I had nothing but a great experience with this shop. With me being a female I don’t trust many people but I trust this shop. They are quick and very professional. I do suggest people in their direction for any issues with tires. Thank you Brown’s you have a satisfied customer for life. Mz Lady
Only one person there , had to ask stranger who to talk to . literally took forever to put on this lady tires ( the lady even started to grab her own tiers try to help ) I was being patient but after a while I left . It doesn’t take that long for tiers and the lady was waiting before I pulled up .
They did more damages than actually repairing my vehicle. Sketchy employees I was missing a lot of things in my car my headphones, chargers and to top it all off my loose change smh. Please be aware do not go to this mechanic shop It’s not worth it I should’ve read the reviews. Place to get a used tire. They are pretty quick and usually will have your size! They do take credit and debit. No bathroom here to use but there is a gas station next door for gas and snacks...no bathroom there either. And a pizza place...Georgios across the street.

Stay away as if your life depends on it because it does!!!! I bought used tires in September directly from Uness, the owner, and they didnt last one month. I almost lost my life by relying on the tires I bought from Browns. I hydroplaned during a rainstorm during my return trip from Arkansas on Tuesday, October 10, 2018. I asked Uness on October 8th, before I left, if the tires were good enough for the trip and he told me that they were. I asked because the tires treads were so poor that NTB refused to rotate the tires. I shared NTBs assessment with Uness and he told me that NTB was wrong for not rotating the tires. After I pulled off the road in Arkansas, I called Uness very upset that my life was in danger. He seemed unconcerned. I confronted him upon my return and he refused to either replace the tires or refund my money $120 even though I told him that my rear left tire had no tread. He told me that Hey, you bought used tires and approved them. I told him that he is the tire expert and when I asked if the tires would get me through the winter, he assured me that they would. They didnt even last a month. Uness has no integrity. You cannot trust the tires you buy from Browns used tires. Stay away as if your life depends on it because it does.
Worst auto shop I ever encountered with. I wouldnt take my bike to get air at this auto shop. I took my truck to this shop to fix a tire okay fine now mind you Im a female so I really dont no much about cars. But a week later I realize im hearing a new nose on my driver side wheel the same one they supposely fixed. So then I I took my shop to my regular manchanic he literally takes the lug nuts off with his bare hands. The employee who worked on my car did not screw the lug nuts on all the way to the tire. Im thinking omg I have 2 babies and my tire could of fell off while driving. Then I go back. Up to the shop after my truck being fixed right I tell the employee what happened and what he didnt do right and that how much of a big deal this really is. He more so had ever thing ignoent to say then another customer comes to tell me all they do is get high up here I demand they all be drug tested this is nonsense. They over charged you and keep everything on the low while their in the back getting hi
The worst people in the earth. Don’t go there, they don’t even know how to change a tire.I went to change my brakes and the while pairing, I ended up paying around 1000 dollar to fix what they damaged in the car in another shopSo piece of advice. Even if they tell they would fix your car for free. DO NEVER GO THERE RUN RUN RUN RUN 🏃♀️
I went there for a wheel alignment and now my brand new control arm is broken and i still didnt get my wheel alignment they tried that is all i can say

Tried selling me a set of four matching used tires for 45$ a piece . While I was there I used my phone to look up the tire price online . The tire was 45$ brand new. Not willing to negotiate.

2022-06-07I went there today because I could not afford new. I received 4 Goodyear tires in excellent condition for a great price. They were fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

2022-07-20Sold me 3 tires, 2 were dry rotted and burst before 2 weeks. I was so happy that I got the tire I didn’t pay attention to the fact that he didn’t give me a warranty then when I called he said he doesn’t offer a warranty. This slime ball is terrible, and he didn’t put my tire on all the way, he could’ve killed me and my children. For your own safety avoid this place.

2022-07-13Mechanic Justin Williams held my sisters car for three weeks. Her car needed a ball barrier replacement. He took longer than agreed upon time to repair the initial concern. His reason was l was in the hospital. When Justin was finally available he took the car for a test drive an the car stopped running. It took another two weeks, and each time we scheduled to just pick up the car, he was not available. On the final day of pick up, Justin Williams refused to meet us at 1:00pm. We had to wait on his schedule again. We arrived at the shop, then he couldnt place the car outside his locked garage. Finally he came out of his garage cussing and swearing. Then two men showed up, they helped Justin push the car into the street, parked backwards (facing oncoming traffic) and illegally parked. An anonymous man, who helped Justin pushed the car onto the street, and claimed to be the owner, but would not give his name...made very disappointing comments about Justin, which l will repeat. During this three weeks, Justin has held other peoples cars for unreasonable amounts of time. He was not able to repair their vehicles. I did witness passersby commenting on other on-going issues regarding Justin Williams. I am warning everyone Do not take your vehicle, under any circumstances to Browns Shop located at 7010 Harvard Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. This experience has been a nightmare . Lydia Ward

2022-02-02Stopped in to get my tire fixed, and straight away dude tried over charging me for a plug. Then the guy that did the repair obviously hated what he does and didnt want to be there, but the topper is if you fix a tire make sure you put the correct amount of air back in the tire before you put it on the car... disorganized and unprofessional. The tire guy didnt tighten my lug nuts and my wheel almost came off!!!! DANGER!DANGER! BEWARE!! RED FLAG!!

2021-05-25Do Not Go Here! If I could give zero stars I would. They sneaky lazy con artist, of there not a problem with your car they will make one just to make money. Justin is the only mechanic and he is pure lazy, come to work to do nothing. Why have a shop if you dont want to work hard. Very unprofessional.
