off it. So take your your money, but if its going to cost them money, like having to pick up the mower, not so much. They will sale you a mower but your on your owen for care and yearly service. Now i see why Doebler Brothers went out of business.

2022-05-24Very positive! It was the second/third time I had the pleasure of doing business with you. Jeff in sales was very professional and courteousboth times when selling me a Honda mower and then again when hesold me a leaf blower. Also, since I have to take care of two differentyards, I had another mower I needed service done on and Markin service was extremely helpful in getting that accomplished. I cantsay enough how impressed I was with everything and I will alwaysconsider you in the future.

2022-08-20My experience with BPE Monroe was not good. I dont like giving bad reviews but in this case I was told a price over the phone which I used to make my decision. When I called about picking up my item the price had doubled and when I complained I was basically accused of lying about the verbal quote I received. Of course I had made the mistake of not getting a written quote when I dropped off my equipment. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was not unavailable. Whats sad is I bought my CUB Cadet there when they were Doebler Brothers who always did a great job on my lawn tractor maintenance. When I complained they did take off installation. I dont like being lied to and having the staff sit there and not admitting they lied to me. I am very disappointed and will not be back. I will buy my tractor somewhere else.

2022-07-06Great dealership, Toro/eXmark are fortunate to have them working with them. The salesman, Jeff, worked with me as I looked at several possibilities, and was gracious with his time, and equally generous with his patience. Unfortunately I didnt hear the delivery drivers name, but like Jeff, he was very helpful in pointing out differences between this, and my less than stellar Simplicity Courier, a so-called mower. Just added the bit about the Simplicity so folks would know that I dont blindly praise everything. Buckeye Power Sales has most favorably impressed me. Hopefully, if you choose to deal with them, your experience will be just as positive.

2022-05-09Great local dealer for Stihl, Exmark, Gravely, and other lawn and garden equipment & accessories. Youll regret going to a big box store and receiving zero support. The prices appear to be competitive with big box as well
