I got my first car with these guys and loved it. And I had to file bankruptcy after a divorce years later and then got a car with them again in late 2019. I fell on some really bad hardship after a car wreak and got behind on one payment and instead of working with me so I could back on my feet. They took the car back. I would say they are kind, understanding and will work with you. But they wont. They are only about the money and I hope they can sleep better at night knowing they just took the only thing keeping me working. Thanks Buckeye, you really f#@&ed me over.

We bought a used truck over the weekend and Nick was so nice and patient. He didn’t push me in any truck! Not only did he follow and continue his sale win me all the way to Salem since the truck I wanted was there he also made sure it’s the one I really wanted. He went beyond the normal salesman task.
My wife and I bought a 05 chrysler town and country last week and it is a great vehicle. Brian Dudley was our salesman and he was great to work with. He made everything very easy and we felt at home with him. Buckeye Financial was very easy to work with. This is our second loan through Buckeye Financial and i have absolutely no complaints about them, as long as you make your payments on time you have nothing to worry about with them. Payments are low and the interest rate is not bad especially being high risk. So in my eyes even if I had a 800 credit score i would still deal with Brian Dudley because he is such a great person to deal with.

They ran my credit down. I had went with my husband to get a vehicle. I was never on any of the paper work the only paper work I signed was that I was going to be the main driver. I had filed 3 different dispute and they would not agree with it I had went to court at the end of July and proven that I was never on any of the paperwork they said they would have it off within a few days.As of August 22nd and its still on my credit and I am still arguing with them about taking it off my credit I had contacted them they said they had sent it over to the credit bureau to be taken off Ive called the credit bureau they said they never got anything from buckeye about being taken off of my credit that I had to contact them and file a dispute against complete bull sh*t. I will never go there for a vehicle I will save my money and go elsewhere.

2020-10-02My stepdad stopped in to take a look and see what was available while I was at work and Jeff helped him find the most perfect 2017 Dodge Journey SUV! A few days later I stopped in after work an hour before they closed, and traded in my 08 Impala (that I had bought from Wally Armours in 2013) and left feeling on top of the world with a very reliable car for my three boys and I! Jeff was extremely Pleasant and helpful, quick and efficient in helping me to get the most perfect car I could have asked for!

2020-01-14In October we decided to buy a new Chrysler van. I could not decide if we would go with a 2019 or 2020. We told Jeff Ciotti what we were looking for and considering. I have never had a salesman work so quickly and efficiently. At the end of the day, with our new van, I felt like we mattered. Jeff was wonderful and we will continue buying from him in the future. His attention to our needs distinguishes him from other salesmen.

2021-07-05My friend has been in Columbus the last two weeks and has made his payment on time . Why is it every time he goes out to start his vehicle, it wont start. He has lost his job due to this indiscrepancy. Which is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this car dealership for a reliable vehicle if you need to keep your job!

2019-02-09This dealership is amazing! I recently purchased a new vehicle at another dealership. It turned out to be a horrible experience . They didnt payoff my trade In nor did they get me a title for the new vehicle. This caused major issues with my credit. I needed a vehicle since my new vehicle was being turned back in for a void of contract. After explaining my situation to Chance and Tim they were able to get me into a great vehicle. They took their time and explained everything to me on how to start rebuilding my credit. I will definitely be back here and Ill recommend these guys to anyone. 2019-03-11This was our first time buying a car from a dealership, so I didn’t know what to expect. I had heard stories of the “pushy salesman,” but I didn’t find that at Wally Armour. My wife and I had the privilege of working with Jeff Ciotti. He kept us informed, he was patient, he was honest, and he made sure that we had the best experience possible. 2018-11-21This is a great place to go , they are so helpful and make things easy to understand . I never thought Id be able to get car and if always have to buy a used one straight out , but with the helpfulness of a great salesmen named bill Powell I was able to get a car. I also never thought I had good credit and that I was in debt but with the helpful gentleman Tim Powell he showed me I did not have as bad as credit as I thought and he even showed me ways of how to improve my credit. Wally armour Id a place I would recommend for anyone needing to buy a car the services were great and the employees were great.
