After a great buying experience, I expected a great service experience for my 6 month old 2022 Pathfinder. It was due for an oil change and the week before the appointment a sensor started malfunctioning, we received a recall notice about another part, and were having problems with the heater and auto start. We assumed they were covered by the warranty. Nope $850 for the sensor alone. Refusal to help report to Nissan or investigate other issues. Thankfully we took it to Nissan North for a second opinion. They took the bumper off, actually looked at the problem, agreed it was a problem, took pictures, and helped report it to Nissan. If I didnt have to go back due to the service agreement I would never go back to Buckeye Nissan.

Made 8:45 appointment to replace 2 bent rims on a enterprise rental. Was told Enterprise approved the coverage within 30 minutes of arrival. Waited in lobby until 11:30 for them to finish. Explanation of the length of time was they did brake system flush and an alignment. Sales rep new I was in the lobby and didnt mention additional items and that it would take extra time. In my opinion very unprofessional and obviously didnt value my time.

Squeezed me in on a day many had off as part of a Holiday weekend- they were ready for me- diagnosed the problem with the a/c- had the part on hand- and had me on my way in about 2 hours- service writer Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I left a happy camper!

Took advantage of my 21 year son refuse to rebuild transmission recommended a new one at $5000.00 never mentioned anything about other repairs or services needed, after new training installed truck had to be towed back to buckeye nissan for issues with transmission they installed!!! The second time it was there, they tell my son he needs a new engine? Keep in .mind this is only 5 weeks after the transmission install, and guess what they say... it cant be rebuilt just like they said with transmission.... I truly believe they either caused the damage to the engine or should have at least been better at making us aware of engine issues and not have recommended a new transmission in a truck that needed an engine 5 weeks later!!! Im currently seeking legal action and would definitely not recommend Buckeye Nissan to anyone!!!

Went in with a coolant leak and overheating problem. They told me they would fix it and couple more problems.Got there the next day paid $400 and before drove off the lot. The same problem happen like they did not even do anything to the car.I dont even trust they did the oil change now. I would recommend installing a camera to check they peoples techs.I biught this car from here and had problems with it after 6 months and all the problems were convenientally bot covered by the warranty.I would not recommend buying from this dealer at all unless your buying a new car and even then I would have it checked out.

They seem to do good work, but somewhat pricey and dont deliver as advertised. Says free car wash with service but they never do.

Hazem Muhisen is an excellent sales professional. Rating is A+. I purchased a new Nissan Murano. I love it. He is knowledgeable and understands every part of the car. He is patient and takes the time to show you things. He gives you zero pressure and acts like a consultant to guide you to the best decision. I would recommend you use him, you will be glad you did.
