My wife was transported from Soin hospital to Englewood Health and Rehab Center by Buckeye transport under a Kettering vehicle. I read the other poor reviews they received however our experience was five-star. Could not of asked for nicer service.

Kettering uses Buckeye Ambulance or theyre owned by Kettering not sure of the logistics of that. I was transported from Grandview to Carriage Inn nursing home for therapy after a bad accident. It wasnt even a 10 minute drive from A to B and the cost of that was outrageous. I will say the drivers were cool and I have nothing bad to say there but the price you people charge is criminal, upon settling everything with my case youre getting 67.00 dollars less than the local paramedics that had to pull me from a totaled vehicle and made sure I stayed alive on the way into Grandview! Thats a total slap in the face in my opinion.

This is the worst company I have ever used. They partner with Kettering Health Care and provide branded Ambulances at their facility. However they are out of network with most insurance companys. I can only assume this is because they provide such poor service. You have other choices in transport use them over this ripoff company!

Dropped numerous patients last year. Training is awful. Everyone is expendable type of atmosphere. Pending lawsuits as the ugly secret of the Kettering Healty Network.
