Very pleased with my experience. I woke up to a dead battery and not only were they fast to my home, the gentleman that jumped me was polite, friendly, and courteous. To top it off it was the best price I found for a jump. Thank you guys!!! Definitely recommend and would be the first people I call for anything else.
Arrived within the 25 mins they told me they would. Dispatch was kind, patient, and QUICK. Waited 2-3 hours for a different company. Even though it was 4:30 am they gave me the BEST rate out of the 3 other places I’d called! Driver Anthony was kind, considerate, and knowledgeable!
My insurance company contacted Broad & James Towing due to me locking myself out of my vehicle. After Broad & James Towing was contacted they had arrived to me and retirieved my keys in about 12-15 minutes. I can honestly say this is some of the best service I have ever had. I still appreciate and recommend this company - however, my recent towing experience was less pleasant than before. This past car tow request left me stranded in a dangerously busy traffic area, with an original ETA of 60min....not only was that a long time but dispatch gave the tow driver the wrong location, so I was actually stranded for 90mins before being towed to safety. Tow driver of course was fabulous.
I have a Ford Explorer who’s rear driver side wheel decided to pop off. I just so happened to be pulling my 26 foot RV and an 8 foot utility trailer behind that. This guy was so awesome that he managed to get me all in one go. Took me over and dropped my truck off where I requested and popped me into the parking lot in my RV directly across from my truck. Definitely five star service.
They have been very reliable with tow jobs. Scheduling them in advance is very easy and they always show up on time or even a few minutes early. Great service and guys you can trust to get the job done right!
The gentleman who towed me, and took me to the tire shop was kind, courteous, and friendly. He arrived when he said he would, and even called when he couldnt find the right place. I appreciate good people like him during a stressful situation, and will definitely refer others to him.
My truck broke down at work. I called Broad and James Towing they quoted me a price I said thanks Ill call back. I called 2 other companies and then I called back Broad and James Towing. They were the professional, nice and had Nick out to my job in the time quoted. Even when it started to rain bad Nick put on his gear and got the truck loaded and dropped off at the shop. These guys were freaking hilarious!! Not only did they make my highly stressful situation, not a big deal at all. They were asolutely thorough, gave us tips for if this ever happened in the future. This place was the best!. It always sucks having to go get your car outta a tow yard, but they made it a better experience. They allowed me to keep my car in the front parking spot after I paid to get my car out but was unable to drive it outta there. Super cool people!
Had my BMW M3 towed today by the driver named Mark he was extremely efficient showed up promptly was polite had my prize possession up on the back of his truck without a scratch, would definitely recommend this guy to anybody who made navigating downtown in that big toe truck look like a breeze. Super nice guy will definitely use this company from now on.
Let’s just take a second to talk about “Heather” in dispatch. Never have I been talked too so nasty by a “customer service” rep. I called today to get a private impound for my company that we have a contract with Broad and James for private impounds. Heather tried to tell me they didn’t offer the service I requested that is clearly listed in our agreement. After asking for her name due to the rude tone and false information she then told me they actually DO come for the service I needed. After me asking was it because I asked her name she then HUNG UP ON ME. If broad and James wants to make any money I’d recommended making sure their “employee” knows what towing they do and don’t do.
He did good with the towing part but when he tried to backup in the driveway he got on the grass and left deep ridges in it. He didn’t offer to fix it so I put what grass/dirt chunk back that was there but will still need to get it filled in to mow it with falling into a couple of deep grooves. The ground was wet from raining so that didn’t help either. It would be nice if it were filled back in and not at My expense.
I had an unsolvable tire flat. I called Geico who responded immediately. Within the time given, Brent came out. He was very cautious and personable. He quickly fixed my problem and gave me some good advice about flat tires and getting them fixed. I will keep their phone number for future reference.
My wheel bearing broke late night and I gave Broad & James Towing a call. Not necessarily thinking that they would pick up my car that evening, since it was almost Midnight; was just looking to set something up Next Day. He said No Worries, We Got You! Stated for Me to hold tight, they was on the way to My Vehicles Location Now. My Vehicle was parked in My Driveway perfectly, within an Hour of My Call! He even went as far as to tell Me what it was that Broke on My Car, for I had No idea at the Time of the Call.KUDOS to YOU BROAD & JAMES! Man, so mothers Day I was visiting one of my club sisters for her birthday and Mothers Day at the cemetery there were so many people. Doing the same thing but not caring about how they were parking so I drive a 1500 suburban and on the way out. I slid into a ditch and could not get out. I was up to my doors in the ditch John showed up. And keep me and my mother who was with me in good spirits the whole time laughing and telling jokes I did not realize until the end that John and I attend the same high school and same class. The tow and initial part of my experience was good. The ungodly horrible part came when this company tried to say I was driving the car that was towed. When I was only paying for it to be towed. My brother was the driver. Then they the owner told my brothers ins co since my name was the only one on the receipt that I mustve been the driver. He didnt even verify w his staff before coming to that conclusion. He also didnt even act like he was going to check into the matter. Which totally messed up the part w insurance and caused nothing but headaches! Would not recommend because the owner just didnt even seem like he cared.
The tow truck was timely and efficient, the worker however could not have been more rude for a simple wench job that took 15 minutes. If you don’t want business that’s fine I’ll call someone else next time but get your workers attitude under control
Took a star because of the owners reply on my review for Moundbuilders Motor Group. Driver seemed to have misquoted the repair shop causing unnecessary bad feelings. But actual towing job was good and timely.

As Always Jim and his gang of amazing wrecker drivers come in just like gameday at Yankee stadium and hit a home run everytime! I had a special circumstance tow for then and they were able to do that for me in a jiffy and for rather inexpensive considering the circumstances at hand so for around $155 i had a truck with a motorcycle on the back of it and the truck had a flat tire stranded at a motel lot that I wasnt a guest at and so had to have it towed rather quickly. The tow went from north Columbus to the deep southside of Columbus… Thanks again Jim & the gang for the wonderful service as always! By the way your dispatcher is a TRIP! Kudos to her for a job well done!
The owner is probably the worst person I saw for long time! Ask for help on $1200 tow and impound bill but show no care and try to be rude! Definitely make his money from screw ppl around and over price by $300
They were fast and friendly but our tow truck driver was more concerned about making money rather than making sure our car seat was installed properly in his tow truck :(

Very unprofessional wasn’t prepared when he came to tow my car, it took very long and the guy FURTHER damaged my rotor to the point of no coming back or using it again when lowering it into my driveway, i had to get a new one AND they left my car on. Draining the battery, Proceeded to come out to charge it AND LEFT MY CAR ON BURNING $50 WORTH OF GAS WHILE I WAS AT WORK
I love this towing company! They helped me both times while my car was down and I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism from the receptionist to the kind hardworking tow men that came to help ! They say an hour and they come in 25-30 minutes! I’m more than in love. I was nervous about towing my car from one side of town to another and I really only spent a decent amount for it to be moved so far ! Toyota direct wanted more for a diagnostic than this company wanted to tow my car across town for ! I highly recommend and be kind to the receptionist and the driver of the tow truck. They have an essential job that is harder than it looks !!!! I hope I don’t need a tow truck soon but if I do I’ll choose this company.

Funny I get towed from the complex I LIVE IN and pay over 1200 a month for AND I HAVE A PARKING PERMIT yet still had to pay them 200 bucks to get my car out that was in their lot all of 4 hours smdh

Had to call them to tow a totalled car. They were very quick to get to the scene (within 30 minutes of the call), compared to other companies I had experienced over an hour wait before. The operator had great customer service and helped me figure out which towing option would work best. She scheduled me for a tow the next day and Woody the driver arrived on time. Prior to his arrival I received a text that said he was about 5 minutes away which was very helpful. He was efficient, a good driver, and courteous along the ride to the destination. Once we got there, went the extra mile to back my car up into a parking space. I would highly recommend them!

Geico Road Side Assistance called Broad & James to pick up my son’s car. They were late to arrive and did not follow specific instructions that I’d pay when the car was dropped off at the mechanic. Instead they charged my son at pick up! It appears the tow drivers & their dispatch personnel do not communicate as they should.
As a young woman with little automotive knowledge it can be nerve wracking to call a roadside service for fear of being humiliated or embarrassed. But when Brent showed up (within 30 min) he was nothing but friendly and respectful. Top notch service for comparatively lower prices!

My experience was bad they towed my car the wrong way and cause me to buy another wheel alignment when I just had one two weeks ago im reporting there company left marks on the front of my car had no reason to tow my car cost 163 after being towed for 3 hours worst place ever.

I had an unauthorized car parked in a permit-only paid spot in my lot over the weekend. Called Broad and James, who we have used for years, to have it towed. Despite updating contact info a year and a half ago via a signed agreement they acknowledged receiving last year, and having cars towed since then, I was told I was not authorized to call in on behalf of my property and that the password I used was incorrect. Im one of only two authorized people on that account, and Ive called in before and had no issues. Seems like they let an unauthorized person make changes on the account. Not having a towing agreement in place with anyone else, I had to let the car sit there all weekend. Well be using someone else going forward.
These guys are great! Had my husbands truck towed to a repair shop in under an hour. They were super nice and very professional. Definitely helped make a stressful situation much easier.
Absolutely nothing but good things to say! My car broke down near the airport, and of course I was panicking. When I called in, Laura was extremely kind and helpful, and told me that they’d be able to have a driver to me within 90 minutes. About 45 minutes later I received notification that a driver was on the way, and 10 minutes after that Brent had arrived. I waited barely an hour for my tow, and they kept me updated the whole time. They towed my car from the airport to my dealership on Morse road. They made a VERY stressful experience quick, painless and easy, and if I ever find myself in such a situation again, I know who I’m calling.
Getting my brand new car with a busted out windshield towed back to the dealership was certainly not the way I planned to spend my lunch break today, but Joe from Broad and James made it as simple as it could have been. He’s also one of the only people from any of the several companies I’ve dealt with through the process so far that had a welcome sense of humor and plenty of relevant knowledge about the situation. Joe’s good nature made a bad situation better, and Broad and James Towing should be glad to have him on their staff.

I am absolutely livid about the inefficiency of this towing company. They towed my car to a police station but would not allow me to pick it up until I drove over to their office and paid. I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way, when I was standing right next to my car. They have no way to pay over the phone or online. It’s the freaking 21st century, how have they not figured this out yet?! The customer service was horrendous and they honestly ruined my entire week. I have never met such rude and inefficient people.

My truck broke down on 270. I called for tow services and mechanic services. The driver was there in 15/20 minutes after call. He was friendly and very professional. I am from out of town, so they got me into the garage right away. . My truck is my livelihood. They understand this and are getting me back on the road… If you find yourself stranded and need tow or auto repair these are you go to people…

We had a great experience w/ Page as the tow truck driver. Unsuccessfully, two times prior attempts w/ other unreliable companies to get my vehicle towed only a mile down the street to my residence. Luckily, Broad & James Towing was punctual, professional and friendly.
My dog ended up locking himself inside my car at 7:30 in the morning. I called them, they were able to find someone right away, they called me on their way to update me how long it would be, I got a text that they were 5 minutes away, AND the entire process took less than 10 minutes. After they towed my car from my own work on payday (was going to fix the flat tire that afternoon) they charged $17.50 a day storage. Only a few days later were expected to pay $270 to get it back. Only had $256 in the bank. They wouldnt take it. Had to wait two more weeks to get paid. Cost almost $500 to get it back. Then they made us DRIVE it off the lot before we could change the tire, ruining the rim. I havent gotten to fixing it just yet. Who knows how much that will cost. This company has NO VALUES and NO HEART.

The wait time was very accurate. The driver(Greg) was super nice. He helped me in the truck and was super fast. The ride was nice, we talked a lot which calmed me down from the stress. Very professional, and gave me his business card incase we needed a tow. Will be calling them again if needed. Price was great for the distance we had to travel also.
Sunday around 11am we needed a wrecker for our truck to get it home to Cambridge from Columbus (1.5 hours each way). Dispatcher was pleasant & even provided me an estimate immediately. The wrecker arrived very quickly. Joe (James), the driver, was patient while we finished getting our belongings out, very professional & careful with our truck. Rate was very fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Broad & James. I will be saving their number in case I need a wrecker in the future.
Hands down the best towing business in Ohio. They were on time, gave me courtesy calls on how far away and there ETA. I was in a pinch and needed a tow fast due to a time restriction at impound every one I called before sid 2hrs or didnt want to help me. Thank you WOODY

Overall experience was good compared with other towing services I’ve dealt with before (where sometimes the service desk agents and on-site towers are beyond normal understanding). I encountered a slight delay (which is inevitable given the nature of the work) for the service, but the towing agent Nick was friendly, professional, and answered my questions. I had to attend to other matters in the day so I couldn’t ride along on the way back, but the car arrived at my house in the same condition prior to me leaving and parked in the recommended location I suggested to Nick. Overall pretty good, and I’d use again given the choice.
Used my car insurance to get my vehicles towed to home because I had a flat tire with no spare. Initial time requested was at 3:11pm. At the time I am writing this review it is 7:35pm and I just got home. I called a few times and the customer service was awesome but it doesn’t help with sitting in my car in below 30 degree temperatures.

Broad & James Towing arrived sooner than expected to change out my flat tire, [after my insurance co roadside assistance left me stranded.]Then, B&J Towing was very accommodating to also tow an abandoned vehicle from my property that same night (since they had already provided public signage on the property for at least 48hrs).The driver was very friendly, kind & knew his stuff!Thanks Broad & James for your professionalism.
I was late meeting the driver and he left. The company contacted him and he returned to help me. I had an appointment the next morning to get the Jeep repaired so I really appreciated him returning. The driver was very polite and courteous the entire time it took to pull the Jeep onto the tow truck and secure it.

Service was absolutely top notch! I was more than satisfied it was honestly the bear experience Ive ever had with a tow company the driver was very prof and helpful , he showed up in half the quoted time and couldnt have been more friendly and helpful which helped make the experience of needing to he towed as pleasant as could be I will never call another tow company again. I had an issue with my car. I originally called about 3:30p for a tow (thinking that it would be about an hour or more before they got there). I was essentially stranded at work and needed a ride home with my car. So I anticipated the tow being there closer to 5p. Well, much to my surprise, I was quoted an hour but within 30 mins I received a call telling me they were on the way! I explained the situation and that I didnt get off until 5p. The gentleman told me to call back closer to that time, so I did just that. I called back at 4:30p and again quoted an hour. I called to confirm, but the dispatcher confirmed that it would be about an hour, so by 5:30p. No big deal. My tow truck driver (I believe his name was Joe) arrived at 5:30p on the nose! He was extremely professional, friendly and engaging! After dealing with my car and knowing the costly repairs ahead, speaking with this gentleman on the ride home was comforting. Great experience. By far the best towing company in Ohio. My battery died while it was in a parking garage and my insurance roadside assistance could not seem to find a company that had a truck that could fit. In fact my agent told me that numerous other companies told her “good luck with that, nobody can get that tow at 7 feet clearance.” Sure enough I called Broad and James and within seconds of telling them my situation they said that it was no problem at all. And that they would be more than happy to help. I have zero complaints. I want to give a special shoutout to the driver Brent who got out to me very quickly and made everything look easy even though it was a pretty tight fit up in that garage. As well as being very nice and helpful. Overall Brent and the rest of abroad and James made my bad experience a whole lot better. Also, it was a very reasonable and affordable price. Highly recommend!
They said they would be here in an hour and the tow truck driver was right on time! He was very nice and even offered to change my flat tire for me, but I didn’t have a spare. He took my Keys and let me go back inside where it was warm. Very nice and on time! I definitely recommend!
This is a wonderful company. They left me with such a positive experience. After waiting 2 hours for another company (and at the time time of writing this I’m still technically waiting because I haven’t cancelled my request yet so we’re at 4 hours) my roadside assistance company set me up with Broad and James. I still had to wait for a little while but their staff called me to keep me updated. The gentleman that arrived to help was kind and professional, finishing the job in just a few short minutes. They’ll likely be my go to company for future needs.

My wifes car had the wheel studs on the front driver side tire break off and she lost her wheel on the south outerbelt in between 71s and 23 on her way home from work. I called in after 1 in the morning and someone answered right away. I was given a estimate on price and time of arrival. Jon showed up right on time. He was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond in helping us get the car in our driveway that has limited parking. He also offered us some good tips on what we should do to fix the car the right way. The estimate for the price was exactly what we were charged no hidden fees or unexpected cost. We are extremely happy with the service we received and we most definitely be using Broad and James Towing the next time we need a tow.
Broad & James went above and beyond for us. We needed our car towed but it could not be kept at the destination overnight. It was my mistake be I didn’t realize that until we got there. I wasnt sure what to do and they offered to keep our car at their facility for us and brought it promptly the next morning. Greg was super polite and very helpful. Two days ago I called for a friend but my own experience was back a couple years ago they had towed my vehicle but it wasnt at the Broad and James location they had it somewhere else that I had to go get it from but I had to go to the other location and pay them 1st and get a receipt to go pick it up. I dont know if its still like that or not but thats my experience with them
Last night My car broke down out in the middle of no where on a country road. Nick from Broad and James towing arrived much faster than I expected picked me and my car up and had us to my destination in no time at all. I would find it impossible to fault them in any way. Absolutely so amazing! I was in literal tears on the road and they came quickly. Not only that but the driver was super friendly and recommended what was wrong with my car, as I had no idea. He then lifted my car up and confirmed what had broke underneath as he had great background knowledge. I couldn’t be happier and strongly recommend this company. They went above my expectations and really helped me out.
Car stopped working yesterday. I called them the next day and they were here within an hour to take my car where it needed to go. We had a great experience. We have a contract with this organization to help us with rental properties and they were quick and extremely responsive to our request. Eric met us at the property pretty late in the day. Walked the property with us and gave us the best options. He even went over and beyond to help us with other things we can do to help deter people from coming to the property and parking.We are extremely happy with their service and look forward to working with them.We highly recommend them.

This company was super efficient and responsive. Its never fun having to call for an unexpected tow, but with their tracking option sent via text, I could see exactly how close they were getting to my location. Nick was super helpful and offered to help me change my flat tire before towing me. Unfortunately the spare was flat and we needed the tow anyway. Very professional service. Will use again.

My insurance company picked Broad & James Towing when my car broke down 40 miles from home. They called me right away to confirm my towing needs and I was surprised how quickly the truck arrived. The driver was clean cut & courteous and did a great job driving in the rush hour traffic. i couldnt believe how easily he backed my car into my parking spot right off the truck. Ive gone to Broad and James for a few years. They have affordable for on-call towing, and i now take my car for maintenance and repair work before anywhere else. They have always done great work and i dont feel like they are trying to upsell. I wont see anyone else in Cbus.

Great service! Starter went out in my vehicle so I was dead in the water. After making a claim in my insurance app I had someone there in 40 minutes to tow my vehicle to my mechanic. The tow driver was also very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Would highly recommend them again!
Ive counted on Broad and James Towing for many years for coming to get me when the car doesnt run for whatever reason and for maintenance services. They always help me figure out ways to help myself and have consistently gone above and beyond to give me amazing service and calm my nerves when something unexpected happens with my 22 year old Jeep.On Friday 02/28/20 around 430pm I came out of work to find a totally flat tire. I called Broad and James to ask if they now fixed tires. The dispatcher, who was kind and whose name I should have gotten, told me that they didnt fix tires but she took the time to find a couple of tire places in the area and said theyd tow me there. That was soooo nice and it calmed me down and helped me solve my problem.The tow truck driver was was equally kind and great at his job! I should have gotten his name but didnt. He got to me in record time after I didnt even give the dispatcher correct info.Broad and James cares about their customers and I appreciate them for it.
Unfortunately for me, Ive had to use Broad and James Towing a few times. However every experience with them has been great! Today I had a flat tire. Dan Coons was the awesome technician that came to my rescue! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made certain I made it to the gas station and put more air in my tire! My nieces tire blew at approx 10:30 PM. Her friend & and by-stander couldnt get the tire off after nearly 2 hours! The service guy was quick, pleasant & the price was very reasonable.... and that was at 1AM. I told dispatcher we had two riders. They said okay. The tow truck came and said no room for a second passenger. The tow truck driver had brought his girlfriend. My spouse had to walk 7 miles home due to dead cell phones and no buses running. Very unprofessional.Also left my truck up on the curb. Thanks a lot for the terrible service

Outstanding service! Tow truck driver was professional and courteous. Even gave me a ride to my hotel once we got my vehicle to their shop. Their service department got right on my vehicle first thing the next morning and the repairs were solid. For the parts used and the amount of labor for the repair I thought it was a fair price. I was horrified . I have never broken down in the hwy. I was not sure where I was and I did not know my location, i was just trying to get home. I got a flat tire and I called my insurance and I was directed to Broad and James Tow. At first they could not find me and I waited for a long time. I gave the dispatcher my location via text and phone and she said she will call me back. I spoke with another dispatcher who was very rude and to be honest she did not show much care for my situation, made me wonder why she sounded so miserably. I also spoke with a man but i still felt lost. I wanted to talk to the original dispatcher and decided to text her my location again and she assured me that they will get to me and take care of my tire. I felt at ease and she told me her name and the driver. She kept me informed all the way until my driver showed up and took care of me very quick. thank you Elissa and Page for all your help.

Easy scheduling the night before. Driver arrived right on time. Service uses an app so when they were on the way I got a text message with a link to a url where I could track their location en route. What I thought was a bigger problem requiring a tow to a mechanic turned out to be my own bad installation of a new battery. The driver diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem all for way less than what the tow would’ve cost me (and saved the mechanic cost and my time). Friendly, professional, prompt and honest. I’m very happy with this towing service and glad they were recommended to me.
I really appreciate this service alot. The communication between customer and service was amazing. They were able to get my car that broke down on the freeway in a very hard to find junction. The field guy joey was super professional and friendly helped me feel better about a bad situation. I will use them again (hopefully not) but just incase they are my go to.
This is the second time I’ve had to call for roadside assistance. Both times Geico dispatched Broad and James towing. Both times were good experiences. The drivers were very courteous, timely, professional and helpful. This time two companies were dispatched to me cause the first one was taking extremely long. Broad and James arrived a few minutes after the first company left cause they couldn’t help. Thank goodness Broad and James showed up cause I had to be towed and they came prepared. The first guy showed up in a little van. I hope if I ever need roadside assistance again they send Broad and James.

2022-02-21Broad & James promptly arrived at the dealership to tow my car home. They kept in constant contact, updating me along the way. Aaron was professional and helpful, even offering me a few places to get my wheel fixed. It was a breeze to set up a tow through their website and was a relatively quick process. Highly recommend using this tow service. You will not wait around for four hours for a tow like I did with AAA the week previous!

They have tons of availability and even on short notice has always been able to help. They were able to give me a quick and accurate quote over the phone and then schedule my service at my chosen time two days later. They showed up on time, we’re friendly and I totally trusted them! 2022-04-26I used Broad & James Towing about 6 months ago when I hit a pothole in downtown Columbus that about swallowed my car. Both front tires were blown on my way to a meeting. The truck arrived very quickly, and the driver was friendly and professional.Last week, one of my company vans experienced a flat tire on 70 , west of Columbus. Within 45 minutes a truck was there and they towed our vehicle to a tire store in Hilliard. Again, very prompt, professional and reasonably priced.Dont waste time with the others. Half of the numbers on searches go to mega call centers and they farm out the work. No clue who will be doing your tow.

2022-03-19I love Broad & James Autocare and Towing. I first had my car towed and repaired in 2020 and have recommended them to family and friends ever since. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They are honest, and their prices are fair. They keep you informed throughout the entire process. My car was repaired very quickly. I am happy and will continue to recommended them.

Anthony from Broad & James Towing showed up replaced my tired quickly (Less than 20 minuntes - 21 degrees/snow on the ground) and was very professional and pleasant to work with.
