Not too bad of an experience. Very convenient for those who are on the go and need a quick wash. Not too bad of a price either. Would be nice to get 2 air fresheners and 2 moist towelettes.
They will shut the vacuums down early on you. Theyre getting real cheap you do not even get a rag to dry your car anymore. Last time I will come here. Air fresheners last about a day or two. I will drive to Avon and use that good one.
If you get one of the monthly washing packages, and use it only a couple of times it pays for its self. Ive got the Silver package and am very happy. They use actual contact to clean all the salt and grime off your vehicle. I really recommend one of the monthly packages.
Does a great job cleaning my vehicle however, would like to see more attention paid at rinsing the back of vehicles. Nice area to vacuum out you vehicle and dry it as well.
The arm to let you in never works they never give you any of the extras like the car detailing or car scents they promise and the employees are pretty much always rude only good thing is my car is halfway clean or the salt is off
As far as quality of the car wash, these guys are at the top. My car comes out looking shiny and brand new. If you were able to manage your acct online (if purchasing monthly pass), I would have rated 5 stars

Nice place. They always have helpful staff near by ready to assist. Its a new facility so the equipment is all in good shape. Free vacuums help round out the self detailing.
I didnt think I would like this place, but after going just once, I bought the best package. It even shines your tires, almost as good as when I do mine myself....no swirl marks from the cloth brushes
The car wash is nice and free vacuum afterward us a great plus. I originally purchased the monthly subscription, but after not going again for a month, I realized that its just not for me. My car was very clean afterward though, top notch.
Best vacuums anywhere! Their least expensive option for underbody wash is a little on the high side. And honestly they pack them in so tightly that I wonder if cars are even getting different options, or if its all the same. I dont think I have felt the underbody spray like at other places. Answer these questions and it will be 5 stars 🌟
Our was ok. They do use lots of soap and water, but after we were done there was soap all over the car. We had to clean it up. They do have free vacuum though, so that gives them an extra star.
Finally a car wash that really does a superb job. Now with that said your gonna pay more than your local car wash that really dont get your car totally clean. But this is just my opinion. The only way to confirm what Im saying is go and get your vehicle cleaned and judge for yourself.
Best car wash service in Elyria. You can wash unlimited times in a monthly pass. Inside vaccum is free. The staff is friendly. You can also upgrade to a higher service one time by paying inspite of having a monthly pass of basic wash.
Went through the car was and my Honda Pilot wiper blade arm was blown during the drying process. The way the arm blew it caused my windshield to crack. Now, i have been through this car wash multiple times without issue. Unfortunately this was not the case on this day. The staff was more than apologetic and felt terrible. The managers were awesome and worked with me to get get my car fixed. One week later it was fixed(thank you Vinni’s in Elyria) and good as new at no expense to me! Thank you Buckeye Car Wash and Vinni’s Auto shop.
Its not hand washing but it does a really nice job. The free vacuum, drying towel and air freshener are a added bonus. Ive taken my 54k truck through here many times with no signs of scratches or damages. I know accidents happen but in my experience the complaints of damage are from poorly maintened vehicles and wanting more free money from others

Love the fact that you can sweep your car here for free. It helps a lot when you have kids and they get the car very messy. The car wash is also very responsible my son loves all the pretty colors

Truck came out just as dirty as it went in... from dry road grime to wet road grime
I paid $14 and only half of my car was clean! The hood looked ok, but the rest is horrible! The dryer blew my tie cover i off, as well.Yes, I have a Jeep, but the girl that came out to run my card did not say anything about the likelihood of it looking horrible.
Not feeling the love. Was super excited to have this car wash open close to home. 1st time through and it ripped the rear wiper blade clean off the back of my car. I was told by the present district manager that it was inspected prior to me going through and found to be loose. This was never brought to my attention. I am currently awaiting a call from corporate and will update if they own any of this. At this point Ive been told its not their problem.
A very large sign with very tiny service. Once they had my $$, their customer service was rotten. I had my car washed at 645pm and the vacuum didnt appear to be picking anything up. I tried both on either side of the car. The staff told me that the containers were probably full and they were sorry. No one could empty the canister. So it is a roll of the dice if you really get to use a vacuum or not. I will never take that chance again.

I bought an $8 car wash just so I could use the vacuums(that rent even actually free but whatever) and they charged my a day later for another car wash that was $14. I went back up the day I realized I was charged again and they “refunded it” but I got no money in cash and it’s not been 4 days and it still is not in my bank account(they didn’t refund it correctly). I have called over 60 times yesterday WHILE THEY WERE OPEN. And no answer. I will not be going back for the simple fact that somehow my card was charged a whole day later? Makes me think my card was saved in the system or something..

The vacuums are acting up too much lately. Other when that is corrected I will up it to 5The ones close to the entrance of car wash are the most consistent for me. I have a pass gold ( I go 1 or 2 times a week)
Always nice I have the fast pass and can just pull up and be on my way latley they looked to be short staffed had to get out a few times to get my own sit freshener and stuff but idc I get to was and vacum out my car for a good price ♡

The wash is ok, but where you vacuum your car is nasty, trash and garbage all over the place. Sorry but we dont need a place like that making more trash in Elyria. They need to clean up!
Have been getting my car washed about once a week here and loved it. When I went today, an employee who was clearly in a sour mood actually YELLED at me to hurry up. Will drive elsewhere for a wash next time.
Prices are a bit high...around $15 more than most monthly car washes that are out in Avon and Westlake. I went with it because it was one of our workers live out that way...we try to keep our work trucks clean. They have the wrong hours on google, I mentioned it but the lady said its because they are on their winter hours. Why cant you update your winter hours?? He wasted a trip over there and they were closed. Then the guy that put my unlimited sticker on car, wasnt in the right place and wasnt in the system. A bit uncoordinated and pricey compared to others in NE Ohio. Not sure how long Ill keep the monthly but giving them a chance.

It is apparently not designed to wash every type of vehicle. On some it does a great job, on others not so much. Sometimes, it may slightly damage your vehicle. If it does happen to damage your vehicle, do not leave the premises without filing a damage claim with the attendant on duty.
Its does a decent job on my full size pick up. I do like the bug wash they offer. The towel they give you is nice but leaves a blue lint fragments.
Well. Its ok. No place to wash your car mats. They give you one drying towel. Can ask..for another one. Never see the same people working there. And yesterday, seems like theres lest soap on the car, and the blowers leave lots of water on your car...if I keep getting these unsatitfied to visits, Ill go back to goo goo in Avon.
Left my white car with a black residue ALL over front end. I wiped it off but I didnt pay $18 for that. Also vacuums are HORRIBLE. GOO GONE IN AVON IS CHEAPER AND LEAVES YOUR CAR SPOTLESS. if not go down the street to north ridgeville laser wash
Pretty good wash. Much better than laser spray washes. The free vacuums are very nice and super powerful. I am definitely considering the monthly membership.
People are nice, but put black marks all over my side mirrors, even after they adjusted the car wash.
For $14 I shouldnt be leaving with a dirt racing stripe. Was good the first time I visited but not this time.

Paid $18.00 for Platinum wash. Car is dirty on the trunk and scuff marks now on the car. Called and was told that when it left there property it is no longer there problem.
I paid $18 for a wash only half my car was clean. There were spots on the sides of my car and all over the back that were still dirty. I tried them a second time and had the same results. I will not be going back

Pay attention to the person that guides you into the tracks, they do their job right.
Not a perfect wash but they get the salt off the car even when it is too cold for me to wash my own car.
$18 for the big wash but was a very fun experience sitting through. Will be going back. Loved the attendants being there too. Added to the experience.
This might be because Im being picky, but their building says Free Vacuums but upon pulling up to them they say they are for patrons only. Otherwise I like the experience. Its a nice little tunnel.
Worst car wash damaged my car and refused to pay for the damage I suggest not to take your car there unless you want to pay $1632.74 in damage to your car and of course they say it was already there even though its a brand new 2020 Malibu

Nice place attendant there to help guide you in they give you an air freshener that still smells fantastic a week later and covers my cig smell. Id go get another wash just for a new air freshener lol

2022-07-01I mean its just a car wash right? Actually no... I purchased the platinum membership thinking i wanted the best for my vehicle.when I was exiting, I noticed every window had water and soap running all over them except the windshield. I figured maybe its not a big deal, until I got to store down the street and saw the finished product... multiple spots were not cleaned. Granted that some were in spots I guess their brushes couldnt reach, but spots like a wide open fender and along trim pieces were left dirty.So all and all, this place uses brushes. brushes can not get into angles along trim pieces and other similar spots... and if the brush happens to miss or not touch a spot, that spot will not get clean. And the water and soap left spots on my vehicle.Youd expect a lot more for a platinum product!!!I always knew laser washes were better, heres the proof.

2022-02-15When this car wash first opened I purchased a month pass using my card. The worker had neglected to tell me that I would need to cancel any further subscriptions. Every time I had gone in I had paid in cash for the next 3 years. In 2022 I came in again with my card and no cash. The person at the gate informed me that I would have to cancel further subscriptions. Which would be hard to believe since I never received a phone call email or brochure from the company since my original purchase. This led me to look in to see if they had left me subscribed since my first visit. Turns out over 3 years of not using free monthly car washes I have been charged $720. When I brought this to the attention of the business they refunded me $60 and told me that is policy. It did not even offer a free car wash for a year or anything to make up some of money that had been taken off my card let alone all of my cash payments for car washes. The car washes are wonderful but this is no way to run an honest business.

2022-06-26Its a car wash. Nothing fancy. Good and free vacuums with any wash. They know what they are doing. While even the most expensive wash lasted less than 30 seconds and didnt even get the bugs off my windshield, I knew what I was getting myself into when the guy at the booth handed you a complimentary dashboard wipe and towel to do your own drying off at the end.Again its a car wash not a detail place. However if youre worried youre better off buying three of the cheap car washes and just going through multiple times as opposed to buying the expensive one.

2022-04-15I paid for the PREMIUM MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, I have temp tags as I am waiting 9n my dealership for my correct papers for registration. I have gone to the car wash almost everyday no issues and today I accused of not having a MEMBERSHIP and trying to steal a car wash🤦♀️ Was questioned very rudely by a brown curly hair girl, was held up for 10 minutes being questioned, WHEN I HAD MY RECEIPT OF PURCHASE. I will not being giving them my money again. Even the manager was rude and didnt seem to understand that their employee was accusing me , questioning me, and making me wait because THEY didnt believe I had a carwash pass. Like really? I have groceries in the car and kids, and your sitting here in my face accusing me of stealing and lying. You dont understand why Im upset??? The manager Completely handled itunprofessionally. GOOD THING A NEW CAR WASH IS COMING.

2022-05-16Its alright, the people are great but it doesnt get the car very dry, they give you a cloth to dry it off yourself afterwards but thats kind of lame in my opinion. It needs a longer dry cycle or have a couple guys that can hand dry it for you after you get out.

2022-02-01Great prices for a 1 off wash, but your best option is the monthly packages! Even if you wash your car just once a week its 1 free wash a month. And who wants to pay for vacuumes? Extra added touches, they give you a wet whipe for your dash/interior, a smell me good, and an extra towel to dry off the car or anything else.Summer time the extra bug off scrub is amazing!On the extra cold days they do turn off the rag dry, but that is good to protect your cars paint as it would freeze.I love this place.

2021-10-02I have used this car wash on several occasions and the rear of both my vehicles have dirt on them after the wash. I always buy the most expensive wash. I have not had the problem with dirt on my vehicles at other car washes. The first time it happened I had them wash it a second time. I did not bother the second time. I will just go somewhere else. I do want to state the staff is always friendly.
